Later that evening, Amy was on her dinner date with sonic at Hell's Kitchen, an exclusive restaurant owned by famous chef Gordon Ramsay, or at least a version of him from some online game. Both were dressed in nice clothes talking about things going on in their lives, with Amy talking about what she was doing to help her business.
"A whole battle droid dispenser? Are you sure that's a good idea?" Sonic asked
"I'm growing desperate. And tails reprogrammed it so the droids are loyal to us. You know how much this restaurant means to me" said Amy
Sonic put his hand over hers
"Amy, you know I support whatever you do, but promise me you won't take things too far" said Sonic
"I promise" said Amy
A waiter came by with their food before leaving.
"How'd you get us a table anyway? This is the hottest place in town" said Amy
"I've done things I'm not proud of. I did a commercial for a health drink yesterday" said Sonic
(Yesterday)
Sonic was on a soundstage filming a commercial.
"When I need energy quick, I drink Grilk. Good old fashioned milk mixed with healthy vegetables. It's green, it's milk, it's grilk"
Sonic drank the milk and quickly spit it out.
"This stuffs disgusting" Sonic shouted
"You want those reservations? You do this commercial"
(End flashback)
"I hate thinking about that stuff. But it's all worth it for a dinner with my special hedgehog" said Sonic
Amy blushed at the comment before she began to eat her food.
The next day, Amy as well as her new droid workers, B1 battle droids, got to work making the restaurant better. Amy advertised to the preschool characters, who welcomed her friendly atmosphere. Tapper retaliated by offering free drinks with the purchase of other drinks, and free appetizers. Things got heated when Ralph and Vanellope showed up, and both tried convincing them to eat at their places. It ended with them arguing with each other
"This is all your fault!" Amy shouted
"My fault? I'm trying to run a respectable business" tapper shouted
"You tried sabotaging my place" Amy shouted
"This is getting out of hand. I really need to finalize that holiday for misfits" said Vanellope
"So where are we eating?" Ralph asked
Before a decision could be made, Lyric slithered on top of Amy's restaurant.
"Lyric? What're you doing here?" Amy asked
"Who's lyric?" Tapper asked
"What a pleasure it is to see you again Pink hedgehog. I see you found a new home and left me to die in our old one. Nice city this is. I'm going to destroy it and build a glorious empire of metal" said Lyric
He pushed a button on his chest and many orange colored robots showed up from portals.
"You're not the only one with robots lyric" said Amy
She pushed some buttons on her communicator and activated a droid dispenser outside her building. Lyric simply shook his head and pushed the button on his chest again, turning the droids against her.
"Oh yeah, I forgot you could do that" said Amy
Ralph charged for the robots and began crushing them while Amy whipped out her hammer. She called her friends on her communicator.
"Guys, I need help, it's Lyric" Amy shouted
"I'll be there in 2 minutes" said Tails
"On my way" said Sonic
Amy charged for her droid dispenser, but was smacked out of the way by one of her supers. Tapper grabbed a blaster from one of the dead droids and shot the super dead. He picked Amy up.
"We may be rivals but I'm not about to let you die from a snake" said Tapper
Ralph jumped on top of the droid dispenser and started wrecking it, stopping more droids from coming out to attack. Lyric grew angry as his robots were being destroyed. Before he could attack, an x wing fighter came out of the sky and shot lasers at him. The ship landed with tails and Rancis popping out of it. Sonic used an electric beam from his communicator and snatched the button powering the robots from lyrics chest, disabling the machines.
Lyric tried to attack, but with help from Ralph, sonic, Amy, tapper and tails, as well as nearby stormtroopers, they managed to take him down. The imperials took lyric away, no one really knew where. Soon later, Vanellope and Ralph started their new holiday, misfits day, for the mistreated game characters who lived in the city. To celebrate, tapper offered Amy some drinks, and the 2 finally got to know each other, and why they did what they did.
"I had no idea" said Amy
"I got nothing else. I didn't know about your reputation" said Tapper
"Guess we're not so different. We're not friends, and we've definitely had our differences, but I hope we can coexist with each other" said Amy
"I agree. We both cater to different people, and we have our fans. You do well with those ponies and preschool mascots" said Tapper
"And you seem to do well with those arcade guys. This city's still new, we still have a chance of succeeding with new people, both of us" said Amy
"Here's to the future I guess" said Tapper
Amy raised her glass of root beer and chugged it down.
