I slowly walked toward the auctioneer. As I kept making more and more money. I really hoped that I had made enough money to purchase them. I had a feeling that they would be important in the future.
I walked toward the alien. I think it was a Zabrak based on my stolen memories. The horns on its head were a good clue of that.
By the time I reached the Zabrak and his Gamorrean guards. I was confident that I had enough money to purchase them both. I reached into my pocket and pulled out just enough. Though I had some extra in my pocket.
I handed over the amount that was due and gave him a slight bonus. I saw the greed in his eyes. I suppose that was a Multiversal trait.
I walked and said to the soon-to-be-freed slaves, "Follow me." I took their detonator and walked to fill out some paper.
The woman seemed to be a couple of years older than me. Not that it mattered much.
I had to fill out and sign several pages worth of papers on data pads. Once again, I thanked the memories that I gained from the gang leader.
After several long minutes of filling out forms and a few other things, I eventually wrapped it up.
The Zabrak smirked as he said, "Hope to see you soon."
I gave him a slight nod of my head and then walked away with the mother and infant duo in tow.
I led them to a hotel or something like that. It was a place where we could spend the night for a day or two. I sighed softly as I could some how feel their feelings. The mother was worried and a bit nervous. The child was a bit hungry and was tired.
A few moments later, we entered the building. I gave them some money and a little extra for no questions.
I walked down the stairs and took a right down a corridor.
I found our room, and I entered it. I held the door open for the mother and child.
The mother did not even look at me in the eyes. She walked into the room and stood a little away from me with her child in her arms.
I said in a soft voice and a gentle tone, "At ease."
The woman was still tense.
I sighed and said, "Look, I do not even know your name. I felt like it was the right thing to do, to free you. The only way I could do that was by buying you."
Her eyes widened slightly as she heard me tell her that. She swallowed and said softly, "My name is Shmi, Shmi Skywalker."
I gave her a nod and said, "Well, Miss Skywalker, I want to leave this planet as soon as possible. But I also need to purchase a star ship. But in order to do that, I need some more money."
Shmi nodded her head once and then said, "Okay…."
I handed her their slave detonator, then said to her, "Do what you want with it. You are free in all but name."
Shmi asked me, "Where are you going?"
I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Going to try to find a way to earn some money. I really do not like this planet."
Shmi nodded her head and said, "Okay."
I replied to her, "Feed your child. I should be back in a couple of hours."
She blushed lightly but nodded her head as she said, "O-okay."

I made the decision to enter a fight club. It was something that I was more used to.
I entered the bar and said, "I would like to participate in the fight."
The bar keeper glanced at me and hummed, "There is an entering fee."
I asked him, "How much?"
He said cooly, "One Hundred Peggats."
I scoffed and said, "That is like 4,000 Credits." I paused and asked, "How much is the winnings?"
The bar keep smirked and said as he leaned forward, "10,000 Peggats."
I smirked and, reached into my pocket, and then said, "That is a reasonable price. How many people have signed in?"
"You are the eleventh." He said with a cruel smirk.
I saw that and asked, "What happens to the losers?"
"Most of them are dead." He replied.
I nodded my head and asked, "Okay, so how does it work? Do we all fight against each other in a battle royale, or is it more like a tournament?"
The bar keeper said casually, "More of a free-for-all all."
I gave him a nod and asked, "Where is the battle located?"
He used his thumb and jabbed it behind him and said, "Back there."
"Thank you. I look forward to the reward." I said with a slight smirk.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, just win it and it is yours." He said.
I walked around the bar and a hidden door opened up. I entered it and walked through the door. I felt something shift in the Force. I ignored it for the moment as I kept walking.
I hummed in thought as I thought that it would be a disadvantage if I were the only one without a weapon. Though I did not care too much about it, what is done is done, and I have to deal with the consequences.
I soon exited the cool corridor and entered a large cavern of sorts.
There were lights that lit up the ground below. There were lights on the ground that shone brightly, lighting up the ceiling.
I smirked and saw ten other sentients.
Four were Zabraks, the horned heads were dead give aways, and Four were human. They both had dark tans. Two were Wookies. One had jet-black fur, and the other had snow-white fur.
I walked toward them causally, hoping not to have to kill them too soon.
The Wookies sensed me first, and all heads turned to me.

Well, that is all for now. Death Fury is signing off for the time being.
Until next time, hopefully sooner.
