Chapter #8 ~ The Nightmare
Time passed, and the red hue was gone. Gumball and Judith were heavily asleep on the bed while the thunderstorm happened outside. The cat lay flat on the bed while the yandere fairy cuddled him. Suddenly, Gumball's closed eyes, fingers, and head started to shake frigidly. Judith was smiling while asleep.
After the sudden appearance of a blinding white flash, Gumball is embellished in an utterly black school uniform. Curiosity piqued, he carefully observes his new attire, his eyebrows arching in surprise. As he glances around, he can't help but notice the striking transformation that has overtaken Elmore City.
The once familiar landscape now boasted a captivating fusion of Japanese and Chinese architectural styles, with buildings adorned in intricate designs and vibrant colors. The trees, now decorated with delicate pink petals, added a touch of ethereal beauty to the surroundings.
The backdrop of the city was dominated by a sprawling expanse of lush green grass, creating a serene and picturesque setting. Gumball grew drawn to a captivating garden maze, its intricate pathways inviting exploration.
Standing tall amidst this enchanting scenery was a magnificent school building, its pristine white exterior stretching as far as the eye could see. Three doors, each seemingly leading to a different realm of possibilities, beckoned him forward.
A clock stood as a silent sentinel on top of a building, marking the passage of time. The landscape was further adorned with meticulously trimmed bushes, adding a touch of elegance to the surroundings. Finally, three grand staircases, each leading to a different destination, completed the enchanting scene that Gumball found himself in.
Gumball walked inside the school and looked around to get his bearings. He scratched his head, feeling lost, but ventured further into the building. Suddenly, he saw a girl running by and chased after her. The cat ran as fast as he could, but the environment changed. It all faded as the colors dimmed, and the hallway felt long and eerie.
Gumball opened the doors, and he saw the first rooms were empty. But then, as he followed the girl, he found dead, bleeding corpses of everyone he knew in school. Blood slipped, Deadshot eyes and stab wounds were everywhere.
Once he saw the slashes, he gasped in horror. Gumball's ears flopped downward, and he found himself further in the school. He went to an upper section, hoping to find some answers.
Gumball's heart was pounding in his chest as he climbed the stairs. He didn't know what was happening but knew he had to keep moving forward. Finally, he reached the top of the stairs and saw a door. He pushed it open and found himself in a room filled with strange symbols and eerie artifacts.
Gumball knew he had to be careful, but he couldn't shake the feeling of scrutiny. He took a deep breath and stepped forward.
The room's filled with tension and unease, with a faint smell of mustiness lingering in the air. Rain can be heard softly tapping against the windowpane, adding to the atmosphere.
Prompted by the commotion, Gumball cautiously entered the room, his footsteps barely audible against the creaking floorboards. As he made his way toward the source of the crying, he noticed that the room grew colder, causing a shiver to run down his spine.
The girl, huddled in a corner, was visibly distraught, her tear-streaked face illuminated by the flickering light. Gumball's heart went out to her, and he slowly knelt beside her, his movements gentle and comforting.
As the girl lifted her head, her tear-filled eyes met Gumball's, revealing a mixture of sadness and fear. Despite her obvious distress, a faint smile tugged at the corners of her trembling lips. Gumball couldn't help but return the smile, hoping to offer some solace in this unsettling moment.
However, the atmosphere suddenly shifted, and the girl's features contorted, transforming into a completely different person - Judith. Blood began to seep through her clothes, staining them a dark crimson, and her eyes bore into Gumball with a gaze that was both alluring and menacing.
In that instant, a crack of thunder echoed through the room, causing the environment to change into an eerie, dark blue glow. The flickering lamp flickered even more violently, casting eerie shadows on the walls. Gumball's jaw dropped in shock, his eyes widening as he tried to comprehend the sudden turn of events.
His ears perked up, heightened by a surge of adrenaline, as he struggled to make sense of the surreal scene unfolding before him.
As soon as she emerged, Gumball screamed piercingly, panicked, and bolted towards the door. On the other hand, Judith was visibly furious, gritting her teeth and clenching her fists as she loudly shouted.
"SENPAAAAAAAAAI!" Without wasting a moment and filled with anticipation, Judith got off the ground and swiftly dashed out of the door.
Gumball found himself in a desperate situation, his chest heaving and breath coming in ragged gasps. Judith, relentless in her pursuit, was hot on his heels. With each step he took, his heart pounded in his chest, threatening to burst through his ribcage. His lungs burned with the effort of trying to draw in enough air to sustain his sprint.
The hallways seemed to stretch out endlessly before him, each turn he made only leading to more corridors that appeared to go on forever.
As Gumball raced forward, his eyes fixed on the door that promised escape, the structures around him began to crumble. The once sturdy walls and ceilings threatened to cave in, creating a treacherous obstacle course in his path.
To make matters worse, the lifeless bodies of those who had fallen victim to Judith's wrath littered the floor, their limbs twisted and contorted in grotesque positions. Gumball, driven by sheer desperation, used his strength to pound through the obstructing frames, his fists connecting with bone and flesh.
Turning his head for a split second, Gumball caught sight of Judith, her determined expression etched with a mix of anger and determination. She was climbing over the wreckage, her eyes fixed on him, her fingers reaching out as if to snatch him from his fleeting freedom.
A scream tore from Gumball's throat as he propelled himself forward, launching his body onto the pile of corpses that lay in his way. He dodged under a crumbling structure with a swift and agile movement, catching a glimpse of the door that held the promise of safety.
Gumball pushed himself forward by summoning every ounce of strength in his trembling limbs. His mind focused solely on reaching that door and escaping the clutches of his relentless pursuit.
As Gumball looked downward, he took a deep breath and prepared himself for what lay ahead. When he looked up, he was met with a labyrinth of pipes, hallways, stairs, walkways, toys, tubes, machinery, wires, and levers. The darkness of the place only added to her sense of foreboding.
However, he was not alone in this strange and eerie place. He found himself holding a flashlight in one hand and a gadget attached to his back with massive glove hands. The device had a bright yellow color and a structure resembling immense twin guns.
It had extensions in shades of teal and red with brown straps, which added to its overall aesthetic appeal.
The pipes and machinery were in disrepair, and the wires were frayed and exposed. The toys and tubes were haphazardly scattered, and the walkways and stairs seemed to lead nowhere.
Gumball took a deep breath and knew he had to be careful as she navigated through this maze of metal and darkness. He had to watch his step and be mindful of potential dangers lurking around the corner. Despite the challenges ahead, Gumball is determined to press on and find her way out of this strange and unsettling place.
Gumball, perplexed, scanned his surroundings, furrowing his brow in confusion. As he cautiously moved forward, he stumbled upon peculiar modules that resembled human hands and noticed various levels within the area. Scratching his chin thoughtfully, Gumball rearranged a few objects, attempting to make sense of his surroundings. Suddenly, he came across a door and opened it.
However, to his astonishment, the door he had entered burst open, revealing Judith standing before him. But she took the form of a colossal dragon accompanying her, its mouth dripping with saliva, sharp claws and jaws ready to strike, and majestic wings spanning wide.
Despite its fearsome appearance, the dragon possessed feminine features that were impossible to ignore. Gumball's eyes met Judith's intense gaze, and the cat swiftly fled from the scene in sheer panic.
Laughter can be heard in the background as Gumball finds himself in a precarious situation. In an attempt to escape, Gumball notices that Judith has sprouted tentacles and is trying to reach him. Fearing for his safety, Gumball quickly moves away from her, hoping to put some distance between them.
As he does so, he realizes that the structure around him, resembling a school, begins to mimic his movements. Gumball uses a gadget he possesses to the air, rushing through the environment. Amid his escape, groans can be heard in the background, indicating the presence of other potential threats.
Despite this, Gumball remains focused on reaching a source of light that has appeared. However, to his dismay, he finds himself unable to get it. Determined not to give up, Gumball uses his gadget once again, this time grabbing onto nearby knobs for support.
The situation becomes increasingly intense as Gumball screams and lunges into the light. As he ascends, he realizes he's transported outside the school, with its door crumbling. Feeling a sense of relief, Gumball attempts to walk away from the chaos.
Unfortunately, his respite is short-lived as Judith breaks free and lands on him. Despite his best efforts to escape, Judith manages to grab hold of Gumball, leaving him with little hope of getting away.
"At last, you noticed me, Senpai! Now, allow me to show my love..." Judith's voice was filled with amusement as she let out a hearty laugh, expressing her delight at finally catching Senpai's attention. Her eyes narrowed, revealing a mischievous glint as she prepared to divulge the depth of her affection.
With a sense of anticipation, she eagerly awaited the opportunity to demonstrate her love, leaving an air of intrigue and curiosity hanging in the air.
Judith forcefully pulled Gumball towards her, causing him to dig his claws into the street for stability. Despite his resistance, she managed to bring him closer using her strength. In an attempt to defend himself, Gumball swiftly activated his gadget and seized hold of a nearby streetlight.
With the streetlight in his grasp, he swung it towards Judith, forcefully pushing dirt across her face. The impact of the soil hitting her caused Judith to let out a piercing scream, momentarily distracting her. Gumball swiftly kicked her away, taking advantage of the situation and creating distance between them.
Realizing that he needed to escape, Gumball quickly made his way out of the school area and into the neighboring section of the city. The exertion of his escape caused him to pant heavily, his breaths coming in ragged gasps.
Suddenly, a massive roar echoed in the background, catching Gumball's attention. Looking up, he saw a draconic creature soaring through the sky. Fear gripped him as he watched Judith, now transformed with wings, flapping and roaring in pursuit. Gumball instinctively sought shelter, desperately trying to hide from the terrifying creature.
After Judith disappeared, Gumball cautiously emerged from his hiding spot. His eyes scanned the area. To his horror, he discovered numerous lifeless bodies and countless corpses scattered throughout the upcoming city section. The sight sent a shiver down his spine, and his heart raced between fear and determination.
Gumball's hope surged when he spotted the familiar Watterson car. He sprinted towards it, his legs carrying him. However, his pursuit was not without obstacles. The environment around him began to crumble, threatening to impede his progress.
Acting quickly, Gumball utilized his gadget to secure a firm grip on each corridor, using them as support to propel himself forward. Determined to reach the vehicle, he seized hold of a streetlight, using it to pull himself closer. Finally, he was within reach of the car, his hand outstretched towards it.
But Judith ruthlessly smashed his gadget into pieces before he could grasp it, rendering it useless. She then snatched the broken remnants of the widget, destroying any hope Gumball had of using it again.
"You're not leaving until you satisfy my needs first." The yandere spoke seductively and expressed her words gracefully, swaying her hips.
After emitting a loud shriek, Gumball frantically attempted to flee the scene, but Judith swiftly caught hold of him and unfurled her wings. She soared above the town, surveying for a suitable location, and eventually disembarked on a flat surface under a tree. Judith then placed Gumball on a sheet and descended upon him, coming face to face with him. A faint chuckle escaped her lips as the two locked gazes.
"Now that we're here, how about we start connecting?" she asked as she licked her lips.
Judith proceeded to undress herself and then reached for Gumball's pants. The feline began to pant heavily, but his attention quickly diverted to the gruesome sight of Penny, Patrick, Polly, and even his entire family lying lifeless on the ground. Despite the shock and horror of the scene before him, Gumball managed to turn his gaze back to the yandere fairy.
The sight of the dead bodies was enough to make anyone's stomach churn, but Gumball was particularly affected by the loss of his loved ones. He couldn't believe they were all gone, and the realization hit him like a ton of bricks. However, he knew he couldn't let his emotions get the best of him, especially not with Judith standing right before him.
He took a deep breath and tried composing himself, reverting to the fairy.
Gumball was out of breath and gasping for air as he constantly repeated the words "No... No...". His chest heaved up and down as he struggled to catch his breath, his heart racing with fear and anxiety.
"Well, it's just you and me. Forever..." To express her affection, she leans in towards Gumball, hoping to share a tender and intimate kiss.
"No. No. No. NO!" Gumball emitted a piercing, high-pitched scream filled with an overwhelming sense of urgency and fear.
The cat abruptly awakened from its slumber, emitting a startled yelp and panting heavily. In a state of confusion, Gumball found himself lying on the bed, perplexed by Judith's absence. Overwhelmed by the situation, he instinctively brought his hand to his face in frustration and sighed deeply, expressing his exasperation and concern.
Entirely unexpected, huh?
