Chapter 18
Morning light filtered through the window, rousing the Hyuuga heiress from her restful slumber. She blinked owlishly taking in her surroundings noting that she was covered with a blanket she didn't remember using.
The last thing she remembered was Sasuke's low timber lulling her to sleep and a hand ghosting over her cheek, but that was probably just her imagination.
Shaking the remnant drowsiness, Hinata stretched admiring the sunrise. Thankfully she was an early riser which was in her favor this morning since she planned on sneaking out before anyone else woke up.
Pushing the covers, she saw a card fluttering to the ground. A small smile graced her lips once she read it.
'Not that you need it but good luck' -S
After eating her breakfast quickly, Hinata proceeded with getting ready. One shower later, she dressed in the clothes Sasuke had gifted her last night. Taking in her appearance in the mirror, she couldn't help but admire how they fit her perfectly.
Who knew Sasuke had an eye for fashion.
The top was a form-fitting sleeveless kimono-style blouse in a dark shade of blue it almost looked black, the Uchiha fan was sewn on its back.
Circling her waist, a purple obi accentuated her figure. Short shorts that were the same purple color constituted the bottom. Sasuke was considerate enough to include pants in the package in case she didn't like the idea of wearing something that may be deemed revealing by her standards.
But the weather was hot with summer approaching and the thigh-high stocking she wore covered enough skin, that she didn't feel that exposed.
As she slipped on the black open-toed boots, she noticed that the material didn't feel like regular shinobi sandals.
Curious she activated her Byakugan, there was some type of thin metallic mesh sewn inside and at the soles. That's when it hit her, it's a conduit metal for her lightning release. So that they didn't burn from her technique.
This type of material was only made in the land of Lightning and usually never used for sandals as there was no point since unlike her, other shinobi weren't cable of discharging electricity from the sole of their feet. Being a Hyuuga had its advantages.
This was made specifically for her.
Sasuke must've commissioned them months ago.
Hinata felt a smile creeping in. Even if she wasn't going to participate, he was planning on gifting them to her anyway.
Re-examining her clothing again, she noted they too were made with a special fire resisting fabric. The same unique one that used to be utilized for making the Uchiha clan's ninja attire.
He really thought of everything.
Twirling again she noticed her long dark hair covered the Uchiha emblem.
No, that wouldn't do.
If she was going to wear his clan's symbol then she was going to wear it with pride.
Sasuke took a look around the arena, he hasn't been here since his own disastrous Chunin exam. It was a life time ago when he had just learned his Chidori just for that event, then a few weeks later he had deserted his village and joined Orochimaru to seek power and avenge his clan.
He decided to stop his reminiscing, at least for today the past shall remain in the past. That would've been the case if a certain blonde hadn't opened his big mouth.
"Brings back memories huh?" Naruto grinned taking a seat next to the Kazekage. "This is where I kicked your ass Neji."
The Hyuuga glared at his Hokage from behind his Anbu mask. Sometimes he wondered how was it possible that Naruto was the leader of this nation while simultaneously being clueless at the most basic protocols.
"Dobe, you do not call an Anbu by their name while they're on duty." The Uchiha said holding the bridge of his nose.
"We're all friends here" Naruto dismissed with his hand "Plus who wouldn't recognize that silky brown hair."
"He does have a point." Sasuke snorted "Maybe you should at least tie it"
"It's a Hyuuga tradition, when you fight for the Hyuuga clan you wear it down." Neji growled at both "And I doubt our match was the most exciting."
"That is true." The Hokage grinned "It was Gaara's and Teme's, the most anticipated match."
"I hope I didn't disappoint." Gaara said with his neutral voice "Although I'm sorry I was overcome with bloodlust and tried to kill you Uchiha."
"I tried to kill you at the Five Kage summit" The Uchiha shrugged "So I'm not holding a grudge."
"hm. Strange I could've swore I felt your Sharingan burning a hole in my skull at the Hyuuga welcoming ceremony" The red hair said
"Strange" His eyes narrowed "Maybe you were doing something you weren't supposed to be doing."
"Oh look! The announcement is about to be made." Naruto laughed nervously.
He remembered not understanding why his friend left him so abruptly that night. Although he was used to Sasuke's disappearing acts, he should've put two and two together especially since he watched Sasuke ask Hinata to dance.
To dance.
Naruto cringed as he remembered his comment about Hinata and Gaara looking cute together. No wonder Sasuke had looked furious. He should've known then about his interest in the Hyuuga heiress.
Still, he was blindsided by the whole affair. But couldn't be happier about all the teasing he was going to be doing.
Neji however wasn't all that happy as he looked on suspiciously.
He had been away on a mission when the clan hosted the Kazekage, but upon his return he had received a play by play of the whole event. Especially the part where Uchiha Sasuke danced with his little cousin.
He wouldn't have thought anything of it, if it weren't for all the giggling and gushing from the young branch women about the handsome Uchiha Commander and how well he danced with their heiress, how he probably was whispering sweet nothings in her ears and did you see how reverently he kissed her knuckles Hitomi!
Yep, alarms were raised. Neji had promised he wouldn't bother the Uchiha until he started to make his intentions known.
Well, if that wasn't a sign, he didn't know what was!
He was about to find out.
Hanabi took her seat next to her father, as the soon-to-be official heir of the Hyuuga clan she had the privilege of sitting by his right and thanks to a little scheming their seats happen to be near the Kages and their entourage.
The young kunoichi huffed in aggravation, she worked really hard to get those seats and now her sister wasn't even here.
Her seat lay empty. A seat that happens to be really near where the Anbu Commander was standing.
Nobody appreciates me.
She peered at the young Uchiha who seemed laid back as he conversed with the Kazekage.
Aaa so those two can play nice as long as Onee-chan wasn't involved.
She then set her sights on the Anbu with the hawk mask glaring daggers at the Commander.
That is her cousin without a doubt. He apparently was starting to catch on to what was brewing between her sister and the last Uchiha.
Oh sweet Nii-san you have no idea what's been going on do you?
Hanabi grinned as she remembered the juicy discoveries, she's made these last couple of weeks.
She had been making her way to her bedroom late one night when she heard Hinata speaking as she was passing her room.
"Are you not happy to see me?" That had definitely been a man's voice. She remembered thinking Holy crap as she raced towards her own room to activate her Byakugan there so that her sister didn't sense her chakra.
Imagine her surprise when she saw the Uchiha in all his glory standing in the middle of her sister's room, however she couldn't make out what he was saying. Hard to do when her sister tackled him with a hug.
Hanabi had deactivated her Byakugan in surprise and stood dumbfounded for a few minutes. When she activated it again he was smiling and ruffling her sister hair before he fled through the window.
Holy crap! That was what was circulating in her mind as she promised to start checking for this particular nightly visitor.
He hadn't made an appearance again until last night when she activated her Byakugan ( although it was against the rules, sibling meddling transcended that) and came upon the sight of Sasuke Uchiha stroking Hinata's hair.
Holy crap!
Hanabi ignored that voice that told her to give them privacy as she watched him stroke her cheeks before presenting her with a box. Some type of gift maybe?
The youngest Hyuuga had held her glowing cheeks, because even though they weren't doing anything scandalous there was just something about that tenderness that made her want to avert her eyes.
Hanabi decided not to let anyone know she had witnessed any of that. It was after all a delicate matter.
However, she made no promise about not teasing her sister and maybe giving her the necessary push. Hence her wasted effort of securing those seats.
The Hyuuga snapped back to reality once the announcement began.
"Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the first inter Shinobi peace tournament." Huh weird name for a fighting event "Today we'll be hosting the preliminaries to select the finalists for the main event. The same rules of the Chunin exams apply here. The matches only end if one or both of the participants are enable to continue the fight or are dead."
"Preliminaries in the arena?" Hannabi murmured "I wonder what the main event will be?"
"We have many participants here today so we'll be starting with the presentation of Konoha's village first as the host." The speaker which now Hanabi realized was none other than Genma Shiranui spoke " Kita Inuzuka the representative of the Inuzuka clan"
No wonder Kiba-kun is sulking.
The young Hyuuga searched the stands for Hinata's teammate and found him not very far away, it seemed that most of Hinata's friends decided to sit together.
"Iko Yamanaka, the representative of the Yamanaka clan." A blond-haired man took a step forward from the line of shinobi who where all garbed in the same white cloaks. Some had their hoods on for more dramatic effects.
The Yamanaka man took off his cloak before bowing to the audience that clapped.
The whole thing seemed like a show. An entertainment for the masses. Which to be fair it was, plus there were a lot of civilian nobles guests. So, it was to be expected that the whole affair was to look like an elaborate production.
"Hiroji Hyuuga, the representative of the Hyuuga clan."
She imagined a lot of shinobi weren't exactly pleased at being treated like performers. But there was still a sense of glory in representing your village and clan like in the stories about the ancient shinobi warriors her sister used to read to her.
"Hinata Hyuuga" Hanabi's head snaped towards Genma who took a pause looking at his paper with disbelief "the representative of the Uchiha clan."
Holy. Crap.
Sasuke was very much aware of the chaos that ensued.
The murmurs that spread through the whole arena.
Inuzuka's loud exclamation of "What the fuck!" a few rows over.
Naruto's gaping mouth as he regarded him with incredulity.
Kakashi's raised eyebrows. (where did he even come from?)
Neji's bewildered look that soon turned into a glare.
And yet all he could see was her.
That distinct blue hair he liked, it strands weaved in some type of complicated braid that started from the crown of her head and ended on her shoulder. The tip was tied with a dark red band.
Itachi's hair tie.
The Uchiha remembered what Neji said about wearing his hair down. It was tradition when one was fighting for the Hyuuga clan. But his princess wasn't fighting for them today. No, she was fighting for him.
That much was clear from the Uchiha fan that was displayed on her back as she bowed to the audience.
Sasuke felt like he had been punched in the gut by one of Naruto's Rasengan.
She looked utterly glorious garbed in his clan's attire.
Hinata Hyuuga was born to wear his colors.
And he could tell she wore them with pride too. Because even though she was currently bowing, her set jaw and her normally kind eyes that burned in challenge gave the impression that it was to her that the world ought to bow.
Sasuke smirked as he followed her line of sight. Hiashi Hyuuga's lips were tight. The few elders that sat behind him looked absolutely outraged.
But Hinata's gaze didn't waver.
Unbowed. Unbent. Unbroken.
As she straightened her eyes momentarily flickered to his direction, he gave her an encouraging nod to which she responded with a ghost of a smile before she raised her head high and turned around making her way back to the other shinobis that looked at her in various degrees of shock, bewilderment and even a little bit of fear.
It was to be expected his name did strike fear in the heart and hers wasn't a joke either.
His musings were interrupted by a series of simultaneous exclamations.
"Are you out of your fucking mind?!" Neji bellowed
"Aaa I get it. Grand gesture. I'm glad you're listening to my advices Sasuke-kun" Kakashi said
"Jeez Teme. Way to stake a claim." Naruto snickered.
Sasuke sighed.
"It is one thing to share meals in your office. This is completely different." Neji hissed in his face.
"Wait you two are having lunch dates already?" Everyone ignored Naruto's comment.
"Yeah, I mean giving her your name? A bit premature there Sasuke-kun." Kakashi chuckled.
"I didn't give her my name."…Yet. The Uchiha smirked "She's just borrowing it."
"Uchiha this isn't a joking matter." Neji's voice was cold "You have no idea of the precarious position you put her in. You left her wide open for.." He abruptly cut himself off as he was about to mention internal clan matter.
"I do." Sasuke's voice was equally cold "Do you believe your cousin a fool Hyuuga? Do you think she'd allow herself to be backed into a corner without having a contingency plan?"
"What do you mean?" The Hyuuga asked calmer now that he saw that the other man was taking this seriously.
"I mean that Hyuuga isn't one to throw away her future for a pissing contest against her father." The dark-haired shinobi said voice flat "Not without having an ace up her sleeve. You know her better than this."
"I'm not entirely sure of that anymore." Neji grumbled. What the hell was Hinata thinking?
The brown haired Anbu tried to think rationally. The Uchiha was right of course, Hinata wasn't reckless.
She was intimately familiar with the consequences of pissing the elders off, especially with her position not being secure since she'll be relinquishing her title for Hanabi. She wasn't one to gamble with the future, particularly since Hanabi needed her by her side to lead.
Hinata must have found a way to protect herself and it somehow involved the dark-haired man standing next to him.
"It's not just for show is it?" The Hyuuga asked intrigued but what his baby cousin was plotting. At least with Hanabi you were sure the result will end in mischief and chaos. But still light hearted chaos.
With Hinata it was trickier. You were never sure how the pieces will land.
"No. It's not." Sasuke answered.
"As fascinating as this debate is, I think we should focus on the show." Kakashi said with his aloof voice "Genma is almost done with announcing the candidates."
Hinata could feel a lot of eyes on her, in any other circumstance she would've been unnerved. However, she kept replaying in her head that one sentence: You Hinata Hyuuga were forged in fire.
It was about time she showed the steel in her spirit as Sasuke had said.
She still found it strange that the Uchiha's words always stayed with her and filled her with courage. She needed it today.
Her musings were interrupted by Genma's voice.
"The first match is about to begin. The selection will be made randomly by a generator."
The Hyuuga looked at the giant screen, that greatly resembled the one that was used in the preliminaries of her first Chunin exams. The green letters kept changing rapidly until they stopped.
Maro Aoi VS Hinata Hyuuga
Guess it is for the best that I go first.
That way there will be no confrontation with her father to distract her from the fight.
As the other participants cleared the arena, Hinata studied her opponent. From the symbol near his name on the screen she knew he was from Iwagakure the stone village which suggests he probably uses earth release.
That put her at a disadvantage considering the terrain, a fight in one of Konoha's many forests would've been ideal. She'll have to be careful to dodge his attacks.
His build suggests he was no slouch in Taijutsu. He was a muscular man, that towered over her. His black hair was tied in a bun on top of his head. He had a small burn scar that extended from his hairline to his right eye. He looked strong.
Hinata wasn't cowed. After being on the receiving end of multiple blows from the most feared ninja in all five nation she doubted much would shake her. Especially in what was considered a friendly environment. Which was why she smiled at her opponent.
Her father wouldn't approve of that.
"It is an honor to fight someone from the legendary Hyuuga clan" Maro said "Even someone who wears the Uchiha emblem."
That means he'll expect Hyuuga techniques if he knows any.
"The honor is mine Aoi-san." Hinata inclined her head politely, after all the whole point of this event was to promote peace.
"I am sure there is a story there." He grinned in a friendly manner "You can tell me about it when I buy you a consolatory drink after I win."
Is he asking me out while assuming I'll lose?
Arrogant.
"Then I'm afraid you won't be hearing that story." Hinata was proud she kept her polite smile without blushing.
(She of course wasn't aware of the Uchiha who'd be delighted to explain to him the whole story while he's trapped in some horrifying Genjutsu.)
"I can still buy you that drink if you forfeit." He still had that annoying grin.
"I'll be declining both your offers as here in Konoha we do not give up or run from a fight" Hinata smiled as she heard a voice that sounded suspiciously like Kiba shout "Yeah Hinata beat his ass!"
"Your boyfriend?" Maro pressed. Whether he was trying to rile her up or he was just simply that chatty was unclear. Either way she wasn't affected by it.
If you knew who her boyfriend might be you wouldn't be hitting on her. Genma thought before clearing his throat.
"Are you both ready to start?" The proctor asked. The kunoichi nodded taking a classic Hyuuga stance "Begin!"
They both jumped apart. No one made a move as they assessed the other.
Her Byakugan was activated as she took notice of his Chakra reserves; a decent amount, not that much higher than hers.
" I would've said Ladies first but you're apparently too stunned by my amazing physique" She would've blushed outside a fight "I'll be starting then"
He produced a series of hand signs then slammed his hand in the ground. Hinata jumped in the air as a dome made of earth surged from under her feet trying to trap her. She saw it coming with her Byakugan.
Earth release. So I was right.
Hinata threw a series of kunai and shuriken from the air. He deflected a few and avoided other. So far, he doesn't seem to have some type of ultimate defense like her rotation or Gaara's sand.
She didn't waste any more time as she closed the distance between them and engaged him in close range combat.
He was faster than what his stature suggested, but she could keep up. She closed a few of his Tenketsu. He didn't seem to notice or he wasn't aware how dangerous her hands could be.
The Hyuuga twisted out of the way of his fist and flipped over the leg he tried to use to imbalance her.
"What is this? The ballet?!" Maro said aggravated that he couldn't land a hit at the agile kunoichi. Not the first time she heard that joke.
She continued spinning and turning away from his attacks as she formulated a plan to take him down.
A plan that didn't envolve using her Gentle Fist, she after all had a statement to make.
"Hinata-chan is faster than I remember." Naruto said as he watched the Hyuuga weave out of the many fists and kicks of the shinobi in an admittedly impressive way.
"It's almost as if she was training very hard." Kakashi said his uncovered eye gleaming "Maybe she found a new sensei."
Sasuke gave him a warning look, luckily no one paid him any mind. Almost no one.
Neji was eyeing the Uchiha distrustfully. Of course, he didn't mind that Hinata improves her fighting skill. It's just that the thought of her in a secluded area with the dark-haired man alone displeased him.
What if he used those so called 'training sessions' to seduce his innocent little cousin? He wouldn't put it passed the bastard.
He didn't trust any of those lustful lecherous creatures; Those with the penises.
Neji completely ignored his own in situations like these.
The brown haired Anbu focused on the fight again. At least his cousin was doing good, not that he doubted her abilities.
Something is off.
"She's holding back" The Hyuuga frowned "he's in her range, she could've had him with the Eight Trigrams Sixty-four palms."
You have no idea how much she's holding back.
Sasuke smirked. His princess was playing it smart, gauging her opponent close combat ability and his knowledge of her background. For now, it seemed as if the Iwagakure shinobi had no idea how dangerous it is to let her get close or he was too arrogant.
The Uchiha also knew that she didn't want to show off all her techniques this early in the competition.
"It seems that Hyuuga-san will also be stacking a claim." Gaara said glancing at the Anbu Commander who ignored him.
"What does that mean?" Naruto frowned.
"It means this will prove to be an interesting match." The Kazekage answered.
A few moments after the redhead's statement, Hinata went crashing to the ground.
There was a sharp intake of breath from Sasuke. That was a direct hit to her chest, it was so strong it sent her skidding a few meters away.
He felt his own heart clench when he remembered how vulnerable hers is.
"She coats it with three different protective layers of chakra." Neji spoke softly as he read the concern written on his face "One at all times and three for battle. I taught her how when we were thirteen."
"Because it's your fault she has to." The ex-avenger had gone back to her files the day he learned of it and discovered all the gory details about Hinata's match against her cousin and the irreparable damage that was done.
He could've ended her shinobi career. He nearly ended her life.
"That will be my greatest shame until the day I die." Sasuke could imagine the painful expression behind the Anbu mask. He himself had been blinded by hatred for his own brother.
"She forgave you." The Uchiha decided to throw him a lifeline after all in his own way Neji was trying to reassure him.
"Hinata always forgave too easily." Neji smiled behind his mask "Doesn't mean I'll ever stop trying to be worthy of her forgiveness."
"Then have her back in there." The raven-haired shinobi didn't need to specify what he meant.
"We always have each other's back." The Hyuuga answered knowing that they needed to, to survive their clan.
And with that they focused on the match again.
Hinata always felt that her medical training was one of her great assets. In addition to the fact that she enjoyed helping people and thrived on the controlled chaos ( as a certain Uchiha once said) it had never been clearer that it served her well than in this moment.
Blow to the head. No concussion.
Right shoulder. No fracture, No dislocation.,Bruises.
Minimal damage. Mobility retained.
No further damage.
Assessing her injuries in under thirty seconds was crucial for what happened next.
Circular cuff-shaped stones surged from the ground trapping her legs and arms, like some type of helpless victim for a sacrificial ritual.
But she was anything but.
The Hyuuga automatically released chakra from the appropriate tenketsu freeing herself just as her opponent came at her, fist raised to finish her off.
She could hear Sasuke's voice in her head telling her to never stay down, as she put distance between her and the crater left behind by the other Shinobi.
"You're a hard women to pin down." Maro said, frustration leaking to his voice at another failed attempt to restrain her.
Hinata added chakra to the sole of her feet to stick to the arena's wall, she started running as soon as she saw the projectiles heading her way.
Multiple sharp spears made of stones were imbedded where her feet used to be as she added speed and dodged.
"I thought you said you didn't run from a fight here in konoha" He taunted launching another attack.
It's called strategy.
Hinata opened her weapon pouch, pulled out three shuriken. Took aim and observed with her Byakugan.
No stone wall came up to protect her opponent, he simply deflected and dodged.
She tried launching one of his own stone spears. Again no stone wall.
This time using three kunais. Again.
One deflected. Two dodged.
"Your aim is off."Maro taunted as he easily dodged the two additional shuriken "Is this the best the Hyuuga can offer?"
"No." Hinata said facing him as she watched her weapons curve around him "but it's the least the Uchiha can."
And with that she pulled on the invisible wires attached to her shuriken.
The iwa shinobi was taken by surprise as he felt himself being yanked towards the Kunoichi . He couldn't dodge the upcoming hit .
His muscles spasmed as the sole of her feet connected with his chest.
It was only when he heard the sound of crackling that he understood his predicament.
Using his own shoulders as leverage, Hinata balanced herself on her hands and jumped over him while simultaneously releasing more lightning.
The next blow to the back of his head, shocked his nervous system temporarily paralyzing him for a few seconds.
A few seconds was all she needed to plant her feet firmly on the ground and take her new modified stance.
The kunoichi barreled towards him.
The whole arena watched with baited breath as they were able to see the blue electric bolts coiling around her fingers now that she stopped hiding them.
Maro could only brace himself as he was assaulted by a series of blows.
He had heard that the Hyuuga used their palms to fight, hell he witnessed it at the beginning of this fight, but now as he was taking punch after punch, kick after kick he wasn't sure anymore.
He couldn't move. He could hardly breath from the pain.
He could only watch himself getting pushed up and launched in the air like a rag doll as her attacks got faster and faster.
Hinata jumped higher than her target and concentrated all her lightning release on the leg position above his chest for her final attack.
"LIGHTNING LION BARRAGE!"
The ground cracked under Maro's weight, all he felt was agony as if every nerve of his body was on fire.
The Hyuuga landed on her feet, ready for any counter attack. Although she doubted he could even move judging from all the spasms and bolts traversing his body.
"Guess I won't be buying you that drink huh?" Maro croaked just as he felt darkness creeping in on his senses.
"Winner: Hinata Hyuuga, the Uchiha clan!" Genma grinned as he announced her victory.
The crowd bursted with applause.
He could hear (well everyone could hear) Inuzuka whooping "That's my girl!"
Sasuke would've probably been irritated by the comment if Hinata's mirthful eyes hadn't found his in a matter of seconds.
She smiled cheekily as she crossed her leg behind her and craned her neck with all the grace of a ballerina. Hinata took a bow in his direction.
A performance in his honor.
Sasuke had to work really hard not to grin, especially at Naruto's flabbergasted look.
She was always less shy after a fight. Still riding that adrenaline high.
"Lion barrage?" Kakashi raised an eyebrow prompting the Uchiha to shrug.
"Yeah we all know that was the Naruto Uzumaki combo!" The Hokage decided to pull that old argument back from the ground.
"Your attack has always been a cheap copy of mine" the ex-avenger rolled his eyes. "Hyuuga has every right to use any of my techniques and jutsu and she at least modifies more than the name."
"What right?" Naruto scoffed "it's not like you have some type of official contract or anything."
He remained silent.
"You didn't" Neji said eyes widening.
"Didn't what?" The blond asked. He was aware that the both of them were training together for some time. He wasn't completely clueless. However he was lost right now.
"I think what Anbu-san is saying is that Uchiha-san wasn't just staking a claim as you said Naruto" Gaara eyed the raven-haired man "He is claiming Hyuuga-san completely."
"What?! Teme you can't do that. Hinata's not a thing to.."Naruto bellowed.
"You better not finish that sentence Dobe" Sasuke's glare was glacial
"He doesn't mean it like that." Kakashi interrupted before things got out of hand "The Uchiha clan has claimed Hinata-chan the same way Jiraya-Sama did for you."
Sasuke didn't bother waiting for Naruto's response as he walked away. He after all had an apprentice to congratulate.
AN: The gloves are coming off people. Hinata's certainly done hiding and she's ready to face the consequences.
She's wearing his colors, fighting with his techniques. Can you feel how proud Sasuke is?If you didn't no problem you'll feel it next chapter in the aftermath.
This is but a glimpse of the tournament. Oh the things i have planned for our heroes!
I loved all your reviews btw. And me too i listen to music when I'm writing especially fight scenes.
Hell the whole tournament idea came to me while i was listening to a song ; The lion by Saint Mesa
However that specific scene hadn't been written yet. You'll know it when you'll read it.
I might be taking longer to post the next chapter as I'm currently traveling and without a laptop. But i am NOT abandoning this story. I don't believe i can.
please review! Cannot wait for your feedback!
PS: Hinata's fighting outfit was heavily inspired from Naruto: The Last ( movie) but with Uchiha colors.
Hinata's opponent was inspired from Aoi Todo in Jujitsu Kaisen ( i totally recommend this anime!)
