Hello everyone and welcome back to a new chapter of Damocles: Travel Across the Multiverse.

We last started off with seeing Jason Cole beginning his travel across the multiverse, and it just so happened the first earth that he goes to is none other than Earth-38, specifically several days after Supergirl got beaten to a pulp by Reign.

Now, Reign is going to be in for a big surprise!

With that out the way, on with the show.

(I only own My OC and any other OC's that I make later down the line for this story.)

Round 1: Normal Fight!

Earth-38: Catco Media, National City

Inside the building of Catco Media, everyone there was on edge, as this had to do with the monster of a woman who had smashed her way into their office.

This woman if could call her that, is Reign, the same woman who pummeled Supergirl a few nights ago, is now here making her presence known to them by making a villainous speech on how she'll get rid aka kill all of the criminals of this city, which will bring true justice.

The people there didn't believe her at all when she said this.

As Reign was about to leave, "Where do you think you're going?" Someone behind her asked.

Reign turns around and faces the person who dares talk back to her, and once she does she sees it was a tall muscular man, whose glaring right at her.

It turns out this was none other than Jason, who had arrived on time to hear Reign's big speech and honestly, he has another reason to beat the hell out of her: She did what other Villains do, they monologue.

But where was he before he showed up?

Flashback: a few hours earlier with Jason

After Jason left the alleyway, he decided to find a place to rest before he got started as a hero in this city but also looking up all the events that have happened here.

One thing is for sure, Reign hasn't attacked anyone yet which is a good thing because he wanted to catch her by surprise as he knew which forms to use to beat her to a bloody pulp after what she did to Supergirl. He also hacked into the camera feeds at the DEO to check up on Supergirl and so far she's doing well but is still in a coma.

Luckily she's healing up with the help from the Legion of Superheroes from the future.

With that out of the way, Jason went to work.

First off, Jason found a good hotel to stay in, which is better than buying a house which would take too long.

The next thing he did is set up security measures in the off chance that someone gets the drop on him, but he'll see it coming from a mile away. Jason got this idea from the 2007 Hitman movie and not from that god afoul remake.

After he's finished with that, Jason looks through all the forms he wanted to Reign, and after 2 hours, he picks out the perfect forms to use.

BEEP,BEEP,BEEP

Opening up a screen, Jason sees a live broadcast feed which showed Reign at Catco Media, and if he remembers correctly, she's about to make her grand speech aka monologue.

"Let the games begin." Jason says, activating superspeed and races to confront Reign.

End of Flashback, Present Time

"Something on your mind, pathetic human?" Reign asked, amused that this man would talk back to someone who can easily rip him in half.

Pointing at himself, "Me? Yeah there are several things but one of them has to do with you actually." Jason tells her, walking past some people until he's standing across from Reign, "I kind of found it funny that you are acting like this big deal. Yeah, you beat Supergirl and managed to make her bleed. Now, you're here terrorizing all these people, which I find somewhat amusing. But that ends right now." Jason says, cracking his knuckles.

Everybody there is shocked and a little bit scared that this unknown man is basically gonna fight Reign. Either he has a death wish or there was more to him than meets the eye.

While this was still happening, several people have their own opinions on see this (The cameraman is still filming)

DEO HQ

"Do either of you know who this is?" Alex asked Mon-El and Imra, figuring they would be able to help with this.

At first, Mon-El didn't say anything as he's still in shock at who he's seeing on the screen "Alex, that man" Pointing at the screen which showed Jason glaring at Reign "Is going to give Reign an ass-whooping." Mon-El reveals this.

Upon hearing this, Alex is a little freaked out at the way Mon-El said that.

"And he happens to be a young version of my husband as well." An embarrassed Imra says.

"Wait, what?" A shocked Alex once she heard this.

Isn't she married to Mon-El?

Stryker's Island Penitentiary

"Now who are you, I wonder?" A certain bold Luthor asked, watching the confrontation on his laptop.

It seems there's a new player in National City, so for now he'll just watch and see how this plays out.

Back at the Catco Media building

"Hahaha, you must have a death wish. As I can easily tear you apart from where you're standing." An amused Reign says, ready to paint the walls with his blood.

That all soon changed when Jason appeared right in front of her and punched Reign in the face, which sent her back crashing into several office desks. Before Reign could get up, Jason grabbed her throat and delivered a few more punches. Lifting her off the ground, Jason gives Reign a headbutt to the face.

Enraged by this, Reign fires her heat vision right at Jason, but he blocked it with his right hand.

"Is that the best you got, you wannabe Doomsday?" Jason asked, palming Reign in the face, which made her yell out in pain. This had to do with the fact that she was also hit with her heat vision when he palmed her.

Reign manages to get free and once she does, she attacks Jason with several left and right to his chest and stomach and follows that up with an elbow to the face.

While she's doing this, Jason finds it amusing that Reign was trying her hardest to cave his head in.

"Alright, playtime is over." Once that's said, he punched Reign in the chest which sent her several feet back. Not giving Reign the chance of attacking him again, Jason delivers a thunder clap which sends Reign flying out the building and goes through a blue portal that takes her to the Fortress of Sanctuary.

This was due to Jason using Vibe powers.

Speaking of Jason, he used his powers on cleaning up the mess he made while fighting Reign. After everything is finished, "Wait, who are you?" Someone asked Jason who is about to leave the area.

"Who am I? That's simple," Several pieces of armor began to form all around Jason's body until he was fully suited up in his black and gray Crysis armor.

"I'm Damocles" After that's said, Damocles flies up towards the sky and can no longer be seen by everyone watching.

All the people that saw this were beyond confused at what just happened, but they were grateful that this Damocles was able to take Reign down a peg

That left them with several questions unanswered: what will happen from here on out, Who is Damocles, and where did he come from?

While everyone are asking these questions, Jason and his suit was flying across the skies with a smile on his face as he lets out a joyful yell:

"WOOOOOOOOYEAHHHHHHHHHH!"

It's safe to say that Jason is getting a good handle of his powers while also in a happy mood after he literally won a one-sided fight against Reign and sent her packing back to her little Fortress in the desert. But this will be the first step of taking her down along with several others from this Earth but also reunite several family members together, specifically Supergirl's family.

That's why Jason activates a portal and goes right through it as this portal will take him to a place that will give people nightmares.

The place that he's going to is none other than the Phantom Zone.

Time to meet Kara's father!

Well, there we have it for this chapter.

All in all, we got to see the first fight between Jason and Reign with several people watching, one of them being Lex Luthor, Imra is revealed to be Jason's future wife, and now Jason is going inside the Phantom Zone to rescue Kara/Supergirl's father.
