A/N Hey guys so this chapter is gonna be a bit longer and we get to see a Buffy meeting Klaus for the first time.
(4 Days Later At Mystic Falls High)
Buffy is standing outside of the high school with Elena, Bonnie and Caroline because it's their first day of senior year and Buffy had offered to bring them and since Buffy had moved into the Salvatore boarding house which was unusual for her at first but she grew into it because she liked this town.
"Thank you for taking us to school Buffy." Elena said to her.
"You're welcome." Buffy said as she smiled at Elena, Bonnie and Caroline.
"Yeah thank you Buffy and prank night was a bust but we're accepting it and moving on cause why should I be upset of the fact that my boyfriend was turned into a hybrid on a most fabulous day." Caroline said.
"Well why should I be the same because my boyfriend is seeing dead ghosts of his ex-girlfriend's." Bonnie said.
"Today is our anniversary and technically this is the day that I met Stefan last year." Elena said as she stops walking and the girls looked at her.
"Yeah you win." Caroline said as she looked at Elena.
"I'm sorry Elena." Buffy said because she had been in the exact same position when she had lost Angel.
"It's okay New Year new life." Elena said.
"Anyway you should get into the school and I should get back home or I might actually go to the grill." Buffy said to the girls.
"Alright see you later Buffy." Bonnie said and the three of the girls walked away to go into the school and Buffy gets into her car and drives away to go to the grill.
(The Grill)
Buffy walks inside of the grill and ordered herself a drink as she goes up to the bar and she couldn't help but notice a guy at the end of the bar watching her and she couldn't help but noticed that he was so handsome and she continued to drink.
After a couple of moments Buffy noticed him approaching her and sat next to her with a smirk on his face.
"Hello there love." The man said.
"Hi." Buffy said as she took another drink.
"So what bring such a beautiful girl that I've never met before here?" He asked.
"I'm here to help out my friends." Buffy said as she looked at him.
Damon walks into the grill and he got angry and worried as he sees Buffy talking to the enemy and he quickly walked over.
"Buffy I don't think you want to be near this guy." Damon said as he approached them.
"What do you mean?" Buffy asked curious and the man continued to smile at Buffy.
"Good to see you too Damon." He said.
"Buffy this is Klaus." Damon said and Buffy stepped away from Klaus.
"So you're name is Buffy." Klaus said as he was now intrigued by her.
"Yep and now I'm leaving." Buffy said as she walked away.
Damon smiled at Klaus and he follows Buffy leaving a confused Klaus standing there and he realised that she was his destiny and she is a vampire slayer that he had been looking for a 1000 years.
(Back At The Salvatore House)
Buffy and Damon walk into the Salvatore boarding house after coming back home from the grill after Buffy had met Klaus.
"So that's the guy who is the enemy." Buffy said as she looked at Damon.
"Yes that is him." Damon said as he grabs a drink of bourbon.
"So now we just have to find a way to kill him right?" Buffy asked as she sat down.
"Yep and to protect Elena." Damon said.
"How are we going to protect her from this Klaus guy?" Buffy asks as she looks at him.
"Well Katherine is supposed to let me know about finding Michael because he could be the answer to killing Klaus." Damon said.
At that second Buffy's phone started ringing and it was Willow.
"Hey Will what's up?" Buffy asked her best friend and smiled.
"Hey Buffy how is it going in Mystic Falls?" Willow asked over the phone.
"It's great here Willow and I love it here and I like that it feels like home." Buffy said.
"That's good and if you need my help I can come and help you out Buff." Willow said as spoke over the phone.
"Thank you Willow I really appreciate it and I'll let you know if we need your help." Buffy said on the phone to her best friend.
"Alright I'll talk to you later Buffy." Willow said over the phone.
"Okay love you bye." Buffy said to her before hanging up.
"Is that you're best friend?" Damon asks as he takes another drink.
"Yeah she's my best friend." Buffy said.
"Wow she sounds amazing and hopefully I get to meet her one day." Damon said.
"Yeah maybe you will." Buffy said and taking her drink.
Then Buffy gets a message from Elena and telling her that she needs them at Alaric's.
"We have to go." Buffy said as she grabbed her bag and walked towards the door.
"Why what's wrong?" Damon asked as he followed her.
"Elena is at Rick's house and it sounded like she was exercising cause of her breathing." Buffy said as she got into the passenger of Damon's car and then Damon got into the drivers seat.
(Alaric's House)
Buffy and Damon walk into Alaric's house and they see Elena bench pressing.
"What are you going bench press a vampire Elena?" Buffy asks as she and Damon walks up to her but then Damon walked behind the equipment where Elena was.
"Do you understand what's happening right now Buffy, Stefan called me a human blood bag he's like a completely different person." Elena said and Damon grabbed the bench press and holding it and she continued.
"What are you doing Damon?" Elena asked.
"Helping you out." Damon said holding the bench press and Elena was trying to fight his strength and Buffy rolled her eyes.
"Damon." Elena said.
"Come on Junior slayer." Damon said as he put the bench press back to normal.
"Stop it." Elena said.
Elena breathes heavily and trying to get it back to normal when she looked at Buffy.
"I want to lock Stefan up Buffy just until this Michael guy comes and kills Klaus and the compulsion breaks." Elena says.
"We will figure it out Elena." Buffy said as she looked at her.
"I hope so cause I want the old Stefan back Buffy." Elena said to Buffy and Damon.
"I know and I'm gonna help you." Buffy said as she smiled at Elena.
