A/N: And I'm back with a new chapter! I'm happy that everyone enjoyed the previous chapter and the addition of the We Never Learn characters is well-accepted.
Number01BlazblueFan - Still thinking of a way to introduce Suzaku and with all of the ideas surging in my head, his debut may take a while. Nanoha is kinda like Otose and Tae is probably Yoshika. And yes, Tsukiyomi is the Ayame in this fic.
And with that done, let's get this chapter started!

-EARTH 1006-
Central Command, Karlsland
On an alternate Earth during the World War II era, the world has been invaded by a mysterious alien force known as the Neuroi who take on forms similar to aircraft and spread a corrosive miasma. As a result, the armed forces of the world have allied together to combat the Neuroi threat instead of fighting among themselves. As normal humans have no effect against the Neuroi's technology, the military instead calls upon Witches, young girls who possess magical abilities capable of fighting against the Neuroi. The Witches, who are inspired by famous real-life pilots, grow animal ears and tails when using their magic, and can use special machines known as Striker Units, which feature designs based on real-life aircraft, to fly through the sky and increase the strength of their magical ability in combat.
For the matter of time in Karlsland, a council meeting called the Witches' Court was held, the meeting are being attended by every commanders officers of different Witch Units which includes the Joint Fighter Wings, Joint Fighter Squadrons, the Music Squadron, the Suomus Air Force, the Karlsland Air Force and the USAAF Fighter Groups. And while the Wing Commanders are having a meeting, the other members of each units are hanging out and getting to know each other.
The meeting is held for a week and a half and tonight is the last night of the Witches' Court. Some of the witches are currently in their rooms resting before they leave Central Command on the next day.
Meanwhile in our room of the building, we see Mio Sakamoto, Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke and three more women having tea.
The third woman is tall with a short orange hair and blue eyes. She wears a dark-green uniform jacket with a black corset wrapped around her stomach, a white shirt underneath, black panties and brown shoes. This is Gundula Rall, Squadron Leader of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
The fourth woman has a short stature, she has a shoulder-length silver hair and brown eyes. She wears a dark vest over a light-grey uniform jacket and white blouse, white panties and dark shoes. This is Edytha Rossmann, a Flight Sergeant from 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
The fifth woman has a blonde hair tied in a low braided-bun and has blue eyes. She wears a black-buttoned, collared military jacket with white shoulder pads, white pantyhose, black boots and a black headband on top of her head. This is Rosalie de Hemricourt de Grunne, Squadron Leader of the 506th Joint Fighter Wing.
Rosalie then spoke, "It's quite an eventful week I must say.'' she commented before taking a sip of her tea.
Gundula nodded, "Indeed.'' she replied in agreement, "It's really been a while since we're all gathered like this.'' she mused.
"And the members of our units are getting along well with each other.'' Edytha pointed out with a smile.
"I hope things will be fine once we head back to our posts." Minna assumed with a smile.
Mio let's out a sigh, "If you ask me... I wish this meeting was much longer.'' she muttered.
Rosalie turns to her, "What do you mean by that?'' she asked while taking another sip of her tea.
"This meeting was a good opportunity to keep those two away from each other.'' Mio replied.
The four woman looks at her in confusion when Minna realized what she meant, "Oh? I thought you already approved of their relationship?'' she asked.
"Relationship?'' Edytha questioned.
"One of our witches is currently in a relationship with a half-Fusoan and a half-Karlslander young man." Minna replied, "And he also happens to be the future leader of the AWA.'' she added.
"That's impressive." Gundula complimented.
Mio crosses her arms, "Good as he may but that boy has still has a long way to go to prove himself.'' she stated, "And Minna, I haven't approved their relationship, I just tolerated him for the time being.'' she explained.
"What do you had against that boy?'' Edytha asked.
"Because of that boy... his bald companion and the rest of the miscreants, Yoshika has been acting a lot differently lately." Mio replied.
Minna sighed, "Mio... Yoshika is sixteen-years old, she is not the same fourteen year old girl that you knew before.'' she spoke, "Yoshika is growing up, so it's only natural for her to change.'' she stated.
"I still don't like it." Mio replied in defiance, "And I really hope that Yoshika has forgotten him at least during our stay here.'' she said.
"I really can't wait to see Chizuru again!" Yoshika Miyafuji cheered in excitement.
At one room from the building, we see Yoshika, Lynette Bishop and another girl sitting on bed having a conversation. The girl is pretty short with a short, dark-brown hair and chestnut-brown eyes. She wears a navy blue sailor uniform with white ribbon over a dark-blue swimsuit and white shoes. This is Hikari Karibuchi, a Sergeant from the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
Lynette let's out a sigh, "Lucky you, Yoshika... my relationship with Rolf isn't progressing at all." she muttered in disappointment.
"I think it's just a matter of time before Rolf finally realized your feelings for him." Yoshika reassured.
Hikari then spoke, "I've heard of Chizuru's name before but I never seen him in person.'' she pointed out, "What's he looks like?'' she asked.
Yoshika then brought out her tablet and showed Hikari a picture of her, Chizuru Tachibana, Cesaro Oohori and Madoka Kaname, "This is him.'' she pointed out.
"He looks... handsome..." Hikari commented pointing a finger at Oohori.
"Not that guy!" Yoshika admonished, "The one with the blonde hair!" she pointed out.
"Oh!" Hikari yelped in realization, "I had to admit... he's pretty cute." she commented, "Is he Gallian?'' she asked.
Lynette then spoke, "Actually... Chizuru is half-Japanese and a half-German.'' she replied, "In this world, he is half-Fusoan and a half-Karlslander.'' she added.
"Where is he right now?'' Hikari asked.
"I think he's back in Normal Earth at the Uzumaki Villa resting after a week in Camp Everfree." Lynette replied, "But if I knew Chizuru better, he probably misses Yoshika and I bet he's gonna do something to meet her." she assumed.
Yoshika chuckled, "That is something Chizuru would do.'' she replied, humoring Lynette's assumptions.
Meanwhile at the courtyard of the command, we see two young women walking around having a conversation with cups of coffee in hands. The first woman is tall with a short, bob cut brownish-silver hair and has silver eyes. She wears a grayish-green furred-hooded coat over gray buttoned shirt, black boots and grayish-green officer cap. This is Huberta von Bonin, Squadron Leader of the 503rd Joint Fighter Wing.
The second woman has a semi-long, dirty-silver hair and has blue eyes. She wears a dark military jacket over a blue high-collared buttoned short, black tights with blue linings, black boots and a small hat on top of her head. This is Bronislava Safonov, Wing Commander of the 503rd Joint Fighter Wing.
Suddenly, the two stops on their tracks when they felt like they're being watched, the two looks around trying to find anything or anyone suspicious and when they found nothing, the two women looks at each other before shrugging their shoulders.
As Huberta and Bronislava pressed on forward, something... or someone pokes his head over the walled fence.
And what do you know? It's our favorite blonde, Chizuru Tachibana!
Chizuru has an eager look on his face with tongue slightly out, he then leaps over the fence before pulling out a stringed instrument which appears to be a hybrid of a double bass and a cello. Chizuru looks at the building in front of him before spotting Yoshika from one window, whom is adjusting some curtains.
Chizuru smiled brightly before using the instrument like a pogo stick to head over the part where his girlfriend is.
Unbeknownst to the blonde, a young man spotted him from a watch tower. The young man has a short dark hair and has dark eyes. He wears a white collared navy uniform, brown shorts, white socks and brown shoes. This is Keisuke Hijikata, a Petty Officer in the Fuso Imperial Navy.
Keisuke watches Chizuru hops around the courtyard using his binoculars before bringing out a smartphone and made a call, "Hey, guys, I gotta situation here and I need Kazama's assistance." he declared while requesting for assistance.
Back with Chizuru, the blonde stops hopping when he was inches away from Yoshika's window, he then began playing the instrument and after strumming a few chords, he began to sing.
I got a gal who's always late
Any time we have a date
But I love her
He's gonna ask her
Inside the room, Yoshika, Lynette and Hikari heard music coming outside, much to their confusion. The three girls looks at each other before looking out of the window and saw Chizuru outside.
Yoshika gasped in delight, "Oh! It's Chizuru!" she said in joy, "And's doing a serenade for me!" she exclaimed.
"Looks like that he really misses you a lot." Lynette pointed out with a smile.
"Woah! He sings pretty good!" Hikari complimented in awe.

As Chizuru continues to sing while the girls listens, we go to another room six windows away from them. Inside, we see Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen and two more girls residing with.
The first girl has a small stature with a short dark hair, an angry dark-grey eyes and a band aid on her left cheek. She wears a brown tanker jacket over a brown dress shirt, brown gloves, white panties and black boots. This is Naoe "Nao" Kanno, a Pilot Officer from the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
The second girl had a short, boyish blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears a light-blue high-collar sweater jacket with linings, wool at the ends and a belt bag, white pantyhose and white boots. This is Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, a Flight Sergeant from the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
The three girls were silently lying down there bed when they the noise the outside as Nao sat up, "What the?!" she yelped, "What is that noise?!" she demanded in annoyance.
"Sounds like someone is singing." Nipa pointed out.
Eila stood up from her bed before looking out of the window and saw Chizuru outside, "Oh, it's Chizuru." she pointed out with a blank look, "From the looks of it... he is serenading Yoshika." she stated.
"Does he have any idea what time it is?!" Nao exclaimed in disbelief, "He's gonna get himself in trouble for this!" she pointed out.
Eila then lays back down on her bed, "I don't think, Chizuru gives a damn thought about it.'' she replied while wearing herself with earmuffs as Nao and Nipa looks at each other in confusion.

She's gone and made a change
Back outside, Chizuru continues to sing like Louis Jordan while Yoshika, Lynette and Hikari are enjoying his song number.

Back inside Eila, Nao and Nipa's room, Nao covers her head with a pillow but she kept hearing it the noise, finally having enough, Nao stood up and threw the pillow on the floor in fit of rage before marching out of the room.
"Nao! Where are you going?" Nipa asked getting up from bed.
"I'm gonna give that lousy noisemaker a piece of my mind!" Nao replied.
"Nao! Wait!" Nipa called out, going after her small friend.
"Good-luck." Eila muttered with an uncaring look.
Seconds later, the two arrives at the kitchen in the first floor, Nao opens a window where she can see a clear view of Chizuru. She looks around and noticed a two pies on the table.
Picking one up, Nao then aims the pie towards Chizuru when Nipa spoke, "I don't think Sadako-san will appreciate wasting that pie she made.'' she pointed out.
Nao rolls her eyes, "She'll get over it.'' she replied before throwing the pie.

In the midst of Chizuru's singing, the pie hits him square on the face, stopping him from singing while Yoshika, Lynette and Hikari were surprised from what just transpired.
Chizuru shook his head, brushing off the pie on his face, he looks around angrily before shrugging his shoulders and continues with a few more bars.

Seconds later, Chizuru is hit in the face again – this time with a pie covered in whipped cream, Chizuru shook his head, brushing off the pie on his face, he angrily looks around and spotted Nao and Nipa from the kitchen window.
Nao then turns to Nipa, "Well... that takes care of him.'' she said with a grin.
"I don't know... I got a bad feeling about this." Nipa confessed in fear.
Nao let's out a scoff, "Oh, come on...'' she said, "What's the worse that could happen?" she questioned.
Suddenly, Chizuru teleported himself next to them with a very angry expression and a crowbar in hand, "BAM!" he shouted.
"KYAAAAAAH!" both Nao and Nipa let's out a scream in shock.
Chizuru violently swung his crowbar but the girls ducks down at the last minute, causing the blonde to hit several pots on the process. Nao and Nipa quickly skedaddles out of the kitchen, Chizuru let's out a Native American War Cry before running after them.
"This is the bad feeling I'm talking about!" Nipa cried.
"Shut up and run!" Nao shouted back.
Meanwhile, we see a young woman walking in the hallways. The woman is a tall with a short, boyish dirty blonde hair and brown eyes. She wears a black uniform jacket over a light-grey blouse, light-grey pantyhose, brown boots and a dark-blue Panzer hat. This is Waltrud Krupinski, a Flying Officer from the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
Waltrud is humming a tune when she noticed Nao and Nipa running towards her, "Evening girls.'' she greeted with a smile, "Why are you girls running?'' she asked.
Nao and Nipa then ran past her, "He's gonna kill us!" the latter shouted in panic.
Waltrud watches the girls run before turning around to see an angry looking Chizuru running towards her direction. Waltrud let's out a smirk, "O-ho? What's a man doing here?'' she mused before standing on the way, "Don't worry, girls, I won't let him get any-'' she tried to say when Chizuru shoulder-tackled her without any second thoughts.
"Out of the way, nimrod!" Chizuru demanded before sending crashing onto a wall.
Chizuru continues to go after the girls as Waltrud slides down the wall into a sitting position, her eyes are wide but not out of shock but rather... in fascination. Then the doors next to her opens as Gertrud Barkhorn and Erica Hartmann pokes their head out with the former taking notice of Waltrud.
"What the heck happened to you?'' Gertrud asked in confusion.
"I've... I've been pushed aside by a pretty boy." Waltrud replied as Gertrud and Erica looks at each other, wondering what the heck Waltrud is talking about.
Meanwhile from another hall, we see Perrine H. Clostermann and a young woman walking around while having a conversation. The young woman has a short black hair and red eyes. She wears a black high-collar jacket over a dark-blue swimsuit, black socks and brown shoes. This is Sadako Shimohara, a Flight Sergeant from the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
"Eh?! Really?!" Sadako squawked in disbelief.
Perrine nodded, "Indeed... Lucchini stole my underwear and because of that... the entire base thought that there's an underwear thief on the loose." she stated.
"What happened after that?'' Sadako asked.
"Lucchini was punished but it turns out the root that started the problem was none other than Hartmann." Perrine replied with a blank look.
Suddenly, Nao and Nipa then ran past them, "Oh my... what are they running from?'' Sadako asked in confusion.
"Your question is as good as mine." Perrine replied.
Then, Chizuru ran past them, "Oh my... who is that handsome young man?'' Sadako asked with a smile.
"That's Chizuru Tachibana, Miyafuji's good-for-nothing boyfriend." Perrine replied when she realized something, "Hey, wait a minute?! What is he doing here?!" she questioned in shock.
Meanwhile at the hangar, we see Charlotte E. "Shirley" Yeager and a teenage girl at the area. The girl has a mid-length messy blonde hair and has blue eyes. She wears a dark-blue high-collar shirt over a dark military jacket, dark-blue skirt, black pantyhose and black shoes. She also had a black headband on top of her head. This is Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin, a Flight Lieutenant from the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
Francesca Lucchini is also there sleeping on a support beam while the other two females are seen working on some Strikers Units... and are arguing at the same time.
"No, no." Sasha admonished, "That one goes there, this one goes here." she stated.
"This argument is redundant." Shirley replied, "I know what corresponds to where." she stated.
"Here, just let me do it, give me your wrench." Sasha demanded with her hand out.
"This is a hammer you idiot!" Shirley pointed out.
Suddenly, Nao and Nipa with Chizuru hot in pursuit barges in and ran past them, much to their confusion while Francesca fell down to the floor in shock.
"What the heck is going on?" Sasha asked in disbelief.
"Is that... Chizuru?'' Shirley pointed out, recognizing the blonde.
"Owie..." Francesca muttered in pain.
The chase continues on at the courtyard with Chizuru violently swinging his crowbar from left to right while Nao and Nipa does their best to avoid getting hit. Meanwhile at one corner of the courtyard as Mio is seen walking around, getting some fresh air after having tea with the others.
Before she could turn to a corner, Nao and Nipa suddenly ran past her, much to her surprise, "Kanno? Katajainen? What's wrong?!" she questioned but the two girls didn't answer back and just kept on running. Mio then turns around just in time for Chizuru to arrive and upon setting sights on the blonde, she glares at him, "Chizuru Tachibana?! What are you doing here?!" she demanded.
Chizuru suddenly screech to a halt upon seeing her, "Holy shit!" he cursed, "It's the crazy, one-eyed bitch!" he exclaimed, "Time to boogie!" he shouted before running off to a different direction.
"You bastard!" Mio growled while unsheathing her sword, "Get back here!" she demanded before chasing after him.
Chizuru then ran to a tree, leaning himself on it as Mio charges forward with her sword pointed at him. Gasping in fright, Chizuru ducks down at the last minute with Mio stabbing the tree instead. Chizuru quickly slips away is Mio pulls her sword out of the tree and went after him. The blonde is seen running like Eddy as Mio tried to stab his posterior but Chizuru moves quickly and is now running like Ed.
Chizuru then hides behind a wall, holding a brick up ready to attack but Mio spotted the brick, so she sneakingly walks towards the wall before poking her head out while looking down at the blonde, Chizuru then noticed that Mio glaring above his head before simply whacking her head with the brick, causing her to fall down to the ground with a daze expression.
Chizuru quickly scampered off as Mio sat up and shook her head, she quickly stood up before continuing chasing after the blonde.
Meanwhile after hearing that Mio is chasing after Chizuru - Yoshika, Lynette and Hikari came out to the courtyard just in time for Chizuru to run past them with Mio hot on his tail.
"Run, Chizuru! Run!" Yoshika shouted.
"Oh no... if the Major catches Chizuru... he's dead!" Lynette exclaimed in concern.
"Huh? He's coming back!" Hikari pointed out.
Chizuru ran towards them, stopping for a minute before kissing Yoshika's arms as few times before running off again with Mio hot in pursuit. A few seconds later, Chizuru came back and kissed Yoshika on the cheeks before running off again. Mio then arrives, stopping for a minute when she catches on the habit before standing in front of Yoshika.
Chizuru then came back with a big smile on his face, not even bothering to look what's in front of him, the blonde grabs Mio and held her down romantically with his eyes closed.
"Ah~ I love you." Chizuru spoke ala Charles Boyer while kissing Mio all over her face, "Now you set my soul on fire." he said before giving Mio a long kiss, "It's not... just a little spark... it's a flame.'' he said before kissing Mio again, "It's a big roaring flame.'' he claimed while caressing her head, "I can feel it now...'' he tried to say but stops his speech abruptly when he saw Yoshika looking at him with her eyes devoid of emotions while Lynette and Hikari had their hands on their mouth.
Chizuru blinks for a few seconds before looking down to see that it was Mio that he's been holding, Chizuru had a look of shock and fear on his face upon realizing his blunder as he had his right hand covering Mio's eyes and his left hand holding her head, the blonde carefully moves away while tilting Mio's body down and all of a sudden, the blonde drops her head down hard on the ground, causing Mio to hold the back of her head in pain as Chizuru made a run for it.
Chizuru quickly ran to a corner when suddenly, "THERE HE IS! GET HIM!" a voice shouted.
And with that, Chizuru got tackled down by a group of people consisting of Cesaro Oohori, Madoka Kaname, Bulk Biceps, Edward Elric and Allen Walker with Kenji Kazama and Ryuuko Matoi walking into view.
"No wonder Chizuru's band did not part take on tonight's event at CiRCLE...'' Kenji spoke, "... he's in this world serenading Yoshika.'' he muttered in disbelief.
"I don't mind Chizuru doing this kind of thing...'' Ryuuko admitted, "... but he should know better not to do it when Mio is present.'' she pointed out.
"You know the blonde never gives a crap about that." Kenji commented.
"Point taken." Ryuuko replied in agreement.
Morning the next day, we see Sanya V. Litvyak returning to the base after her night patrol, she then noticed a large group of people consisting of Kenji, Ryuuko, Oohori, Madoka, Bulk, Edward, Allen, Mio, Minna, Eila, Yoshika, Lynette, Perrine, Shirley, Gertrud, Erica, Francesca, Hikari, Nao, Nipa, Waltrud, Sadako, Sasha, Gundula, Edytha, Rosalie, Huberta and Bronislava gathered around the courtyard.
After putting away her Strikers in the hangar, Sanya quickly made her to the courtyard and walks towards Eila, "What's going on?'' the Orussian witch asked.
Eila turns to her, "Oh! Hey, Sanya.'' she greeted, "Well... a lot happened." she replied.
Sanya turns to see a tied-up Chizuru sitting on the grass with Yoshika next to him while Minna and Gundula are holding back Mio from killing the blonde.
"Okay, Chizuru...'' Kenji spoke, "... what do you have to say for yourself?'' he questioned with a scolding tone.
Chizuru sighed, "I know I caused a lot of trouble tonight but all I can say is...'' he said, "... IT'S WORTH IT!" he cheered with a cheeky grin, making Yoshika giggle while Kenji facepalmed.
"You bastard!" Mio growled, "Let me go! Let me go!'' she demanded, "Let me cut this bastard to pieces!" she exclaimed.
"That's enough roughhousing, Major." Gundula admonished.
Perrine sighed, "Will this guy ever learn a thing?'' she asked.
"As many miles that we've traveled together, I thought he has learned a thing by now." Kenji grumbled.
Minna then spoke, "Chizuru, I understand that you missed Yoshika but you still caused a ruckus.'' she pointed out, "As punishment... I hereby order you to clean the entire base for the rest of the day." she commanded with a strict tone.
Chizuru shrugged his shoulders, "No problem.'' he replied.
"Hold it right there!" a voice called as everyone turns to see a slightly small teenage girl standing a few steps away from them. The girl has brown hair tied in pigtails and has blue eyes. She wears a white uniform jacket over a blue blouse, white panties and black sock and shoes. This is Georgette Lemare, a Pilot Officer from the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
"Georgette? What's wrong?'' Hikari asked.
"If there's anyone whose doing a big cleaning of this place, it's going to be me!" Georgette declared.
Edytha spoke, "We're sorry, Georgette...'' she apologized, "We know how much you enjoy cleaning but I advised to take a step back for now as we already decided that cleaning this place will be Chizuru's punishment.'' she explained.
"Is that so?'' Georgette said before pointing a finger at Chizuru, "Then I challenged you, Chizuru Tachibana, in a cleaning contest!" she declared, much to everyone's disbelief.
"HOW DID IT COME TO THIS?!" Kenji exclaimed in frustration.
As this is going on, we see Keisuke observing everyone from the watchtower using his binoculars, he puts down the object with a chuckle, "Hehe... that was interesting.'' he mused.
