Hey everyone! I have made a decision on my Pokemon fanfiction, and I will be posting it again. However, you as my reader need to understand from my point of view that... yes, as a fanfiction writer, I do like hearing people's suggestions and what not. But I don't like how certain readers (whether you are a guest or not) like to announce the title of what I'm about to write next or decide to write predetermined dialogue for me when I haven't written that episode chapter yet. When readers like that do those kinds of things, it makes me upset, it gets me angry, and it makes me want to stop writing all together.
If you as readers really want me to continue writing my fanfiction, then that's what I'll do because writing fanfiction makes me happy. If you honestly dont like the way I'm writing the story for any fandom that I write for, then you can make yourself an account on any fanfiction website and write it yourself. You don't have to physically read mine.
I DO NOT OWN POKEMON. I ONLY OWN MY OC, THE NICKNAME FOR HER POKEMON PARTNER AND THE POKEMON TEAMS THAT SHE HAS FOR EACH REGION IN THE FANDOM! TO THOSE WHO ARE PLANNING ON ASKING ME IF THEY CAN COMMISSION ARTWORK FOR MY POKEMON OC, THE ANSWER IS NO! WHY? BECAUSE ITS MY OC THAT I CREATED AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO DO THE ARTWORK BUT ME! MY DECISION IS FINAL!
A battle was shown on tv in the bedroom of a young boy who was putting on his gloves.
"Yes, I am Ash." said Ash.
Narrator: Ash Ketchum is a boy from Pallet town.
"And now that I'm ten, I can finally get my Pokémon license." said Ash, tying he shoe.
Narrator: Ten-year olds can get a beginner Pokémon from Professor Oak, the town's Pokémon expert.
Downstairs, his mother, Delia was looking for his sister, Brielle. "Brielle, sweetie, it's time for bed." said Delia, looking around the living room for her eight-year-old daughter. "Where are you, honey?"
Brielle was hiding underneath the table, with a smile on her face as she giggles.
Narrator: Brielle Ketchum is Ash's little sister who adores him.
Delia walks past the couch and sees a little foot from under the kitchen table, pretending not to notice. "Hmm." she said, placing a finger on her chin. "I wonder where she could be hiding."
She walked behind the couch. "No, she's not hiding here." said Delia and hears the same giggle coming under the table. "Where can she be?" Delia walks towards the table.
"Could she be under…." said Delia and looks under the table. Brielle looks up at her mother, wearing her Growlithe pjs as she held onto the table leg. "the table. I found you, my little Brielle."
"Hi mommy." said Brielle, smiling widely.
"It's time for bed." said Delia, grabbing her hand, picking her up and placing her on her hip.
"Okay." she said, resting her head on her mother's shoulder. Back upstairs, Ash was still up.
"I will journey to gain the wisdom of Pokémon training, and I declare to the Pokémon of the world, I will be a Pokémon master." said Ash as he picks up an alarm clock that looked like Voltorb. "Pokémon master! That's what I'll…."
"Ash, get to bed!" said Delia, causing Ash to accidentally throw his alarm clock at her and she catches it. "It's 11 o' clock and you should be asleep. I'm already having trouble getting Brielle into bed as it is and its way past her bedtime."
He then looks down at the spot where Brielle was. "Under the table again?"
"Yep."
"But tomorrow I begin my Pokémon journey. I can't sleep." said Ash.
"Well, if you can't sleep, you should at least get ready for tomorrow." said Delia and changes the channel. "Here, watch this."
"Can I go with you?" asked Brielle, yawning as she rubs her eyes. "Please, Ash?"
"Fine. Just as long as you don't get in my way." said Ash and turns his attention to Professor Oak on his TV.
"Good evening, Pallet." said Professor Oak. "Tomorrow's the big day for the newest class of Pokémon students. I'd like to introduce you to Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Each one is available for new trainees. Which one shall you choose?"
"Go to bed when this is done." said Delia and picks up Brielle who was then beginning to fall asleep standing up.
"All right, I'm going." said Ash.
"And change into your pajamas, okay?"
"I'm going."
After the program was off, Ash was finally asleep in bed. "Raising Bulbasaur. That'd be really simple." Ash said in his sleep. "It's perfect for beginners."
(Dream)
"I choose you, Bulbasaur!" said Ash, throwing the Pokeball and out comes Bulbasaur.
"Then there's Squirtle."
"I choose you, Squirtle!" shouted Ash, with Squirtle appearing out of its Pokeball.
"Choose it or lose it." said Ash, sitting up in bed.
It was morning and a Dodrio was crowing as the sun rose. "Oh, hold on." Ash said in his sleep, still in bed. "Charmander. Those in the know say that's the best way to go."
"I choose you, Charmander!" shouted Ash and Charmander appears.
On the bedroom floor was Ash's broken Pokéball alarm clock. Brielle, wearing a blue short sleeved t-shirt and a pair of purple shorts, cracks the bedroom door open a bit to check on her brother. "Brothers. Can't live with them but would love to not have them….no matter what mom says." she said, shaking her head just as he sits up.
"Oh, no! What time is it?" asked Ash, suddenly hearing her.
"Late enough to go pick up your first Pokémon, sleepy head." said Brielle and he runs past her. Ash ran out the door in his pjs with Brielle not too far behind, her braided pigtails flying behind her. "Ash! Wait for me!" Brielle called out after him.
"Squirtle…Bulbasaur…Charmander…" said Ash, not bothering to slow down for his sister. "Anyone is fine. Just please save one for me."
"Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can!" said a group of girls.
"Oh, sorry. Excuse me!" said Ash as he weaves through the crowd, holding Brielle's hand but were knocked down by Gary Oak.
"Hey, watch where you're going!" said Gary, then looks down at Ash. "Well, you must be Ash. Better late than never, I guess. At least you get the chance to meet me."
"I tried to get you up earlier, Ash." said Brielle. "But you didn't hear me the first couple times."
"It's okay, Brielle. I'm not mad at you." reassured Ash, despite oversleeping.
"And who's this little cutie?" asked Gary, looking down at Brielle with a smile on his face.
"I'm Brielle, Ash's little sister." said Brielle, re-introducing herself as she glared at Gary. "You've known me my entire life."
"Gary?" asked Ash, standing up.
"Mr. Gary to you. Show some respect." Gary tells him.
"Huh?"
"Respect is earned, never demanded from people." muttered Brielle, crossing her arms.
"Well, Ash, you snooze, you lose, and your way behind right from the start." said Gary, gloating. "I've got a Pokémon, and you don't."
"You got your first Pokémon?" asked Ash.
"That's right and its right inside this Pokeball." said Gary as he spins the Pokeball on his finger and the cheerleaders were cheering for him again. "Thank you, fans. Thank you for this great honor. I promise you that I will become a great Pokémon master and make the town of Pallet known all over the world."
"Excuse me." said Ash.
"Yeah?" asked Gary.
"I was just wondering if you could tell me what kind of Pokémon you got." said Ash, curiously.
"None of your business." said Gary. "If you showed up on time, you would have seen that I got the best Pokémon from Professor Oak. It's good to have a grandfather in the Pokémon business, isn't it?"
He then gets into the car and faces the crowd. "Thank you for coming out to see history in the making!" Gary shouted, waving as the driver takes off. "Now I, Gary Oak, am off to learn the ways of the Pokémon trainer!"
"I'll show you." growled Ash as the crowd disappears.
"This is why I don't like him." said Brielle. "Even if he is the grandson of Professor Oak."
"So, you decided to show after all." said Professor Oak as he appears behind Ash.
"Oh, Professor Oak." said Ash. "Where's my Pokémon?"
"Hi Professor Oak." said Brielle with a smile. "How are you?"
"Well, hello Brielle. My, look how much you've grown." said Professor Oak, causing her smile to grow wider. "I see that your brother decided that he's going to take you with him."
"Yep. As long as I don't get in his way of his training." Brielle replied as the Professor turns back to her brother.
"Your Pokémon?" he asked.
"Yes, I'm ready." said Ash.
"You look like you're ready for bed." said Professor Oak, seeing Ash's attire. "Not for Pokémon training. I hope you don't think you're going to train in your pajamas."
"Oh, no, Professor." Ash tells him. "I got messed up this morning and I was a little late, but believe me, I'm ready for a Pokémon."
Once inside Professor Oak's lab, three Pokéballs appeared in front of them on top of a machine. "I thought about it a lot and it took me a long time, but I finally decided to choose Squirtle." said Ash, picking up the Pokeball. "Oh."
"Already taken by someone who was on time." said Professor Oak.
"Oh, I wish I hadn't overslept." said Ash, guiltily.
"I tried getting you up the first time." said Brielle. "But all you did was threw a pillow at me. Remember?"
"It's not your fault. You should've at least tried a little harder." he tells her as he reaches for another Pokeball. "But now I will choose as my Pokémon, Bulbasaur! What?"
Just as the first Pokeball, it was empty as well. "That one was taken by a kid who wasn't late." said Professor Oak.
"Oh. Well, that's no problem." said Ash, reaching for the last Pokeball that was there. "because my Pokémon will be Charmander! Ah!"
"The early bird gets the worm or in this case, the Pokémon." said Professor Oak as Brielle giggles behind her brother.
"Don't laugh at me, Brielle." Ash said rounding on her.
"It's not my fault that you decided not to get up on time." said Brielle. "You can't blame me for everything, Ash."
"She's right, you know. You can't blame your sister for not being on time." Professor Oak said to the oldest Ketchum.
"Does that mean all the Pokémon are gone?" Ash asked Professor Oak.
"Well, there is still one left…" said Professor Oak.
"(Gasp) Professor, I'll take it!" said Ash and suddenly a Pokeball with lightning bolt appeared in the middle of the machine.
"I think I should warn you. There is a problem with this last one." said Professor Oak as he picks up the Pokeball.
"I have to have a Pokémon." Ash tells him.
"Well, in that case." said Professor Oak, handing over the Pokeball to Ash. Ash releases the Pokeball and out comes a yellow mouse with red cheeks.
"Pikachu." said the mouse.
"Its name is Pikachu." said Professor Oak.
"Such a cutie!" squealed Brielle as she clapped her hands together.
"Oh, it's so cute. It's the best of all." said Ash in agreement.
"You'll see." said Professor Oak as Ash picks up the Pokémon.
"Oh, hi, Pikachu." said Ash and Brielle.
"Pika." said Pikachu as sparks started in its cheeks and shocked both siblings.
"It's also known as electric mouse." said Professor Oak. "It's usually shy but can sometimes have an electrifying personality."
"I see what you mean." said Ash, as Pikachu stops its electric attack. Brielle pops up and glares at Pikachu. "That was really mean, Pikachu." said Brielle. "You could have killed me."
"Pika." said Pikachu, turning its head away from her.
"Oh, it's gonna be like that, huh?" asked Brielle, raising an eyebrow to the mouse as her attitude starts coming around, ready to show it who's boss. "You're gonna get it, mouse."
"Shocking, isn't it?" asked Professor Oak, then hands Ash and Brielle something. "Now, take these, your Pokedex and Pokéballs."
Ash takes both items while Brielle was only handed Pokéballs and a slightly bigger Pokedex. "Now, Brielle, since you're younger than Ash," said Professor Oak and hands her a blue Pokémon egg with blue spots.
"You mean…?" asked Brielle. "This is going to be my partner. Whichever Pokémon that hatches from it?"
"That's correct. Take care of this Pokémon and raise it well." he replied to Brielle and turns to Ash.
"I promise. Thank you, Professor Oak!" said Brielle as she hugs her Pokémon egg, then places her cheek on the egg as it gave out some kind of aura. "You're so warm."
"Thank you." said Ash and suddenly Pikachu shocks all three of them.
"You're welcome." said Professor Oak.
"Oh, that mouse needs an attitude adjustment." Brielle said, once Pikachu's shock was over. Outside of Professor Oak's lab, Delia and others were waiting for Ash and his sister to come out.
"Mom." said Ash, holding Pikachu in his arms.
"Oh, Ash, I'm so proud of you." she said, holding two backpacks in her arms. "You're finally going to fulfill your dream and start your Pokémon training. But I'm going to miss you and Brielle so much. Oh, my little boy and baby girl."
"Don't worry, Mom." said Brielle, holding her Pokémon egg close to her. "I'll call you from every town we're in. I promise."
"Pikachu." said Pikachu, walking up next to Ash.
"I packed your sneakers and jeans, nice clean shirts and underwear, and your favorite snacks and some hot chocolate in case you both one something hot but be careful not to burn yourself and a pair of rubber gloves for each of you to do your laundry and a new clothesline to hang it out to dry…" said Delia as she takes things out of Ash's backpack.
"Mom, you're embarrassing me in front of all these people." said Ash as he takes the green backpack from her. "Don't you know I'm a big kid now? Pokémon trainers take care of themselves."
"Thank you, mom." said Brielle taking the light blue backpack with a lunch box on the front.
"I understand. Hmm?" she said as she looks down at Pikachu. "That's your Pokémon?"
"Pikachu." said the yellow mouse.
"Yeah, that's my Pokémon." said Ash.
"Pi!" said Pikachu as it turns its head away from him.
"Ugh. With Pikachu by my side, I'll get all the Pokémon in the world!" declared Ash and Delia looks at her youngest.
"My Pokémon is right here." said Brielle, holding the egg to Delia, causing her to smile.
"Be careful not to drop it." she said to her daughter, before looking down at Pikachu. "I thought all Pokémon stayed in their Pokeball. Why doesn't this one?"
"Uh, oh yeah, right." said Ash. "Pikachu, get in the ball now."
Ash throws Pikachu's ball towards it, only to be thrown back. "Pi." said Pikachu as he tries again. As Ash kept trying, Brielle gave Pikachu a crazy look. "I'm hoping that my Pokémon isn't like you." said Brielle. "You're gonna be a handful."
"Pikachu." said Pikachu.
"Oh, you're playing catch. Your friends already." said Delia.
"Uh, sure." said Ash. "Pikachu and I are real pals, right? "
"Sure, I'll go with that." said Brielle, looking at Pikachu like it was crazy.
"But it's a little weird." said Delia.
"Weird?" asked Ash, then groans as Pikachu sends another zap, causing everyone to yell.
"Those rubber gloves your mom packed will come in handy!" Professor Oak shouted over the painful yelling.
"Why?" asked Ash.
"Rubber blocks electricity." said Professor Oak.
"Hooray!" said Ash.
"Now you tell us, Professor Oak." Daphne said, feeling the jolt of electricity tingling through her hair. Brielle's egg jumps out of her arms, bounces a few times on Pikachu's head before jumping back to Brielle's arms.
"Pika!" growled Pikachu, sparks flying from his cheeks at the egg.
"The egg is mad you." said Brielle, only to get Pikachu turning its head away from her.
"Don't forget to change your underwear every single day." said Delia, laying down on the ground.
"Okay." said Ash and Brielle.
"Pikachu."
On the outskirts of Pallet, Ash and Brielle were on their way the next town with Brielle holding her egg and Ash dragging Pikachu with his clothesline.
"You know," said Brielle, wearing the rubber gloves as Pikachu struggles against the clothing line. "I'm surprised we haven't died from Pikachu's electric attacks."
"You could say that again, Brielle." said Ash, glaring at Pikachu from his shoulder. Brielle looks down at the electric mouse as her brother stops walking. "Pikachu, are you going to be like this the whole way?" he asked the Pokémon.
"Pi." said Pikachu, turning its head away from the siblings.
"Is it because you don't like us?" asked Ash.
"Pika, Pika." Pikachu said, nodding.
"Well, we like you a lot." said Ash, as Pikachu scratches its head. "And since you're the Pokémon I'm training, don't you think you could be a little nicer and just open your mouth and tell me what's wrong?"
"Cha…" Pikachu squeaked as it opens its mouth wide.
"Why me?" Brielle sighed, cradling the Pokémon egg with a mix of anticipation and worry.
"That's not exactly what I meant." said Ash.
"Yeah, I'm with Ash on this one." Brielle said to Pikachu. "In my opinion, I really think you're a powerful Pokémon."
"Pika, Pik?" asked Pikachu.
"Yep. I really think that you are." Brielle tells the mouse.
"Is your name all you can say?" asked Ash.
"Pika." said Pikachu, nodding.
"Well, then, you're just like all Pokémon and you should act like one and get inside the Pokeball just like it says in the Pokedex." said Ash.
"While being trained, a Pokémon usually stays inside its Pokeball." said Dexter.
"You see?" said Ash.
"Pika!" shouted Pikachu and pressed a button.
"However, there are many exceptions. Some Pokémon hate being confined." said Dexter.
"I can respect that." said Brielle, nodding. "You would rather walk around and stretch those legs than be in a Pokéball."
"Pika!"
"Okay then. This ought to make things better." said Ash as he unties the clothesline around Pikachu and both siblings take off the gloves. "And we'll get rid of these. How's that?"
"Pi." said Pikachu.
"Still not good enough?" asked Ash.
"Why not?" asked Brielle.
"Pika." Pikachu tells them, causing them both to sigh. Suddenly, all three of them heard a noise behind them.
"Pika?"
"Huh?"
In the tall grass, a bird like Pokémon appeared, looking for food. "A Pidgey." said Ash and gets out his Pokedex.
"Pidgey is a flying Pokémon. Among all the flying Pokémon, it is the gentlest and easiest to capture, a perfect target for the beginning trainer to test his Pokémon's skills." said Dexter.
"This is great. It's our lucky day!" exclaimed Ash, before turning to Pikachu. "Pikachu, go get it."
"Chu." said Pikachu, turning away.
"Aren't you ever going to listen to me or Brielle?" he asked.
"Chu." Pikachu tells him.
"But why not?" both siblings asked.
"Pika. Pika, Pika, Pika." said Pikachu as it runs over to a tree and sits on a branch. "Cha!"
"Oh…. that mouse will learn to love us." said Brielle, determined as she made it her mission. "I'll make sure of that."
"Okay, I get the message. I don't want your help or need it." said Ash, frustrated with Pikachu. "I'll get that thing all by myself."
He throws down his backpack and takes out a Pokeball. "All right, I've pledged to get all the Pokémon in the world." said a determined Ash. "Now I'm ready to take the next step to be the number one Pokémon master." Just then, Pidgey looks over at Ash. "Enjoy your last moments of freedom, Pidgey, cause your mine."
"He's not going to get that Pidgey." Brielle quietly said to herself. Her Pokémon egg tilted to the right and shakes a bit in agreement.
"Pokeball, go!" shouted Ash and throws it at Pidgey. The Pokeball hits Pidgey and a red light appears, sucking the Pokémon in.
"I did it!" said Ash as the Pokeball shakes a bit. "Huh?"
Suddenly Pidgey lets itself out and the Pokeball returns back to Ash. "Called it." said Brielle, her eyes closed and rubs her cheek against her Pokémon egg. Pidgey coos as it spreads its wings out and runs away.
"I blew it." said Ash, disappointed as Pikachu giggles from its tree branch.
"To capture a Pokémon, you usually have your own Pokémon battle with the other." said Dexter.
"Now he tells me." said Ash.
"I would have helped you, Ash. But we have to wait until my Pokémon hatches." said Brielle.
"I know, Brielle and it's okay." he tells her with a smile, then both of them glare at a laughing Pikachu. "But I have to do everything myself!"
"You know, it's not nice to laugh at someone who is trying their best, Pikachu." said Brielle.
"Pika, Pik." said Pikachu.
"So what, Pikachu? You have to give my brother credit for it." she tells it, causing Pikachu to sigh. "Would you rather that we laugh at you?"
"Wait, I've got an idea." said Ash and tiptoes towards Pidgey with his pajama shirt in hand. "Okay. Just be quiet. There's nothing to be afraid of."
Pidgey was pecking at the ground when it looks up at Ash, who then chuckles. "Hi, little friend." said Ash, then made his move. "Sorry, buddy!"
Ash tackles Pidgey with his shirt as it struggles to get free when suddenly Ash was lifted off the ground by the wind Pidgey created. "What happened? Hmm?" he asked when Dexter answered.
"Pidgey's gust power creates tornados." replied Dexter. "It also has a sand attack."
"Sand?" asked Ash.
"Pokeball, go!" shouted Brielle and throws the Pokeball at Pidgey and hits its mark.
The Pokeball fell to the ground and shakes, before letting her know that she captured Pidgey. Brielle then looks over at her brother soon as she picks up the Pokeball. "Are you okay, Ash?" asked Brielle as she runs up to her brother with her Pokeball in hand.
"Yeah, I'm fine." said Ash, coughing up the sand. "Guess it's not my lucky day."
Still on the branch, Pikachu giggled again at the scene, causing Ash to groan and Brielle to glare at the mouse. "You, little mouse, are going to be sitting in the corner when we get to the next town." said Brielle.
"Pikachu?" said Pikachu, confused. Ash then looks up at the sky to see where Pidgey had gone to when Brielle held up her first Pokeball.
"You mean…?" Ash asked.
"Yep. I caught Pidgey." she replied, and tears filled Ash's eyes.
"Oh, Brielle!" said Ash as he hugs her. "I'm so proud of you." Before Brielle could say anything, Ash called out to the Pokémon that was rummaging in his backpack.
"Hey! Get out of there!" Ash called out to the small purple mouse that was in his backpack. "Ah!"
"A forest Pokémon. Rattata." said Dexter. "It likes cheese, nuts, fruits, and berries."
"Yeah, but this isn't a forest. It's an open field." said Ash.
"It also comes out into open fields to steal from stupid travelers."
"That means I'm stupid?" he asked, then turns to his sister.
"Occasionally?" asked Brielle, shrugging her shoulders, trying to make him feel better.
"Pika!" said Pikachu, laughing harder at Ash.
"Pidgey." cooed Pidgey, causing brother and sister to turn around.
"Hmm?" they said in unison as three Pidgeys appeared in the grass, causing Ash to pick up a rock.
"Ash…I wouldn't do that if I were you." warned Brielle, but her brother didn't listen as he throws the rock at the three Pidgeys in front of them.
"Ah. Hmm?" said Ash as another bird of a different color appears in the grass. "I'll get you this time."
He throws another rock at the bird, striking it in the head. "I got it!" exclaimed Ash.
"Ok….so your idea is to hit that Pokemon in the head with a rock and bad enough, it's not a Pidgey." said Brielle, backing up towards the tree, scared.
A bruise appeared on the bird's head as it turns around to face Ash. "I wonder what that is." said Ash.
"Let's ask Dexter." suggested Brielle in a shaky voice as they both get out their Pokedex.
"Unlike Pidgey, Spearow has a terrible attitude." said Dexter. "It is very wild and will sometimes attack other Pokémon and humans."
"Ah!" screeched Spearow and Ash runs towards Brielle. Spearow comes back for another round as he picks up his backpack.
"Ash, maybe you shouldn't have thrown the rock at Spearow." said Brielle.
"I know. I know." said Ash, grabbing her hand. Spearow goes back to Ash and Brielle but sees Pikachu sitting on the branch. Pikachu stood there as Spearow made its way back.
"Pikachu. Pika!" screeched Pikachu as it ducks the incoming Spearow.
"Hey, leave Pikachu alone!" Ash shouted at Spearow. "It didn't throw the rock."
"Wild Pokémon tend to be jealous of human-trained Pokémon." said Dexter.
"Oh." said Ash as Spearow attacks Pikachu again.
"That explains that." said Brielle.
"Pikachu!" screamed Pikachu as it falls off the branch. Spearow comes around again.
"Pikachu!" shouted Ash as Pikachu uses its electric attack to shock Spearow.
"Ah, you got it." said Ash. Suddenly out of nowhere, a flock of Spearow flew out of a tree and towards the siblings. "Uh-oh. I think we should run?" said Ash.
"Pikachu." said Pikachu, nodding.
"I finally agree with the mouse. Let's go." said Brielle, holding her Pokémon egg against her body as the three of them start running with the Spearow flock after them. A group of wild ground mouse like Pokémon hid in the grass as Ash, Brielle and Pikachu ran past them as another group of monkey like Pokémon hang in the trees.
"Aah!" said Ash as he, Brielle and Pikachu kept running.
"If we keep running, maybe my Pokémon will hatch sooner." said Brielle.
"Glad to know that Brielle." said Ash, panting. "Don't worry, Pikachu. No matter what, we'll save you!"
"Yeah." said Brielle.
"Pikachu." said Pikachu as it runs ahead of them.
"Hey! No fair!" Brielle shouted after the mouse. "You're smaller than us!"
"Don't run ahead! I said I would…ow." said Ash as he gets hit by one of the Spearow.
"Ow!" screamed Brielle as one of the Spearow hits her. The Spearow starts attacking Pikachu, pecking at it.
"Leave it alone, Spearows." said Ash.
"Pikachu didn't do anything to you." said Brielle.
"Pika!" squeaked Pikachu as it falls to the ground.
"Pikachu!" screamed Ash and Brielle as they run towards it. Once they got closer, Ash picks up Pikachu and both of them starts running again until they reached a river.
Ash looks over his shoulder as Brielle puts her Pokémon egg in her backpack. "Hold on tight, Brielle." said Ash and she grabs a part of his shirt. "Well, here we go. Ah!" Both brother and sister jumped into the water and gets dragged downstream, past a fish-like and dragon-like Pokémon. On the side of the river, a redheaded girl was sitting by the shore, fishing.
"Huh? Ugh." she said as her tackle goes underwater and pulls on the fishing line. "Hey, I got a bite! Oh, wow, I really think this could be a big one!"
Once she pulled on her fishing line, she pulled out Ash and Brielle. Brielle spits out the water that was in her mouth as Ash coughs it out. "Nah, it's just a couple of kids. Oh, and a Pokémon!" she said. "Oh, are you okay?" Brielle looks into her backpack and sighs happily, seeing that her Pokémon egg is still safe.
"Yeah, I'm okay." said Ash, looking up at her.
"I'm good." said Brielle, looking a little dazed.
"Not you!" she screeched, glaring at him. "Look what you've done to that poor little thing. Is it breathing?"
"Uh, I think so." said Ash.
"You think so? You think so?! Well, just don't sit there. It needs a doctor right away!" said the redheaded girl. "There's a medical center not too far from here. You've gotta get moving now!" Brielle helps her brother off the ground.
"You mean a hospital?" asked Ash.
"Yes, for Pokémon." said the girl.
"Um, can you tell us, which way do we go?" asked Ash.
"That way." the girl tells him, pointing to his left and the three of them heard the Spearow screeching.
"They're coming back! Run!" shouted Ash and hops onto the girl's bike.
"You got it, Ash!" shouted Brielle, running after him.
"Hey, what are you doing?" the girl asked as Ash places Pikachu in the basket.
"I'm borrowing this." said Ash as he gets on with Brielle on the back.
"But, hey, that's my bike!" she shouted after them.
"I'll give it back some day!" shouted Ash and pedals as fast as he can.
"We promise!" shouted Brielle.
"Oh, you!" she grumbles. Thunder rumbles over head as Ash pedals fast.
"Hold on, Pikachu." said Brielle, with a concerned look on her face.
"Pikachu." it said weakly.
"Just hang on, Pikachu. We're almost there." said Ash. It started to rain as Ash kept pedaling. The Spearows screeched as they continued to follow Ash and Brielle. Ash groaned and there was a flash of lightning. Brielle grabs a hold of her brother as he goes over a cliff and crashes into the ground.
"Huh? Pikachu!" shouted Brielle and Ash as they looked over at the mouse Pokémon.
Getting on their knees, the brother and sister go over to Pikachu. "Chu." said Pikachu.
"Pikachu, this can't happen." said Ash as lightning crackled in the sky. "Pikachu, get inside."
"Chu." Pikachu tells him.
"We know you're afraid of going in there but if you're inside, maybe I can save you." said Ash.
"Please? We don't want you getting hurt even more." pleaded Brielle.
"Please, Pikachu. Please listen to us and go inside." begged Ash. "After that, then. After that, just trust us!"
"Pika." said Pikachu, then looks up to see Ash and Brielle standing in front of it.
"Spearows, do you know who we are?" asked Ash. "I'm Ash from the town of Pallet."
"And I'm his baby sister, Brielle." Brielle added.
"I am destined to be the world's number one Pokémon master." Ash continued. "We can't be defeated by the likes of you." Pikachu weakly sits up as it watches its trainer and sister stand up to the flock of Spearow. "Brielle and I are going to capture you, and I will defeat you all! You hear me? Pikachu, go inside the Pokeball. It's the only way."
"You can't hurt my brother's Pikachu!" screamed Brielle.
"Come and get us!" shouted Ash as the entire flock of Spearow swoops down at them, ready for their attack. Even though in pain, Pikachu runs up and shocks the siblings. "Whoa." said Ash.
"Pikachu, no!" shouted Brielle.
"Pikachu!" screamed Pikachu as a bolt of lightning strikes its body.
"Whoa." said Ash and Brielle as they were knocked back. The clouds from the sky finally cleared up. On the road, Ash, Brielle and Pikachu were face down, groaning. "Pikachu." said Pikachu, weakly causing the brother and sister to gasp.
"Well, we beat them." said Ash.
"Chu." said Pikachu. Overhead, an unknown Pokémon flew in the sky.
"What Pokémon is that?" asked Brielle as the Pokémon heads toward a rainbow.
"Let's find out." said Ash.
"There is no data." said Dexter. "There are still Pokémon yet to be identified."
"Really?" asked Brielle, then looks up at her brother. "Cool! Let's go catch them all!"
Ash looks down at his sister, then at Pikachu. "But…" he started to say.
"I'm not saying right this instant! I mean after we get Pikachu healed first." said Brielle. "I'm not an idiot!"
"Good idea." said Ash.
