Fiore, Crocus

The capital of the kingdom was a smoldering remain of a battlefield. The dragons that were just destroying everything had vanished as the Eclipse Gate that brought them into the time was utterly destroyed. While this should have been a happy moment, it was actually a confusing moment.

"Where is he!? Where is he?" Happy asked as he and Lucy cleared the rubble.

"Just keep digging, Happy! He has to be here!" The blonde declared.

"Lucy, Happy!" The two looked up to see the rest of Team Natsu appeared at the edge of the crater. "What the heck are you two doing!?"

"Natsu destroyed the Eclipse Gate and he hasn't come out of the rubble!" Happy shouted. "So start digging and help us find him!"

"Why didn't you say so!?" Erza declared as the other three jumped into the pit and started clearing rocks. After what seemed like hours, the last of the stone was cleared out of the way. But Natsu was nowhere to be found.

"Damn it, how could that flame head not be here?" Gray asked as he threw the last of the stone out if the crater.

"Wait, you say he crashed into the Gate, right?" Erza asked.

"Yeah, that's right." Happy responded. "Why do you ask?"

"If that Gate has the ability to traverse time while it had magic power, and Natsu hit it..." She said, making the others go wide eyed.

"You're saying that he's traveled through time!?" Wendy asked in horror.

"Crap! That means he could mess up with anything in our history books!" Gray shouted in horror.

"How do we get him back then!?" Happy asked.

"Honestly... I'm not sure we can." Erza confessed as she looked up at the sky.

Ente Isla

"Here me, humans!" Satan, the Devil King shouted from the sky. "I will never forget this! I will return! And when I do, Ente Isla will be mine!" A portal opened up behind him and he and his final general, Alciel, flew through it.

"They have fled through the Gate." Olba of the church declared, turning to see Emilia the Hero staring up at the portal. "What shall we do?"

"Follow them." She declared, taking off her helmet.

"You do realize we have no idea what's on the other side of that gate, right?" Her friend and wizard Emeralda asked.

"I don't care what world he runs to- it will not help." Emilia declared, letting her white roll down her golden armor. "I will find him. Soon enough, Satan will die by my hand." She started floating up into the sky, dropping her helmet. Olba came from behind to join her.

"Olba, hurry up! The Gate is closing!" She shouted, reaching the Gate first. "Nice hustle, We made it!" She turned around only to find nothing by the void. "Olba? No, Olba!" She unknowingly flew out of the other end of the gate and crashed to the ground.

"Ow..." She groaned in pain before looking around, finding herself surrounded by two brick walls. "Where am I?" A hand suddenly grabbed her shoulder and pulled her up, snapping her into battle mode. "Get off of me, devil king!" She shouted, slamming her knee upward just as she saw pink hair and a white scarf flowing around.

*SMACK*

The man stepped back and held his shattered groin as his knees buckled. "...Why, Erza?" Natsu groaned as he fell face first to the dirty ground.

"I-I'm so sorry!" She declare before helping him up.

Water in his eyes, he looked up and saw that the girls hair was a shade of dark pink. "Wait a minute... you're not Erza!" The armored girl tilted her head in confusion as Natsu jumped back. "Alright, where are my friends!?" He demanded. The armored woman held up her hands and spoke in some bizarre langue Natsu had never heard before.

"Hey! Answer me already!" He demanded, confusing her even more before she pointed her finger at him. "Don't try anything on me! Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" He launched his fist forward, where it caught fire. Instantly, she caught his wrist, deflected the blow, and pinned Natsu against the wall. "Okay, this might be tougher than-"

An armored hand suddenly grabbed the back of his neck and squeezed. "Hey, what are you-" A soft glow caught his attention, scaring him even more.

"-an you understand me, now?" The girl suddenly spoke his language, making him blink in surprise.

"Hey, how'd you do that?" He asked as she let go.

"I used a spell from my home land that allows us to understand each other." The girl explained. "Next time, try to wait a bit before attacking someone."

"Okay, so Not-Erza. Do you have any idea where we are?" He asked.

"That's not my name!" The armored warrior shouted. "I am Emilia the Hero! She who defeated the Devil King and three of his Generals!"

"...Never heard of ya." Natsu replied before he turned and looked around, finding bright lights and strange vehicles. "Well, this place definitely isn't Edolas."

An armored hand suddenly grabbed his neck and pulled him back into the alley. "Are you trying to get yourself killed?" Emilia asked. "We don't know anything about this place and you wanna just go walking around?"

"Well, what would you suggest?" He asked back.

The girl crossed her arms and scratched her chin. "Well, we could always get to know each other? I mean, I've never seen you before and you clearly aren't from my world." Seeing no other option, Natsu relented and the two stood across from each other, trading their lives and events that lead them here. "Okay, I think I figured it out. Our gates must have their magical signals crossed and brought you here as well."

"Great, so now what do we do?" Natsu asked.

"Well, I cannot leave until I destroy Satan." Emilia declared, stepping away from the wall. "I'll make you a deal: help me find and defeat the devil king, and I'll help you find a way home." She offered her hand out, taking her armored gauntlet off. "Deal?"

"Well, not like fighting you is gonna get me anywhere." Natsu chuckled before the two shook hands. "So what now?"

"Now, now we try to find a way to survive in this new world." Emilia replied.

2 Weeks Later

Natsu sat on the couch, moving the controller in his hands around. "Come on, you pathetic excuse for a dragon! Just die already! Die! Die! Die! Die!" With a push of both bumpers, his lizard man character unleashed a fiery scream that ended the final boss. "Yes!"

"Will you knock it off?" Emilia, or Emi Yusa as her credit card said, demanded as she poured herself a cup of coffee. "It's been two weeks since we got here, and so far, all you've done is spend the money I've made on stupid stuff!"

"Stupid!?" Natsu repeated, standing up.

Gone were his clothes from Earthland, except for his scarf still firmly around his neck. Now he wore a black t-shirt with an armor clad figure on it, the most noticeable feature being the horned helmet on their head, a sword in the left and a dagger in the right. Wrapped around it was a slithery tail as mist reached the corner of the shirt. White shorts covered his legs as standard socks covered his feet. "You enjoy these games just as much as I do! And don't think I didn't notice the romance shows getting added to the queue."

Emi gained a quick blush before clearing her throat. "That's not the point. You need to start bringing in some money or else were both going to get kicked out of here." She opened fridge and looked inside, finding barely anything to eat. "And would you stop eating all the food!?"

"Hey, I can't help being hun-" An alarm cut Natsu off, and he pulled a phone out of his pocket. "Crap, I gotta go!" Natsu shouted as he sprinted out the door. "See ya later!"

"Don't think we're done here!" Emi shouted as the door closed behind him.

Natsu sprinted down the stairs, avoiding the death trap called the elevator before running out the building. Racing through the streets, he stopped a bit and stared at the window of the gaming store. "Disgraced? That looks like it could be fun." He returned to his sprint. He rounded a corner and came to a stop, staring at the Inferno's Gym.

"Almost missed my first appointment." He chuckled before walking into the gym. People were doing all kinds of work outs, from bike machines to weight training to shadow boxing. He approached the front desk, seeing the receptionist for the first time. "Nate Yusa, here for my first day."

"Great, we'll set you up with a new member." The guy behind the counter said, throwing Natsu a fiery themed shirt with the gym's name on the chest. "He's the big guy with the black tank top. Can't miss him."

"Got it." Natsu chuckled as he quickly changed shirts. Walking into the main gym, he found the guy standing by the weights. "Hello, I'm Nate Yusa, the new trainer. Let's start off by seeing what you can do."

Night

With a heavy sigh, Natsu put his bag on the ground and opened the fridge. "Why the hell was everyone looking at me so weird?" He wondered aloud. "That was a standard worked for me." He pulled out some leftover steak and popped it into the microwave. "And what the hell is a body building competition? What, am I building a person from scratch?"

The timer went off and he pulled the plate out, closing the door behind him. He sat down on the couch and grabbed the controller, turning on the system. He took a bite of the steak and almost spat it out when say save file. "Oh, goddamn it! She didn't save!"

The second time fighting the final boss was just as annoying as the first time. "Finally! Now I can start that LCD or whatever it's called." The door to the apartment opened again and he turned, seeing Emi walk in. "Hey, Emi. What took you so long?"

"The Devil King is here." She said, making him drop his controller. "We need to start preparing for a battle."

"I found him working at a fast food joint last night. I know it's him." Emi said as they walked along some fencing. "I could feel magic coming from his hand. He was planning something." They rounded a corner and the two finally reached the home of Satan; a two story apartment complex.

"...I was expecting something bigger." Natsu confessed. "And more private."

"Don't let appearances fool you." Emi told her 'brother'. "The Devil may not have his powers, but he is still a force to be reckoned with."

"Who is it?" The person on the other side asked.

"That's an unexpectedly polite greeting for a demon, especially you, General Alciel!" Emi declared. "I know you remember me, Emilia the Hero!"

"Emilia the Hero!?" The man on the other side repeated in shock.

"Yes, now open this door!" She demanded. "Accept your fate with a little digni-"

*CLICK*

The two pinkettes blinked in surprise before Natsu walked over and grabbed the door knob. "They just locked us out." He said.

She pushed him aside and started banging on the door. "Open up, I say!" She shouted, pulling on the door. "Hurry up!" She stopped screaming just in time to hear Satan explain everything to his general. "And it was disgusting! Me, dating the ruler of demons!?" Natsu chuckled a bit before Emilia glared at him, making him look away.

She went back to the door and started pounding on it again. "You sure you don't want me to just bust this thing down?" Natsu asked. "Because I could do that."

"Do it!"

"Don't do it!" Satan shouted. "Look, we're gonna let you inside now, so don't do anything crazy." The heard the sound of the locks being removed and they opened the door.

The two looked around and were shocked by how simple everything was. "This place is a dump." Emi declared. "For two grown men to be living in a place like this. It's tiny, shabby and has paper thin walls."

"Hey, there's no need to be mean." Satan snapped back.

"The Devil's castle requires function over luxury." Alciel replied.

"You call this functional?" She asked back. "Look at what you two are eating for dinner. I came all the way here just to defeat these two worthless losers? It's pathetic!"

"So, who is this guy?" Satan asked, pointing one of his chopsticks at Natsu.

"This is Natsu." She answered before quickly explaining everything to them. "So now you have two threats to deal with. You scared yet?"

"Not really." The king of demons replied. "So you got stuck with the hero, huh? That sucks."

"What is that supposed to mean?" Emilia asked in disgust.

"Yeah, she's not so bad." Natsu replied, earning a glare from Emi.

"So what happened to your allies from Ente Isla?" The Devil teased.

"None of your business!" She shouted back.

"So we just need to figure out a way to get back before we've over stayed our welcome." Satan chuckled. "My plan for world domination shall unfold, starting from this current devil's castle."

"This coming from a guy who can't even get a full-time job at McGronalds?" Emi teased.

"If you think I plan to live the comfortable life of a part-timer, then you're sadly mistaken." He replied with a smirk. "I plan to subjugate this world!" Both pinkettes glared at him, Natsu ready to strike. "For your information, McGronalds has a program that lets part-time workers become full time employees! And then I will climb to the top of the McGronald work chain and return to Ente Isla a conquerer!"

Alciel clapped at his lord with the other two stared in disbelief. "...THIS is the guy you were worried about?" Natsu asked Emilia. "He doesn't look like he could conquer anything."

"Pathetic humans like you have no way to understand my lofty goals." He chuckled.

"Can I punch him now?" Natsu asked, glaring at the demon.

"Later." She said as she turned to the door. "Well, goodbye. We're going home now. We have work tomorrow. But don't get the wrong idea. If Natsu or I decided to use our remaining power, we could kill you anytime we want."

"Then why don't you?" Satan teased.

"If I'm not careful, I could use it up on you." She replied as the two put on their shoes. "And I have a promise to keep. As long as you behave, I'll let you live until I figure things out. And our names here are Emi and Nate Yusa, got it?"

"You took her last name?" Satan asked Natsu. "Man, she really has you by the balls."

Natsu growled and turned to fight, only for Emi to grab his scarf and pull him out. The two closed the door and stared at the name plates on the side of the wall. "Your name is Sadao Maou?" She chuckled. "No one in this generation as that name."

The two quickly walked down the stairs as Sadao shouted at her to apologize. "Don't let him fool you." She told her 'brother'. "We need to keep an eye of him."

"If you say so..." Natsu replied. "I gotta say, the demons in my world are like, ten times scarier than that guy."

"You have demons in your world?" Emilia asked in surprise.

"Yeah. One was some kind of death flute, the other was sealed in ice." He replied. "But they were no match for the power of Fairy Tail!"

"What did I say about that?" She asked, pulling on his ear. "Keep quite it."

"Sorry, sorry, sorry!" He shouted in pain.

One Week Later

Yusa Apartment

"So let me get this straight..." Natsu said as the two ate their simple meal of chicken and rice. "You followed them for one week. And in that time, you found out that they take advantage of market sales, enjoy bathhouses, and tried mixing cucumbers and honey to make... melon?"

"Yeah... but I know he's up to something." Emi replied. "After all, he said he wanted to conquer the world."

"From a fast food restaurant?" The man asked. "I don't think that's possible. And what can he do with no magic in this world?"

"But his plan."

"Is. Stupid." Natsu interrupted. "Trust me, I know stupid plans."

"So you expect me to just do nothing about him?" The hero asked.

"Yes." Natsu replied. "What the hell could he possibly do here? Even if he does 'conquer' Japan, it's not like he can go back to your world. He's stuck here."

Emilia let out a sigh and leaned back, staring up at the ceiling. "Give me the night to think it over."

"Great. Now let's start the movie." Natsu chuckled, turning on the tv. "What do you want: Dogma, Galaxy Battle? Oh, how about a superhero one?"

"Why don't I pick the movie?" Emi said, taking the controller away. "Last time you picked one, you stayed up all night wanting to talk about it."

The Next Night

MgRonalds

Natsu and Sadou stared across each other at the counter, Sadou nervously staring at him. "Welcome." He said like nothing was wrong.

"She wants to see you." Natsu told the employee.

"Would you like to eat that here or to go, sir?" The king of demons asked.

"She said to meet her the same place you two first meet once you're done." Natsu explained. "And come alone. Now that that's done..." He finally looked up at the menu and viewed the items. "Gimme three Big MgBurgers, two large orders of fries, a large soda and your best desert."

"Okay, you get all that?" Sadou asked to the side. "Thanks a bunch. Please pay here and then step to the side until your order is ready." Natsu quickly paid for his meal and a few minutes later, he walked out with his bag of food.

"Such a pain..." Maou mumbled.

Yusa Apartment

Finishing his meal, Natsu tossed the bag into the trash and sat down on the couch. "Okay, let's get back to the Magi Board of Airedge." He picked up the controller and turned on the system. "Let's hope she saved this time." He chuckled as he selected his account.

After defeating the final boss of the storyline, a knock on his door caught his attention. Standing up and going to the door, he looked through the peephole and saw that his 'sister' had came home around about 11. "What took you so long? Talking to this guy shouldn't have taken that long."

"That wasn't the problem." Emi replied. "We had to run away from someone shooting at us with magic bullets."

"Someone shot at you!?" Natsu asked, throwing his controller out of his hand. "How? Why?"

"We don't know." She replied. "But whoever it is clearly knows that they want both the Hero and the Devil eliminated. I lost my wallet and home key. Which means I almost had spent the night at his place. Keep an eye out for anyone strange."

The Next Morning

Emi stepped out of the shower with a towel around her hair. "Hey, it's yours if you want it." She said as he watched the tv.

"K. Check it out, your attack made the news." Natsu said.

Emi turned to the screen and went slack jawed when she saw Maou and Ashiya standing behind the yellow tape. "Unbelievable. Those jerkwads. Well, not my problem." She walked over to the closet and pulled out her work uniform as Natsu stood up and walked to the bathroom.

He turned on the water and let it warm up as he pulled off his pajama top. Glancing at the door, Natsu opened the medicine cabinet and pulled out a match book. "Damn it, I hate doing this." He said as he pulled out a match and struck it. He held it against the box and the whole thing caught fire before he quickly ate it.

Closing the mirror, he leaned in and stared at the dark bags under his eyes as they faded. "Well, I won't be getting MDS for a while. But I need a serious solution soon."

Docodemo Co. Customer Call Center

"Hey, did you hear about that shooting?" Emi's coworker, Rika, asked. "Wasn't that close to where you and your brother live?"

"No, we live about three blocks away." She replied.

"Crazy, huh?" Her friend asked. "So, you wanna go curry place I told you about? Yes, there will be a line, but the food is totally worth it."

"Sorry, but I'm way too busy to wait in line today." Emi replied. "Plus, I lost my wallet. So now I have to fill out a bunch of paperwork on my break." A call came in and she turned back to the computer as her friend walked away. "Thank you for your call today. I'm Emi Yusa, how can I help you today?"

'Yusa? Sounds like you and your 'brother' are fighting in quite well, Emilia the Hero.' The voice on the call said, shocking the girl.

Keeping her composure as she quickly glanced around, Emi quickly answered back. "May I ask who is calling, today?"

"Someone who knows the hero and the devil, and that's not all." The voice replied. "I'm gonna do everything in my power to destroy you both, as well as your little friend."

"Understood, sir." She replied. "I'll do whatever it takes to prevent that from happening."

"I gotta admit, I didn't expect you two to join forces." The messed with voice said.

"That was not our company's desired result, either." Emi retorted.

"Either way, King Satan will be taken care of." The voice declared. "As will Emila the Hero. It is the will of Enti Isla."

"Is that right!?" She snapped, standing up. Her coworkers looked at her in confusion before she quickly sitting down. "I'm afraid we won't have any specifics until we've had a chance to investigate the situation."

"The Devil and the Hero running away from a little gunfire? That situation." The voice teased. "And how are you gonna investigate?"

'A voice that echoes from the pits of hell... This guy is a demon.' Emi thought in a panic. "Alciel is the only general walking among us, so that would make you nothing. If you think you can scare me with words like 'Enti Isla's will', you are sorely mistaken. I don't listen to idle threats from nobodies like you."

'When this is all said and done, you'll be singing a different tune.' He ended the call, and Emi glared at the screen.

She saw Rika looking over and put on a smile. "It takes all kinds, huh?" She chuckled. "So, how about that curry place? I remembered how busy the bank is during lunch." Her personal phone started ringing and she quickly looked at the screen. "Nate?" She answered the phone and put it to her ear.

'Emi, you are not gonna believe this.' Her 'brother' said. 'I just got a call from the cops.'

"...The police?" She repeated in confusion.

Eastern Yoyogi Police Station

Natsu stood outside the room, listening to the growls of anger as his 'sister' signed the forms. Seconds later, she pushed the door open and he blocked it from hitting his face. "Annoyed as well?" He asked.

"Of all the stupid, idiotic..." She mumbled as they walked down the stairs. "Why they call me if they already contacted you?"

"I mean, it was your wallet they found." He pointed out as they reached Maou and Ashiya, talking about Emi's age.

"Who the crap cares!?" She shouted, turning to the two scared demons. "Why us!? Cause I'm a little confused! We're the good guys! So why the hell did I just post bail for a couple of no good devils like you two!?"

"Would you please calm down?" Sadou asked. "Sorry, but we couldn't think of anyone else."

"It's not like we were thrilled about this prospect either." Ashia added.

"So why the hell did the two of us just have to use our seals and ID's for something so dumb?" Natsu asked.

"Well, maybe we could have asked my manager at work." Maou suggested.

"We can't ignore her for something like this." His roommate replied.

"So you annoy us instead!?" Emi shouted.

"Duh, causing trouble for heroes is what demons do." Maou snapped back.

"Ugh... why do I even bother?" Emi asked as she face palmed. The four walked out of the station before she turned around to the three men. "Just so you guys know, I got a threatening phone call at work. It was the same guy who shot at us. They want all four of us dead."

"What? Why?" Natsu asked.

"I don't know, but I know that I'm still the one who is going to beat you." She declared, pointing at Maou. "Let's go, Natsu." The two 'siblings' walked away and went to the nearest bus station.

"So, what do we do now?" Natsu asked.

"Now we go about our lives like nothing happened." Emi said. "We need to stock up on some stuff, right?"

The two walked down a small stairway as they headed into the mall."Hey, Emi." Natsu pointed to the side and both saw Alceil leaning around a corner. "Yo, what the hell are you doing?" The demon flinched as the two walked over.

"'Tis you two!?" He asked in a panic.

"You do know you look like a creep right now, right?" Natsu asked. "What, are you spying on someone?"

"None of your business." Alciel snapped back.

"I'm a hero, dummy." Emi spoke up. "It's my business when I see you behaving like some creepy weirdo."

"Please, I'm begging you to drop this." The demon begged.

"I knew you when you were a demon." Emi replied as the two humans walked past him. They leaned around the corner and saw Maou sitting across from a girl. "You scum!" Emi shouted as she grabbed the demons shirt and lifted him up. "What are you planning to do with that girl!?"

"Please, you misunderstand!" Ashiya shouted. "His majesties intentions are pure, I swear."

"There's nothing pure about demons like you two!" Emi growled.

"Please, listen to me!" The demon begged.

"Come on, let's hear him out." Natsu glanced. "Then we can decide to beat him up or not."

Emi let out an annoyed sigh and let the demon go. The general quickly explained everything and to say they were shocked would be an understatement. "Now do you two understand?"

"I mean, I guess." Natsu replied.

"What I don't understand is why they need to go out on a date." Emi declared as the three leaned around to look.

"I just find it insufferable that a mere human girl has become so enamored with my king." Ashiya complained.

"How the hell did a jerk like your king get a girl like that to fall for him?" Emi asked.

"You dare insult his majesty!?" The Demon General growled back.

"He's your king, not ours." Natsu retorted.

"Anyway, from a girl's point of view, it's obvious that she's into him." Emi added. "The trendy dress she just bought, fresh hairdo from the salon, and the boots are new too."

"Wow, you really are into this stuff, aren't you?" Natsu asked.

"Or maybe you boys are just ignorant on this." She replied. "Her dress screams 'I'm young and available' and is form fitting cut to - damn, those are huge."

"What?" Ashiya asked.

"Nothing, pervert!" She snapped back. "Besides, big ones just get in your way in battle. Small ones mean small armor which saves money and means you're less constrictive in your movements."

"And you lost us both." Natsu declared, annoying the girl

"Back to the matter at hand: do you think he can get anything useful out of her?" Emi asked.

"Don't ask me." Ashiya replied. "I just followed to make sure no undesirables show up."

"Emi, if she says she knows something about the earthquakes..." Natsu started.

"Yeah, we can't learn anything out here." Emi nodded. "Let's go." The two started walking into the store, much to Ashiya horror.

They entered the cafe and could hear Satan choking on his drink. "Well, he saw us." Natsu said as they placed their order at the counter. They sat down in the restaurant just far enough away for Natsu to still hear them. "Voices about earthquakes... she's happy about asking him... Whoa... she's really happy about asking him. Is she gonna-"

He turned to Emi only to find her already at the table. "That's enough." She declared.

"Oh, perfect." Natsu complained as he walked after her.

"I hope you know you're talking with the worst being in the world." Emi stated. "Trust me, little girl, this one is not what he seems. He's cruel, cunning and stupid. Nothing good will come from knowing him?"

"Hey, don't you think that's a little harsh?" Natsu asked as he reached the table.

"Wait, I know you!" Chiho shouted, pointing at the man. "You were in our restaurant the other day! Now I get it." She turned to Emi with even more anger in her eyes. "You're his ex! And you're just trying to make him jealous!"

Emi sputtered in anger before slamming her hands down on the table. "Where the hell did you get an idea like that!?"

"I was dead on, wasn't I!?" Chiho asked back. "In that case, what I do with him is none of your business, got it!? And if you know what's good for you, you'll stay out of my way!"

"You don't even know what you're saying right now." Emi retorted. "It's not like that all with us, so just relax."

"If that's true, then tell me why you're always around him like a stalker." The younger girl demanded.

"There is nothing between us!" Emi shouted, making everyone in the restaurant turn to them.

"Girls, please take it down a bit." Sadou begged, only for the entire structure to start shaking.

"Earthquake!" Was the only word anyone could get out before the entire underground structure collapsed around them.

Chiho slowly opened her eyes to find Emi and Nate standing next to her. "Oh, you're awake." Emi said, turning on the flashlight on her phone. "Well, we're trapped down here in what was the cafe."

"Where's Mr. Maou?" Chiho asked.

"He's down here, I can tell that much." Natsu declared.

"Do you think he's okay?" She asked.

"Worried he got crushed by the rubble?" Emi asked. "While that would make a lot of people happy, me included, he's too damn stubborn."

"Yeah... I'm sure he's just fine." Chiho mumbled.

"He will, trust me." Emi said, kneeling down to the girl. "I'm Emi Yusa, by the way. And this my brother, Nate. Trust me, there is nothing between me and Maou."

"Chiho Sasaki." The younger girl replied. "And I guess I'll believe you for now."

"So what made you fall for that guy in the first place?" Nate asked, making Chiho blush.

"What are you talking about, I haven't fallen for him!" She shouted back.

"And you picked a fight with me in a public restaurant for no reason?" Emi teased, making her flail about. "Don't worry, we can keep a secret."

"That might be more comforting if you told me how you really know Mr. Maou." Chiho said with a sigh. "For someone who claims to be his enemy you sure know a lot about him."

"Like the Godfather says, 'friends close and enemies closer'." Emi teased, confusing Chiho. "Just trust me, he's up to no good. Loving Maou will only get you hurt. For now, rest up." She placed her finger in front of Chiho's face and a soft glow knocked her out. "We can hear you breathing, come out Maou."

"Stay out of my business." A deep voice declared as the clip-clop of hooves stepped forward.

Natsu slowly trailed his eyes up and saw that Maou was much bigger than he was before. "What happened to you?"

"No clue, it just changed." He declared as he walked around. "This is just the worst. How am I gonna explain it?"

'His magic is back...' Emi thought. 'Now is my chance. If I can focus all my Celestial force, I can still make Sacred Sword strong enough to kill him.'

"Take care of Chi for me." He declared, confusing the two 'siblings'. "These people need me. Hopefully there aren't too many casualties, but we don't have time to wait for the rescue squad." He turned and started glowing red and the rubble began moving as well.

"Is he serious?' Emi asked in shock. 'Why is the king of darkness saving humans?"

Well, here's the first chapter of the first crossover of these series. Seriously, another first one ever for me. Which mean they're very bad ideas, or I've got a weird brain to come up with this stuff. And a big shout out to my friend TheExcadrillComics for coming up with the plan for Natsu in this story.

I did focus on Natsu and Emi mainly because, yes, that will be one of the pairings for this story. It was either her or Chiho, but I just love her and Maou so much more. I can't really think of anything else to say, so see ya next time.
