Chapter 6: First Mission, Again
The sun rose on Brightmoon as Adora woke up in her bed. She finally managed to get some sleep, even if it was just from her body forcing itself to shut down. She got up and stretched before putting on her clothes. She was feeling a little nervous since tonight would be her first mission for the Rebellion. She, Glimmer, and Bow had to go to Prince Peekablue's party and convince him to join the Rebellion.
'Huh, two first missions in a row…' she thought to herself.
There was a knock at the door; Glimmer walked in shortly after.
"Good morning. Breakfast is being served in the dining room if you're interested."
"Thanks." Adora said, "So how will we approach this party tonight?"
"Don't worry, I've got everything planned; we'll discuss it after breakfast." Glimmer said.
At the Fright Zone, Catra was eating from a Horde ration box, thinking about who else to add to her squad. She would ask Kyle, but apparently, Hordak sent him on some other mission. Mantenna and Leech provide their unique abilities, and Scorpia and Grizzlor provide their raw strength, but then it dawned on her that she could use someone exceptionally smart. She grinned as she came up with just the person.
Just a couple of hours later, Catra and her squad were on a transport ship on their way to Dryl.
"Emily, how much longer to Dryl?" Leech asked a small computer device on his wrist. The computer screen lit up in response.
"Approximately 35 minutes and 22 seconds, Force Captain Leech." said the computer's female voice.
"Thank you, Emily." Leech smiled.
"You are welcome, Force Captain Leech."
"Seriously? You're talking to a computer?" Grizzlor asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Her name is Emily; show some respect!" Leech snarled, annoyed.
"Emily? Figures you'd give it a girl's name since you can't get a real one." Grizzlor scoffed, before he and Leech started arguing with one another while shoving and kicking each other. Catra stared at the two, wondering if maybe she actually made a huge mistake recruiting them.
"So, I've seen Entrapta around a few times but never really got the chance to talk to her. What's she like?" Scorpia asked.
"She's a total weirdo, not to mention a huge pervert." Mantenna answered.
"W-what? Really?" Scorpia fumbled over her words, caught off guard.
"Yeah, pretty much. Despite that, however, she's still probably the smartest person in the Horde besides Hordak and Shadow Weaver." Catra shrugged. "Having her on my team would give us an edge over Adora."
In a laboratory deep inside the Horde base of Dryl, a woman was sitting in a chair shaped like a pair of hands. Typing away at a holographic screen with both her actual hands and tendrils of her light purple hair, she was taken out of her work when a humming sound came from a statue of a purple and neon blue-colored bird hooked up to several computers. The statue's purple eyes lit up.
"Mistress, a transportation ship is approaching Dryl without prior communication." the statue said in a feminine voice.
"Who is on the ship, mademoiselle Motherboard?" asked the woman.
"Passengers identified as Force Captain Catra, Force Captain Grizzlor, Force Captain Leech, Force Captain Mantenna, and Force Captain Scorpia. What is the course of action you command?" Motherboard asked, a red targeting reticule appearing over a video feed of the ship on Entrapta's screen, ready to launch a missile barrage.
"Let them through."
"Acknowledged." Motherboard replied, canceling the launch sequence.
The ship landed in a docking bay, pistons hissing as their landing gear unfurled. Catra and her team disembarked from the transport. Scorpia anxiously looked around the darkly lit hangar.
"Man, this place is freaky…" she gulped before a loud mechanical 'beep' startled her.
"Eep!" she yelped as she nearly jumped out of her exoskeleton. She looked down to see a small spherical robot with three legs and a single red eye.
"We're here to talk to Entrapta." Catra said; the robot beeped in response and scurried along, leading them to Entrapta's lab, the squad walking by many assembly lines that were constructing countless robots. Entrapta was the top scientist of the Horde, and she was responsible for the creation of all its robots and vehicles. When they entered the lab, Entrapta got up from her chair, her gold-colored thigh-high boots on full display, along with her gold top and purple skirt.
"Catra. What can I do for you?" Entrapta smiled.
"We have a bit of a problem. Adora has defected to the rebels; I'm putting a squad together to find and capture her. We could use someone like you." Catra explained.
"Hmm, A-do-ra, Adora…" Entrapta hummed absentmindedly. "Who was that again? "
Catra looked at her, flabbergasted and more than a little annoyed.
"Adora. Hordak's daughter? My girlfr-…" Catra cut herself off, heat rising to her face.
"Oh right, the blonde bombshell. What a shame…" the purple-haired woman murmured.
"Anyway, you joining or what?" Catra sighed, patience running low.
"Hmm, I don't know...I have a great many responsibilities here." Entrapta said, looking around her lab.
"Hordak himself assigned me this mission," Catra said, crossing her arms. The mention of Hordak caught Entrapta's attention.
"Is that so?" she smiled; Entrapta had a particular fondness for Hordak, something she didn't keep secret from everyone else.
"That's right." Catra smiled, "And just imagine how pleased he would be if we succeeded. With you helping us, I'm sure he'd be pleased with you too."
"Mmm~, very well, I will join." Entrapta smiled at Catra, "Motherboard, you are in charge of tests and production while I am away."
"Understood, Mistress Entrapta." Motherboard said.
"Perfect. Now we can work on the first phase. Finding her." Catra said to her newly assembled team.
Later that night, Adora, Bow, and Glimmer got dressed in preparation for Peekablue's party. Bow was wearing a white and gold suit with a pink undershirt, Glimmer was wearing a mainly dark purple dress, and Adora was wearing a simple red dress.
"So, why do we need to wear these clothes?" Adora said, shifting her dress around. She'd only ever worn anything like this at formal occasions, like a kingdom joining sides with the Horde or, as was more often the case, offering their official surrender. It seemed a bit excessive for what she'd been told would be a party.
"Peekablue's parties are said to be very fancy and have a strict dress code. We're gonna have to wear these, or we're not getting in." Bow said as the three boarded a transport shuttle. After a short journey, the shuttle arrived at Peekablue's palace. The place looked very extravagant, with large columns and intricate stained glass windows. There was clearly a party going on, as dozens of vehicles were gathered out front, and many people in dresses and suits of various levels of fanciness were entering the building. The three got off the shuttle, Glimmer, and Bow leading Adora to the front door, the muffled sound of music becoming audible.
"Name?" said a guard at the front. The girl was rather plain-looking, wearing a light brown leotard-tuxedo hybrid over a set of hazel tights.
"Princess Glimmer of Brightmoon. These two are my escorts." Glimmer told the guard. The guard looked at a digital pad. All of Etheria's royals were invited to Peekablue's parties, even if they usually never arrived. She nodded before opening the door for them.
"Okay, so we find Prince Peekablue, then get him alone somewhere so we can try to convince him to join." Glimmer whispered.
"So...what does Prince Peekablue look like?" Adora asked.
"Don't know, he's never been seen outside the borders of his kingdom." Bow said.
"Which is why we need to find the guy that looks like the wealthiest person here." Glimmer said.
As the three searched, Adora looked around the room in awe and wonder. She'd had been to plenty of parties at The Fright Zone, but nothing there was ever this elegant and formal. Mostly just salty snacks, loud music, and the occasional keg stand competition. She couldn't help but feel woefully out of her element. She blushed nervously as she fidgeted with her dress. She probably looked ridiculous compared to all the nobles around her. It was then that she noticed someone.
A woman, only slightly shorter than Adora, with messy blue hair that reached to about her shoulders and pale blue skin. She was wearing a tight blue tail coat, with a long, folded-up tail of bright green feathers sticking out between the suit's tails. Underneath, she was wearing a light blue leotard over a set of darker blue tights and a pair of thigh-high boots with heels on them, which even then barely made her the same height as Adora. Her face was adorned with dark purple lipstick on her plump lips and rosy-red eyeshadow around her gorgeous, icy blue eyes. Most striking of all, however, was her figure. While she seemingly didn't have much in the way of bust, her lower curves were the most giant Adora had ever seen in her life. Her thighs were easily twice as thick as her upper torso, her hips as wide as some of the tables, and her butt-cheeks were each as big as four or five heads put together. The massive butt stuck out a full meter behind her, yet despite its immense size, it was perfectly round and bounced and jiggled with every step she took.
Adora was completely stunned by her beauty. A couple of days ago, she'd never imagined being with anyone other than Catra, but now, seeing this mesmerizing figure, she couldn't help but feel attracted.
"Adora? What are you staring at?" Glimmer shook the blonde out of her daze before seeing the woman for herself. "Oh wow...she looks amazing. But anyway, we shouldn't get distracted."
"B-but, uh, what if she knows where Peekablue is?" Adora suggested, and before Glimmer could call her out on the obvious excuse, she walked up to the woman, "Um, excuse me?" she asked, the woman turning to face her with a curious smile.
"Um, w-we're looking for Prince Peekablue. Do you happen to know where he is?" Adora asked, trying to stay calm and collected at the sheer beauty that was standing before her. The woman looked at Adora for a couple seconds before giggling and smiling. Adora noticed something about the giggle...it was oddly deep for a woman.
"That would be me." the person smiled. Their voice had a thick accent...and was clearly male, "I'm Prince Peekablue."
Adora stared at the prince in shock. Her face became red as a beet as she quickly ran back to Glimmer and Bow and huddled them beside her.
"So, did she tell you where Prince Peekablue is?" Glimmer asked.
"No. Because he IS Prince Peekablue." Adora said, still surprised, a look of embarrassment on her face.
"Wait, what!?" Bow said before turning around to get a look at the prince, who was standing there somewhat confused.
"Okay, okay. Let's just let the surprise wear off and then go ask him." Glimmer said, determined, grabbing the other two by the hands and dragging them over to Peekablue.
"Greetings, Prince Peekablue. I am Princess Glimmer of Brightmoon. My friends and I would like to talk to you privately."
"Hmm...alright, we can talk in the dressing room behind the stage over there." Peekablue said, moving towards the backstage entrance, the trio following him.
"So," Peekablue said, sitting down in a chair, which seemed to be inadequately sized for his posterior. "You are here because that Adora girl has become the legendary She-ra, and you are trying to recruit me into joining the Rebellion because of my wealth and Farsight abilities."
"Wha-, you knew all that already?" Adora gasped in shock.
"Of course, my farsight can see a lot. And lucky for you, I already have an answer ready for you." Peekablue said.
"Really? So will you join us? "Glimmer asked excited.
Peekablue closed his eyes and smiled happily before giving Adora, Bow, and Glimmer his answer.
"No, thank you."
