After Issei's departure, the atmosphere in the Hyoudou Residence lounge grew more relaxed as both parties settled in, engaging in conversations. Eventually, they all made their way to the basement section of the residence. Joining them were Ravel and Irina, who weren't affiliated with any peerage or terrorist organization but were members of the ORC.

Among the group, Akeno and Kiba were the first to be teleported. Their destination was the Stadium in the Underworld, specifically in the Glasiya-Labolas territory, where they were scheduled to take their exam. The rest of the group would be heading to the Hotel once Akeno and Kiba had been safely transported.

Upon their arrival in the Underworld, Akeno and Kiba found themselves on a spacious floor. A staff member from the Stadium approached them, requesting identification. They promptly displayed the Gremory Sigil and their letters of recommendation. Satisfied, the staff member guided them through a corridor, leading them to a reception area where other exam participants were engaged in conversations with receptionists.

As Akeno and Kiba made their entrance, they couldn't help but notice the incredulous looks of the other participants. These reactions resulted from Issei's newfound reputation—a mix of violence and an enigmatic aura bordering on tyranny. Usually, such stares would have made Akeno and Kiba uncomfortable, but having endured Issei's intense scrutiny throughout the week, they felt oddly unperturbed.

The same staff member who had guided them directed Akeno and Kiba to submit their documents at the reception area. With that done, they ascended the stairs, making their way to the upper floor, where the written portion of the exam awaited them.

As they delved into the exam questions, Akeno and Kiba focused their attention on their individual papers. With pens moving swiftly across the pages, they tackled queries ranging from fundamental knowledge about Devil's, Magical Girl, encompassing figures like Serfall Leviathan and the Khaos Brigade. Some questions, originally centred around Issei and the Red Dragon Emperor, had been replaced due to his ex-communication, now demanding additional insights.

In the room, the atmosphere was palpably tense, with participants from diverse peerages all striving to showcase their abilities and progress to the next stage of the exam. Akeno and Kiba pressed on, drawing upon their extensive training and discussions with Issei from the past week. Issei's meticulous guidance had honed their skills, empowering them to face even the most challenging questions with unwavering confidence.

Time seemed to stretch as they navigated the exam, recalling Issei's analytical prowess and keen insights that had prepared them for this moment. Despite the initial scepticism from their peers, they were determined to prove their worth and dispel any doubts lingering about their abilities.

After what felt like an eternity, the written exam came to a close. Akeno and Kiba handed in their papers, a mixture of relief and anticipation washing over them. Leaving the examination room, they headed to the cafeteria area of the Stadium to discuss their performance. Both affirmed their answers, reinforcing their confidence and began preparing for the upcoming practical exam. They knew they were well-prepared, thanks to Issei's rigorous training, instilling in them the assurance that they would succeed.

The next stage of the exam brought them to a vast arena, where they were to demonstrate their combat skills. Escorted to the battleground, Akeno and Kiba faced opponents from various peerages, each possessing unique abilities and fighting styles. Akeno channelled her lightning-based attacks, showcasing her mastery over the elements, while Kiba displayed his impeccable swordsmanship and remarkable speed, gracefully dodging attacks and countering with precision strikes. Employing the techniques and tactics honed through Issei's training, they fought fiercely, their battles becoming a spectacle of agility, strategy, and teamwork.

The intensity of the fights didn't deter them; instead, it fueled their determination. Akeno and Kiba bravely stood their ground, facing adversaries that pushed their limits. Spectators marvelled at their skill, earning them respect from both their peers and the examiners. Yet, amidst their triumph, a haunting realization settled in—the Gremory Peerage was teeming with monsters of immense power and potential, a fact that became evident when they were compared to the likes of Issei.

After enduring several rounds of fierce battles, the practical exam finally concluded. Akeno and Kiba emerged victorious, their skills and teamwork earning them the title of Mid-class Devils. Eager to share their success, they conjured a magic circle and called upon Azazel, enthusiastically recounting their overwhelming victories. Azazel, in turn, commended their achievements but also shed light on their remarkable peers within the Gremory Peerage. He explained that their capabilities far surpassed many, thanks to Issei's rigorous training, elevating them to new heights.

Filled with a sense of accomplishment and excitement, Akeno and Kiba utilized a transportation magic circle to teleport themselves to the Hotel where their fellow comrades eagerly awaited. The atmosphere was charged with celebration as they reunited with the others, who were ready to commemorate their well-deserved promotion.

Upon their arrival at the Hotel, Akeno and Kiba found the others already gathered, indulging in food and conversation. The group was almost complete, with Rossweisse and Gasper being the only absentees. Alongside them were the four members of the Khaos Brigade. Azazel appeared somewhat dishevelled, hinting at a day-long bout of drinking, while Ravel and Koneko indulged in sweets. In a corner, Kuroka and Le Fay also savoured their treats, with Garmr, Le Fay's pet, cleverly hidden behind Le Fay. Kuroka, like Issei, had been excommunicated, leading her to conceal her cat ears and tail. Ophis on the other hand was on her eating pasta.

Engaging in discussions with their fellow peerage members, Akeno and Kiba shared the details of their exam experience, recounting the challenges they faced and the knowledge they demonstrated.

In these conversations, Kiba approached Azazel, seeking clarification on a matter that had been bothering him.

"Azazel, can I ask you something?" Kiba inquired in his usual composed tone.

Azazel, flashing a charming grin, responded, "Ah, Kiba, my dear friend, what's on your mind?"

Kiba gestured towards Kuroka, Le Fay, and Ophis, asking, "You and Issei usually keep things to yourselves. I noticed you didn't tell him about our guests."

Azazel sighed, his expression indicating a mix of concern and understanding. "Well, you see, I'd usually spill the beans, but given his recent complications with the Underworld, I thought it best not to entangle him further in this terrorist organization mess. I'm already skating on thin ice by associating with them. I'd rather spare him from the same fate," he explained, his voice carrying a sense of regret for having to keep secrets from Issei.

Kiba nodded, comprehending Azazel's rationale. He respected Azazel's decision to shield Issei from unnecessary trouble.

Taking the opportunity, Kiba voiced another question that had been weighing on his mind about Issei's true strength.

"How formidable is he, truly? I acknowledge he restrained himself during our training sessions, but I'm genuinely curious about the extent of his power," Kiba asked, his tone sincere and respectful.

Azazel paused, considering his words carefully before responding. "Ah, you see, your peerage boasts some high-class powerhouses. As for Issei, I'd place him in the high Ultimate Class or perhaps the low Satan Class category," he stated casually, his confidence laced with playful undertones.

Usually, Kiba's eyes would widen at such information, but he had already accepted the extraordinary capabilities of his comrade. He nodded thoughtfully, absorbing the revelation about Issei's strength. Understanding the weight of Issei's power, Kiba felt a deep gratitude for the training they had received, realizing how much Issei had held back during their sessions, a testament to the immense responsibility he bore.

Amidst the discussions, Akeno leaned in, her eyes fixed on Azazel, her curiosity piqued by Kiba's question.

"Azazel, you've been immersed in the World of supernatural beings for centuries, encountering countless powerful entities. I wonder, how does Issei measure up against these formidable figures?" Akeno inquired, her voice infused with a blend of admiration and fascination.

Azazel contemplated her question, his expression turning serious as he chose his words wisely.

"Issei has the potential to surpass many legendary figures in the supernatural World. His growth rate is unprecedented, and his determination knows no bounds. However, raw power is not the only measure of a great leader or warrior. Issei's strength lies not just in his physical abilities but in his strategic mind and unwavering resolve," Azazel explained, his words carrying a deep respect for Issei.

Akeno and Kiba exchanged glances, their hearts swelling with pride and awe for their mentor and friend. It became clear that Issei's influence stretched far beyond his raw strength, delving into the essence of what made a true leader in the supernatural realm.

Observing the conversation, Rias stepped forward, a soft smile gracing her lips, her eyes filled with pride and affection for her peerage members.

"Azazel is absolutely correct. Issei possesses qualities that elevate him beyond being merely a formidable fighter; he embodies the essence of an exceptional leader. His ability to inspire and uplift those around him is truly unparalleled. I've seen him confront challenges with unwavering courage and determination, always driven by his desire to protect the ones he holds dear," she said, her voice tinged with deep admiration, her words resonating with the unwavering strength within her.

In agreement, Kiba and Akeno nodded, their respect for Issei deepening even further. Being a part of the Gremory Peerage meant more than just gaining power; it meant embracing a sense of purpose and camaraderie rooted in their shared loyalty to Issei.

Rias placed a reassuring hand on Kiba and Akeno's shoulders, her smile encouraging.

"Your remarkable progress and unwavering determination during the exams have truly impressed me. I take immense pride in both of you. Always remember, the power of our peerage stems from the personal growth of each member and their synergy as a team. Issei places his trust in every one of us, and I firmly believe that united, we can conquer any challenge," Rias stated, her voice infused with a serene confidence that resonated through her loyal peerage, filling them with determination and resolve.

However, beneath the heartfelt moment, a sense of guilt weighed on them as they remembered Issei's current resentment towards them. Had certain events not transpired, he would have been there with them, celebrating their promotion alongside his own. Nevertheless, they continued their conversation, delving into discussions about various types of Sacred Gears, including the elusive Longinus.

Azazel went on to explain how, in the present day, new Longinus Sacred Gears could emerge. He shared the story of Issei's discovery of a girl in Norway who possessed a Sacred Gear containing one of the Dragon Kings, Midgardsomr. The listeners' eyes widened in realization, understanding why Issei had been sent to Norway in the first place. Ophis, being her curious self, became intrigued upon hearing about another Dragon-Type Sacred Gear wielder, especially one linked to the current host of Ddraig.

Meanwhile, Asia, fueled by her determination to keep up with her peers in terms of power, approached Azazel, expressing her desire to understand more about her Sacred Gear. She had learned that Gasper had visited the Grigori to comprehend his own abilities.

"Asia, truth be told, I think Issei has a better grasp of Sacred Gears than I do at this stage. Just look at what he accomplished with Kiba during their training. You might have a better chance learning from him than from someone like me," Azazel said, his tone honest and encouraging.

Asia nodded resolutely, her determination shining in her eyes. She glanced at Kiba and Akeno, silently acknowledging the progress they had made under Issei's guidance.

"I understand, but I still want to explore all possible avenues to enhance my abilities. Issei might not be here with us now, but I believe in his teachings. I'll go to him once he's willing to talk to us, but for now, I'll seek guidance wherever I can find it," she declared, her voice unwavering.

Rias smiled at Asia's determination, proud of her resolve to grow stronger. She placed a reassuring hand on Asia's shoulder, her words carrying the weight of encouragement and solidarity.

"Asia, you truly embody the spirit of a Gremory. Never cease your pursuit of knowledge and self-betterment. Within our family, we stand together, unwavering, aiding one another on our paths to strength. Issei may seem distant now, but I hold unwavering faith that he will find his way back to us in due time. For now, let us persist in our shared journey of learning and flourishing, bound by the unbreakable bonds of our unity," Rias spoke, her words weaving a tapestry of solidarity that touched the hearts of all who listened.

As the conversation flowed, a strange sensation settled in the air, catching the attention of Azazel, Irina, and Xenovia. It was as if the very atmosphere had shifted, transporting them to another place while the surroundings remained unchanged.

Azazel's expression grew serious as he scanned the room, his gaze encompassing everyone present. Kuroka, usually hiding her cat ears and tails, boldly revealed them this time.

"Looks like Vali was ignored, nyaa," she purred in a sarcastic tone, her feline features on full display.

In an instant, a purple mist enveloped them, whisking them away from the hotel restaurant. Irina and Xenovia recognized the mist—it was the same as the one in Kyoto, emanating from the Sacred Gear, Dimension Lost. The user had transported them into an artificial dimension, recreating the restaurant they had just left to deceive them.

Irina voiced her uncertainty, her tone laced with recognition. "Xenovia is this...?" she began, seeking confirmation.

"Yes, it is. There's no one else who could do this," Xenovia replied, her voice steady with conviction.

They moved further into the Dimension until they reached a spacious lobby. To their surprise, the Lobby was completely empty, except for two men seated on a couch. Suddenly, a fireball was hurled toward them, aimed at Asia and Irina. But before it could hit them, Ophis swiftly conjured a shield, causing the fireball to dissipate upon impact.

Cao Cao, one of the men in the lobby, greeted them with a casual demeanour. "It has been a while, Governor Azazel. The last time we met was in Kyoto. I made my greetings right away. It's the return of Durandal from the other day. Although I don't see the Red Dragon Emperor here—Sorry, Black Dragon Emperor," he said, his spear resting casually on his shoulder.

Azazel responded, his irritation evident in his tone, "Cao Cao."

Amidst the unfolding events in the artificial Dimension, Issei found himself engrossed in his own World, playing video games in his personal Dimension. He had just completed a game on Spectacular difficulty, achieving a perfect score and analyzing the game's intricacies.

"Absolutely aced Spectacular difficulty at 100%. Given the game's brevity compared to its predecessor, they're undoubtedly gearing up for substantial DLC content. Logically, Carnage won't feature in the next instalment; the focus will be on Goblin. Symbiotes' storyline fits best in this game," he declared, rising from his chair and placing his controller neatly on the table.

"Although I am upset that I wasn't able to choose between the black suit and red suit when it came to the matters of Black Cat as it did in Web of Shadows," he says to himself as he walks to his training room.

Even in the midst of his gaming thoughts, his mind wandered to Akeno and Kiba and their ongoing exam.

"By now, they've likely aced their exam and wrapped it up. Ravel, accompanying them, assured they'd return by 6 pm. Unfortunately, I won't be around to greet them. My departure for Asgard is scheduled at 5 pm sharp. I made a commitment to Rossweisse and Astrid to convene and discuss Astrid's schooling matters," he mused, glancing at his watch, noting it was only 3 pm.

He noted that it was one of the few watches he had set to Kuoh time, realizing the necessity to keep track of the real World despite the time dilation within his own Dimension. Issei sighed, his thoughts momentarily lingering on the events unfolding beyond his private realm.

His thoughts wander to the add-ons the ORC has taken with them to the Underworld, that being the four members of Vali's section of the Khaos Brigade.

As Issei's mind swirled with thoughts of Ophis and the mysterious threats she faced, he couldn't help but analyze the situation with his usual analytical precision.

"Ophis is being targeted, huh? By whom, I wonder? Well, she leads a Terrorist Group; it's inevitable she'd make enemies with anyone advocating for peace. But why would Azazel intervene? I highly doubt he cares enough for Ophis's well-being unless those after her plan to exploit her power for malicious purposes. The real question is, who are they? I'm still left pondering. Whoever they are, they must possess considerable power to threaten Ophis and to attract Azazel's attention, enough so for him to go behind the backs of the 3 factions and it's other alliances. Perhaps they lack the strength to confront her directly but possess a means to incapacitate her. If Vali's team is trying to safeguard Ophis, what about the other factions within the Khaos Brigade? The Hero Faction consists of human supremacists, and the Old Satan Faction is likely defunct after I eliminated Shalba Belzeebub during my first Juggernaut Drive. If the Hero Faction wasn't informed about Ophis being relocated to the Hyoudou Residence for protection, does that imply there's distrust within the Khaos Brigade? I'm aware that Vali's Team and the Hero Faction don't get along despite serving the same leader. Could they be targeting Ophis? It makes sense; they couldn't reach Great Red in Kyoto, so why not pursue the next viable option?" he contemplated, dissecting the situation with a sharp mind.

With his thoughts still churning, Issei descended the stairs of his castle, heading to his training area. He had a few hours to spare before his meeting with Astrid and Rossweisse, and he intended to make the most of it.

"Heh. No matter which pathetic donkey dares to cross my path, they're all nothing but cattle awaiting their slaughter in the end," he sneered to himself, his confidence unwavering.

Reaching his training room, he began his exercises, channelling his focus and determination into his training regimen, all the while preparing himself for whatever challenges lay ahead.

Azazel, growing increasingly frustrated, confronted Cao Cao about their unexpected relocation to another dimension.

"So, what's the deal with creating this field in another dimension and whisking us away? Must be some half-baked scheme, don't you think?" he questioned, his tone laden with annoyance.

Cao Cao, seemingly unperturbed by Azazel's irritation, shifted his attention to Ophis, his casual demeanour contrasting Azazel's frustration.

"Ah, Ophis. I was wondering where you went with Vali, but for you to be here. I certainly didn't anticipate that," he remarked casually.

Kuroka, protective of Ophis, positioned herself in front of her, questioning Cao Cao's unexpected appearance.

"We are also shocked, nyaa. I thought you'd head to where Vali is," Kuroka said to Cao Cao.

Le Fay calmly explained that they had sent a different team to accompany Vali, who was currently engaged in battle. She revealed that Ophis had taken an interest in Issei's growth, prompting Vali to offer her a chance to observe him. To thwart those targeting Ophis, Vali had used Bikou to disguise himself as a fake Ophis, tricking the Hero Faction and luring them out.

"It's Vali we are talking about. I knew that he wouldn't just go around taking Ophis with him. So we knew that he would be using Ophis as bait to lure us out. But we also knew that Vali wouldn't use Ophis just as bait. We knew that Ophis was interested in the changes in this generation's White Dragon Emperor and Black Dragon Emperor. So we thought something like this might happen, so we split into two groups. One group went after Vali while Georg and I would check on the Black Dragon Emperor. Just as we thought, Ophis was here. So we ended up meeting each other like this," Cao Cao explained, shedding light on their strategic approach to the situation.

Ophis, her usual emotionless tone intact, questioned Cao Cao's motives. "Cao Cao is after me?" she asked, seeking clarification.

"Yeah, Ophis. We need Ophis, but we determined that we don't need the 'current' you," Cao Cao responded coolly, his words carrying a weight of purpose.

"I do not understand. I would not lose to Cao Cao," Ophis stated confidently.

"That would be the case. You are too powerful. To tell the truth, I don't know what would happen if I took you head-on. So let's fight a bit," Cao Cao declared, rising from his seat and spinning his spear.

The tip of his spear opened, forming a bright light blade that emitted a chilling glow, sending shivers down the spines of the Devils present. In a blur of motion, Cao Cao disappeared from view. When he reappeared, everyone witnessed him stabbing his spear into Ophis's gut. In response, Le Fay and Kuroka swiftly countered by creating a dense mist of darkness that enveloped everyone.

"It is a mist that greatly reduces the amount of light. It's very dense, so please don't breathe it in! It's poisonous to our bodies! But we won't be able to reduce the light of the Holy Spear unless we do something like this!" Le Fay explained urgently, ensuring that the light from the Holy Spear wouldn't harm the Devils in their midst.

Amidst the chaos, the onlookers gazed towards Cao Cao and Ophis, their eyes widening in surprise as they realized that no blood had spilled from Ophis's wound despite the spear's piercing strike.

Cao Cao calmly analyzed the situation, explaining the ineffectiveness of his attack against Ophis. "So she didn't take any damage? Even with the light of that holy spear? An instant kill attack if it was a devil. I even put a lot of power into it so that even other beings would vaporize. It would have taken half of the power of one of the Gods who are weak against this spear. This is Ophis. You cannot give it a critical wound even with the Ultimate Longinus. The damage went through. But to take down the power of the infinite is impossible, even with this spear. She won't even fight back against me, who just attacked her. The reason is simple. That's because she can kill me any time she wants to. That's why she won't do it, even if I do something like this. Basically, she's not interested in anything besides Great-Red. Out of the Top 5 world's strongest, not including Great-Red, the strongest one is Ophis. There is a huge gap between her and the second strongest, where you could say that she is on a totally different level. This is what the embodiment of Infinity means," he stated, conveying the immense power Ophis possessed.

Suddenly, a transportation circle materialized beneath Kuroka and Le Fay, a creation of their own design. A sly smile played on Kuroka's lips as she spoke confidently, revealing their plan.

"We have connected it while you were doing your sideshow. Let's do it, Le Fay. It's about time that we have to call him Nyaa," she said, her tone indicating their readiness.

From Le Fay's shadow, Garmr emerged, stepping onto the magic circle created by Kuroka and Le Fay. The circle glowed brighter, and then, with a burst of light, Vali appeared in place of Garmr.

"Impressive, Kuroka. Le Fay. It has been quite some time since we last met in person, Cao Cao. I must acknowledge your efforts," Vali declared, acknowledging their strategies with a hint of respect.

Cao Cao couldn't conceal his surprise at the unexpected summoning of Vali. "Vali. This is a shocking summoning," he remarked, his tone laced with intrigue.

Le Fay clarified their actions. "I have called Vali here, switching his location with Garmr," she explained, revealing the mechanics behind their maneuver.

Vali, ever confident, spoke with a hint of strategic brilliance. "In my strategic brilliance, I orchestrated a masterful showdown, pitting Garmr against the Hero-faction alongside Bikou and his comrades, all while I observed from the shadows. Anticipating Cao Cao's inevitable arrival, I took precautions to ensure my advantage. And now, here we stand, ready to settle our score. Your audacity is admirable, facing me with only Georg by your side. A truly bold move, hero."

Cao Cao, maintaining his smirk, responded to Vali's taunt. "Rather than being bold, I thought that it would be enough with just me and Georg," he said, his confidence unwavering.

Vali continued to challenge Cao Cao's confidence. "Ah, Cao Cao, your confidence is admirable. But do you truly think you stand a chance? Is the so-called Dragon-Eater your pitiful attempt at a trump card? I wager it's a Sacred Gear wielder, someone specializing in the art of Dragon-slaying, or perhaps even a mere new Longinus possessor? How utterly predictable."

However, Cao Cao corrected Vali's assumption, revealing the true origin of their secret weapon. "No. That's not it, Vali. Dragon-Eater is the codename we gave to a being that existed already. We didn't create it. It was already created. 'God from the Bible' created that," he stated, shaking his head at Vali's misconceptions.

Georg, concerned about Cao Cao divulging information about their secret weapon, interjected hesitantly. "Is it alright, Cao Cao?" he questioned, worried about the potential consequences of their secret being revealed.

Cao Cao, with a sense of finality in his tone, issued his command. "Yeah, it's about time, Georg. Vali is here. Ophis is here. But the Black Dragon Emperor isn't. The infinite Dragon-God and the One of the Heavenly Dragons. A combination where we couldn't ask for more. Let's call it. The time for opening the jar from hell has come," he declared, his words carrying an air of determination.

Upon hearing the leader's directive, Georg donned a smile and conjured a giant summoning circle behind him, covering nearly the entire Hotel Lobby. The entire building trembled as an ominous aura emanated from the magic circle. A chill ran down the spines of both Vali and Ophis, the latter not sensing it as intensely as the former. Even Albion, within Vali, shook with fear.

From the magic circle emerged a colossal, ominous entity. Its head, torso, and black wings were visible, along with a cross. The figure impaled on the cross was tightly bound with numerous tools adorned with eerie inscriptions, tears of blood streaming from its eyes.

The creature had the lower body of a snake, its scales resembling those of an Asian dragon. Its upper body, however, resembled that of a fallen angel. Countless nails pierced its hands, tail, and wings, emphasizing the excruciating pain it endured. It appeared as if a criminal had been crucified, embodying the wrathful judgment of its accuser.

A chilling voice escaped the creature's fanged mouth, laden with agony, jealousy, suffering, and resentment. It was evident that this being had been judged by someone consumed by profound anger, as a sinister black aura enveloped the fallen angel dragon, spreading throughout the lobby.

Everyone present stood in shock as the Dragon Eater Samael made its horrifying appearance.

Azazel sneered, his voice laced with sarcasm and annoyance. "Ha! Bringing in a guy like this, huh? Unsealing the seal of Cocytus, you're quite daring, aren't you?" he remarked, his disbelief evident.

Cao Cao responded with an almost poetic recitation. "It says that it is the poison of God. It says it is the evil intention of God. A forbidden being that made the people in Eden eat the fruit of knowledge. The first crime that was judged by the dead God from the Bible and still continues to be in effect. Dragon-Eater Samael. The angel that received the curse of God who hated dragons and snakes. A dragon. Yes. A dragon whose existence was eliminated from the record," he explained, his words carrying an eerie weight.

Azazel's shock turned into realization. "What in the Underworld is the Olympian God in charge of the World of the Dead thinking?! P-Perhaps!" Azazel exclaimed, his tone a mix of surprise and curiosity as he quickly deduced the situation.

Cao Cao revealed their alliance with Hades, the Greek God of the Underworld, and the ruler of the Realm of the Dead. "Yes. We negotiated with Hades. I was allowed to summon him while having many layers of restrictions on it," he disclosed, his tone indicating a calculated move.

Azazel's disdain for Hades, coupled with amusement, was palpable. "That bastard! Not a fan of Zeus cozying up with other factions, huh?" he said, his voice dripping with contempt.

The realization dawned on everyone present that Hades had assisted a terrorist organization. Azazel's intrigue deepened as he connected the dots. "What are you planning to do by using it!? Trying to annihilate dragons, are you? No, you guys are attempting something far bigger, aren't you? Ophis?" he questioned, his tone shifting from curiosity to intense intrigue.

Cao Cao responded with a smirk, clicking his fingers. Instantly, something zoomed past the group towards something behind them. They turned back, witnessing a black block large enough to consume an entire person in place of where Ophis was standing. A tentacle from the black block grew and attached itself to Samael's mouth. Samael had trapped Ophis! The gravity of the situation hung heavy in the air, leaving everyone present in a state of shock and anticipation.

Rias's command sliced through the tension-filled air. "Kiba! Cut it," she ordered, directing Kiba to sever the tentacle, which was Samael's tongue.

Without a moment's hesitation, Kiba summoned his Sword of Betrayer and swung it towards the black block containing Ophis. To everyone's astonishment, the black block absorbed the sword, leaving only half of it in Kiba's hand. A wave of disbelief washed over Kiba as he repeated the action, only to face the same frustrating outcome.

Azazel, recognizing the urgency of the situation, made a swift decision. "I'm going to get Issei!" he declared, reaching for the device Issei had given him to teleport Issei to their location.

However, Vali intervened, his voice firm and resolute. "No! I'll deal with it," he asserted, preventing Azazel from summoning Issei for aid.

Vali activated his Divine Dividing Wings and triggered Half Dimension. The surroundings were warped and distorted, but it had no effect on Samael or the black block containing Ophis.

Rias, not one to back down, shouted, "Then how about Power of Destruction!" She unleashed a torrent of demonic power, intending to obliterate everything around her. Yet, to their collective surprise, Rias's Power of Destruction failed to make even a dent.

Undeterred, Xenovia launched herself at Samael, wielding her Durandal with deadly precision. However, before she could land a blow, Cao Cao intercepted her, blocking her strike with his spear.

Taking advantage of the distraction, Vali shifted his attention back to Samael, activating his Scale Mail. Azazel enveloped himself in his Down Fall Dragon Spear's pseudo-Scale Mail, aligning himself with Vali, both ready to launch a coordinated attack on the formidable opponent. The stage was set for an intense battle, and the outcome hung in the balance.

Cao Cao's eyes glinted with determination as he faced his opponents. "With you guys as my opponents, it will be dangerous if I don't become serious. Since Hades only allowed us to use Samael once. Our plan will fail if we don't decide it here. Georg! I will leave the control of Samael to you. I will take care of these guys," he declared to Georg, his voice resolute as he prepared to engage Xenovia.

Georg, while controlling Samael, questioned Cao Cao's decision. "Can you take on the Heavenly Dragon, the Governor of Fallen Angels, and the Gremory team by yourself?" he inquired, expressing concern for his leader's safety.

Cao Cao's response was firm and unwavering. "I will make it happen. If I can't do something as simple as this, then I have no right to hold this spear," he said, his conviction shining through.

As if affirming his resolve, Cao Cao raised his spear, and it began to emit a brilliant, blinding light. "Balance Breaker!" he exclaimed, activating the Balance Breaker of True Longinus.

A profound transformation took hold of Cao Cao. A radiant halo materialized behind him, casting a divine glow, while seven floating spheres, each the size of bowling balls, levitated around him. This silent but powerful phenomenon signified the emergence of a Balance Breaker.

"This is my True Longinus's Balance Breaker, Polar Night Longinus Chakravartine. Though it's still incomplete," Cao Cao explained, his voice resonating with authority and purpose.

Azazel, ever the keen observer, voiced his thoughts on the situation. "A sub-species, huh? The Balance Breaker that the previous True Longinus used until now was True Longinus Götterdämmerung! Implying you're the ideal ruler from its name, aren't you bold? Damn it! Even I don't know what those seven orbs are!" he exclaimed, his tone a mix of curiosity and frustration. The stakes had been raised, and the battle was about to intensify.

Cao Cao, seemingly unperturbed by the ongoing chaos, responded to Azazel's remark with a touch of arrogance. "I actually want to call myself the ideal ruler of heaven. That sounds cooler, right?" he retorted, his confidence unwavering.

Vali, ever the strategist, warned the group about the formidable abilities of Cao Cao's Balance Breaker. "Watch yourselves. That Balance Breaker boasts the formidable prowess of the 'Seven Treasures,' housing seven distinct Sacred Gear abilities, one for each precious orb," he calmly explained, his tone carrying both confidence and deep knowledge.

The revelation that Cao Cao's Sacred Gear contained seven different abilities left everyone in the room wide-eyed, shocked by the immense power they were up against.

With a decisive gesture, Cao Cao activated one of the orbs, demonstrating its destructive potential. "One of the Seven Treasures. Wheel Treasure," he declared, causing one of the orbs to vanish. A sharp, cracking sound echoed through the room as Xenovia's Ex-Durandal shattered in his presence.

Xenovia gasped, her voice filled with disbelief and pain as Cao Cao explained the devastating ability. "That is the first one. Wheel Treasure's ability is to destroy weapons. The ones who can oppose this ability are those who are quite strong," he stated coldly before impaling Xenovia in the stomach with another weapon, the Chiyatsu Calathana, which turned into a spear.

Rias, displaying her characteristic leadership, immediately called for help. "Hurry with healing, Xenovia! Asia!" she urgently commanded, prompting Asia to rush over to heal the wounded warrior.

Meanwhile, Kiba, consumed by rage at the sight of his comrade's injury, charged at Cao Cao in a desperate attempt to avenge Xenovia. However, his emotions got the better of him, clouding his judgment and impairing his combat abilities as per Issei's judgement.

Cao Cao, ever calculating, created another orb in his hand, ready to face the next challenger in this intense battle.

Cao Cao, always one step ahead, unleashed another of his orbs, this time naming it "Female Treasure." He hurled the orb past Kiba, aiming it directly at Rias and Akeno. Despite their attempts to defend against the incoming attack, the orb burst into blinding light upon reaching them, enveloping both women. To their horror, they soon discovered that their unique powers had been completely sealed, leaving them defenceless.

With a cold explanation, Cao Cao detailed the effects of his Female Treasure ability. "Female Treasure completely seals the unique power women have temporarily. This also needs a certain level of strength, or you won't be able to cancel it out. With this, three down," he revealed, his tone laced with confidence and superiority.

Rias and Akeno quickly realized the dire implications of this power. Not only were they rendered powerless, but the safety of their comrades also hung in the balance. If Asia couldn't use her healing abilities and Xenovia remained incapacitated, the consequences would be fatal.

Amidst their despair, Cao Cao continued his taunting, laughing at the difficulty of his mission. "Defeating all of you in this limited space. Fancy attacks will have a negative effect on the complicated controlling of Samael. I will protect Georg and Samael with the minimum amount of movement that is necessary while I also go straight ahead by myself! What a magnificently hard mission it is!" he gloated, revelling in his advantage.

Kuroka and Le Fay, recognizing the gravity of the situation, attempted to counterattack. They extended their hands, channelling their demonic powers and magic toward Georg and Cao Cao. However, their efforts were quickly thwarted as another of Cao Cao's orbs flew toward them. Kuroka attempted to intercept the orb with her hand, but before she could, it activated its power.

Cao Cao calmly explained the ability, "Horse Treasure. It can teleport the person I choose." In an instant, Kuroka and Le Fay were transported from their initial position to in front of the defenceless Asia and the injured Xenovia. The attack meant for Cao Cao, and Georg was redirected, striking Asia and Xenovia instead.

Wide-eyed with horror, Asia, along with the rest of the onlookers, watched in terror as a devastating combination of magic and demonic power bore down on her. The impending attack spelled certain death, a fate she seemed unable to escape. But just before the blow landed, Azazel intervened, his spear deflecting and redirecting the lethal blast, saving Asia from imminent doom.

"Vali! Come with me!" Azazel's commanding shout pierced the chaos, urging Vali to join the fray.

Vali, his annoyance evident, grumbled in response, "Ugh, how annoying. I desire to engage in combat alone." Despite his protest, he followed Azazel, irritation colouring his tone.

Together, the two warriors surged forward with incredible speed, launching a simultaneous punch at their adversary. However, Cao Cao swiftly countered their assault, summoning a spear of light to block their blows.

"A recital contest between the Governor of fallen angels and White Dragon Emperor! I can rise even higher if I can overcome this!" Cao Cao declared confidently, his words echoing across the battlefield.

With finesse and precision, Cao Cao effortlessly dodged their onslaught, his movements a masterful display of skill. The clash between the Governor of Fallen Angels and the White Dragon Emperor reverberated through the air, sending shockwaves across the battleground.

Azazel aimed his spear at Cao Cao's head while Vali unleashed a rapid barrage of punches, each strike resonating with power. Yet, Cao Cao skillfully parried their attacks, his spear of light gleaming as he countered their every move with calculated strikes.

Vali's determination burned brightly in his eyes as he continued his assault, his punches creating powerful shockwaves upon impact. Azazel, drawing upon his vast knowledge of ancient weaponry, maneuvered his spear with deadly efficiency, searching for an opening in Cao Cao's defences.

Amidst the chaos, the three warriors clashed fiercely, each pushing their limits in a battle of strength and strategy. Vali's determination remained unyielding while Azazel analyzed Cao Cao's fighting style, searching for a weakness to exploit.

Cao Cao, undeterred by the odds stacked against him, remained composed. Utilizing his teleportation abilities, he outmaneuvered his adversaries, launching surprise attacks from unexpected angles. Despite the relentless assault from Azazel and Vali, Cao Cao stood his ground, his golden eye glowing with intensity.

"The armour-type Balance-Breaker that embodies power grants a magnificent power-up. However, the dramatic increase in power causes the aura to leak out of the armour," Cao Cao explained, his right eye glowing golden as he dodged their attacks. "It becomes easy to predict your next move if I read the flow of aura. You concentrate your aura where you enhance your weapons or fists. Do you understand?"

Cao Cao continued, revealing the secret behind his prowess. "And do you know about the Evil-eye? Yes, the special power inside the eye! I had it implanted in me, replacing the eye I lost against the Black Dragon Emperor! It's my new eye!"

Azazel and Vali shifted their gaze towards Cao Cao's right eye, where the Evil-eye was implanted, its power evident as Azazel's legs started to turn into stone due to Medusa's gaze locked within Cao Cao's eye.

Azazel, his lower body encased in stone despite his external armour, exclaimed in shock, "Medusa's eye!"

Suddenly, Cao Cao seized the opportunity, stabbing Azazel in the stomach. The golden armour that had once protected him crumbled, and Azazel coughed up blood as he crumpled to the ground. Cao Cao removed the spear from Azazel's body with a calculated motion.

"Well, I did fight with you once, so I know how to deal with you," Cao Cao explained, his voice calm. "The weakness of that artificial Sacred Gear is that it can't reflect the power of Fafnir to you."

"Azazel! Damn you Cao Cao!" Vali's voice dripped with rage as he snarled at Cao Cao, his eyes ablaze with demonic power. With a swift and forceful gesture, he unleashed a colossal surge of dark energy, his intent clear: to crush Cao Cao beneath the weight of his fury.

"You were abandoned by your parents because they thought you were a monster, and the one who picked you up and taught you how to use your power was Governor Azazel, wasn't it!?" Cao Cao taunted Vali. He then shot another one of his orbs toward Vali's demonic power.

"Pearl Treasure. It can release the attack directed at me to someone else," Cao Cao explained as he redirected Vali's attack toward Koneko.

Koneko froze in shock as she saw the demonic energy hurtling toward her.

"Idiot! Why aren't you moving Shirone!" Kuroka screams. Kuroka, in a moment of selfless bravery, leapt in front of Koneko to shield her from Vali's attack, taking the full force of the assault.

Koneko sat there, stunned by Kuroka's self-sacrifice. But instantly she enveloped her sister into a hug despite Kuroka's body being bloody and smoking.

"W-What were you standing all airheaded for?" Kuroka weakly scolded, her voice trembling.

Vali's rage surged as he seethed, "Cao Cao, you dared to bring down my comrade with my own hands!" A violent aura crackled around him as he locked a vengeful gaze on his adversary.

Vali began to chant the incantation for the Juggernaut Drive, his intentions clear and his power intensifying as he prepared for a formidable transformation.

I, who am about to awaken,

Am the Heavenly Dragon who lost all to the principles of supremacy

Cao Cao's triumphant declaration filled the air. "Georg. Juggernaut-Drive might destroy this artificial space!" he bellowed, directing his command towards Georg.

"I know. Samael!" Georg responded, conjuring a magic circle in his hand to control Samael.

With an eerie cry, Samael's right hand struck Vali. Similar to Ophis, Vali was enveloped in a black block. Samael let out a howl, and at that moment, the block shattered, releasing Vali, who fell to the ground, his armour shattered and covered in blood.

"How does it feel, Vali?" Cao Cao taunted, his voice laced with mockery. "The taste of God's poison? Something too potent for a dragon, isn't it? If you were to unleash Juggernaut-Drive here and rampage, it would disrupt Samael's control. So, I'll end it now. I'm just a weak human, after all. I can only target people's vulnerabilities. My apologies, Vali."

Vali snarled up at Cao Cao, his eyes burning with hatred.

"Even Ophis can't do anything against Samael. Samael was the only natural enemy for Ophis. It seems our prediction was correct," Cao Cao said, tapping his spear on his shoulder. As he spoke, the tentacle wrapped around Ophis started to absorb something.

"Ummm, so how many are left now?" Cao Cao mused. "With the White Dragon Emperor and Governor Azazel defeated, the major threats are gone. Only Kiba of the Holy-demonic Sword, Michael's angel, and Le Fay remain."

Azazel, his teeth clenched in frustration, turned to Vali. "Can I call him now?" he asked, referring to the offer he had made to have Issei teleport to them earlier, which Vali had declined.

"Fine," Vali bit out through his pain.

Le Fay stood there, uncertain of what to do in the face of Cao Cao's overwhelming power. Irina, her eyes brimming with angry tears, exclaimed, "How dare you! My comrades!"

Cao Cao sneered, his eyes flicking over to Azazel, who held a peculiar-looking device.

"Another one of your inventions, Azazel? Please, what will that do?" Cao Cao taunted.

"Watch and learn!" Azazel retorted, his smirk filled with mischief.

Fearing that something might disrupt their plans, Cao Cao charged towards Azazel, intent on delivering a fatal blow. In the split second, before True Longinus could pierce Azazel, he pressed the red button on the device.

A/N: They would all bear witness to the bare flesh of the one who is free. The one who left it all behind! And his overwhelming intensity!

In that fleeting moment, the spear was repelled from Azazel. Cao Cao was forced back by the force of entry. Suddenly, Cao Cao was struck with tremendous pressure on the left side of his face, sending him flying and embedding him into a wall.

When the smoke cleared, a man stood there dressed in his usual black attire: a trench coat, a fine knit turtleneck sweater, and black dress pants.

"You guys just can't seem to stay out of trouble, huh?" he said in an annoyed and sarcastic tone.

"Issei!" the members of ORC shouted in relief as the REAL hero is here.
