Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter

...

Silence reigned supreme for several moments as the adults continued to stare at Harry, none of them particularly knowing how to respond to his statement. Pandora's aloofness at everything that Harry had said didn't help the situation in the slightest.

"If I am to read the situation clearly, what you have described is time travel on a scale not previously recorded," summarized Dumbledore. "And Voldemort killed you to make that happen?"

"Hold up!" shouted Sirius as he held up his hands. "Harry, I know that you're James' son but this is a bit much for a prank don't you think?"

"Sirius, I'm standing next to the corpse of a Basilisk," said Harry as he gestured to the giant serpent. "I know that I'm pretty easy going normally but I am very serious right now. Everything I have to say is the truth."

"I'm so looking forward to this," said Pandora as she conjured herself an armchair, one that was purple in colour.

"Pandora, you're not helping right now," stated Remus. "Shouldn't you at least be a bit more rattled by being told that you were, if Harry is right, deceased."

"To be fair, I can't really recall just how alive you were either Remus," said Harry. "I might have seen your body on my way to confront old Tommy boy but I was suffering a pretty hefty concussion by that point so I couldnt safely say that you were dead."

"Not helping Harry."

"If you must know Remus," said Pandora as she made herself comfortable, "I was already aware of my previous demise. I will let you know that when I did learn of this I didn't drop my jaw like a stunned pixie like the lot of you are doing."

"And tell me why we should believe such nonsense?" asked Snape, his snarl stretching across his face.

"Because this time round I've actively been hunting down Tom's stupid soul containers and destroying them to prevent the same outcome from happening."

"Soul container? Are you referring to the possibility that Voldemort made a Horcrux?" asked Dumbledore.

"More than one, seven if I'm not mistaken though given how everything else in the timeline is skewiff I wouldn't be surprised if that changed as well," stated Harry.

"Seven!" proclaimed Sirius.

"And do you have any proof that what you're saying is true?" asked Snape.

"You didn't stumble upon them by accident," said Amelia as she connected dots together. "You knew what they since the beginning."

"I've known what they were and where to find them, although there's one I actively don't know either where it is and one I don't know how to access. Or more importantly, how to get to it without starting a war with the Goblins," said Harry. "I really don't want to break into Bellatrix's vault again."

"You broke into Gringotts!" exclaimed Remus in shock.

"How in Merlin's name did you pull that off?" asked Sirius.

"Can we try not to get off topic?" exclaimed Snape, doing his best to keep control of the situation. "If what you say is true, then the Dark Lord is still out there?"

"Well, at least a couple fragments of his soul are," said Harry. "The physical form which he used to resurrect last time I've already killed, along with his pet snake which was also a Horcrux."

"You killed the Dark Lord? I find such a thing difficult to believe," said Snape. "If there is a shred of truth to what you say, given he would have been in a weakened state, he would have been surrounded by loyal minions willing to protect him. You not only got past his Death Eaters but managed to kill Lord Voldemort?"

Harry let out a sigh before an idea began to form. "How about instead of me telling you how I did it, why not let someone else explain? Dobby!"

In an instant the House Elf appeared before leaping backwards in fright of the Basilisk corpse. It took a moment to compose himself before he looked up at Harry. "The great Harry Potter asks for Dobby? How can Dobby be of service?" asked the House Elf.

"Could you tell these fine folk what we did last time we were together?" asked Harry. "Please be as elaborate as possible."

"Of course great Harry Potter sirs," said Dobby before turning to address the witches and wizards present. "The great Harry Potter calls for Dobby to help him on super secret mission using big snake fang. Oh, that would explain the big snake here wouldn't it Mister Harry Potter sir?"

"Keep on topic Dobby."

"Oh yes, of course Mister Harry Potter sir. So the great Harry Potter asks for Dobby to help him get past wards protecting house where He Who Must Not Be Named was being kept. In late of night the great Harry Potter asks Dobby to use House Elf magic to get in and the great Harry Potter uses the big snake fang he had and stabbed evil man in heart. Dobby had to cover his ears as whole house shook from power but the great Harry Potter continued to do his job before he and Dobby got away without anybody seeing us. It was so wonderful having watched the great Harry Potter in action."

"Thank you Dobby, if I need you again I will call for you," said Harry.

"Before you go Dobby," said Pandora, garnering the attention of the House Elf. "Would you be so kind as to bring me a bowl of popcorn?"

"Of course Missus," said Dobby before popping out of the room.

Severus made to speak again but Albus held up his hand, silencing the professor before he had the chance to speak. "That was a rather risky endeavour you took Harry," he said calmly. "While the outcome was beneficial, how did you know to use House Elf magic as a means of transport?"

"Because, and I will keep circling back to this as many times as necessary, I took a killing curse to the chest and somehow I ended up back in time. I've theorized that because I was an accidental Horcrux that I had an accidental failsafe on me."

"You're a Horcrux!" shouted Sirius and Remus in tandem as Amelia whipped out her wand, pointing it straight at Harry.

"Amelia, I said no hexing me," said Harry, raising his hands as a show of peace. "To be fair, I was a Horcrux but I'm ninety nine percent sure that when I took the killing curse and got flung back in time, the Horcrux was destroyed in that moment."

Amelia slowly lowered her wand but Harry could tell that the woman was still on edge, something which he didn't blame in the slightest. "You know what, what say we all go up to Dumbledore's office and use his pensive and you can see a chunk of my memories so we can all get on the same page? Sound good?" asked Harry.

"I never told you that I have a pensive, which gives me more confidence towards your story," stated Dumbledore. "But yes, going and making ourselves comfortable in my office will probably serve as a better backdrop than the Chamber of Secrets."

"Can we wait for my popcorn to arrive first?" asked Pandora.

"I'm sure Dobby will find us," said Harry. "On our way, who wants me to..."

"I think watching the memories will be quite enough Harry," said Sirius, stopping his Godson before he got to deep into story telling. "Just, lead us out of here."

"Fine, fine," said Harry, waving his hand dismissively. "I remember when you used to be the fun one. I guess that title will have to go to Remus then."

Snape could only grumble something incomprehensible as Snape and Remus starting bantering between one another like the children he truly believed that they were.

...

"Hey Luna, could I have a moment of your time?" asked Hermione as she took a seat next to the younger student, the cool breeze rustling her clothes as she did so.

"I see why not," said Luna, opting to keep her attention on the game happening in front of her. "Is this the sport that Muggles call Football?"

Hermione turned her gaze towards the sport being played, instantly being able to recognise it for what it was. "You're correct Luna," said Hermione. "Have you enjoyed the game so far?"

"Sort of, but I'm doing my best to understand the rules," said Luna. "I can understand that it is called Football because the players use their feet most of the time, that seemed obvious. If that's the case, when the ball goes out of play, shouldn't they be allowed to kick it into play instead of using their hands? It seems pretty silly that that is the only time that they are allowed to use their hands is all I'm saying."

"I'm sure if I was to ask my father he'd be able to give me an answer," said Hermione. "He often spends his weekends watching his team play."

"Is his team any good?"

Hermione was very glad that her parents weren't around to hear something that they might consider blasphemous. "Not really, they win every once in a while but most games they're lucky to scrape through with a draw."

"That team is lucky to have someone as supportive as your father cheering for them when they struggle to win," said Luna before finally turning to face Hermione. "Was there something in particular you wished to talk about?"

"I just wanted to ask whether or not you knew why your mother was at Hogwarts today?"

"No."

The bluntness of Luna's reply struck Hermione swiftly. "I was unaware that my mother was coming today, though I'm sure she has her reasons to do so. She rarely does anything without thinking it through properly first," continued Luna.

"So there isn't any reason you could think of why your mother might be here meeting up with Harry?" asked Hermione.

"Oh, well if she is with Harry, there's lots of possible reasons."

Hermione fought the urge to rub at her eyes as she reminded herself that she was the one who had sought this conversation in the first place.

"It could be something to do with when Harry came to visit over the holidays."

Hermione's attention immediately peaked. "Harry came to your house and talked with your mother? What did they talk about?"

"My mum didn't really say but I believe it would have been something to with how Harry saved her life."

Hermione's jaw dropped at the sudden revelation as she tried to garner some way to stop being flabbergasted and respond to that. It was not a swift response.

...

"My word," said Remus as he, along with everybody else in Dumbledore's office, recouped after what they had just bore witness to. "Death Eater's at the World Cup, an event that is yet to have taken place. Harry, I assure you that whatever doubts may have been there previously have well and truly been extinguished."

"You say that after I showed you two different instances of me killing a Basilisk," stated Harry, crossing his arms over his chest.

"There are instances where people can make their own memories of an event different from what happened, in your case it could very well have been through the horrific event you survived," said Dumbledore. "It seems though that you indeed have knowledge of events that are yet to occur."

"Do you know what this means?" asked Sirius to nobody in particular.

"That I need to hire some new recruits to stop a massacre," stated Amelia coldly.

"Well, yes, that," said Sirius before coughing awkwardly into his hand. "What I was going to say is that having seen the end result of the World Cup, we can make ourselves a pretty Galleon on the side."

"Only you could bare witness to such bloodshed and think of how to use it to your advantage," drolled Snape.

"I was focusing on the Death Eaters as well," defended Sirius. "I'm more than happy to lend my wand if we want to set up an ambush."

"The problem though lies in what Harry has already accomplished," said Dumbledore. "The timeline is no longer the same and as a result things may have already changed from what we know. After all, with his foresight he has already taken matters into his own hands for the hope of what lies ahead."

"That's not even considering everything else that comes with having traveled back so far in time," chimed Pandora as she nibbled on a handful of popcorn. "The flow of time became unstable when Harry was sent so far back that the shockwaves has sent time itself for a loop. While Harry has rectified what he could while he could, there are still other things that are out of his control which he has no factor over."

"Such as Wormtail not being the Weasley's pet," stated Harry.

"Which means our enemies still have a chance," summarized Dumbledore.

"Or the Irish may not make the final," added Pandora, filling herself with glee at the woe that spread across Sirius' face.

"I think for now we must consider how best to move forward," said Remus. "Is there anything else you wish to show us Harry."

"For now, not really," said Harry knowing full well that he could show more but would leave it for another time. He had already bombarded them with years worth of information already. "The further forward we go, the less likely it is to be as it was back in my original time. By all means we can set up an ambush at the World Cup and cull down a few of Voldemort's numbers but the overarching issue still remains. We need to destroy his Horcrux."

"And you believe one of them is in Bellatix' vault," said Sirius, receiving a nod from Harry. "Given her incarceration at Azkaban, I might be able to sway the Goblins into granting me some access if I'm to track down a 'family heirloom.'"

"And just how do you plan to convince the Goblins?" asked Snape, not convinced in Sirius in the slightest.

"Through bribery," said Sirius, earning himself several shady looks. "What, it's not like the Black money is doing anything under my rule and frankly if some part of it to destroy a Horcrux than why not use my entire treasury?"

"We will strive to find an alternate method before resorting to your tactics," said Albus. "If that is all, then I believe that we should adjourn for now so that we may properly process what we have learnt. I will send you all an owl soon to reconvene and discuss our next course of action."

Remus flashed his childhood friend a smile. "Before you head off Sirius, what say you and I go visit the Three Broomsticks for a quick drink? There's probably a lot of things that you want to say that can't be said in our current company."

"Splendid idea," said Sirius as he clapped Remus on the back. "I'll look to the skies for your owl Albus and Harry, try your best to keep out of trouble."

"No promises."

"Atta boy," smirked Sirius before he and Remus made their exit.

"I honestly wish the two of them would try to take this seriously," said Amelia as she rubbed at her eyes.

"Their youthfulness may be beneficial in the times to come," said Pandora as she finished off her popcorn. "In times of war it doesn't do well to only focus on the negatives in life."

"I suppose you're not wrong," said Amelia before she focused her attention on Harry. "Once I've sorted some things out you and I are going to have a long talk young man."

"I believed as much," said Harry with a small nod of his head. "Just so you're aware, if you are planning on setting up a trap at the Quidditch World Cup, I will be there."

"You are aware that you'll have the Trace on you and I for one am not letting you get in trouble with the Ministry," scolded Amelia.

"Are you sure the Trace would work on Harry?" pondered Pandora. "After all, if it works on his magic as opposed to his age then technically he shouldn't be affected."

"We are not trying that Mister," declared Amelia before Harry had the chance to say anything. "Pandora, would you kindly join me somewhere else?"

"Are we heading anywhere in particular?" asked Pandora.

"Somewhere where I can get myself some Firewhiskey and away from whatever watering hole Sirius and Remus have locked themselves in," said Amelia as she went towards the exit, Pandora following suit.

"Aww, but it would be so much more entertaining drinking with those two," whined Pandora.

"Entertaining, is not what I need right now," said Amelia, the last thing heard by those remaining as she and Pandora left.

"Well, that went better than expected," said Harry.

"So it would seem," drolled Snape. "With all your time hopping however, I must find one thing rather peculiar."

"Oh, and what was that?" asked Harry.

"The sheer fact that you invited me to your little get together. Given your other guests, I seem more than little out of place and I can't help but wonder why," mused Snape.

"Given what you did for me, I feel that it would have been wrong of me not to have you hear," said Harry.

"I see, perhaps this time round I won't be so kind," said Snape. "Mister Potter, Headmaster."

Without another word, Snape left the office leaving only the older wizard with Harry. "Well, you have given me quite a bit to think about Harry," said Albus. "I assume that you have been using this time to prepare for the fight to come and not for alternate sources of entertainment?"

"Professor, are you accusing me of wasting this precious time I have to prepare myself for battle against Voldemort by getting up to all kinds of whacky hijinks with Potter Club?" asked Harry, looking aghast at the accusation. "That would surely be a poor waste of my time."

The smirk that Albus gave Harry said more than words ever could. "Very well then, perhaps Potter Club is merely another one of these unforeseen circumstances of you having gone back in time," said Albus. "Perhaps we will never truly know who the real members of Potter Club after all."

"Perhaps not Professor," said Harry with a smile. "Perhaps not."

...

Hope you enjoyed.
