The Danger Returns After Marriage

It was the year 2003 and Joseph Sorel and his reign of terror in Port Charles was over with. The citizens of Port Charles could move on thanks to an extremely handsome and former Mobster named Sonny Corinthos. The beautiful Brenda Barrett was now the new Mrs. Corinthos and she was with Jax outside a building that she wanted to share with the citizens of Port Charles. A restaurant she had worked so hard for this to happen. Sonny couldn't be there to support her as he was behind bars for the disappearance of Sorel. Brenda still viewed Jax as a good friend even though he was married to a woman named Skye Quartermaine. However this was her day to shine. She was going to show the world she was more then just a model for Deception. She was just as much a business woman and could bring something to Port Charles just like her husband. Her youngest little one Bree Corinthos her second daughter with Sonny was in her arms. Bree was scared at the crowds of people coming to see this restaurant. She however was okay in her mother's arms. Jax and Brenda share a speech and then open's Brenda's Mexican Restaurant to the public. Brenda turns her attention to Jax and hugs him. She was wearing a black, suit, and matching stiletto's with her long, dark, brunette, hair out and flowy.
"Jax thank you so much for all you've done to help me get to this point. I'm so excited about my restauarnt. I just hope everyone else feel's the same the food has to be perfect and mouth watering." Brenda tells Jax.
"Brenda you really worked hard to make sure it would become a success. You did a great job you were determined and didn't quit." Jax tells Brenda as he gives her a glass of champagne.
"Listen if you have to leave I totally understand I mean we have to take care of our families right?" Brenda tells Jax but he wasn't going to leave her he knew Skye would be fine on her own in whatever it was she was doing.
"I won't leave you we did this together." Jax promises Brenda.
"No Jax go I can handle this." Brenda tells Jax.
Robin Scorpio show's up with Brenda's other two children with Sonny. Her first daughter Jasmine and her son Brenson. She was shocked they weren't in school.
"Brenson and Jasmine please tell me you didn't miss school for this you know that is not an option in this house." Brenda tells her kids.
"But Mommy we wanted to see your new restaurant." Jasmine tells Brenda.
"Yeah Mommy let us stay." Brenson says pleading with his mom as well.
"They pulled a trick on me so they wouldn't have to go to school today." Robin tells Brenda.
"They can miss one day but tomorrow it's school." Brenda tells them.
"I'm sorry Sonny can't be present he's probably on your mind and you are probably worried about him being in prison right now." Robin tells Brenda.
"I'm going to go visit him with the kids today and we are going to make him cards showing we care and will still be waiting for him to come home." Brenda tells Robin.
"I know you want a bigger house and Sonny has promised that to you but with him trading in his Mob Life for a normal one. I mean maybe you should just stay where you are." Robin points out to Brenda.
"We don't need a bigger house the house Sonny bought is fine for us. I mean we don't have to be like Jax and Skye and Lorenzo and Carly or like the Q's our house is perfect the way it is. I have learned to accept whatever Sonny decides." Brenda tells Robin.
At Pentonville Sonny was sitting in his cell when Mike Corbin arrives with food from Brenda's restauarant. She had put it in a white box. It was her cheesy taco's and he smiles.
"I must admit Brenda's been really hard at work on this project. She really wanted something different to take care of in her life." Sonny tells Mike.
"She love's you Sonny and she's happy to finally be your wife." Mike reminds Sonny.
"I need to keep her and the kids safe I can't do that in here. I need to be with my wife." Sonny tells Mike.
"You did a good deed and everyone knows that." Mike tells Sonny.
At the Alcazar home the beautiful Carly Benson Alcazar enter's her luxury home with her extremely handsome husband Lorenzo Alcazar behind her. She had just been released from a mental hospital. Carly vowed to get her life back and her oldest son Michael was present with her mom Bobby. Carly however could only think about Sonny and wondered if he was released.
"Is Sonny out of prison yet?" Carly asks.
"No honey he is still doing time." Bobby tells Carly.
"Mommy I made cookies with Leo." Michael tells Carly.
"Michael my son and Leo my other son did you stay home today because you knew Mommy was coming home." Carly tells both her boys.
"Yeah Daddy let us." Leo tells Carly.
She turns her attention to Lorenzo and thanks him for bringing Michael but Carly felt she needed to take a trip to Pentonville. Lorenzo and Bobby however advised against it.
"Sonny is married to Brenda now you can see Sonny another time." Bobby reminds Carly.
"He's married to Brenda?" Carly asks quite shocked and in surprise parts of her memory were gone as she was totally still pumped up with drugs that the mental hospital gave her.
"Where's Sorel?" Carly asks.
"No longer a problem my love." Lorenzo assures her putting his arm around her.
"I need to see Jason." Carly tells Bobby and Lorenzo.
"No Carly he's with Sam now they are married you don't have to be there for them right now you are home with your husband and your children." Bobby tells Carly.
Carly starts tearing up and then she runs upstairs not knowing what to think anymore it's like her world has been shattered.
"What's wrong with Mommy?" Jessica asks Carly's first daughter with Lorenzo.
"She will be alright she needs to adjust that's all." Lorenzo assures his kids.
