Meet Casey Jones

"You might say this was fate."

Raph has found himself staring at a man in an alleyway. This man had shoulder length blue hair, blue eyes, wearing a red tank top, blue tracksuit trousers, gloves, trainers and a white hockey mask over his face.

This man also wielded two baseball bats, which he spun, and carried a golf bag with both a hockey stick and a golf club.

"Because it would seem that Raph has finally met someone who gets as angry as he does. And knowing Raph, he was making my hotheaded brother mad."

The man stopped spinning his baseball bats just as Raph pulled out his sais, twirling them, ready to fight.

"This bozo in the hockey mask is about to find out just how angry Raph can get when he's already in a bad mood."

Raph glared at the man, who glared back, before charging and yelling at the top of his lungs.

It was currently an average day for everyone in the lair. No big threat ruining everyone's day, no sudden unwanted guests or surprises, giving them all a chance to relax.

Well, if you call sparring with each other relaxing, that is.

As that is what both Mikey and Raph were busy with at the moment. And Mikey had launched Raph into a pile of boxes.

"Ha! Nice fall, Raphael." Mikey said as he wiped his hands, walking up to his brother. "Just come on back if you want some more of that."

Raph got back up and growled as he ripped off the box that engulfed his head, throwing it aside.

"You've had it, Mikey!" He then snarled as he pointed at Mikey, who blew on his fist and rubbed it against his plastron. "Bro or no bro, you've got to go!"

He jumped up in the air and swung a punch at Mikey, who ducked in time to not get hit and stepped to the side.

"Good reverse punch." Mikey said before ducking to avoid a roundhouse kick and then another before backflipping to avoid yet another kick and a punch. "Nice roundhouse kick, too, Raph."

Raph then tried to jump on him, but Mikey flipped over him. Alex was watching the sparring, being joined by Splinter and Leo.

"Whoa! Not a bad dragon punch either, but you're just a little too slow!" He said, dodging yet another punch before whacking his shell, making him stumble into a small wall.

"Actually, much too slow." Mikey corrected himself. All of these words started getting on Raph's nerves, so much so that he turned around and charged at Mikey, punching him right in the chest, knocking him onto his shell and skidding right into a small wall.

Alex, Leo and Splinter were now getting worried, as they had never seen Raph get this angry before, his growling being proof of this.

Raph charged at Mikey, trying to punch him, but Mikey dodged his attack, then again with another roundhouse kick and ducked to avoid a punch that could've hit him right in the jaw.

"You think you're better than me?" Raph howled in anger as Mikey backflipped to the other side of the lair. "Do you?"

Raph charged again and ended up locking hands with him in a grapple over their heads.

"No. You're just too cocky, Raph." Mikey mocked, getting out of the grapple and tripping Raph, launching him right into a wooden table, which broke apart on impact.

Raph got to his knees as Mikey was making his way over to the others, as Donnie had joined up with them.

"Winner and still champion, Michelangelo!" Mikey proclaimed, unaware that Raph now held a metal pipe in his hands as he stood, snarling and panting angrily, which didn't go unnoticed by the others.

"No." Raph growled, making Leo place a hand on Splinter's shoulder with concern and Alex frowned in fear and horror. "No. You… you…."

He jumped in the air and kicked Mikey in the chest when he turned around, pinning him to the floor.

Mikey realised what was going on and was now genuinely afraid for his life.

"Raph, wait! Wait!" Mikey begged, covering his eyes with his hands.

Raph just ignored him, his eyes filled with utter rage, as he lifted the pipe over his head, ready to strike Mikey.

However, Alex had tackled him off of Mikey, pinning him to the floor and Leo pinned both of his arms to make sure he didn't attack.

"Raphael, have you lost your mind?" Leo snapped at his brother while Donnie was checking up on Mikey.

"You okay, Mikey?" He asked before turning his attention to Raph. "What were you thinking, Raph?"

"You could've severely harmed Mikey! What is the matter with you?" Alex berated Raph, who, now snapping out of his blind rage, realised what he was about to do and was struck with horror at himself as he panted heavily.

"I - Leo, Alex… Mikey, I -" Raph panted as Alex and Leo got off of him and Raph got on his knees, dropping the pipe.

"Ah, my son. So angry." Splinter said as he walked up to him and Mikey got to his feet. "Rage is a monster that will destroy you from within. Raphael, a true warrior finds balance in all things."

Raph then got to his feet and felt like he can't be in the same space with everyone else after what he could've done.

"Master Splinter, I - I - I gotta get some air." He stuttered before he ran out of the lair.

Mikey was about to follow after him, but Splinter grabbed him by the arm and shook his head. Alex sighed, hoping Raph would be able to deal with this problem on his own.

Up on the surface, Raph made his way up to a rooftop and ran to the edge of the roof and growled as he hit his plastron with both fists.

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?" Raph bellowed into the night sky, his words echoing throughout the city.

Elsewhere, in an old apartment building, a man with shoulder length blue hair and blue eyes, wearing a red tank top, blue tracksuit trousers, trainers and gloves sat in an armchair lifting a dumbbell with one arm as he was watching the news in his apartment, which was full of gym equipment and a motorcycle.

"And in other news, more sightings of a vigilante wearing a hockey mask are being reported in connection with several brutal attacks on the notorious Purple Dragons gang, alleged to have underworld connections." A news reporter said, which made the man's eyes lower in a boiling rage, like a scolding fire.

"Purple Dragon scum." He spat in contempt, recalling an image from his past.

A recently torched building on fire with five members of the Purple Dragons walking away, being responsible for this incident.

One of them was a younger version of Hun, without the tattoos on his arms and without the scars on his left cheek, wearing a bandana that covered his hair.

He laughed like he had a good time, which irked the man more as he recollected that night.

"Somebody's gotta stop those Purple Dragons." He said as he stood.

Then he walked over to a table that had a white hockey mask placed on it, which he put on.

"Somebody's gotta make them pay!" He stated with determination before he grabbed a golf bag that carried two baseball bats, a hockey stick and a golf club and put it on his back, walking over to a mirror and spinning the hockey stick.

"And they will." He then said before he stopped spinning the stick and turned away from the mirror. "They'll all pay, 'cause Casey Jones is on the job!"

Out in the middle of the city, a woman was walking down a street on her way home when she ended up nervously going down an alleyway because there was a Purple Dragon with large spiky hair leaning against a wall with a toothpick between his teeth.

He looked around before throwing the toothpick away and followed after the woman.

The woman continued down the alleyway, hearing a dog bark in the distance, unnerved by the quiet but stopped when she saw two figures ahead of her in the shadows. She was barely able to make out that the one on the left wore a yellow, purple and white shirt with a purple dragon on the front of the shirt.

And the one on the right had his whole face painted blue and had a purple dyed mohawk. He wore a black t-shirt with green trousers that had suspenders, the dragon being on his left trouser leg.

They chuckled as they stepped out of the shadows, blocking her way and approaching her, making the now frightened woman back off from them, only to bump into the spiky haired Purple Dragon.

"Oh, no." She said with concern as she was surrounded.

"Hand over the purse, sweet thing, and we promise not to hurt you… too much." Spiky hair said.

Unknown to them, up on a fire escape, Raph looked down at them, seeing a chance to take his frustrations out.

"Man, these guys picked the wrong night to tick me off." He said to himself as Spiky hair grabbed the woman's purse from her.

"Purple Dragons!" A voice called to them. They looked to see it was Casey, who banged his hockey stick against a trash can lid. "Come out and play!"

"It's that wacko in the hockey mask." Spiky hair said, remembering what his fellow Dragons have told him from when they were attacked by Casey. "Let's get him."

They all left the woman and charged at Casey, ready for some payback.

"Looks like this is gonna be good." Raph said, seeing that this was about to get interesting.

Spiky hair swung his fist at Casey, who moved his head back to dodge it and then he swung the trash can lid right in his face, knocking him on his back.

Then blue face tried to get a hit, but Casey struck him with his hockey stick, knocking him down as well. Then he hit dragon shirt in the face, knocking him down, too.

"No mercy, scum." Casey spat with nothing but disgust. "I'm putting you punks out of business permanently!"

He lifted his hockey stick, ready to strike him down, and Raph knew that he was about to go too far.

"That guy's out of control." He said before he jumped down and landed behind him. "Whoa!" He then wrapped his arm under Casey's stopping him.

"Hey!" Casey exclaimed.

"Easy there, cowboy." Raph tried to calm him down. "They're down. You stopped 'em. You did good. Now take it easy."

Casey managed to free his arm and turned to face Raph, shocked by his appearance.

"I'm outta here!" One of the Purple Dragons said as he and the other two got up and started running away.

"Come on! Let's get out of here!" Another said.

"Aw, man, they're getting away!" Casey groaned before turning to Raph. "Stay out of my business, freak!"

He then punched Rapb in the face, throwing him back and landing on his shell.

"You can run Purple Dragons, but you can't hide from Casey Jones!" Casey shouted as he chased after the Purple Dragons as Raph got back on his feet.

Deciding he'll catch up later, he grabbed the woman's purse, which was on the floor, and held it out to her.

"Sorry about all this. Here's your purse, ma'am." Raph said to her.

"Keep away from me, you - you lizard thing! Keep away!" The woman screamed as she ran away, making Raph sigh in anger before he went off to find Casey.

He went further down the alley before turning right and then he heard a crash from nearby, followed by men groaning in pain.

Raph approached where the sounds were coming from and saw Casey's shadow in another alley, swinging his hockey stick down and he peeked around the corner.

"You've stolen your last purse, dog breath!" Casey spat at the three Purple Dragons.

"Unbelievable. This guy just won't quit." Raph said in disbelief as Casey lifted spiky hair up off his feet, ready to strike him.

To stop him, Raph charged out from the corner and kicked him in the back, making him drop spiky hair, allowing him and his fellow Dragons to run away.

"I told you to cool it, pal." Raph told him.

"Yeah? And I told you to stay out of my way, but since your ears don't seem to be working…" Casey swung his hockey stick, which Raph avoided. "...I'm gonna have to get my point across a whole 'nother way."

Back in the lair, Donnie was working on something that required safety goggles next to his lab, which was situated in a disused train car, being bothered by Mikey, who shoved a drawing of a green truck in his face.

"See, Don? We can have our very own Battle Shell. I've even got a name for it. I call it the Battle Shell. I got it all figured out. Turbo boosters. Double action traction. Cool secret thingies shooting out the back. We should be tricking out the armoured car." Mikey pitched his idea, very excited about the idea of having a vehicle of their own, like the superheroes in the comics he reads.

"By 'we', you mean me, and I don't have the time." Donnie said in annoyance. "There's too much to do around here. Besides, where would we keep the thing?" He grabbed and scrunched up Mikey's drawing and threw it away, only for Mikey to pick it up.

"We can find a place. Just think about overhauling the wheels. Please? Please, please, please, please?" Mikey whined and begged, getting on Donnie's nerves. "Did I mention that you're my favourite brother?"

Donnie was about to give him a piece of his mind when Spliner shushed them, as he held two pieces of wood, trying to start a training session with Leo and Alex.

"Leonardo and Alexander are working on perfecting their ninjutsu skills, perhaps something you two should consider." He sternly told them off before turning his attention back on Leo and Alex. "Leonardo, you first, leaping split kick."

Leo leapt in the air and split his legs apart to kick the boards, but they didn't break. Then he flipped in the air and landed on his feet, sighing in disappointment, which made Alex pat his shoulder.

"Try again, my son. It will come with practice." Splinter advised Leo before turning to Alex. "Your turn, Alexander."

Alex took a deep breath before he leapt in the air, splitting his legs to kick the boards, this time, actually breaking. He then leapt back and landed on one foot.

"Well done, Alexander." Splinter praised Alex, who bowed to Splinter.

"How did you do that?" Leo asked, wanting to know the secret.

"I thought of it like flicking the wrist." Alex shrugged, which made Leo put some thought into that mentality.

"Donatello. Donatello. If you build it, we will ride in turtle style!" Mikey begged once more, and Donnie's had enough.

"Here, motormouth. Actually make yourself useful for once." He said, giving Mikey a hammer, nail and a sign that read 'Sewer Sweet Sewer', to which Mikey moaned. "Hang this up someplace nice."

Back with Raph, he and Casey started circling each other in the alleyway.

"Listen, I'm trying to tell you something here, but you're really working on my last nerve!" Raph told Casey.

"Is that right?" Casey asked sceptically before he swung his hockey stick at Raph repeatedly, who missed it with ease.

"Look, I think you're trying to do the right thing, but you're going about it all wrong. You gotta get control of yourself." Raph tried talking sense into him, but it fell on deaf ears.

"Look, freak boy, if you're protecting these Purple Dragon scum, then you're in my way, and you're going down, too!" Casey warned him, swinging his hockey stick down, but Raph jumped to the side.

"Hockey season's over." Raph snarled before jumping in the air and doing a spin kick, making Casey drop the hockey stick.

"Yeah? Well, baseball's in season, and so are you, you freaky freakin' weirdo! Batter up!" Casey barked back, pulling out and spinning his two baseball bats.

"Fine! Play ball!" Raph barked back, twirling his sais and they charged at each other.

In the lair, Mikey placed the nail and the sign on a part of the wall he thought would be good, but when he struck the nail with the hammer, the nail didn't dig into the wall. He tried again, a little harder, but it still didn't dig into the wall, leaving him utterly perplexed and annoyed.

"What's this wall made of?" He asked as he repeatedly struck the nail with the hammer until he saw that the nail was bent.

"Huh?" He gasped before he realised he'll need both a bigger nail and a bigger hammer.

So he walked off to get them and came back to the wall.

"Alright, tough guy, let's dance!" Mikey said, imitating Humphrey Bogart.

He placed the large nail against the wall and slammed the sledge hammer against it, managing to stick the sign on the wall.

But before he could celebrate, cracks started spreading from the nail and soon, a large chunk of the wall broke apart, revealing, much to Mikey's surprise, a large and blue hexagonal door made of stone with markings he didn't recognise.

"Uh, guys… looky what I found." He called out to everyone present at the lair, and they all joined Mikey, in shock and surprise.

"What the shell?" Alex said, his mind going haywire, trying to think of what ancient civilisations could've made this door, but was stumped, as none had this type of architecture and design work.

"It's a door of some kind." Donnie said softly.

"Be careful." Leo cautioned Donnie quietly, knowing he was going to touch it.

"Why are we whispering?" Mikey asked, earning glares from his brothers.

With caution, Donnie placed a hand on the door and it hummed before it opened, unleashing rather foul smelling smoke.

"Whew! That's some stank." Donnie said, fanning his face so that he didn't take too much of the smell.

"Don't look at me, my brother. Remember, he who smelt it dealt it." Mikey remarked, earning a frown from Donnie.

Everyone entered into the room, which then lit up through what Alex guessed is some kind of ancient circuitry. Above and beneath it were crystals and on the ceiling was one large crystal.

"Hey, I found a bunch of these crystals while I was cleaning up the lair. They were all broken though." Mikey revealed to everyone.

"Where's the power source for this room?" Donnie questioned, so confused. "I don't see any wires or -"
He got cut off when the door closed on its own, trapping everyone in before it then moved upwards.

"Is this thing some kind of elevator?" Alex asked.

Back up with Raph, Casey started charging at him and tried to hit him with one of his bats, which slipped in between the tips of one of his sais.

"Hey, you gotta listen to me." Raph tried to talk him down. "You're angry. I can understand that, believe me, but what if you grab the wrong guy? What if you go too far, get yourself in real trouble?"

Casey just ignored him and hit him right in the plastron, throwing him against the wall.

"I got my reasons for doing what I do, and they got nothing to do with you!" Casey snapped before swinging his bats down at Raph, who blocked them with his sais.

"Fine. All you want to do is fight?" Raph snapped back, now having had enough of Casey's boneheaded nature, and kicked him in the chest, making him drop his bats and land on the floor with his chest. "Let's fight!"

Casey managed to grab a bat as Raph walked up to him and yelled as he swung it, knocking Raph onto his shell and crashing into a few trash cans.

This was the last straw and Raph now entered a rage.

As Casey pulled out his golf club, Raph yelled and leapt in the air, kicking Casey into a wall, knocking him down.

Raph then walked up to him and ripped the hockey mask off his face, earning him a glare from the human.

This ended up snapping Raph out of his rage, making him realise he was close to making the same mistake he did earlier with Mikey.

"What - what am I doing?" He panted heavily. "We're on the same side. We shouldn't be fighting." He then grabbed Casey by the arm to pull him up to his feet. "We just need to get a hold of ourselves, take it easy, chill." However, he didn't notice that Casey grabbed his golf club, ready to strike.

"You know, you're right." Casey sighed as he took his mask from Raph. "You've shown me the error of my ways. Not! Fore!"

He struck Raph in the face, making him crash into a tipped over trash can and mockingly laughed.

"I can't believe you fell for that!" He said before he ran off, Raph chased after him.

Elsewhere, in some abandoned warehouse, the floor split open and the elevator that Alex, Leo, Donnie, Mikey and Splinter entered appeared. The door then opened and they all walked out, confused.

"Where the shell are we?" Mikey asked.

Donnie walked over to a garage door and lifted it open, seeing that they were indeed up on the surface as they faced a city street.

"So the weird glowing elevator brings us up to street level?" Donnie questioned.

"I'm sure that whoever built it didn't expect an urban setting after they'd bit the dust." Alex shrugged.

Splinter then sniffed the air, which gave him information about the warehouse.

"Hmm. This warehouse has been abandoned for many, many years." He said as he made his way back to the elevator.

"Great space, but it needs something." Mikey then said, and Alex, Leo and Donnie knew where this was going. "Hmm, bathtub? No. Kitchenette? Nuh-uh. I know! A souped up Battle Shell will be perfect right here!" He pointed at a corner of the warehouse. "No, no, right here is the perfect spot to keep a souped up Battle Shell." He then pointed at another corner, making the three look at each other in exasperation. "No, no, here!"

"I think he's trying to tell you something, Donnie." Leo said as Donnie shut the garage door.

"Gee, you think?" Alex said sarcastically.

Meanwhile, Raph followed after Casey until he lost him, trying to find him down an alleyway.

"I know that big dope is around here somewhere." He said as he entered the alley.

As he did, he heard an engine revving up before a headlight shined in his face, blinding him enough that Casey drove his motorcycle and tripped Raph off his feet with his hockey stick.

"I got more where that came from, freak boy!" Casey shouted as he stopped the motorcycle. "You want a rematch? Check me out Friday night, Central Park! Adios, loser!"
He then turned and drove off.

"Come back here, you -" Raph shouted as he got up, but groaned in pain and defeat. "Nuts."

Casey was so focused on driving that he was unaware that the spiky haired Purple Dragon was watching in the shadows and made a call on his phone.

"You, Dragon Face, it's that guy, the one with the hockey mask. He's been fighting with some weirdo in a bug costume, but I know where he'll be on Friday night."

The person he was calling, Dragon Face, was in one of the safehouses the Purple Dragons used. And his name came from the fact that he had a Purple Dragon tattoo on his head, its tail wrapping around his neck and its jaw surrounding his left eye.

"I want that hockey mask wearing vigilante's head on a plate." He demanded with a vengeance. "Put everybody on alert, everybody. This guy's been messing with our business for months. It's time we started messing with him."

Back at the lair, everyone exited the elevator after deciding that they'll use the warehouse it leads to.

"I don't know who could've built this thing, but if we're going to use it, we're going to need safety precautions and extra security up in the warehouse." Leo said.

"Piece of pie." Donnie grinned, as that kind of stuff is child's play for him.

"Mmm, piece of pizza pie." Mikey smacked his lips.

"Thanks, you two. Now I'm hungry." Alex groaned.

They then all heard a door rattle and looked to see Raph walking up to them.

"Welcome home, Raph." Mikey greeted him before seeing how defeated he looked. "Man, you look like you got the shell kicked out of you."

"Yeah, it's a long story, but first I - I - I wanted to apologise. Mikey, I'm sorry I got so out of control earlier. Guys, I'm really sorry." Raph said, ready to let out his guilt and hoped his brothers could forgive him.

"Hey, don't sweat it, bro." Mikey said as he wrapped an arm around Raph, playfully punching his arm.

"Yeah, that's what family does: forgive and forget." Alex added, patting Raph's arm.

"Alright, who are you, and what have you done with our brother, Raphael?" Leo then teased with a sly grin.

"Let's just say I had a chance to think about the way I've been acting. I'll fill you in over dinner." Raph replied.

"Dinner? Now you're talking my language!" Mikey grinned with delight.

"What language is that, Mikey?" Raph asked playfully, hitting Mikey's arm as they all walked their way to the kitchen. "Nitwit?"

"Ha ha. Listen to the funny mutant." Mikey teased, smacking Raph's shell.

A few hours afterwards, after Raph explained what had happened to him, he and his brothers walked through the now dark lair to go topside and deal with Casey.

"I still think Master Splinter would understand if we told him what we're about to do." Alex said, feeling unsure about going without telling their sensei.

"But he could stop us from going topside. We have to find that vigilante wack bag and stop him for his own good." Raph replied, all five unaware that Splinter was watching them. "He's not a bad guy, just a little misguided."

Just as the five were near the door to leave the lair, Splinter turned the lights on, making them turn to see him stare at them, clearing his throat.

"Busted." Mikey cringed.

"How many times have I told you not to sneak up to the surface?" Splinter reminded them.

"This month?" Mikey asked Donnie.

"Five hundred and twelve, actually." He replied.

"It's concerning that you know the exact number." Alex said as Splinter walked up to them.

"It is dangerous for you to go about openly in the world above. You cannot simply walk amongst the humans. They will not accept who and what you are. It is as the great sage and warrior Kenji Hashimura once said, 'why walk when you can ride'?"

"Come again?" Raph asked, expressing everyone's perplexion as Splinter smiled at them before leading them over to the elevator.

"Take the truck." He told them as it opened and they entered.

Once they reached the warehouse, they exited the elevator and looked at the armoured truck they still had from when they escaped from those ninjas.

"Alright, we've got until Friday night to make this bad boy turtle ready." Raph explained, revealing their schedule.

"Let's get to work." Donnie grinned.

And so for the next few days, the five would spend any and all time they could spare to work on the Battle Shell.

Donnie ignited his welding torch as Raph used a sledge hammer to shape the sides in.

After moving the tires away, Leo cut through the metal while Alex worked on giving the vehicle a new once over with a mini saw before the two put the tires back on.

Mikey then used a spray can to paint the sides of the truck as Donnie put the final touches on the truck with his welding torch.

Once they were done, the once blue and plain armoured truck was now a mean, green Battle Shell.

"Now this is a ride." Raph grinned in delight.

"You ain't seen nothing yet." Donnie replied as he took his goggles off. "Let's roll."

They all took their seats and fastened their seat belts. Donnie took the driver's seat as he'll be driving, Mikey took the passenger seat next to Donnie. Behind Donnie was Alex and next to him was Leo, Raph sitting in a seat that was situated on the side, giving him access to a window.

Donnie then started the Battle Shell and drove out of the warehouse with the garage doors opening.

Elsewhere in the city, Casey drove his motorcycle and entered Central Park.

He was totally oblivious to the fact that a member of the Purple Dragons with spiky blue hair was watching him and made a call to Dragon Face.

"I got him Dragon Face, he's in the park." He informed him.

"We're on our way. He ain't getting out of that park, not on two feet anyway." Dragon Face replied.

Soon, Alex and the Turtles finally arrived at Central Park.

"And on your left is Central Park, eight hundred and forty three acres of landscaped beauty in the centre of the city." Donnie said.

"I'm sure you'd make a great tour guide, Donnie." Alex retorted.

"Why, thank you." Donnie smiled.

Just then, Raph looked out the window and spotted Casey.

"Wait, there he is!" He shouted as Casey drove past them.

"Floor it, Don! Keep up with him!" Raph then said as he got up and stood next to Donnie.

"You go get him, Raph. I whipped up something special for you. It's in the back." Donnie replied, leaving Raph confused before he looked and saw that Donnie had made him a red motorcycle, including a helmet. He was left speechless.

"Like it? I call it the Shell Cycle." Donnie grinned.

"Donatello, you are the turtle." Raph said with eagerness as he put the helmet on and revved up the Shell Cycle and then shot out of the back of the Battle Shell, driving into the park itself to catch up with Casey.

"Hey, hotshot, slow it down!" Raph barked once he caught up, but Casey blatantly raced off and turned a left turn, Raph following after him. Then the same with a right turn.

"Pull over!" Raph barked as he drove next to him on the right before going up on his left. "I said pull over!"

He then pulled on Casey's brakes, making him flip off his bike and crash onto the floor, his bike crashing next to him.

Raph then pulled his bike over and looked at Casey.

"Time for a little shell shock." He said before racing towards him. He then jumped off the Shell Cycle and pinned Casey to the ground.

He then got up and watched the Shell Cycle come to a halt and fall on its side.

"I can't believe I just got my butt kicked by some giant frog!" Casey groaned, rubbing the side of his head.

"Turtle." Raph corrected him after taking his helmet off.

"Whatever." Casey snapped as he sat up.

"Look, I'm no fan of the Purple Dragons either. I'll help you take 'em down, but we gotta exercise just a little restraint." Raph told as he offered a hand to him.

"Save it." Casey said as he grabbed the hand and pulled himself up. You don't know what you're talking about."

"Try me." Raph told him, so that he could understand what was driving him.

Casey then lifted the mask off his face.

"Well, a long time ago, when I was a kid…"

He flashed back to the incident he recalled nights ago.

A young Casey stood as a building was torched and burning with the five members of the Purple Dragons walking up to him, including a younger Hun.

"...some young punks were shaking my dad down for protection money. They were Purple Dragons. When he didn't pay, they torched our store."

Casey wasn't afraid and lifted his arms up to fight, but Hun grabbed him by the shirt and pulled him up to his face.

"You tell your old man, punk, next time, pay up or else." Hun threatened him before throwing him down on the floor and walked off with his fellow Dragons.

Casey looked at the burning store with sadness, the fire reflected in his eyes.

Recalling that memory made Casey shed a tear from his left eye before wiping it away and turning back to face Raph.

"So don't tell me how to deal with Purple Dragons." He snapped at him.

"Just be careful." Raph cautioned. "Your anger could take you down, make you act just like them. My father once told me a true warrior finds balance in all things."

"Balance, huh?" Casey questioned with a slight grin, crossing his arms.

"Well, you know, as much balance as a couple of hotheaded wack bags like us can manage." Raph said as he crossed his arms as well.

"Me? You're the only wack bag around here, doc." Casey argued.

"Hey, I'm not half as crazy as you." Raph replied, lightly punching Casey's arm.

"Sorry, but for a little green dude, you are totally nuts." Casey remarked, punching back.

"Yeah, well, I'm not the one running around in a hockey mask." Raph pointed out, thinking that the mask was a bit much.

"I gotta protect my good looks. I'm saving this face for Hollywood." Casey replied proudly.

"Well, isn't this romantic?" Dragon Face mocked as he and several Purple Dragons appeared, surrounding the pair with various weapons, including chains, baseball bats and pipes.

"So when you said I would go too far and get myself into trouble, you meant something like this?" Casey asked Raph, finally realising what he was trying to tell him.

"Something like." Raph said as he dropped his helmet, ready to fight.

The Purple Dragons started closing in when the Battle Shell arrived, swerving to a stop.

Then Raph's brothers all filed out and stood alongside him.

"Friends of yours?" Casey asked.

"Brothers, actually." Raph corrected him as his brothers all pulled their weapons out.

"I can see the family resemblance." Casey muttered until he noticed Alex. "Well, mostly."

"Gee, thanks." Alex muttered back.

"I'm the pretty one." Mikey joked.

As the Purple Dragons approached, wanting to finish the job, Raph pulled his sais out and Casey put his mask back on, wielding his hockey stick.

Two of the Dragons charged at Mikey and Donnie, who easily took care of them, launching them back.

Both Raph and Casey were back to back and when two Dragons leapt at them, they swung their weapons and the two were knocked down.

Alex was surrounded by three Dragons. He sliced one of their weapons, a baseball bat, before kicking him in the face. He then did a spin kick, knocking the other two down.

Leo ended up being surrounded by five Dragons and decided to put his katanas away. When the Dragons in front of and behind him made their moves, he ended up making a perfect split kick in their faces, taking them down.

"Guys, check it out!" Leo called out to Alex, Raph and Casey, who were busy fighting more Dragons. "I got my split kick right!"
"Do it again, we missed it!" Alex said as he blocked a hockey stick and kicked a Dragon in the chest.

Leo then did a split kick on either side of him, taking down two more Dragons.

"One more time!" Raph requested after kneeing a Dragon in the stomach.

Leo then performed another split kick in front of and behind him with two more Dragons.

"Nicely done, Leo!" Alex cheered.

"Saw that one!" Raph cheered as well.

"I give you ten!" Casey said as he held all his fingers up, same for Alex and Raph.

"Hey, Raph, only a six?" Leo joked as he elbowed the blue faced Dragon in the stomach without looking.

"Bro, it's all I got." Raph pointed out before grabbing a Dragon's fist and kicking him away.

Mikey and Casey then managed to take down the two remaining Dragons while Alex soon found himself facing Dragon Face.

The two narrowed their glaring eyes at each other before they'd make their moves, Dragon Face on the offensive and Alex on the defensive.

Within seconds, Alex sliced Dragon Face's pipe in a blur, the pieces falling to the floor.

"Uh-oh." He said defeat, watching Alex leap in the air and kick him right in the face, launching him into a pile of unconscious Purple Dragons.

Everyone gathered up next to the Battle Shell, basking their victory as Casey lifted the mask off his face.

"I know I'm gonna regret saying this, but I'm glad I met you, crazy man." Raph told Casey.

"Me, too, green dome." Casey admitted. "And you know something? I'm starting to see what you're all about."
"Oh, you mean about balance, self control?" Raph asked.

"Nah. I mean that you're a green mutant freak." Casey joked, playfully punching Raph's arm. "But I like you."

The two then started punching each other until they ended up on the floor, wrestling each other.

The other four watched them, seeing how much Raph was getting along with Casey.

"He's your brother." Leo told Mikey.

"No, no, he's your brother." Mikey shook his head.

"Absolutely your brother." Leo argued back.

"Let's just settle it by saying your brother, the both of you." Alex suggested, to which the two agreed.

Some people have been asking why I deleted Leo of the Lion Guard. It's because a couple of people got at each other's throats, saying all sorts of horrible stuff. I don't tolerate having that on my stories. I will reupload it in the future, mind you.
