Howling New Friend in the Deep Jungle
Mirko is standing in one spot smirking at Izuku and Katsuki as they are starring at her with intense serious eyes, Katsuki have little explosions bursting from his hands and Izuku's body is emitting green electric currents throughout his body while clutching his fists, the wind blew on them and a tumbleweed bounces pass between them.
"Come on." Mirko dared the boys.
Katsuki made the first move by charging at her with an explosion boost and went for a kick to the face, but Mirko reacted faster and lean backward to dodge the kick though Katsuki quickly stop his flight with his left hand and try to set off a big one with his right hand. However, Mirko kick his right hand to the side letting the explosion go at her though Mirko didn't stop her leg as it swings around to the other side to smack away an incoming punch from Izuku.
"Nice, you two aren't doing half bad." Mirko commented.
"Don't act like you've won!" Katsuki charged.
Katsuki throw his arms fast like punching only his with his hands open and unleashing explosions though Mirko just smile as she dodges them with ease, then she decided to go head-first into one of his explosions to give him a strong headbutt making Katsuki stumble back.
"Damn, you're one crazy bitch." Katsuki groaned.
"What can I say, I've always live every day without any regrets in my life and I like to face such dangerous battles. Never backing down from those challenges is what makes my strong to protect my people." Mirko explained.
"Such devotion, willing to things to the extreme even when the things she is facing could hurt her really badly." Izuku amazed of Mirko's strong spirit.
"Then I'll have to give this my all!" Izuku determined as he jumps high and ready to drop an axe-kick on the Amazon Queen.
Mirko's ears twitches when Izuku jump a second ago and she knew what he's going to do while keeping her eyes on Katsuki who is running towards her for another attack, Mirko jumps over a swing explode-punch and hook her right foot on Katsuki's arm then move her other leg to hook on Izuku's foot as she twist her body around to throw the boys away in opposite directions. Izuku rolls through the ground until he stop himself and dug his fingers a little into the ground to launch himself at the rabbit woman with a left-hook, of course Mirko dodge that as the air pressure goes from his punch. Izuku continue the assault with some punches and kicks as Mirko blocks them with just one leg as making few of her counter attacks, then Izuku was able to grab her leg to shoulder-throw to the ground though she stop her face from meeting the ground with her hands.
"Not bad, it's not easy grabbing the limbs of your opponent during battle to throw them off guard." Mriko said.
"I kinda figure that wouldn't work on you, which is why I'm not going to let go." Izuku grinned as he tightens his arms on Mirko's leg.
Mirko was confuse about this at first until she heard a familiar explosion and she looks ahead to see Katsuki coming at her fast and realize that they have planned this, she grins thinking these boys just keep on surprising her.
"Hope you're ready to lose, you bunny bitch!" Katsuki started rolling fast sideway with the add boost of his explosions turning him into a flaming wheel.
Mirko pushes herself up in the air from her arms for her escape plan from Izuku's grip, but he saw this coming and quickly lifts her up and spins her around a little fast before letting her go flying toward Katsuki. Mirko is actually excited to see how strong Katsuki's attack is and roll herself forward and extend her strong right leg to clash against the exploding boy, and the clash was intense as neither of them were moving an inch for a moment or two until Mirko pushes herself forward more to break through the flaming spinning ring and stopping Katsuki's momentum. Katsuki's expression is shock as he see Mirko's foot has a burn mark from his attack and yet she isn't feeling any pain from it, then his head got slammed to the ground when Mirko move her leg faster than the eyes can see and axe-kick him.
The Amazon Queen turns around to Izuku running toward her fast and launch one leg for a kick to the stomach as Mirko blocks it with her knee, Izuku jumps for a swing kick with his other leg but she smack it away with the same leg though her eyes widen when she saw Izuku holding out his hand with two fingers together like they're about to flick her. Or the air itself.
"Delaware Smash" Izuku fired the powerful air pressure blast that send Mirko back and crashes into a wall.
"I… I got her. I actually land a hit on her!" Izuku cheered.
"Yeah, yeah, so you got one hit on her. Big deal." Katsuki groaned.
"I got to say, using both your legs as a distraction for your real attack was a pretty good move." Mirko complimented as she steps out of the hole in the wall with a tiny trail of running down her face.
"I haven't felt a hit like that in a long time, you're definitely on your way to becoming a hero, kid." Mirko said as she blitzes right behind Izuku much to his shock.
Izuku quickly turns around to throw a punch, but it was too late as Mirko already toss Izuku a little into the air with her right leg and slams him down to the ground with her foot on his stomach.
"Okay, that'll be all for today. Go get check on Recovery Girl and we'll continue this tomorrow, now it's time to get some lunch." Mirko walked away from the two young heroes-in-training as they groan in pain.
"Kacchan." Izuku said.
"What?" Katsuki asked.
"Have you ever thought that a rabbit would be dangerous like Mirko is?" Izuku asked while groaning in pain.
"I didn't give a shit about rabbits before, but she definitely earned my respect." Katsuki admitted before coughing a little.
"Yeah, she is amazing. She has been training her whole life on this island, being Queen is also a bug responsibility to run a whole kingdom that was been around for thousands of years, not to mention with everyone having their own superpowers it might be difficult to keep from going power hungry. Although, she always did say that the Amazon live with a honor code and sworn to never let their powers get the best of them as they were born with their Quirks, then there's the" Izuku mumbled on and on about Mirko and her duties as Queen, then he got smack by Katsuki who was able to move his right arm.
"I really hate that damn brain of yours." Katsuki angered.
"Sorry." Izuku apologized.
"Come on, you two, let's hope you have enough stamina for Recovery Girl." Yu said as she walks up them and carry them over her shoulder.
(Lunchtime)
Izuku and Inko are seen eating lunch in their room, Inko looks at Izuku even though his body is all better from the intense training this morning, she is still worry that Izuku could get badly hurt that even Recovery Girl won't be able to fix him up like before. Izuku said that he is trying to be careful limiting himself of how much power he is using when in combat training, but she knew her son better that he would always push himself beyond his limit to help others even if it means getting himself hurt in the process.
"Hmm, is everything okay, mom?" Izuku asked, snapping his mom out of her trouble thoughts.
"Oh, yes, I'm fine. Just wondering how was training with the Queen today?" Inko asked.
"Well, extreme and brutal as always but we are improving as I was able to land a good hit on her." Izuku mentioned.
"Really? Neither of you two have been able to land a single hit on Queen Mirko for the past 8 weeks since we came to this island." Inko surprised and worried at the same time.
"I know, I was surprised that my last-second plan worked though Mirko shrug it off because of her high pain tolerance which makes me worry of how far she will push herself until she collapses." Izuku concerned, making Inko giggles.
"Kinda reminds me of you whenever there is someone in trouble." Inko smiled at Izuku.
"Oh, really?" Izuku asked.
"Izuku, I know that you were brought to this island by a Goddess to stop this evil and all, but I'm really scared that you might not come back to me and I… I… I don't want to lose my baby. After your father's death, I've been afraid that something is gonna take you away from me too and I don't know how I can live with that." Inko cried with tears flowing out of her eyes.
Izuku look down at his hand, he remembers the day his dad died and that left both of them in a deep depression state for a while but they were able to get through it because they have each other and some friends to help them get back up on their feet.
"Mom." Izuku held Inko hand and look deep into her eyes.
"I'm aware that the great battle I'll be facing with Kacchan will be dangerous, more than we could ever image, but I promise that I won't die because I will get stronger to protect you and everyone here on the island. Because a hero always smiles to help put an ease to everyone, to show them how fearless they are when facing certain doom and never got back on their word. That's the kind of hero I want to be, and the hero you can be proud of!" Izuku determined like a strong fire is burning from within his eyes.
Inko felt her heart racing faster than normal from just the words from her son, but this time it was more of a grown man's voice telling her that everything is going to be okay and she starting to see Izuku was a kind and strong man standing right in front of her.
"Hey Izuku, you're in here?" Mirko kicked the door open, spooking the Midoriya mother and son.
"Uh, Queen Mirko, what are you doing here?" Inko asked.
"Hey, I told you can you can just call me Mirko and I just came by to see if Izuku is up for a nature walking in the jungle." Mirko answered.
"Oh, just a nature walk?" Izuku wondered if he is hearing her right.
"Yeah, thought you should be more familiar with the areas of the island including the jungle as we Amazons go there for some physical exercises and a few places where you can enjoy a very high good view too." Mirko explained.
"Huh, I guess I haven't been outside of the city much and I do need to know more about the island." Izuku said to himself then look back at Mirko.
"Okay, I'll go with you to the jungle." Izuku decided.
"Great, I'll be waiting for you outside. Don't take too long or else I'll drag you out myself." Mirko said as she walks away.
"I'm not so sure about this, Izuku." Inko worried.
"Don't worry, mom. I'm sure Mirko won't take me a dangerous place, sure the jungle may look scary, but the Amazon have survived the jungle before." Izuku pointed out.
"Okay, but just come back in one piece, okay." Inko begged a little.
"I promise." Izuku promised.
(Later)
Izuku and Mirko are walking together through the jungle as Izuku has been here before with Katsuki and the girls, but this time he's going in deeper to see what the rest of the place looks like as Mirko also makes sure to alert him of any danger like poison berries and a quicksand which they simply jump over.
"Whenever I feel like calming myself down, I always come through this path to my special spot." Mirko mentioned.
"I see, and you aren't worry about any wild animals coming out to eat you?" Izuku asked curious.
"Hahaha! As if they could prey on an Amazon, we've always showed them which group is the real top predator on the food chain and they don't bother us again though there has been some animals trying to kill us, not that we can handle them." Mirko explained.
"I see, kinda like when Katsuki tamed that dragon a few days ago." Izuku recalled meeting Katsuki's new pet dragon and get scared too.
"Yeah, I was really surprised that be managed to tame something like a dragon, but I guess a dragon does suit him since they're both pretty fired up." Mirko pointed out.
"Almost like they want to "blow" their anger off." Izuku joked making Mirko laughs.
Hiding among the trees, something is looking at Mirko and Izuku walking together and growls as it slowly stuck on them through the brushes and hid behind the trees.
Mirko stop which Izuku stop as well for her ears to pick up a soft sound and a little growl meaning there is something coming at them, Mirko acted fast by kicking to where the noise is coming from like right next to a tree then the thing that came out is a dark-green fur wolf about three times bigger than the biggest wolf in the world.
"Looks like you're still hungry for a little rabbit meat." Mirko smirked at the wolf.
"That wolf looks strong." Izuku noticed.
"Yeah, this wolf is known to be the strongest one of its kind on the animal and was always a good workout partner when I was a little kid." Mirko explained.
"Wait, you fought that thing as a kid?!" Izuku gasped.
The green wolf charges at Mirko as she did the same, her foot collided against the wolf's head causes a strong shockwave for a moment until they pushed each other.
"Well, well, looks like he gotten stronger." Mirko excited.
"(Wow, I never seen wolf like that before and yet, I get the feeling that we're alike.)" Izuku thought.
"Wait, Mirko, let me approach the wolf." Izuku requested as he stands in front of Mirko.
"Oh, so you want to take on the wolf, huh?" Mirko surprised that Izuku is going to fight the green wolf too as she hugs his head on her breasts making Izuku blush.
"I-I just have a feeling, okay!" Izuku pulled himself out of her breasts and calm himself down as he walks over to the dark green wolf.
The green wolf growls and let out a savage roar at Izuku though he wasn't fazed by it as he stands strong and fearless.
"I'm not going to fight you." Izuku said, surprising the wolf and Mirko.
"I don't know why, but I feel like there is more to you than just fighting like you want to see more of what humans are capable of. If that is the case, then let me prove to you that there is always a hero helping others in need no matter what and to always smile for everyone to see." Izuku charged his fist with his power.
"100% One for All, Detroit Smash" Izuku threw his fist in the air and caused a powerful air blast that blew away the leaves and tree branches blocking the sky to let the sunlight shine on them.
"You like and other wolves, humans can be courageous too and we never let any harm come to those we consider our pack." Izuku smiled despite how bruised his arm is from using full power.
The green wolf looks at Izuku almost like he is seeing another wolf in front of him, sensing the inner wolf spirit from within the boy, the green beast walks over to Izuku with his head close allowing Izuku to place his hand on the beast's head.
"Heh, what do you know. That kid got a bigger heart than I thought." Mirko chuckled as she watches Izuku bonding with his new companion and her cheeks are blushing too.

Now Izuku has gotten his own cool pet and it's a strong wolf with dark green fur, I thought it would be cool that a wolf would be a good pet for Izuku and this one will be very loyal to him and it looks like Mirko is starting to develop a feeling for him after seeing how Izuku was able to show strength and kindness to the wolf. I wonder how Inko will react with Izuku bringing home a wolf as his new pet.
