5. I am the King!

I smiled at Rias, and shouted: "I, Hyoudou Issei, accept Gremory Rias Chan as my wife!" Rias jumped into my arms and Magic bonded us together with a nice light show. The wives, Koneko and Akeno were high-fiving and fist-pumping.

Sirzechs looked sour and commented, "He still has to prove he is worthy of My Rias Chan. I will not accept it!"

I heard the sis-con and answered, "Brother-in-law, in one year's time, my Rias Chan will be as powerful as you. In two years she will get a Red Magical Costume and together with Blue Magical Girl and Pink Magical Girl will keep the world safe."

Sona yelled, "Don't drag me in it you pervert!"

I grinned, "It is a small price to pay Blue Magical Girl Chan, don't you want to be as powerful as Pink Magical Girl Chan? I can always stop training you…"

Serafall gasped, "I knew you had to be involved in Sona Chan's increased power!"

Lady Phenex interrupted, "Stay on topic, please. Hyoudou San, we will endorse your claim to be a Devil King and have your own Peerage. It will be discussed tomorrow with the clan heads and Satans."

I bowed to Lady Phenex, "Thank you for your support, Lady Phenex Sama."

She smiled and asked, "Those dragons are real? We never saw those before, where are they from?"

Daphne intercepted, "That has to remain a secret for a bit longer, but are they allowed to stretch their wings? All of them are bonded to us and will only act if they are attacked."

Serafall jumped into the conversation, "Yes! Let them fly! It has been years since I saw a dragon, these are beautiful." With a roar, all six flew up into the sky, circling the arena.

Rias sighed, "I am never tired of looking at them.

Daphne added, "Where we are keeping them is a secret too."

Serafall shrugged, "It is probably a Pocket Dimension, it is not the zone Big Red is guarding, he does not tolerate any dragon in it."

Karlamine found a friend in Obara and was already absorbed into the group. We spent the night in the Gremory guest house after we collected Karlamine's personal possessions at the Phenex compound. We did silence the room, I am sure Kiba and Vladi are thankful for it.

The next morning after breakfast, I decided to speed things up. Canon flew out the window already, so there is no need to follow it blindly. I am pulling the band-aids from a lot of wounds in one go.

I said, "We have to solve a few problems before I continue to train you, we have to clear our minds from all lingering obstructions."

"First is Koneko: Dear, your hate for your sister is unnecessary, on the contrary, she saved you by killing her king. He was planning to do experiments on you that would have crippled you. She became a stray devil to protect you. Release your inner Tiger honey, it is part of who you are." Koneko was stunned, all that hate was for nothing?

I looked at Kiba Yuuto, "Kiba Kun, your hate for Holy Swords is preventing you from reaching your full potential. Tell me, if you are whipped, do you hate the whip or the one doing the whipping? I smiled at Akeno, "Akeno Chan, don't blame your Father for your Mother's death, I am certain they lured him away before attacking your mother. I suspect your mother's Clan to have a part in it. Embrace your Fallen Angel side, my love, you are blocking half of your power."

Rias swallowed when I addressed her, "Rias Chan, if you want to be the Clan head one day, then you have to work for it. The Clan must be able to lean on you instead of you being pampered by them. It is ok to be a housewife, there is always your nephew Millicas Kun if you don't want to lead the Clan. If you want to be Clan leader, however, then we will train you for it."

Yeah right, that is almost all I could remember from the manga and anime. It is a bit messed up by the fanfictions I read about it. So I am not certain I got my facts straight.

Karlamine asked me, "What about me? How do I fit in? Also, I have a lot of questions about yesterday's fight. How did you block our Demonic Power? I could not cast a thing in that fight!"

Daphne laughed, "That is easy to explain Karlamine San. Imagine your Demonic Power as a small canal flowing through your body, when you do a spell, you force that power through a small tube and point it outside, like a garden hose. We just have to pinch that garden hose close so there is no spell coming out."

"Riser San has not a garden hose but a fire hose, we can't pinch it, but we can put a faucet on it and close the flow. People like Serafall Chan and Sirzechs Dono are like a dam, their spells come out in high pressure and big volumes, and it is hard to shut them down."

I said to Karlamine, "You Karlamine San, you will be a part of my Peerage, in other words, a part of my family. You will be well taken care of, with a home, gear, and money. I will train you like I train all of my, Sona Chan's and Rias Chan's Peerage. If you want to get a higher education or study new Skills, you are free to do that too."

She asked me, "Do I need to share your bed? Riser San occasionally visited my room."

I shrugged, "At the moment, I have five Companions and Akeno that share my bed. I will never ask, or force you to share my bed. A room is always available in my home, if you want to live separately, we can provide an apartment for you."

Shut up! I know I am bullshitting here! I will never ask or force I said, but she can always voluntarily join us. Occasionally I will forget the silencing spells. Again, don't bloody judge me! She is fucking gorgeous! The Title Male Scumbag did not turn into Shameless Male Scumbag for anything.

WTF? Why am I telling myself I am Scum? Fuck! That will take years of therapy. Hmm, the Devil's bloodline is affecting me more than I realized. I have to be careful what I say or do.

Anyway, I left them to fight their inner demons and went outside to visit our dragons. They drew quite the crowd, although everyone kept their distance. I spotted Millicas and his Mother/Maid Grayfia, with a few hand gestures I motioned them to come closer.

I said, "Millicas San and Maid San, there is no need to be afraid of them. We imprinted them with the memories of both of you and your magical signature. Our friends will recognize you as family. The two big ones, Benny and Bernie are happy to take you for a ride, the others however, need permission from the girls, but love it when they get brushed."

Millicas' eyes shined, he asked: "They will let me fly with them? Mother? Can I?"

Grayfia glared at me, "You just had to say that didn't you? If I refuse then I am the bad guy."

I grinned at her, "I can never picture you as a bad guy, as a Naughty Maid, however…" I got saved from a death kick by the presence of my dragons and Millicas.

I saddled Benny and Bernie, strapped Millicas on Bernie, and we took off, followed by Betsy and Grayfia. Devils can fly, and Grayfia had no trouble at all following us.

A half-hour later we landed. Millicas thanked me for the experience, "Thank you Hyoudou San, that was awesome!"

I said, "Call me Issei, Millican Kun, after all, I am going to marry your aunty." Hey, Grayfia has some veins showing on her forehead, is she mad at me? How do I call her? Maid-in-law? She is at the same level as Serafall with her Cosplay, one as a Maid, the other as a Magical Girl. Meh, whatever gets them ticking.

Serafall has a better costume though, it shows way more skin. If I remember right, there is some students' day where they do a cafe… no that is in To Love Ru. Wrong Universe. Boobs are smaller there too, but not by much.

After lunch, I got called by the four Satans. We entered the meeting room with our Peerage. Sirzechs wanted to start but I held my hands up and said, "Do you mind if I remove all listening devices and listening spells? There are quite a lot of them."

After they nodded, Daphne, Obara, and Nymeria scanned the room and summoned all the devices while I dispelled the listening spells. A set of privacy spells later we were good to go.

I started the conversation, "There are several things you should know. First of all, there are four factions who want to start a war. First, the most dangerous are the Khaos Brigade led by Ophis. She is fooled by her underlings, so she shares her power with them. Your pure blood faction, the Old Satan faction is part of it. Second are the Fallen Angels, led by Kokabiel."

"Third, is a faction of the church. Last, the Tepes Vampire, the princess Valerie Tepes has a sacred gear that is abused to release serious treats. The Trihexa is one of them. Now we are at the main topic: How do I know this all?"

Asmodeus Falbium nodded, "That is the question we all have I suppose."

I explained, but kept it at the bare minimum, "I am from another Universe, tasked by Divine beings to complete quests. In each Universe, I merge with a boy or man and am given a Main task. When that task is completed, I leave for the next Universe. A copy of my conscience stays in the body, along with the Companions I summon in this Universe. These are my wives Daphne, Obara, and Nymeria. I have knowledge from these Universes in the form of books or TV shows I saw in my homeworld."

We talked for a few hours before they would believe me. Asmodeus believed me when I Copied his Ability Absolute Defense and showed it to him. Especially when I Pasted it on Rias, and she could execute it too.

I explained, "With every Main Quest completed, I get rewards. This Ability Copy/Paste was one of them."

I better not say Cut/Copy/Paste, knowing that I can strip their powers will scare the shit out of them. I turned it down a bit, "I can block Abilities, I did that with Riser, so he had no access to his Demonic Power during the duel."

I looked at them and said, "I tell you this all so you can solve the problems when they are small. If you wait too long, you get your ass kicked by Trihexa and Big Red."

The talk got to the Evil pieces, Beelzebub said, "I am all for granting you to have a Peerage, you have to return your pieces to Rias Chan. She had to use eight pieces to get you in her Peerage."

I shrugged, "I have no problem with that at all. But how do I do that?"

Well… they have a device for everything, soon eight evil pawns were in Rias' hands, and I was facing the machine that made evil pieces. It was a bit anticlimactic, a box with fifteen evil chess pieces appeared in my hands, and not one was bloody mutated!

Giving Riser his knight piece back was just a formality. When we were back in the guest house, I asked Rias, "How do I give that piece to Karlamine San? Is there a special procedure?"

Akeno grinned and answered, Yes there is, both have to be naked and lying in bed. If you are from the opposite gender, then it is best you give it during intercourse."

With a snap of my fingers, Akeno was tied up in ropes, I said, "That was not nice of you Akeno Chan, are you telling me Yuuto Kun and Gasper Kun had sex with Rias Chan?"

Obara laughed, "Hold on love! Don't reject that without trying it out. I am volunteering for the job."

Daphne added, "Tonight in bed my love, but do the first one here and make Karlamine Chan the first in your Peerage, make her a Knight again."

Karlamine opened her shirt and bra, exposing her upper body. At our raised eyebrows she explained, "That is how Riser San told me how it is done." Again, it is DXD world so she has a nice set of boobs. I shrugged and put a knight piece on her heart region, AKA on her boob.

I smiled at Karlamine, "You will be a great Knight, my dear. At home, we have a big assortment of weapons and armor you can choose from." I might have unconsciously groped the boob a bit, rubbing my thumb on her nipple. Yuuto got an eyeful and blushed like a virgin, being one, it was not that hard, he did not look away though.

Daphne slapped the back of my head, "Don't tease Karlamine Chan! You can put your clothes back on Karlamine Chan, welcome to the family. Dear, tonight I want to sleep in our own bed, let's go home."

We put our dragons in their pocket dimension and took a portkey home. Asia jumped in our arms, I did send her a Patronus with a message that we won, but we stayed away far too long.

Karlamine got the twenty-yen tour of our Domain, our Portable Palace provided her with a big suite, she was more than ever convinced she made the right choice. She said, "I will do my best to be worthy of your Peerage Hyoudou Dono."

I introduced her to my parents, by now they were a bit worried about my stamina, dad was looking covertly at my crotch, for signs of damage.

That night, I made Daphne my Queen, Obara, and Nymeria my Rooks. After explaining everything to Asia, she became my Bishop. To be sure we did the procedure naked in bed, during intercourse, that Asia had to offer her virginity was a bonus. Yeah, yeah, Shameless Male Scumbag, remember?

Afterward, Rias asked, "Who are you going to ask to join?"

That is a tough question, I messed the storyline up, I answered, "I honestly don't know, let us take it one day at a time. Now, Akeno-chan, I believe there is someone in need of a good spanking."

Hmm, I never tried to use my devil wings, I concentrated and a set of black wings appeared on my back. I touched my head to feel if there were horns on it, and felt my ass for a tail… nothing, thank whoever is listening. It is a bit of a letdown that my Devil-mode is just a set of wings.

One by one the girls released their wings, I said, "Yes Akeno Chan release them, we need to see them and you need to accept them as a part of yourself, then I am going to fuck you until you beg for mercy. That was the start of a long night.

At breakfast, all but Karlamine had sleepy eyes… damned, I silenced the wrong rooms! Kiba and Vladi didn't know where to look from embarrassment. Meh, there is always next time.

After our meal, I asked Vladi, "Gasper Kun? Can I see your memory of Valerie Tepes? If I can focus on her then I can bring her here."

Gasper, "How can you do that Issei Kun? I will allow everything if it can bring Valerie Sama here."

I used legilimence on Gasper to search for an image of Valerie, after getting it, I left Gasper's mind and concentrated on Valerie. An image popped up of her in a dark cell. Using my Phoenix flames I traveled to her, grabbed her, and flamed her to us.

The wives swarmed her, cursing at her jailers for their bad treatment of the girl. Valerie was carried away to the bathhouse for a complete makeover and healing. I looked at Gasper and said, "Do you know why she was in a prison cell?"

Gasper shook his head, and answered, "It must have been her half-brother Marius San. He hates Valerie Dono and always treats her badly."

I nodded, "Then she hasn't activated her sacred gear yet. She has an incredibly powerful one, in the wrong hands it will cause disasters."

Twenty minutes later the girls returned, with them a sparkling young girl. Daphne said, "We completely healed her, there were several small curses on her that would cause her death in a few decades. We also removed all spying and tracking spells. Valerie San, do you remember Gasper Kun? He is the reason we could find you."

Valerie jumped in Gaspers' arms, "Gasper Chan! You came for me!" Hmm? No damned! I came for you! That pansy boy is getting all the credit!

Rias said to Valerie, "Valerie Kun, Gasper Kun is part of my Peerage, I had to turn him into a Devil to save his life. Issei Chan used Gasper Kun's memory of you to find you and bring you here. This is a safe place where nobody can find you. You are welcome to stay here for as long as you want."

After a long explanation of Devils and Peerage Valerie asked, "Rias San? If I join your peerage, can I stay with Gasper Kun?"

Rias nodded: "You can if you really want to. But you best think it over for a day."

Another disaster avoided, Valerie is a linchpin in the story, her Sacred Gear is responsible for several big battles, and getting her out of the picture will reduce a lot of trouble.

Rias received a phone call from Sona, her voice yelled, "Rias! Why are you not in school?"
