AN: short chapter today since i am only posting what i wrote over a month ago will return to temple life after this.
Zet pov: I was clearing yet another dungeon this one was located very near the underground of the temple's corridors when my alien queen was acting very weird, It looked to me like she was trying to locate a long distance call, Then a piece of her haid started glowing brightly in my eyes, i then placed my hand on her. It felt inky and dark for a few seconds before i was able to grasp what was happening on a different world many solar systems away.
Whatever was happening though it was happening within Hutt controlled space. The was multiple chains connecting with what i thought was a xenomorph. It was the matter of fact what i was looking through the creepy hands were very offsetting in my strange sense of vision. For some reason i was able to sense movement from every other creature that surrounded my cell.
An entirely different sort of group of people than what i was used to seeing had even stopped in front of different cells and fed the caged animals. It was strange since i could pick up conversations from multiple brick walls away. "Place your bets on new creature" one of the alien said. Yeah zet thought to himself "yeah, never going to understand huttese though i felt insulted" as Zet tried to make out the different type of conversations going on around him.
This new creature from Geleon has been getting accumulated intrest from Hutt space. Many had come to see it fight in the pit. They had gotten word of this creatures savage nature and how it likes to activity seek and hunt human prey for greater numbers. Already they had gotten wind of how many lives were lost in the actual subjugation of a single beast. The rumor was that it was residing inside a spaceship when the bountyteam foundand brought it back. One of a kind since no other team has been able to capture it. All that was found inside was a dead worker with his chest looking like it burst from the inside and the creature.
The crowds were in uproar as they were about to be shown the first glimpses of the man hunter. Juiel The Hutt who had owned the arena that the beast was resident in was sweating nervously. Since she wanted to make a name for herself she had paid top dollar for the creature. She did not expect the cost of housing such a creature to be rather large. Since it had arrived it had neather slept or ate the only way to stop it had been to drop in a couple of slaves every couple of hours. It would usually calm the beast as it liked to play with its victims.
The beast had been wrestling with its chains all night allready they would need to replace chains and walls that were throughly melted. It had even almost gotten out throughout the night normally a creature would need sleep or would become sedated when shot with one but this thing bled acid. Juiel needed to recoup her cost so she got in contact with multiple of her family's big names to send in warrior's to slay the beast in front of a crowd. She had thought of that little idea on while in her personal quarters. When a beast misbehaves put it down was her favorite motto. Normally a beast would go through multiple fighters that had close to no chance of winning before it would enter it's final few years where it would either get to fight or die. This creature had no appetite, sleep schedule, and no reproductive bits.
It actually took a while to for the arena to get as lively as it did. It begin with Zet just charging into a fight, whatever he did sounded fun since he just charged at the competition whenever it would be to his advantage. He would be proficient whenever he would get into a hand to hand battle. It would be to his advantage because of his greater build and wildly swinging tail. It was amazing the crowd really loved him and the gore he seemed to be displaying.
Zet really loved close combat ripping off helmets and smashing in faces with its tail. When a tail can just shred through thick brestplates. The crowd were in shock when he used his smaller mouth to strike this one guys helmet in multiple times. When a piece of armor gets shredded like with what the crowd just seen with it's inner mouth you realize how vulnerable these hunters were.
It was sudden and shocking and the entire crowd had a silent moment of shock up until they started cheering again. All of them claimed they were the best and brightest from wherever peace of the galaxy they held from. A godamm spray of acidic juice from this animal was all it took to make them cry out in pain.
Juiel had already sent out over half of the competitors after it and over time since the fight had started the arena had been getting bloodier and bloodier. With every new body that fell she was going to have to set loose a few animals afterwards to clean up the mess left behind.
But all good things had to come to an end when Juiel sent out droids and bounty hunters armed with blasters and thermal gernades. Zet was quick on the uptake that multiple armed aliens were entering the ring. He had been relatively enjoying himself as the sort of apex in the ring. So far with nothing really strong to challenge him.
There were in a steady wall formation all ready to open fire at any moment. But Zet still wanted to go he was having more fun than all of those years in the temple combined. So in that instance Zet stopped pretending and trusted his instincts. Things were going so well too they were going after this thing seven on one as they tried to put it down. Allready the crowds watching were anxious to get the final glimpses of this one creature.
"Aww game over" Zet said as he began regaining over all of his forgotten senses again. The alien queen just silent in front of him. "Well at least i know you understood me when i said we needed to control the population" Zet spoke to the queen. "One world is enough possibly two i haven't decided if i want dathomir or not" Zet said.
Later he began training in his room the world just seemed quieter in the temple without the screaming crowds. He was reimagining all the cheering that the crowd had given him.
"So far it had been learning with every battle it had been in and Juiel and many other hutts that had been watching had noted how the creature liked to fight. It was more the silent assassin type so it would be very dangerous if encountered at night or even alone. "The Grand Hutt Council will further discuss the topic at a different date" said one slug that Juiel was reporting to.
It was as Juiel was watching the hologram again did she notice the true intelligence that the creature held that spectators noticed that it carved out it's own name in galactic basic on one of the walls "xenomorph". Before the final competitors had all died trying to take it down together.
