Buffy arrives in Mystic Falls and she is ready to start a new chapter and she's sitting here to find a guy named Alaric/Rick that Giles mentioned to her.

(The Grill)

Buffy sat at the table of the grill waiting for Rick to show up because she was going to meet him there and Giles had sent a photo of her to Rick so he knew what she looked like for him to see.

"Buffy Summers." The man said to her as he approached her.

"Yeah that's me and I'm guessing you must be Alaric." Buffy said looking at the man.

"Yeah that's me and before Giles had shown me a picture of you I thought you would look completely different." Alaric said.

"I get that a lot so Giles said that you have a bit of a vampire problem in your town." Buffy said as she watched his expression.

"Only the dangerous kind but I should warn you that I'm friends with a vampire so I just want to make sure that you're not gonna kill him even though he can be a bit of a dick to everyone sometimes." Alaric said.

"Well then you've got to introduce me so I know who not to kill." Buffy said looking at him and picking up her bag.

"We can go to his house." Alaric said.

"Okay lead the way." Buffy said.

(A Mansion)

Buffy followed Alaric up the driveway of a fancy mansion as she was driving her car behind his and they get out of the car and go towards the massive front door.

Buffy was surprised that Rick went through the door without knocking and she followed right behind him and she noticed a man that was standing in what looked like a library as she looked around admiring the place.

"Hey Rick what are you doing here and who is your friend?" The man asks as he walked up to them.

"Her name is Buffy and she's new to town and Buffy this is my friend Damon." Alaric said looking at him.

"Hello." Buffy said as she looked at him and she had to admit that he was handsome.

"Well welcome to Mystic Falls Buffy." Damon said as he looked at her.

"Thank you and you have a really nice home here." Buffy said.

"This place belongs to me and my brother But he's not here at the moment cause he left town to save mine and Elena's life from an original hybrid that he had killed her in a sacrifice ritual to unlock his werewolf side." Damon said.

"So this guy is evil?" Buffy asked.

"And he can't be killed." Alaric said.

"Oh goody." Buffy said as she rolls her eyes.

Damon chuckled as he was starting to like this woman.

"I'm guessing you've dealt with monsters like these?" Damon asked her.

"You have no idea." Buffy said.

Just then a girl with brunette hair walks into the house and walked up to them.

"Oh hi guys what's going on and who's this girl?" She asked.

"She's new Elena and she's a friend." Alaric said and Elena looked at Buffy.

"Hi I'm Elena." Elena said as she holds out her hand to Buffy.

"I'm Buffy." Buffy said as she shakes Elena's hand with a smile.

"So what brings you to Mystic Falls?" Elena asked her.

"I'm here for college and help you guys out with you're vampire situation because I'm a vampire slayer." Buffy said and she noticed Elena's expression starting to freak out.

"No please you can't kill Stefan and Damon, Buffy." Elena said with a concerned look on her face.

"She's not talking about us Elena." Damon said as he rolled his eyes.

"Oh." Elena said.

"I'm here to help you out with you're original vampire problem." Buffy said.

"Hybrid." Damon said looking at the blonde.

"Yeah that." Buffy said.

Elena couldn't help but chuckled at Buffy's comment and she was beginning to smile a bit more knowing that they have some help to take care Klaus and save Stefan.

"I want to show you about an animal attack in Memphis and I asked the sheriff to get a location and I thought we could go check it out." Elena said to them as she pulled out a piece of paper.

"And let Klaus know that you're tracking him he thinks you're dead let's keep it that way." Damon said as he takes the piece of paper away from Elena.

"It's a new lead Damon." Elena said.

"Look I'll get Buffy and Rick to check it out with me okay." Damon said looking at Elena and then looking at Buffy and Rick nodding their heads.

"Okay but you better tell me what happens." Elena said before leaving.

(A Random Farm House)

It was a little bit later in the day where Buffy went with Alaric and Damon to a farmhouse in the middle of nowhere and they got out of Alaric's car as Damon gets a message from Elena that he ignores.

"Elena?" Buffy asked.

"Yep." Damon said as he looks at his phone but he didn't bother looking at the message from Elena.

"I just can't get why we can't tell her what we are doing." Alaric said.

"Well I didn't want her to get her hopes up and I got this from Andi." Damon said.

"You know I keep half expecting for them to kick me out but they don't." Alaric said.

"Still sleeping on the couch?" Damon asked making Buffy look at Alaric.

"Wait do you live with Elena?" Buffy asked.

"Yeah I've been living with them for the past couple of months since I've lost my girlfriend cause she was killed by Klaus and I've been staying on their couch." Alaric said sadly.

"I'm sorry." Buffy said to him as the three of them approached the front door.

Damon opens the front door and moved out of the way for Buffy and Alaric to walk in just in case he wouldn't be able to.

Buffy and Alaric walked into the front door and Damon started to try and put his foot past the barrier and there was no invisible wall so he walked right in.

"I'm good." Damon said as he walked into the front door then they walked to a room with two dead bodies.

"Vampire for sure." Alaric said.

"Stefan for sure." Damon said as he walked closer to the dead bodies.

"Why do you think that?" Buffy asked.

"Because when he kills people and he feels remorse after ripping their heads off and he puts the bodies back together." Damon said.

"Back together?" Alaric asked.

"Yeah that's what Stefan does." Damon said as he moved away from the bodies but then felt something underneath the carpet.

"What is it?" Buffy asked as she noticed.

"Wait hang on." Damon said as he moved the carpet to reveal a door on the ground.

"What the hell is this?" Buffy asked.

Damon opened the door and sees chains on the ground in like a basement.

"Oh my god these are for." Buffy began.

"Werewolves." Alaric finished.

(Later That Night At The Salvatore's)

Buffy, Alaric and Damon were on the porch while there were so many people inside for Elena's birthday party.

"Man this is not my scene." Alaric said as he, Buffy and Damon were out the front of the house.

"I love high school parties." Damon said.

"I'm not sure I can agree with that." Buffy said just as Elena came outside.

"Hey birthday girl." Damon said as Elena walked up to him.

"Drink." Elena said as she takes Damon's drink from his hand.

"How are you feeling?" Buffy asked.

"I found Jeremy smoking." Elena said.

"Is his stash any good?" Damon asked.

"You're an ass." Elena said to Damon then looked at Alaric.

"Please talk to him and he looks up to you." Elena said looking at Alaric and then gives Damon back his drink and she walked back inside the house.

Damon looked at his phone at a message and he looked at Buffy and Alaric.

"Would you guys mind holding down the fort because Andi needs me?" Damon asked as he stood up.

"You mean you're fake compelled girlfriend." Alaric said.

"Yeah I'll see you guys later." Damon said.

"I'm actually gonna go home and get some sleep because I'm so tired right now." Buffy said as she also stood up and said goodbye to them and she gets into her car and gets home and she goes to bed for the night.
