As Issei drifted into the realm of dreams, he found himself transported to his mindscape once more. The familiar Satanic Church, the dwelling place of Dark-sei, surrounded him. From the shadows, Dark-sei emerged, wearing a sinister smirk.

In an annoyed tone, Issei questioned, "What do you want now?"

"Oh, nothing really," Dark-sei replied mockingly, "Just here to congratulate you on dealing with the dragon eater and those false heroes."

Suspicion crept into Issei's voice as he asked, "What are you planning?"

A sly grin played on Dark-sei's lips as he responded, "What makes you think I'm planning something?"

"I've never heard your praise until now," Issei retorted, "I can only infer that you've got some grand scheme in mind for me. Something that's bound to be a real headache."

With a mocking tone, Dark-sei teased, "Who knows? Either way, it'll be beneficial to you," before retreating into the shadows, leaving Issei to overthink his cryptic words.

Issei was abruptly pulled out of his mindscape, returning to consciousness not by choice but due to a tactile sensation. A touch on his body revealed a pair of breasts wrapped around his right arm, accompanied by a series of kisses, licks, and sucking sensations on his neck, jaw, and cheek.

Amused, Issei chuckled, assuming the person showing him affection was Rossweisse. "Rose, stop," he muttered.

The unexpected revelation shattered his assumption as Rias exclaimed in shock and anger, "ROSE?!"

Issei's eyes shot open, realizing that the source of the affection was not Rossweisse but Rias. On his left, Akeno suppressed a laugh, adding another layer to the unexpected and somewhat awkward situation.

Moments earlier

Rias and Akeno found themselves in the same room with Vali and Azazel, witnessing Asia's healing prowess as she tended to Azazel's wounds. Vali, beset by Samael's Poison, vomited black globs into a nearby bucket. Kuroka, having recently been healed by Asia, stood beside Vali, the Poison expelled from his body using her Senjutsu.

As Azazel regained consciousness, his gaze fixed on Akeno and Rias. In a weak tone, he inquired, "Where's Issei?"

Rias responded, "Taking a break. He mentioned he'd be temporarily indisposed thanks to those intriguing nanites, as he likes to call them."

Rasping with a faint chuckle, Azazel reminisced about Issei's schemes involving the Samael Poison Imbued Sword. "So, that was his grand scheme with that blade, huh? Naturally, he'd uncover a workaround for the Dragon Slaying Poison."

Curiosity piqued, Azazel asked, "Where are the rest?"

Akeno explained, "Kiba is scouting the hotel, Le Fay is setting up traps and barriers, and Koneko is guarding her. Irina is with Xenovia, and Ravel sits outside Issei's room."

"I see," Azazel replied.

He continued with a mischievous smirk, "If Issei is resting as you say he is, that would mean he is currently human."

"Human?" Rias asked in confusion.

"Yes, human. He has the ability to turn off all his powers and become completely human; he does this so he can enjoy normal life. When he sleeps, he usually goes human to enjoy sleeping, meaning right now, he has both his senses and defences down," Azazel explained, planting ideas in Rias and Akeno's minds.

Understanding Azazel's implication, Rias politely excused herself, and Akeno followed suit with a bow before hurrying after Rias. The heavy thuds of their footsteps suggested a quick departure from the room.

Upon reaching Issei's room, they noticed Ravel's absence but didn't dwell on it. The locked door posed no obstacle for Rias, who used her Power of Destruction to obliterate the lock. They entered to find Issei on the bed, seemingly sweating as part of the procedure to expel the nanites from his body.

Akeno blushed, recalling the beatdown Issei delivered to Cao Cao and Georg.

"Isn't it simply delightful when he adopts that assertive and dominant demeanour?" she remarked.

Taking a more reserved stance, Rias responded, "Akeno, darling, I'm not one for indulging in masochistic tendencies like yourself! I much prefer to be handled with the utmost care."

Akeno playfully teased, "Now, Rias dear, I'm certain Issei wouldn't object to the notion of being your beloved daddy," eliciting a shy yet delightful blush from Rias.

"Akeno! Shut up!" Rias retorted, her shyness evident.

Both approach the bed, Rias going on the right side and Akeno going on the left side. The duo then hop on the bed and lay beside the sleeping Issei. Rias begins to unbutton her school shirt, allowing her 99cm bust out, although she keeps her bra on. She then sandwiches Issei's arms in between her breasts, feeling his toned and tough arm through his jacket.

Rias was tempted to remove Issei's clothes but decided for her and Akeno to warm up before they did so. Akeno, on the other hand, was examining the dragon mark on the left side of Issei's neck; she never knew that Issei had gotten inked but now understood why he always wore high-collared clothing. Feeling Rias's touch on his arm, he clenched his fist, which allowed the muscles in his right to tense up and bulge. Feeling the change in Issei's arm and the movement they caused her breasts, Rias let out a moan.

With a hot and bothered look on her face, Rias stared at Issei's sleeping form with a hungry look, almost salivating at the sight. Akeno rests her head on Issei's chest to be able to hear his heartbeat; when she does so, she can feel his chest rise and fall from the breathing. Issei lets out a low grunt from the touch of the two uninvited guests, catching both girls' attention.

Rias then gets close to his neck and allows herself to sniff; instantly, she can smell his musky scent and the pheromones coming from his body. Akeno, who had smelt the scent earlier already, had crossed her legs over Issei's own and started grinding her crotch against his thighs, eliciting a moan from Akeno.

Observing Akeno's actions, Rias asserted, "Keep in mind, Akeno, I'm supposed to be his first. Don't you dare make a move before I do!"

Akeno responded in a seductive tone, "Well, darling, you should hasten your pace; otherwise, I might just claim him for myself."

Rias, with an annoyed look, decided to press further; she wrapped her legs around Issei's arm and over his body and started to grind her crotch as well. What she didn't anticipate was Issei's hand grabbing her crotch and squeezing through her panties. Although he was asleep, Issei had done this out of instinct. Upon having her crotch pressed, Rias lets out a loud moan, letting her juices drench her panties and cover Issei's hand; her body twitched from pleasure as she becomes light-headed.

Akeno placed her hand under Issei's shirt, touching his bare skin; she ran her hand across his abs, allowing her fingers to trace every crevice of his body. Rias started to kiss, lick and suck on Issei's neck, leaving hickeys on his neck and throat area; she moved up, doing the same for his sharp and strong jaw and eventually his cheek.

As Issei concluded his conversation with Dark-sei in his mindscape and returned to his body, he became vaguely aware of the intimate situation. Assuming it was a memory or a dream about Rossweisse, he chuckled in his sleep and muttered, "Rose, stop."

Both girls halted their actions, eyes widening in shock. Rias, in anger, exclaimed, "ROSE?!"

Issei opened his eyes, realizing the person showing him affection was Rias, not Rossweisse. Akeno, suppressing a laugh, held onto him.

Annoyed, Issei asked, "What are you people doing here?"

Rias demanded, "Issei! Just who is this 'Rose' you're talking about?" Her demonic aura surrounded her, adding an air of authority.

Issei's thoughts echoed, "Oh, so that wasn't a dream; I just got confused about who was touching me."

Akeno couldn't resist a playful comment, her words carrying a hint of envy beneath the surface as she remarked, "Oh, my, it appears Issei has gotten himself a secret girlfriend." Lightning crackled on her fingertips, adding a touch of electricity to her tone.

Rias, consumed by jealousy, bombarded Issei with questions, "Who is she, Issei? Do I know her? Does she go to Kuoh Academy? What race is she? Is she prettier than me?"

Calculating his response, Issei decided to steer the conversation away from Rossweisse without throwing her under the bus. He thought, "I've noticed they're still in the dark about Rose being Rossweisse's nickname. Time to strategize and flip the narrative."

In an authoritative voice, Issei demanded, "I asked you two, what are you doing here?" Unleashing his aura, he left no room for evasion.

Both Akeno and Rias froze, and their magical antics halted. Rias appeared sheepish, a hint of fear in her eyes. At the same time, Akeno seemed to relish the scolding, embracing her masochistic side.

Issei pressed on, "Now, answer my question. Why are you both in my room?"

Rias stammered, "Well, we simply wanted to ensure your well-being, you know." She attempted to regain her composure with a touch of elegance.

Akeno smoothly added, "Indeed, Issei. Your welfare has been a matter of our consideration." Playfulness danced in her gaze.

Sceptical, Issei gestured to their compromising position, questioning, "Checking on me? In this manner?"

Rias, blushing furiously, confessed, "I, um, I thought you were having a nightmare, and I wanted to comfort you. I didn't mean to. Well, this wasn't intentional."

Akeno playfully asserted, "I simply trailed behind Rias, you know, out of concern! Isn't that right, Rias?" attempting to deflect responsibility.

Smirking, Issei sensed their discomfort and changed the topic, "Nightmare, huh? More like a jealous ex and her loyal servant sneaking into my room."

Rias started to defend herself, but her words faltered. Issei expressed annoyance, "And you wonder why I refuse to live in the same house as the rest of you." The guilt-ridden duo looked down, realizing the implications of Issei's decision. Meanwhile, Issei nonchalantly placed his hand on his neck and clicked the joints.

Issei glanced at his right hand and noticed it was wet; he realized it was covered in Rias's juices.

Issei's thoughts questioned the absurdity of his life, "Just the other day, Akeno did the same to me. What even is my life?!"

Deciding to play along with the unexpected situation, Issei directed his right hand toward Akeno's mouth.

Akeno, confused, asked, "Issei, what is this?"

"Just open your mouth," Issei demanded.

Blushing, Akeno followed Issei's command, taking his hand into her mouth and meticulously licking away the liquid, fully aware of the intimate nature of the act. Rias, realizing what was happening, blushed in embarrassment.

"Issei! What are you doing?" she asked in an embarrassed tone.

Issei pointed out, "Rias if I had done the same thing, you would've been delighted." He observed Akeno's actions as she sensually licked and sucked on his fingers, allowing her tongue to slip between them.

Rias rebuffed, "What?! Of course not!" though everyone could sense the lie.

Issei attempted to retract his hand, but Akeno bit down on his fingers, preventing their exit. Irritated, Issei lightly slapped her face with his other hand to free himself. Akeno, with a sultry blush and drool escaping her mouth, released his fingers.

Seeing this, Issei's face twitched, and he gripped the bedsheets, attempting to suppress himself. His instincts urged him to control Akeno, to make her submit to his will and show her place. Despite the brief internal struggle, Issei's disciplined mind prevailed over his impulses.

In that fleeting moment, Akeno glimpsed the hunger and desire in Issei's eyes, a longing to dominate her. She wore a sly smirk, her eyes forming an alluring smile, understanding that her plan to leverage Issei's hormonal urges for her own desires was succeeding.

Issei, attempting to redirect his thoughts, asked, "How long was I out for?"

Akeno, still enjoying the fact that she managed to provoke Issei, curtly replied, "About 30 minutes."

Issei, matter-of-factly, commented, "That was 25 minutes longer than I wanted to, I guess. Thank you for waking me up. Even though it was through less conventional means."

Both girls rose, their demeanour resembling puppies receiving praise, their eyes lighting up in gratitude.

Issei continued, "What has happened in those 30 minutes I was out?"

Rias explained the ongoing activities, "Kiba has gone scouting the area; Le Fay is putting up barriers and traps accompanied by Koneko and Ravel. Asia is healing Azazel, and Kuroka is healing Vali of Samael's Poison. Irina is currently mending to Xenovia."

Issei nodded, absorbing the information, and then requested, "Tell me exactly what happened prior to my arrival and before the Hero Faction attacked."

Rias and Akeno began detailing the events leading up to the attack. They described the celebration of Akeno and Kiba's promotion, the sudden transportation to an artificial dimension by Dimension Lost, Cao Cao's ambush, and the attempt to injure Ophis, which ultimately failed. They explained the magical switch between Vali and Garmr, facilitated by Kuroka and Le Fay's magic circle. Additionally, they revealed that the Hero Faction had received assistance from Hades, who provided them with Samael from the Cocytus.

Issei's thoughts revealed his determination, "That skeletal ally aiding the Khaos Brigade? I deduced as much from Cao Cao's disclosure about Hades dispatching Grim Reapers to recover the weakened Ophis. Considering he's the liberator of the accursed Dragon Eater and likely a key supporter behind those malevolent weapons, it's evident he's on my list. I'm determined to exact my due from him—a pound of bones, to be precise."

Issei, resolute and focused, remarked, "So that's what happened. Interesting." He put on his sneakers, which had become extremely creased, and were conveniently left next to his bed.

A/N: I'm starting to put more details into the juicy scenes; of course, I'll revisit this in the future and make it more detailed. I only pushed more because I was reading a Naruto Fanfic on Wattpad, which was blatant inc*st and in full detail, so I decided to push the boundaries slightly.

X

He exited the room, followed by Akeno and Rias; the trio then headed towards Azazel and Vali's room. Once he entered the room, he saw Azazel lying on the bed, seeming to be in a much better state than before, while Vali was still vomiting black blobs.

"Azazel, where is Asia?", Rias asked

"She left for Xenovia and Irina's room. She's tired from using her sacred gear to heal, so I think she's resting for now.", Azazel replied

Issei walked over to Vali, pulling out a pen syringe containing the Anti Samael Nanites.

"Here, take this; it'll help get rid of the poison," he said, handing the syringe to Vali.

Vali, being Vali, rejected the offer by trying to swat the syringe out of Issei's hand. As quick as he was, Issei moved his hand out of the way fast enough to evade the hand swat.

"Suit yourself," Issei scoffed as he placed the syringe back into his pocket.

He backed up, and the urge to annoy Vali and Albion consumed him.

"Didn't Albion instruct you on purging the poison from your body with the Divine Dividing?" Issei asked, a confident smirk playing on his lips.

"What nonsense are you blabbering?" Albion queried through Vali's back, a perplexed tone echoing in his words.

"Well, Ddraig was the one who taught me how to. So not only do we know who is the superior host, but now we also know who is the superior dragon," Issei mocked.

Vali gritted his teeth in frustration while Albion lashed out.

"Just say it already!" Albion demanded.

"You create a mental map of your body and find where the Poison is, then target them using your divine dividing. From what I've gathered, it's a pseudo half dimension; instead of making one large Dimension, make multiple smaller ones and trap the Poison in those dimensions, then divide till there's nothing left," Issei explained.

Everyone in the room was shocked that Issei knew more about Vali's antithesis, Sacred Gear, than the actual user.

"In what manner does Ddraig possess greater insight into my own power than I do?" Albion questioned.

"My partner possesses a keen analytical prowess; I've absorbed considerable insights from his intellect," Ddraig declared, materializing into a formidable black and crimson gauntlet adorning Issei's left arm.

"Take a gander, Ddraig; never did I anticipate witnessing your transformation into an Evil Dragon," Albion remarked, his gaze fixated on the shift in Ddraig's colour.

"Nothing's amiss with that; at least now, I've grown mightier than you!" Ddraig roared, the resonance of power echoing in his words.

Both Albion and Vali mumbled something under their breath. After a while, both Vali and Albion attempted to use the technique that Issei had described.

Vali closed his eyes, focusing on the internal map of his body. Albion, still a bit disgruntled, reluctantly followed suit. Issei watched smugly, enjoying the rare moment of getting under Vali's skin.

Rias and Akeno observed the proceedings with a mixture of curiosity and concern. Azazel, reclining on the bed, looked intrigued by the unfolding situation.

"Remember, precise control is the key. You don't want to accidentally divide something important," Issei added, unable to resist one last jab.

"Enough of your commentary, Hyoudou. I'll show you I don't need your guidance to master my own powers," Vali retorted, his eyes still closed in concentration.

"Let's get this over with," Albion grumbled through Vali's back.

The room fell into a tense silence as Vali and Albion delved into their Sacred Gear abilities. After a few moments, Vali's expression shifted, a subtle sign that he'd found what he was looking for within himself. Albion's presence echoed agreement.

Issei watched intently, curious to see if his advice had any impact. Rias and Akeno exchanged glances, unsure of what to expect.

Vali began the process with his hands glowing with the distinctive power of Divine Dividing. The air in the room shivered slightly as he created multiple smaller dimensions, each targeting a portion of the Poison within him. Albion, while less experienced in this technique, followed Vali's lead.

"Not bad, Vali. You might catch up to my level, eventually," Issei remarked mockingly.

Vali grumbled but continued the process with heightened determination. The room was filled with the sound of energy being manipulated as Vali and Albion worked to purge the Poison from Vali's system.

"I must say, Issei, you have a way of pushing people to their limits. It's a unique talent," Azazel commented with a smirk.

"Yeah, I guess so," Issei said with a shoulder shrug.

"Interestingly enough, I had figured out the Hero Faction were the one after Ophis," he stated.

"Really? How so?" Azazel asked in curiosity.

"Firstly, you willingly dove into handling a situation involving a terrorist group, and I highly doubt your concern for Ophis is genuine enough to prompt you to circumvent the other faction leaders. From that, I deduced that whatever threatens her must be a greater evil. Secondly, in the event of an attack on Ophis with Vali's team supposedly safeguarding her, where does the Hero Faction fit in? Despite their differences, both teams ultimately serve the same leader; hence, they should work together. The fact that they didn't suggest they might be the ones targeting Ophis. Unable to reach Great Red in Kyoto, they set their sights on the next best option: their own leader," he elaborated.

The participants stood there stunned at Issei's observation.

"Impressive deduction, Issei. You certainly have a knack for connecting the dots," Azazel acknowledged, his expression reflecting a mix of surprise and approval.

After a few intense minutes, Vali and Albion opened their eyes. Vali looked fatigued but notably better than before. The black blobs that were once expelled from his body now dissipated into nothingness.

"Happy now, Hyoudou?" he grumbled.

"Ecstatic," Issei replied sarcastically.

The tension in the room eased, and the focus shifted back to the more pressing matters at hand. Rias, concerned for Asia's well-being, turned to Azazel.

"We should check on Asia. Is she okay?" Rias asked.

"She should be fine. I'll go inform her that Vali has managed to purge the Poison," Azazel said, pushing himself off the bed.

As Azazel left, the group dispersed, each member dealing with their own concerns. Issei, however, couldn't shake off the feeling of accomplishment. For once, his knowledge and experience with Sacred Gears had proven invaluable, even if it ruffled Vali's feathers. Vali was told to remain in bed as he still needed to recover from the wounds of the Poison while everyone else left the room.

X

After Azazel had told Asia the news, he returned to the rest; after a while, Kiba returned from his recon.

"In the parking lot, there were Grim Reapers lurking about. There's a considerable bunch of them," Kiba elucidated with a focused gaze.

"That bastard Hades! He's seriously making a move!" Azazel spat out with disgust.

Hearing this only further resolved Issei's desire to destroy Hades.

"An official notification came from the main headquarters. To explain it simply, it said, 'The Vali team tried to do a coup d'état by deceiving Ophis and making the organization their own. Ophis was rescued safely by the Hero-faction. Terminate any remaining members of the Vali team when found.' That's how it is," Le Fay explained with a sigh.

"So you've all been set up," Issei stated with annoyance.

"Yeah, we have," she said in a sad tone.

"So, it unfolded in such a manner. The Vali team finds itself not merely in the crosshairs of the Hero Faction, but the intricacies of this situation stem from their earnest endeavour to fulfil Ophis's desires. What an ordeal," Azazel remarked, exhaling with a sense of weariness.

"Did you honestly believe there wouldn't be repercussions for your actions? In a group led by individuals who prioritize their agenda over your well-being, your expectations are bound to crumble. Ultimately, they manipulated you, discarded you, and now you find yourself framed," Issei stated with unwavering certainty.

The gravity of the situation settled in the room as Issei's words hung in the air. The Vali team, now labelled as traitors, faced a threat from the Grim Reapers and the shadow of the Hero-faction hunting them down.

Vali, still recovering on the bed, clenched his fists in frustration. Despite his usual stoic demeanour, the betrayal and framing by the organization clearly affected him. Issei, though irritated by Vali's arrogance, couldn't deny the unjust situation they found themselves in.

"Enough of this. We can't allow them to escape unscathed. It's time to devise a strategic plan to clear your names and confront the Grim Reapers head-on," Issei declared, shattering the oppressive silence.

"Issei is right. We can't afford to let the Hero-faction or anyone else believe their lies. We have to expose the truth and protect ourselves," Rias added, her gaze determined.

"We must also consider Ophis. She's entangled in all of this, and her desire remains unfulfilled," Le Fay expressed, her worry apparent.

"Speaking of Ophis, where is she?" Issei asked.

"She's just been walking around, collecting something," Le Fay answered.

"For now, just prepare and wait for the others to recover. Azazel, what's stopping us from leaving this Dimension?" Issei asked.

"Well, in simpler terms, this Dimension serves as a rather intricate sealing formula. It implies that, at present, we find ourselves confined within the very essence of this dimensional enclosure," Azazel elucidated.

Issei tried to open a portal to his dimension, but to his surprise, nothing happened. Once again, he attempted to rift but failed again.

"It seems like my time-space abilities are useless here," Issei said with annoyance.

"What do you expect?" Azazel asked.

"I'm guessing my teleportation here caused Georg to change up the Dimension to counter my own abilities. How do we break this?" he contemplated.

"The three ways are the following. The first way is for the caster, in this case Georg, to unseal the Dimension himself. This is from the battle at Kyoto. The second way is to enter and exit forcefully. This is what Le Fay, the first Sun Wukong, and Yu-long pulled through. As I explained before, this is impossible unless you are an exceptionally experienced caster. Right now, Le Fay can only do this once more while taking a limited number of people with her. It will be impossible to enter or exit the space a third time using Le Fay's technique. –Georg must have made the barrier even stronger now."

"If that is the case, then we should send out those who can inform the faction leaders about what occurred here. What's the last?" Issei inquired.

"The last one is simple and clear. We either defeat the caster or destroy the central point supporting this barrier. Issei destroyed the barrier device when Asia was captured, so like that, we will destroy the device that is acting as the central point for the barrier," Azazel replied.

"Kuroka and I shall effortlessly discern the whereabouts of the barrier devices," Le Fay articulated.

"In the meantime, I'll go look for Ophis, wherever she is," Issei said as he walked off looking for Ophis.

X

Using his heightened prowess, Issei searched for Ophis; he felt Ophis all over the place, albeit to a smaller degree. One presence was larger than the others; Issei knew that was the real Ophis. He then jumped off the top floor of the hotel and landed on the floor where the real Ophis was. Observing Ophis picking up a snake and absorbing it, Issei remembered that Ophis could give people her snakes to make them stronger. He walked over to Ophis to see what she was doing.

"Ophis, what are you doing?" he asked.

"Samael took my power; I released my power in the form of snakes in another space. That is what I just went to retrieve. So I'm only twice as strong as the Two Heavenly Dragons," Ophis replied in her unemotional tone.

"Hm? So you released some of your power so Cao Cao wouldn't be able to take any more? And now you're getting that power back?" Issei clarified.

Ophis nodded in agreement.

"My power changed like this. This is what I sent to another space. That is what I retrieved. But I cannot leave here. Here, there is something restraining me," she explained.

"Makes sense; Hades sent his minions here to retrieve you; they must have something that can restrain your weakened state," Issei reasoned.

Ophis nodded in response.

"Come on, I'll help you look for your other snakes," he said as he held his hand for Ophis.

Ophis took hold of Issei's hand, and together, they walked through the hotel, searching for Ophis's snakes.

X

After a considerable span of time, Issei and Ophis rejoined the group on the top floor, their return marked by the restoration of Ophis's powers, thanks to Issei's assistance. The lower floors bore witness to a relentless onslaught as Issei decimated numerous Grim Reapers, hindering their progress. Upon reaching the top floor, they discovered the rest of the group huddled around a map.

Le Fay, her gaze fixed on the intricacies of the map, shared her findings with the group, "In the car park lies one, perched atop the roof another, and within the second-floor confines of the hotel's hall room, yet another. My scrutiny reveals three ensnaring devices, each assuming the sinuous form of a serpent. Nay, it is not just a serpent; it mirrors the visage of Ouroboros, a statuesque entity locked in an eternal embrace with its own tail."

Azazel, contemplating the information, deduced, "So the barrier devices we have to destroy are the statues of Ouroboros. And there are three of them. Looks like this will be a hard job." He acknowledged the intricacies of the artificial space created to confine Ophis and pondered on Georg's role in the plan. Addressing Le Fay, he inquired further about the Grim Reapers' activity.

Le Fay, responding with her characteristic mystique, revealed, "Indeed, Governor. Grim Reapers have congregated at the sites of all the devices, scattered across every corner except this floor. They permeate even the corridors, a spectral presence. The car park serves as their focal point, a congregation of souls. Cao Cao has departed this Dimension, leaving Siegfried in his stead. Georg, too, lingers within the confines of the car park."

As Issei approached the group with Ophis, Azazel turned his attention to him, asking, "Issei, was that you causing all that mayhem on the lower floors?"

Issei, with nonchalance, replied, "Yeah, I was helping Ophis with something; some Grim Reapers got in our way, so I killed them."

Concerned about the inactive status of Asia, Xenovia, and Vali, Issei inquired, "Is Asia, Xenovia, and Vali still inactive?"

Azazel confirmed, "Yeah, they are."

Issei suggested a strategic approach, "Just wait for a while; I'd rather have everyone be alert than only the majority." His logic garnered agreement from everyone in the room.

Seated at a table, Issei engaged in a meal sourced from his Boosted Gear's dimensional inventory. Recognizing potential limitations, he devised a backup plan, storing various items within the Gem of the Boosted Gear.

There were five boxes filled with different food:

Box 1: Salmon, Quinoa, Asparagus

Box 2: Grilled Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Steamed Vegetables

Box 3: Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Almonds

Box 4: Egg White Omelette with Whole Grain Toast and Spinach

Box 5: Grilled Tofu, Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans

"Pray tell, are you intending to consume the entirety of that feast?" Le Fay inquired with a curious glint in her eyes.

Issei, without hesitation and while continuing to eat, replied, "Yes."

Le Fay brought up a memory, "Remember the first time we met in Kyoto?" Le Fay asked, a touch of anticipation in her tone.

Issei, wearing a mask of confusion, responded, "We met in Kyoto?" The recollection seemed to elude him.

In disbelief, Le Fay exclaimed, "You don't remember?!"

Issei, trying to piece together the puzzle, replied, "If it was a brief encounter, then no. After Kyoto, I spent two years in another dimension, which is the equivalent of a week in the real world."

Le Fay, a realization dawning upon her, remarked, "Oh, so that's why you look and act different." Her words carried a mix of understanding and surprise.

Observing a hint of sadness on Le Fay's face, Issei inquired, "What's wrong?"

"In reminiscing about my days with Vali Team," she responded with a hint of melancholy.

Issei's thoughts reflected on the possible reason, "She must be upset about being branded as a traitor."

Le Fay shared their endeavors with a sense of purpose, recounting the group's quest for knowledge about the mysteries of the world. "We checked on the mysteries of the World, starting from Great Red, seeking legendary individuals, and occasionally fulfilling Ophis's desires. However, it appears that the hero faction considers us a nuisance due to our powers. Seigfried, in particular, holds a strong disdain for us. He was especially displeased when his former rival, my brother Arthur, joined our ranks," she elaborated.

Issei, curious about their explorations, inquired, "What kind of mysteries did you guys explore?"

Le Fay delved into the details of their investigations. "We began with the secret of Great Red swimming in the dimensional gap. Explored the mysteries of extinct civilizations, delved into the technology of the lost continents of Mu and Atlantis. Our journey took us to the exploration of parallel universes and a closer look at Yggdrasill from Norse mythology. We also sought out anecdotes about legendary individuals and searched for heroes or creatures whose status, whether dead or alive, remains unknown. And sometimes," she added with a hint of nonchalance, "we engaged in acts that some might label as terrorism."

Curious, Issei asked, "Don't you think you could've done all this if you weren't a part of a terrorist organization?"

Le Fay acknowledged, "I guess so,"

Issei's reassuring words filled the air, attempting to lift the somber atmosphere. "Don't be too downcast; after all this is done, you and your team can go back to doing whatever you want," he spoke with a comforting tone, his intent to provide solace evident.

Le Fay, touched by Issei's gesture, responded with a small smile, a glimmer of gratitude in her eyes. Despite the circumstances, his words seemed to offer a sense of hope.

Intrigued, Le Fay couldn't help but express her curiosity about Issei. She leaned in slightly and inquired about him, the air buzzing with an unspoken connection between them.

"Issei, what stirs your passions? Any intriguing pursuits or goals that dance within your heart?", Le Fay inquired,

Issei, between bites, explained, "I don't really adhere to lifelong goals. My life is driven by what brings me joy and what doesn't. I'm not fixated on long-term objectives, but I've got a slew of short-term goals."

"Short-term goals, huh? Like what?" Le Fay inquires.

"Well, at the moment, my primary objective is to navigate us out of this predicament, kill Hades, then kill Cao Cao. Beyond that, I'll adapt and strategize accordingly. I don't indulge in extensive future planning; life has a way of presenting challenges, and lately, they've been coming my way with notable frequency," he stated, embracing the unpredictability of life.

Le Fay noted, "That sounds very carefree."

"I've learned to take life as it comes. It's more manageable that way," Issei replied.

After a while, Vali approached Issei, sitting beside him. Despite his injuries, Vali had recovered somewhat from the Poison that had afflicted him.

"Hyoudou, what's the secret behind your newfound strength? And why the sudden transformation in both appearance and demeanour?" Vali inquired, his curiosity evident.

During his meal, Issei offered a succinct yet extraordinary explanation. "Long story short, I was in emotional distress; at that moment, I was attacked and nearly killed by devils. I awakened a new power, killed those devils, created a pocket dimension, entered it, and trained for two years, which was only a week in the Real World. And that's it," he replied nonchalantly.

Vali, raising an eyebrow in surprise, commented, "Two years of honing my skills within a pocket dimension compressed into a mere week? Now, that's a rather convenient shortcut, isn't it? As for your appearance, does it stem from the outcome of your training endeavours?" he questioned, studying Issei with discerning eyes.

Issei affirmed, "Yeah, among other things."

Delving deeper into the details, Vali asked, "So how did you know how to use aspects of the Divine Dividing?"

Issei recounted his recent battle with Loki, explaining how he faced a sword infused with Samael's Poison and how he, with Ddraig's assistance, devised a method to purge the Poison using the Divine Dividing.

Vali, with a smirk, mentioned, "Right, Loki. I still have to get you back for killing Fenrir; after all, he was one of mine."

Issei countered, "To be fair, it was you who stole him from Loki."

Vali chuckled at Issei's retort. "Fair enough. I suppose we're even then," he conceded, leaning back in his chair.

Le Fay, intrigued by the mention of a sword imbued with Samael's Poison, inquired, "You mentioned something about a sword imbued with Samael's poison?"

Issei confirmed, "Yeah, they're quite the pain in the ass."

Le Fay, relating her recent encounters with Dragon Slaying Weapons, noted, "We've stumbled upon an increasing number of Dragon Slaying Weapons during our recent escapades."

Issei added, "I know, those Devils who attacked me and almost killed me had those said weapons as well."

Sensing a pattern, Vali inquired, "So someone is creating a good amount of Dragon Slaying weapons?"

Issei asserted, "Indeed, I've only encountered swords so far, though I suspect Hades is the mastermind behind these weapons. It appears he's a pivotal figure in their creation, especially considering he wielded complete control over Samael until my intervention."

Le Fay pondered, "Would you say that the era of Samael-imbued weapons is over?"

Issei responded begrudgingly, "Highly doubt it; they still exist and are a bane to my existence."

Vali, in a reluctant tone, posed a request to Issei, "So, could you perhaps... help me out?"

Issei, feigning confusion, asked, "Help you with what?"

"Getting stronger," Vali replied in a quiet tone.

"What?" Issei asked, attempting to hold in a chuckle.

With a defeated sigh, Vali reiterated, "Can you help me get stronger?"

Issei couldn't contain his amusement, responding with a chuckle, "The descendant of the original Lucifer asking a reincarnated Devil to help you get stronger? Who would've ever thought?" Vali, smirking, acknowledged the irony of the situation.

"Hmph, go ahead and revel in your amusement, Hyoudou. However, let's get down to business. I've witnessed your capabilities, and it's about time I surpassed them. I won't allow you to monopolize the spotlight any longer," Vali declared with a competitive gleam.

Issei grinned, appreciating the change in Vali's demeanour. "Alright then, but you owe me something after this. Let's see what I am working with," Issei said as his eyes glowed red, analyzing Vali's prowess.

Under Issei's scrutiny, Vali wiped off a bead of sweat.

"I see," Issei remarked as he stopped his eyes from glowing.

"What did you find?" Vali asked curiously.

"You should stop relying on your Divine Dividing all the time," Issei stated.

"Excuse me?" Vali said in disbelief.

Issei explained, "Vali, these sacred gears in our possession undoubtedly wield immense power. However, the critical error of our predecessors was their excessive dependence on them, ultimately resulting in their downfall."

Vali, intrigued, asked, "So what do you suggest I do?"

"Listen, you've got the blood of Lucifer running through your veins; focus on harnessing that power. Personally, I dedicated two years to intense training, and for a solid 18 months of that, I operated without being tethered to Ddraig. I honed my skills in various other domains during that time. Our Sacred Gears merely enhance our existing abilities. If we were to engage in a battle without relying on our Sacred Gears, rest assured, victory would be mine," Issei explained confidently.

Vali raised an eyebrow, intrigued by Issei's confidence. "You're saying you'd beat me without using your Boosted Gear?" he asked with a hint of challenge.

"Indeed. Our Sacred Gears serve to amplify our capabilities, yet they are not the crux of our strength. They function as tools, and it's imperative that we command respect even in their absence. Lucifer's power is formidable, and being his descendant, you must harness that potential," Issei articulated.

Vali leaned back, processing Issei's words. "Ah, so you propose that I channel my attention towards honing my demonic prowess and capabilities instead of merely leaning on the crutch of the Divine Dividing," he articulated.

"Absolutely. The Sacred Gear is a valuable tool, but it's crucial not to let it overshadow your true capabilities. Sharpen your demonic powers, refine your combat skills, and let the Divine Dividing amplify your inherent strength," Issei advised.

Vali smirked a spark of determination in his eyes. "But in all honesty, you have it worse than I do," Issei said.

"Oh, how so?" Vali asked.

"In contrast to my Boosted Gear, I thrive on continuous enhancement. Conversely, you must strategically diminish your opponent's strength, claiming half of what rightfully belongs to them. Your Sacred Gear is contingent on your adversary, implying that the more formidable your opponent, the more powerful you grow. It's a symbiotic dynamic, a parasitic relationship if you will," Issei elucidated.

Vali nodded, acknowledging the unique dynamics of his Divine Dividing. "True, it's a double-edged sword. The stronger the opponent, the more I gain, but at the same time, I'm limited by their strength. It's a dependency I need to break," he admitted.

Issei advised, "Absolutely. Depending solely on others is a weak strategy. Build your own power, and leverage tools like the Divine Dividing to amplify it. It's all about maintaining control and finding the right balance."

Vali smirked, appreciating the unexpected advice. "I never thought I'd be taking advice from you, Hyoudou," he said.

"Well, life is full of surprises, isn't it?" Issei chuckled.

X

After a while, everyone gathered in the hall on the top floor, awake and somewhat alert.

Issei took charge, addressing the team with authority, "Listen up, Le Fay and Kuroka, your focus is the barrier device on the roof. Vali, you've got their backs. Rias, Akeno, the second-floor barrier is your mission. Kiba, Koneko, you're with them. Before that, I'll personally handle the Grim Reapers on the way to the second floor. As for me, I'll take care of the barrier device in the parking lot."

Azazel, wanting to accompany Issei, said, "Issei, if I may, I'll accompany you."

"Sure, I don't mind," Issei replied dismissively.

He then instructed, "Ravel, stay here with Asia; you too, Ophis."

The trio nodded in agreement, Ophis remaining her usual emotionless self.

"I don't have time for uncertainty. If those barrier devices aren't taken down simultaneously, we could face unpredictable consequences. I'll give a clear signal for you to demolish the barriers simultaneously—no room for error, just swift execution," Issei directed.

"When the barrier devices are disabled, Le Fay, your priority is to teleport Irina and Xenovia, along with yourself, out of this place. I need them to brief Michael and Sirzechs on the situation here," he added.

Using his Boosted Gear, Issei took out Ascalon and handed it to Xenovia. "Your Ex-Durandal was destroyed, wasn't it? I assume you can still use Durandal itself? But here, take Ascalon, just in case," he said.

--

Ascalon

Rarity: Legendary

Classification: Straight Sword

Stats: 15 Strength, 10 Dexterity

Ability: A Holy Sword imbued with Dragon-slaying power, allowing the user to harm dragon-typed beings. After being modified, Issei Hyoudou and other Devils could wield it despite being a Devil or a Devi-Dragon Hybrid. After being combined with the Boosted Gear, it became enormously more potent than before.

--

Xenovia accepted Ascalon with a determined expression. "Thank you, Issei. I'll make sure to put it to good use," she replied, gripping the holy sword tightly.

Irina assured him, "We'll get the message to Michael and Sirzechs. Don't worry, Issei."

Azazel then warned, "I should say this now: do not get hit by those scythes the reapers wield. They can shorten one's life span."

Issei nodded in acknowledgment. The group then dispersed to their assigned tasks. Le Fay, Kuroka, and the recovering Vali headed towards the roof, Rias and Akeno made their way to the second floor, and Issei and Azazel prepared to confront the barrier device in the parking lot.

As Issei moved through the corridors of the artificial space, he encountered scattered groups of Grim Reapers. With each confrontation, he dispatched them efficiently, muttering to himself, "Clearing the path for the others."

X

Le Fay, Kuroka, and Vali faced formidable challenges on the roof. The Grim Reapers guarding the barrier device proved to be powerful opponents. Vali, despite still recovering, contributed with precise and powerful attacks, showcasing the strength of Divine Dividing.

"I shall commence the weaving of the teleportation circle for Irina and Xenovia. Prepare yourselves to annihilate the barrier device upon my signal," Le Fay commanded with a touch of magical elegance.

Vali nodded, his attention focused on the ongoing battle. Kuroka, with her agility and feline instincts, gracefully evaded attacks while delivering swift strikes to the Grim Reapers.

Simultaneously, on the second floor, Rias, Akeno, Kiba, and Koneko confronted the barrier device guarded by Grim Reapers. The demonic and magical powers clashed in a chaotic dance as they fought to reach their objective. Their path was cleared mainly by Issei and Azazel, but they now ventured further into the hall, which was still infested with Grim Reapers.

"We need to reach that device quickly. Issei is counting on us," Rias urged the group.

Akeno unleashed a powerful barrage of lightning, creating an opening for Kiba and Koneko to advance. Wielding his sword, Kiba swiftly moved through the battlefield, engaging the Grim Reapers. Koneko, in her Nekomata form, pounced with precision, taking down enemies in her path.

Issei and Azazel faced a large contingent of Grim Reapers in the parking lot. The air was tense as the two sides prepared for a decisive confrontation.

"Let's make this quick, Azazel," Issei declared.

"Agreed," Azazel responded, his wings spreading wide.

Issei then raised his hand and started the signal for the simultaneous attack.

[Ability Used: Elemental Manipulation: Elemental Creation: Lightning]

Bolts of lightning and thunder echoed through the artificial Dimension, signalling the others to destroy the barrier devices.

At that moment, Kuroka, Rias, Akeno, Issei, and Azazel attacked the barrier device simultaneously, destroying it. Le Fay, acting quickly, teleported herself, Xenovia, and Irina out of the Dimension. The artificial space started to make sounds, indicating it had taken a lot of damage, yet it still stood firm.

Meanwhile, Issei looked towards the hordes of Grim Reapers, who seemed to keep spawning. Azazel noticed the dissatisfied look on Issei's face.

"You look dissatisfied, what's wrong?" Azazel asked.

"I just wished that Asia and Ravel could get out along with the other three girls," Issei replied.

"I see your point," Azazel acknowledged.

An explosion could be heard behind them. As they turned around, they saw a chunk of the second-floor wall destroyed, and out from the gap in the wall, Rias, Akeno, and Kiba flew out with their wings towards Azazel and Issei.

"Where's Koneko?" Issei asked.

"She went to back up her sister and Asia in the barriers," Rias answered.

Vali flew off the roof a few seconds later and landed beside them.

"Le Fay, the Durandal wielder and Michael's Angel have been teleported out of the Dimension," he informed them.

"Say, Azazel, is there any Angel in Heaven named Charlie?" Issei asked with a smirk.

"Charlie? Not that I'm aware of. It's not a common name among the angels. Why do you ask?" Azazel responded, intrigued by Issei's question.

"Oh, no reason. Just heard it somewhere," Issei replied, trying to keep the smirk off his face.

"Does anyone else notice that Georg appears unusually stronger today, or is it just me?" he queried the others.

"What do you mean?" Vali asked.

"Recall, I previously gouged out his eyes with a dagger, but he managed to bounce back with a Phoenix Tear. Normally, I wouldn't bother second-guessing, but Phoenix Tears aren't known for regenerating organs, yet his eyes miraculously came back. Moreover, post those Tear applications, he displayed a noticeable increase in strength, albeit marginally," Issei elaborated.

"Interesting observation. Phoenix Tears are indeed potent, but you're correct; they don't usually regenerate organs. If Georg's eyes returned, and he gained strength from it, it might be a different kind of Tears or a modified version. We should be cautious," Azazel analyzed, his expression thoughtful.

"In essence, it clarifies the reason his Dimension endures, even in the face of high-ranking beings unleashing their powers simultaneously. Yet, his Dimension remains resolute, undeterred by the formidable forces at play," Vali stated with a confident demeanour.

Before things could be said, a horde of Grim Reapers appeared at the end of the parking lot near the edge where the purple mist started.

"The rabble has arrived, huh?" Issei sneered.

"We've got a bit of time to spare, haven't we, my esteemed rival? How about we spice things up with a little challenge? Let's see who can send the most Reapers to their death, shall we?" Vali remarked with a sly grin.

"Of course, but brace yourselves when the gap widens from two to three digits," Issei uttered with a sinister grin, advancing confidently toward the assembly of Grim Reapers.

Vali chuckled confidently, summoning Divine Dividing as he and Issei prepared to engage the incoming horde of Grim Reapers.

"Hyoudou, we shall ascertain the truth in due time. Refrain from excessive arrogance," Vali countered, the flame of rivalry burning fiercely within.

The others watched the two with amusement, appreciating the camaraderie amidst the chaos. As Issei and Vali dove into the midst of the Grim Reapers, the air became charged with the sounds of clashes, energy bursts, and the occasional banter between the two rivals. With his prowess, Issei either speed-blitzed or sent a barrage of energy projectiles towards the Grim Reapers. Vali, with his agility and Divine Dividing, maneuvered gracefully through the battlefield, dividing and conquering his opponents.

Meanwhile, the others observed the ongoing battle keenly, occasionally offering support from a distance. Despite their numbers, the Grim Reapers found it challenging to keep up with the combined might of Issei and Vali.

Determined to outdo his rival, Vali activated his Balance Breaker, the white wings of Albion spreading wide. Issei grinned at the sight, ready to match Vali's power with his own.

The two rivals escalated their efforts, leaving a trail of dead Grim Reapers in their wake.

"You two really know how to make a battlefield interesting," Azazel commented, impressed by the display of power.

As the Grim Reaper numbers dwindled, Issei and Vali continued their friendly competition, each aiming to surpass the other in the count of defeated adversaries.

As the Grim Reapers multiplied, compelling the others to join the battle, Kiba exhibited remarkable agility, his demonic swords cleaving through the adversaries with surgical precision. Simultaneously, Azazel wielded his light spear, piercing through multiple opponents in a relentless display of power. Akeno contributed to the onslaught, her holy lightning raining down and reducing the enemies to smouldering remains. Rias reshaped the parking lot with each strike with her power of destruction.

Noticing the reinforcements, Issei and Vali heightened their efforts. Mid-battle, they exchanged glances, a silent agreement passing between them. Coordinating their attacks, the duo engaged in a synchronized dance of destruction that overwhelmed the Grim Reapers.

Amidst the chaos, a voice emerged from the left side of Issei and Vali.

"It's been a while, Black Dragon Emperor."

The duo turned toward the newcomer, who wielded multiple demonic swords.

Issei, expressing disdain, grumbled, "Who's this fool?" He shifted his gaze to Vali, expecting an explanation.

Vali elucidated, "That's Siegfried, a member of the Hero Faction. You encountered him in Kyoto."

Issei retorted, "I don't remember every grain of rice I eat."

Siegfried smirked at Issei's remark. "Well, I remember you quite well, Black Dragon Emperor. And it seems you've grown stronger since our last encounter," he said, eyes flickering with amusement and challenge.

Confidently, Siegfried declared, "You're about to remember this encounter."

Issei taunted, "Cao Cao's regard for comrades seems nonexistent, given how effortlessly he guided you towards your death. Perhaps, in his eyes, you hold the esteemed title of being his least favoured – a mere pawn, utterly expendable."

Siegfried narrowed his eyes but maintained his composure. "I'm here because I choose to be, not because of Cao Cao's whims. And I assure you, I'm far from expendable," he declared, tightening his grip on his demonic swords.

Issei provocatively pulled out a butter knife to challenge Siegfried's demonic swords.

Siegfried raised an eyebrow, scoffing, "A butter knife? Are you mocking me?"

Issei taunted further, "I don't hunt rabbits with a cannon."

Vali retorted, "Show off."

Hearing Issei's words, Siegfried snarled, ready to lunge at him. In his Balance-breaker form, Siegfried already had four dragon arms and held six demonic swords. Before he could strike, Kiba intercepted.

Kiba declared, "Issei, leave this to me," extending a dragon-slaying blade crafted through his Sword Birth.

Flash Back

On the third day of Issei's training alongside Akeno and Kiba, he found himself engaged in a familiar spar with Kiba. The routine unfolded predictably, with Kiba, as usual, falling back and conceding defeat. Frustration boiled within Issei, prompting him to dismiss the sword he had been wielding.

Issei peered down at Kiba, his gaze calculating.

Issei demanded, "Show it to me."

Kiba, taken aback, replied, "What?" lifting his head to meet Issei's eyes.

Issei clarified, "That dragon-slaying sword you've been working on."

A chill ran down Kiba's spine as he realized Issei was aware of his efforts to create a countermeasure against him.

Issei continued with insight, "I can sense it emanating from you. I'm aware that you've been diligently working on this ever since I unleashed the Juggernaut Drive that first time. My behaviour during the Rating Match only fueled your determination even more."

Kiba hesitated, uncertain about revealing the details of his secret project. The training room hung heavy with tension as Issei maintained his piercing stare, awaiting a response.

Kiba began, "How did you...?" but Issei cut him off.

"I've mentioned this before - I can sense it. Your drive is the essence of the resources you've employed. It's unmistakable.", Issei asserted

Realizing there was no use in hiding it any longer, Kiba took a deep breath and nodded. He utilized Sword Birth, materializing a sleek, silver sword adorned with intricate runes along its blade.

Kiba elucidated, "This here is the Dragonbane Blade. I've poured my sweat and spirit into forging it, specifically tailored to counter the dreaded Juggernaut Drive. Its purpose is to slice through that potent aura of yours and nullify the power boost it grants," his tone unwavering.

Issei scrutinized the sword, recognizing the craftsmanship and magical properties imbued within it. However, he knew that this blade was ineffective against him.

"Well, it's a good-looking sword; I'll give it that much. But it lacks its Dragon Slaying Power.", Issei remarked.

"I know.", Kiba admitted sheepishly,

Issei, handing the sword back to Kiba, said, "You aren't looking at this right."

"What do you mean?" Kiba inquired

Issei explained, "I'll break it down for you: Your Sword Birth hinges on imagination, and the sky's the limit as long as your creativity keeps flowing. However, there's a point where imagination hits the wall of reality, imposing its own rules and setting boundaries."

Issei then pulled out his phone, holding it up to Kiba.

Issei articulated, "Consider this phone as an analogy. Instead of abstractly envisioning a generic phone, focus on deconstructing it—analyze the battery, CPU, motherboard, and LCD screen. Apply the same principle to your Sword Making. That's the disparity between an architect and an engineer."

Kiba furrowed his brow, absorbing Issei's words. The analogy resonated with him, highlighting the flaw in his approach. He nodded, signalling to Issei that he understood the concept.

Kiba inquired, "Let me get this straight. You're telling me that instead of skimming the surface, I should focus on the intricate details of my creation, especially when it comes to countering the Juggernaut Drive?" seeking clarity.

Issei affirmed, "Absolutely. The greater precision and detail you inject into your imagination, the more impactful and powerful your creations become. It's all about grasping the intricacies of the matter at hand."

Kiba nodded in understanding, appreciating the wisdom in Issei's words.

Flash Back End

Issei observed intently as Kiba boldly stepped forward, the Dragonbane Blade glinting menacingly in his grip.

His determination is evident; Kiba declared, "Issei, leave this to me," his unwavering gaze fixed upon Siegfried.

In response, Issei nodded, acknowledging Kiba's readiness. "Alright, show him the power of your creation," Issei encouraged, stepping back to give Kiba the lead.

Siegfried, with a confident smirk, acknowledged Kiba's new ability. "Kiba Yuuto, it seems like you gained a new ability," he remarked, his words laced with amusement.

The clash of metal echoed in the air as the confrontation unfolded. Sparks flew as Siegfried skillfully parried Kiba's assaults with precise swordsmanship. Kiba's agility was remarkable, each movement challenging, yet Siegfried effortlessly countered, maintaining a confident demeanour. Despite the cuts marring Siegfried's attire, a confident smile adorned his face.

"I see. Your technique and speed are higher than before. But it's a fact that only the tip of your sword can reach me," Siegfried commented with a self-assured smile, acknowledging Kiba's progress.

As the battle intensified, Siegfried's demonic swords began to glow, revealing their specialties. "Nothung! Tyrfing!" Siegfried called out, creating a massive cut in the atmosphere and a crater in the car park, showcasing the destructive power of his demonic swords.

Continuing his assault, Siegfried unleashed another demonic sword, "How's this for next? Balmung!" The drill-shaped aura of the sword created a whirlwind that swept down on Kiba, shattering the dragon-knight troops used as a shield.

Undeterred, Kiba adapted quickly, creating dragon-knight troops anew. Siegfried, perceptive to the weakness of Kiba's new Balance-Breaker, taunted, "I understand the weakness of that new Balance-Breaker just by fighting with you for a short time." He exploited the troops' speed, easily dodging their attacks without using his demonic swords.

"You can reflect your ability to the Dragon Knights, right? But you still can't reflect your techniques to them. These troops who only have speed can't possibly compete against me!" Siegfried asserted, revealing his strategic insight into the battle.

Siegfried attempted to evade the final dragon knight, but something unexpected occurred. This particular dragon knight exhibited more intricate movements than its counterparts, successfully severing one of Siegfried's dragon arms. In response, pain contorted Siegfried's expression as he looked back at the dragon-knight responsible. To Siegfried's astonishment, the mask was removed, revealing Kiba's face beneath.

"Impossible! Then the one over there is!" Siegfried exclaimed in disbelief.

Kiba, a distance away from the dragon knights, was issuing orders. However, his appearance underwent a transformation, ultimately disappearing. Another Kiba, adorned in dragon knight armour, began to remove the disguise, smirking as he revealed himself.

"The figure you see in the distance is merely a manifestation of my demonic prowess. In reality, I, clad in the armour of the dragon knight, stealthily blended among my brethren, biding my time for the opportune moment when your defences would waver," explained Kiba, his strategy unveiled.

"I concealed myself amidst their ranks, employing them as a protective barrier. Foreseeing your discovery of my dragon knights' vulnerability, I patiently awaited the opportune moment for your guard to falter. True to my expectations, you played into my hands. It appears that exposing an adversary's weakness is the favoured strategy of the Hero-faction in battle. I, in turn, exploited this tendency to my advantage," Kiba added, detailing the intricacies of his tactical approach.

Still processing the situation, Siegfried questioned with disbelief, "This damage. Did you gain the power of a dragon-slayer?"

"Indeed. A dragon-slaying holy sword. Given that your Sacred Gear embodies a dragon, it won't endure this unscathed, no exceptions," Kiba affirmed, his words leaving Siegfried in regret.

Mist enveloped Siegfried, and a multitude of Grim Reapers emerged from within. The mist, a manifestation of Georg's Sacred Gear, served as a conduit to summon the Grim Reapers from the outside world. Their numbers surpassed 200 or 300, filling the entire car park.

"You guys might have dodged them before, but having this many against you, you're more likely to get hit by their scythes now," Siegfried remarked with a sinister smile, capitalizing on the overwhelming force he had summoned.

A mysterious voice echoed through the parking lot, interrupting the ongoing battle.

"I will be troubled if you look down on Grim Reapers," the voice declared, drawing the attention of everyone present. They turned to see a Grim Reaper, face uncovered with a clown-like mask, stepping forward.

Azazel expressed shock, "You are!"

Pluto bowed respectfully, introducing himself, "This is my first time seeing you, Governor of the Fallen Angels. I am one of the Grim Reapers that serves under Hades. My name is Pluto."

Azazel acknowledged with surprise, "The Ultimate-level Grim Reaper, Pluto! To send a Grim Reaper that appears even in a legend! That skeleton-geezer sure did something unexpected!"

Pluto addressed the accusations, "You have allied with the boss of the terrorists, Ophis, and tried to break the alliance between the allied factions. That will result in your death. For you who has been talking about alliances to do such a thing."

Azazel retorted, "I see. So you are going to make it like that, huh? So you are trying to eliminate us by making up a reason like that! And you attacked us, who were fighting against the terrorists! How much have you guys been planning ahead!? You bunch of clowns!"

Pluto explained, "Soon, there will be a time when we won't have to make up things like that, but this time we did. –Now then. I am not as weak to fall behind devils and fallen angels."

Azazel scoffed, "More like you guys just came here to piss us off, I presume!?"

Pluto admitted, "Yes. You could say that. Even to us, Grim Reapers, devils, and fallen angels are a nuisance."

Azazel retorted, "You sure are looking down on us!"

Pluto clarified, "I am not looking down on you. I am serious. I will be taking Ophis, who became a 'fake' now."

The confrontation escalated as Pluto swiftly rushed towards Azazel, but the Fallen Angel leader skillfully blocked the attack with his Downfall Dragon Spear. Azazel then powered up, enveloped by a pseudo-Scale Mail, as both he and Pluto took their intense battle to the skies.

Issei, witnessing the clash, offered his assistance, "Azazel, I'll deal with him."

Azazel, however, insisted, "Issei, don't come. I will be his opponent! You and Vali fight off the Grim Reapers and find Georg."

Meanwhile, the battle unfolded on multiple fronts. Vali and Issei engaged the Grim Reapers, with support from Rias and Akeno from a distance. Kiba faced off against Siegfried while Azazel confronted Pluto in a high-stakes aerial duel.

As the others from the hotel joined the fray, a sudden, unfamiliar presence intruded into the Dimension, stirring a violent rage within Issei. The ongoing battles paused as everyone turned their attention to this newcomer. Issei's gaze shifted toward Siegfried and Pluto, anticipating a reaction from them.

Issei's thoughts echoed, "Unaware of the newcomer? Does this imply a potential intruder?"

A hole tore open in the sky, and a man with long brown hair emerged. The atmosphere tensed as Azazel identified the figure.

"Shalba Beelzebub. The leader of the Old Satan faction," Azazel declared with narrowed eyes, setting the stage for another layer of complexity in the unfolding conflict.
