J and N Superstar Saga Chapter 29

Seven Generals Part 1

J and N were on their way back to Dreamland Castle. The two were successful in both rescuing Blaze and keeping Jirachi out of Vralem's hands. After a brief detour dealing with Phil the two made their way back to the castle to plan on how to deal with Vralem.

However, as they enter the castle town they were shocked at the sight they see. The town was completely devastated and destroyed it was worse then when the two first arrived at the Dreamland Castle town. It was worse because this time the attack was still happening as the two see Dreepy's coming from the sky hitting the town.

An old Waddle Dee runs by the two drones panicked stops and tells them "The skies are raining destruction! It's the end of everything! The town will be destroyed! We all got to take refuge! You should too!" He then quickly flees the town.

"What could be doing this?" N asked shocked.

"I don't know but it's highly likely Vralem has to be the root cause of it." J said serious "We should regroup with the others at the castle and get a full picture of the situation."

"Right" N said with a nod.

They rush through the town avoiding the Dreepys raining down and make it to Dreamland Castle. Upon entering Escargoon hurries up to them.

"Oh, Drone Heroes! This is our most desperate hour!" Escargoon cried out "The end of Dreamland Kingdon may be at hand!"

Just then King Dedede drops down worried looking and explained "Vrak's Castle has unleashed as assault on the Dreamland Kingdom from the skies overhead!"

He points out the window and the two drones see in the sky a large silver and blue castle with the Armada symbol on the sides floating, it then moved into position and begins to fire Dreepys down at Dreamland Castle. Everyone panics as the castle crumbles a bit

"This is Vralem's doing!" Escargoon said panicked. "We're defenceless against an attack from the sky!"

"But how, I know Salem is in Vrak's body but surely his generals wouldn't allow for this knowing it wasn't their master." J said.

"That's cause the intruders did something to them." A voice said and the two look to see coming in a robot looking being that looked to be a mix of a car and a cat white with blue and pink in a white skirt. This was Itasha, a close ally to Vrak though there was hints that the two were more then that. J first met her during that fiasco during her holiday with Blaze where she framed her for graffiti.

"Itasha, what do you mean?" J asked surprised.

"When Vrak's ship returned we thought it was him but it was that imposter and her drone lacky, the generals confronted them but then that drone brainwashed them." Itasha said "I escaped in a spare shuttle and rushed here to warn everyone but before I could that attack happened."

"I see, this is bad, Vralem didn't have any allies left with just Cyn." N said looking down "But now they have Vrak's entire army."

MetaKnight enters and tells everyone in the room "We have safely evacuated Princess Blaze and the others to Little Soltown."

"Hmmm…At least Princess Blaze is safe…that's something." King Dedede said nodding. "But if we don't do something about Vrak's Castle, our poor kingdom may not survive."

"As someone who frequently has to go there to face him, I know a thing or two about Vrak's castle." J said thinking. "Like I know how to get from Vrak's room to the bathroom there."

"You do now? That's an odd thing to say" MetaKnight said surprised.

"Oh I get it!" Dedede said smiling "You're saying that the Drone Heroes know Vrak's Castle like the back of your hands" He laughs.

"Yeah I will admit they do" Itasha said nodding.

"Well I, for one feel reassured knowing two of the drone heroes are going up that that horrible castle!" Dedede said smiling.

"Definatly!" J said smiling

"Oh no…" N said worried

"No, I most disagree." MetaKnight said "This is our kingdom's problem. We can't impose upon them any more than we have."

"While that certainly may be true…" Dedede began to say.

MetaKnight goes to leave saying "Farewell!"

"Oh! MetaKnight! Whatever are you doing?" Dedede said concerned "You can't go to Vrak's Castle all alone…"

"Your majesty…Can we not think of countermeasures ourselves?" Escargoon asked him.

"Of course! Let us do just that." Dedede said nodding "Cowering here will get us nothing" He and Escargoon leave.

"We should still head up there N." J said nodding.

"But how, our flight ability is still out of commission." N said worried.

"Don't look at me, the ship I came here on was shot down so I can't fly you up there." Itasha told them.

"Uh, this is just a thought, but isn't there someone who can fly in our kingdom?" Escargoon said reentering "If I were more spry I would cling to his legs and chase after MetaKnight myself…Ah…but just sitting here talking about it won't make it happen…" He leaves.

"I will stay here and help with the countermeasures." Itasha said and goes to follow Escargoon.

"I know what we can do N." J said nodding "First we have to visit a certain owl who should be able to help us get to Vrak's Castle."

"Okay, I'm with you J" N said with a nod.

J and N trekked back quickly to Cappy Village and approached Kaepora Geabora. J saying "Kaepora, we need your help."

"Yeah, Vrak's Castle is attacking Dreamland Castle and MetaKnight where there himself!" N told him panicked

"What?! It is and he is?!" The owl said in shock "Hmmm…this is no small matter! No, not small. Not small at all!"

"So will you help us get up there?" J asked him

"Okay! Grab onto me!" Kaepora said nodding "We're going to Vrak's Castle!"

The two grab onto Kaepora's feet and he flies them up to Vrak's Castle approaching the front entrance

J and N drop down onto the floor facing the castle doors as Kaepora lands telling them "I'll be waiting here in case things get bad, I can fly you out."

"Right, come on N, let's go finish off that witch." J said nodding.

"Yeah but we may be facing opposition from Vrak's army who are serving them now." N said nodding.

"Just another day in our lives" J said as the two enter the castle.

As they make their way through the castle they face off against Sniper Joes and also super units above the X-Borgs, Bruisers. There was also Search Ghosts as well defending the castle.

They then come into a room full of technology and equipment. Some of it was familiar to J and then a voice said "Well, well, it has be quite some time" A figure jumps down onto a platform and faces them he was a robot that look to be a mix of robotic parts but he had a silber face and appearance suggested a scientist. He also had yellow optics.

"Scrozzle, it has been a while" J said recognizing the lead engineer of Vrak's forces, but she noticed his optics glowed more yellow and had a slight swirl.

" A privilege to face you first now then…" Scrozzle hits a switch and begins rotating fast around them making the drones dizzy and once satisfied he jumps to the centre a a course opens up with lava below them "Now see if you can make it here in your dizzy state."

J and N did their best avoiding moving fire as they did there best to make it to where Scrozzle is awaiting them, they make it and come to their senses.

"No matter!" Scrozzle said pulling out a gun "Prepare to be royally clobbered!" He fires at them both J and N suddenly feel stronger in areas they were worst at but weaker in areas they were "I switched your strengths drone punks! HAHAHAHA! Thnak me later!"

"Best becareful then" N said and does Super Thunder Duos on Srozzle which does some damage on him and also lowers his power.

"Right let's give this a shot" J said doing Super Chopper Duos on him doing decent damage.

"Grrrr take this!" Scrozzle said and moves and fires at N twitch but N dodges both shots he then changes his gun into a sword and attacks J doing a lot of damage. He then uses the gun again on both of them switch the statss again.

J eats some Ultra Nanties to heal herself up. N then does Cyclone Duos, where he makes J mini and she spins around and he jumps on her with fists equipped and they become a spinning top and repeatedly slam into Scrozzle doing a lot damage till they stop.

"Grrrrr…" Scrozzle said in anger as he begins glowing yellow over losing. He hits a button again and begisn spinning around the two but J and N use there weapon hands to keep him away and do some damage to him. He then switches there stats again.

N does Cyclone Duos again doing a lot of damage to the robot again. J said "This should get it close at least." She does Fire Duos which does a lot of damage. Scrozzle does the spinning again but N keeps him at bay and he changes the stats again. J then goes again and soes Super Fire Duos this time and then clinches it.

"N-Nooooooooo!" Scrozzle cries out as he falls over and explodes dropping a Golden Nanite.

"Yeah!" N said smiling

Scrozzle growns sititng up and rubbing his head, his eyes were back to normal "What happened? Huh? You two!?"

"It's okay, we here to help" J said to the scientist.

"Yeah Itasha told us what happened." N said nodding.

"Good, least she avoided being brainwashed." Scrozzle said going to a console.

"What can you tell us?" J asked

"I will tell you that imposter Vralem saw you coming, ordered us generals to deal with you, we are in charge of seven levels." Scrozzle said

"Do you know who is in charge of each level?" N asked.

"Not fully, we change it up a lot but…I know for sure Goldar operates the level above me." Scorzzle said "He might know who is futher up." He activates a teleporter "This will take you to the next level. I will hold up any forces down here that might try to follow. Just get rid of that imposter."

"Right, let's go N." J said going to the teleporter

"Always J" N said smiling following as they head up.

One Generald down, six to go as J and N make their way through the castle to get to Vralem. Next up is Goldar as well as a few more.
