Chapter 87 Raiding Team Solar Base

After an exhausting session of dancing for the movie shoot, Ash and Alice say their goodbyes to Electra, feeling the weight of the day's efforts in their bodies. As they set off toward Highpoint City, the sun dips below the horizon, casting long shadows behind them. Clemont and Tokui try to catch up, but by the time they arrive, Ash and Alice are already far ahead, leaving the two frustrated as they realize they've missed their chance to follow.

Upon reaching Highpoint City, the cool evening air greets them. They soon meet Amber, her face lighting up as she approaches. "It's great to see you again," she says warmly, her voice carrying a familiar sense of welcome.

"Hello, Amber," Ash replies with a smile. "So, what's on the agenda for today's filming?"

Amber waves the question aside for a moment. "We'll talk about that soon. But first," she says, her eyes twinkling, "how about we visit the Core Temple?"

Ash and Alice exchange a glance, nodding in agreement. Together, they begin their ascent up the mountain trail, eager to reach the peak where the temple awaits, its ancient structure standing like a sentinel watching over the city.

As they approach the entrance of the Wind Temple, Amber steps forward, her expression determined. "I'll guard the door and the Core Stone pillar. You two go ahead and see what awaits inside."

Ash nods, appreciating Amber's sense of responsibility. He steps up to the ancient door of the temple, carefully pulling out the Core Stone they had collected earlier. It radiates with a faint glow, the energy inside humming with life. With a steady hand, Ash places the stone into the pillar socket just beside the door.

The moment the Core Stone connects with the pillar, a loud rumble echoes throughout the temple grounds. The door trembles before sliding open slowly, revealing a long, winding staircase that leads deep into the heart of the Wind Temple. A gust of cold air rushes out, carrying with it the unmistakable scent of ancient power.

"We're in," Ash whispers, sharing a glance with Alice.

"Be careful," Amber calls from her position near the door. "I'll be here keeping watch."

Ash and Alice nod in unison and begin their ascent up the staircase, the distant sound of crackling energy growing louder with every step. At the peak of the temple, they finally find themselves in a grand chamber bathed in the dim glow of lightning and wind swirling around them. Standing at the center, majestic and powerful, is Tigacore.

The Legendary Pokémon's gaze falls upon them, its body radiating both ferocity and calm. Stripes of gold and silver shimmer across its fur, and its eyes glow with an ancient wisdom. The room hums with electricity as the air around Tigacore crackles with power.

"I have awaited your arrival," Tigacore speaks telepathically, its voice deep and resonant. "You, who stopped the reckless ambitions of Team Solar and Team Lunar, have restored balance to this world."

Ash and Alice stand in awe, knowing that they're in the presence of a Legendary Pokémon, one that seems to already know of their deeds.

"For that, I wish to thank you," Tigacore continues, stepping closer, its movements smooth and graceful. "Your actions have proven that you are true protectors of balance."

Alice smiles. "We couldn't have done it without the help of our Pokémon and friends."

Tigacore inclines its head. "That is precisely why I wish to join you. To lend you my strength and ensure balance is always maintained."

Ash's eyes widen in surprise. "You… want to join our team?"

Tigacore nods. "I see the resolve in your hearts. You are worthy, and together we shall protect this world from future threats."

Ash exchanges a quick glance with Alice before stepping forward, excitement bubbling up in his chest. "We'd be honored, Tigacore. Welcome to the team!"

Tigacore: The Fire Symbol Pokemon: Fire Type. Embodying the element of Fire, Tigacore is said to keep the lava in the mantle of the planet flowing, such that it will not freeze over.

After leaving the temple, Ash, Alice, Amber, and Cellance continue their journey to Sario Town. The air is thick with anticipation as Cellance glances at her watch. "At 12:00 sharp, the gate to Solaran's world will open," she says.

Reaching the gate, Ash and Alice place the stones back on the pillar, just as instructed. A deep rumble shakes the ground as the ancient stone door slowly creaks open, revealing a radiant world beyond. The group steps into a realm bathed in unending daylight, a place where the sun never sets and shadows seem to have no place.

In the distance, atop a gleaming pedestal, a brilliant gem shimmers in the eternal light. Alice's eyes widen. "The Order Crystal!" she exclaims, pointing toward the shining object.

Ash walks up to the pedestal, carefully picking up the crystal. "So this is why Solaran was being controlled by Team Solar," he muses, inspecting the powerful artifact. "But why leave the crystal here?"

Before Ash can voice another question, Cellance steps forward. "I placed it here," she explains. "The Order Crystal was used by Team Solar to control Solaran. By placing it in this world, I ensured that no one would ever use it to manipulate Solaran again."

Just as she finishes speaking, a bright figure emerges before them—Solaran, the majestic Legendary Pokémon, whose very presence radiates power and warmth. No longer under the influence of the Order Crystal, Solaran's expression is calm, filled with both wisdom and gratitude.

"You have freed me from the grasp of Team Solar," Solaran speaks, its voice resonating in their minds. "For that, I am forever in your debt."

Ash and Alice stand in awe of the great Pokémon. Alice steps forward. "We didn't want anyone to misuse your power. It wasn't right for you to be controlled."

Solaran gazes at them, the light surrounding its form shimmering. "For your courage and selflessness, I offer myself to your team. My strength is now yours, and the Order Crystal, in your hands, will never again be used to manipulate me or anyone else."

Ash blinks in surprise. "You want to join us?"

Solaran lowers its head in a show of trust and reverence. "Yes. Together, we shall protect this world and maintain the balance that has been restored."

Ash smiles, stepping forward with resolve. "Then let's do this together, Solaran."

Solaran: The Order Pokemon: Fire and Psychic Type. Said to have borned to counteract the shadow of solar eclipse, legends speak of Solaran overseeing the order between humans and Pokémon.

After successfully capturing Solaran, the glowing dimension fades away, and Ash, Alice, and Amber find themselves back in Sario Town. The midday sun shines overhead as the familiar surroundings come into focus once more.

Ash turns to Amber, a hint of excitement in his voice. "So, can we start the filming now?"

Amber sighs, though a small smile tugs at her lips. "Yes, but we need to head back to Mt. Highpoint first."

Confused, Ash and Alice follow Amber as she leads the way up the winding path. Once they reach the familiar peak, Alice glances around and asks, "Why are we here again?"

Amber turns to them, her expression serious. "This time, the filming is going to involve raiding Team Solar's base. While the commanders have already been captured, the grunts are still hiding inside. I need to make sure none of them manage to escape."

Ash nods, his determination growing. "Got it. Let's finish what we started."

As they break down the door to Team Solar's base, Flearoe leads the initial charge, exhaling its scorching breath to weaken the barricades, creating the first breach. Billaze scales the volcanic walls of the interior with ease, using its agility to scout from above, signaling for the others to move in. Tikitoko follows closely behind, summoning fierce flames from its mask, burning through obstacles and forcing the grunts to scatter.

As the raid intensifies, Legenix swoops in, its fiery wings illuminating the dim corridors of the base. With each flap, it sends waves of heat that scorch the walls, driving the grunts into disarray. Blitziboom follows, crackling with electric energy. Even in the enclosed space, its power surges, unleashing bursts of light and fire that light up the base like a fireworks display. Giraflame charges through, its blazing neck reducing nearby structures to ash, effortlessly clearing a path for the rest of the team as the battle rages on.

Pupyro charges ahead, its fiery temper flaring as it recklessly picks fights with the Team Solar grunts, leaving trails of singed uniforms and scorch marks in its wake. Tarexite stomps through the base, its massive frame shaking the ground with each step, reminiscent of its prehistoric dominance. Not even the heat of battle fazes it as it unleashes powerful rock- and fire-based attacks. Meanwhile, Shrimpoon glides effortlessly through the pipes and water systems of the base, launching super-heated bubbles from its pincers to disarm and stun any grunts attempting to flee through hidden routes.

Gaslit floats eerily through the base, its ghostly form burning brightly enough to blind any grunt who dares to look directly at it, leaving them disoriented as it passes through walls and barriers with ease. Baablaze follows, its heat-generating wool glowing as it rams into obstacles, effortlessly clearing the way for Ash and Alice while keeping the cold underground base warm. Tigacore steps in next, its very presence radiating the immense heat of molten lava, ensuring that no grunts can stand in its way as it powers through the deeper parts of the base.

Scorpinova burrows beneath the base's floors, striking from below with its venomous, burning sting, incapacitating any grunts it encounters. Its movements are swift, leaving no room for retaliation. Slitheat takes command of the battlefield by whipping its massive tail, creating spiraling fire tornadoes that sweep through the corridors, forcing the grunts into retreat. Meanwhile, Explonade moves with precision, detonating smaller explosions to break through reinforced doors and barriers, allowing Ash, Alice, and their team to push deeper into the base without obstruction.

Volcadon steps forward, unleashing streams of molten lava that flow through the base, blocking off escape routes and forcing the grunts into confined areas. Its presence is both destructive and strategic, shaping the battlefield. Deerferno charges at blinding speed, leaving trails of fire in its wake, overwhelming the grunts and spreading chaos throughout the base with its inferno-like movements. Solaran, hovering above the battlefield, uses its psychic powers to maintain order among Ash's team, controlling the flow of the battle and ensuring that no grunts can escape without being apprehended.

Magrizzly charges into the fray with intense determination, its flames growing hotter as it clashes with Team Solar's grunts. Each strike is empowered by its fiery spirit, overwhelming the opposition with raw power. Fyant, small but fierce, scurries through the base's tight spaces, biting any grunt that gets too close, leaving them writhing in burning pain. Meanwhile, Tapiblaze releases thick clouds of smoke that spread through the corridors, putting grunts into a deep sleep before they can raise an alarm, its hypnotic fumes ensuring a swift and silent advance for the team.

After arresting all the grunts and tying them up securely, Ash and Alice notice two unconscious figures in one of the cells. Alice furrows her brow as she approaches. "Aren't they the ones who... murdered your Pokémon?"

Ash's gaze hardens as he steps closer, recognizing the familiar faces. "Yeah, that's May, from Hoenn... and Kiawe, from Alola." His voice falters, and he tries to move, but his legs suddenly feel numb, refusing to respond. "What are they doing here?"

Amber walks over, her expression calm but cautious. "It looks like they've been knocked out. Maybe we should let your mother take them as well."

Ash and Alice exchange a look before nodding. Gritting his teeth, Ash helps carry the two out, fully aware that once they wake, they'll eventually reunite with Mallow and Hito. The thought lingers in the air as they leave the base behind, unsure of what awaits when that reunion happens.

I'll end the chapter right here, and we have the Fire Type done, the next chapter will be Steel Type and I hope you like it.
