With Amity, she had come face to face with her first group of demons.

They weren't like the ones in the visions the Rebellion showed her, so she wasn't afraid to fight them.

"Can you tell me what these things are?" Amity asked her sword.

'These things are part of the Hell Seven, Prides to be specific.' Rebellion said.

'I feel like they going after me for a reason, but I can't put my finger on it.' Amity thought to herself.

"Kill Sparda! Kill Sparda!" One shouted, swinging its scythe at Amity.

"Well, they aren't big fans." Amity said, dodging the scythe.

Amity blocked and dodged more attacks before she sliced one's head off, killing it!

'That's it! Keep going!' Rebellion shouted.

"Fine but this is not how I thought I'd be spending my Saturday!" Amity said.

On instinct, Amity performed a split to dodge another Hell Pride before punching it in the stomach and spinning like a breakdancer to kip up!

'Not bad.' Rebellion said.

"Thanks!" Amity said before drawing a spell circle, summoning abominations. "Abominations, attack!"

The abominations went to attack. The Hell Prides were confused by this, having never seen creatures like this, but still attacked.

'These things won't work for long. They're durable but they don't have much brain power.' Rebellion said.

"They'll do. And I can finish them off while they're distracted!" Amity said before grinning, gripping rebellion's handle. "Okay, big boys, let's dance!"

Amity rushed forward as Rebellion dragged behind her.

'Why did I say that?' Amity thought before she jumped up with a flip and sliced a Pride down from behind.

She was moving, and slowly acting, far differently than she normally would.

Faster, wilder, and more flirtatious? Amity was channeling her inner 'Dante' and dancing like a party girl as she killed the Hell Prides.

'I hate yet love this feeling!' Amity thought, ducking back from a slash and jumping into a spin to kill three demons at once.

She cut another, before delivering a million stab move to another.

WHOA! I didn't know I could do that!' Amity thought in awe.

'And you'll do so much more.' Rebellion said.

That excited Amity as she finished off the last Hell Pride with a roundhouse kick and slash, getting a bit of blood on her left cheek.

With all the Hell Prides dead, Amity dissolved her abominations before setting Rebellion on her shoulder.

"Okay, with them dead, maybe I can salvage my Saturday and take Luz out on a date." Amity said, wiping the blood from her face.

'Do whatever you want kid.' The sword said.

As Amity was about to leave, she saw the remains of the hell prides slowly form into Red Orbs.

"Are these those things you were talking about?" She asked.

'Yep. Hardened demon blood, red orbs. Take those to the statue and it will help you to become stronger.' Rebellion said.

"Alright." Amity said, reaching out to grab one, only for it to absorb into her.

"Whoa?! What was that?" Amity asked in surprise.

'A little self storage trick, helps carry a ton of them and other shit without overworking yourself or losing some.' Rebellion said.

"... I will never get used to this." Amity said, transforming the sword into her charm bracelet.

Rebellion just laughed a bit as other red orbs absorbed into her body for storage. And with that, Amity walked back to the cabin.

Everyone was bond to be up and there by now, possibly wondering where she was. So, Amity would need to come up with an excuse.

'Maybe telling them I was on a nature hike could work? Or possibly investigating that mystery beast?' Amity thought.

'You certainly have time to come up with excuses.' Rebellion said.

"Well, instead of being able to go to school, I'm stuck in the Noceda house most of the time with nothing but time." Amity said blankly.

'There you go, now start thinking.' The sword replied.

Amity rolled her eyes at the personality of the sword but found it somewhat comforting since it reminded her of her siblings.

She really missed them.

'Hang on, guys. We'll find a way back and save everyone.' Amity thought as the cabin came in view.

'By the way, if your friends ask about me, tell them you got me from that Hot Topic store.' Rebellion said in its bracelet form.

Amity paused as she looked at her bracelet for a moment.

'What the fuck is Hot Topic?' Amity thought, confused.

'Hot Topic? A store full of interesting clothes and jewelry for anyone? No? Not ringing any bells?' Rebellion asked Amity.

"Okay, exactly how old are you?" Amity asked.

'The sword or my copied soul? Either way, it's hard to say. Dante never really seemed to age and his white hair definitely made it hard to guess.' Rebellion explained.

'What? How old was he?' Amity thought, walking up the steps.

'I think in his 30s but his Sparda blood turned his hair white. It somehow made him look young yet also old.' Rebellion explained. 'Maybe you'll get some white hair too.'

Amity thought about how she'd look with white hair.

'... I'd rock it.' Amity thought confidently.

If she could rock mauve/pink hair, she could rock white hair. Just like Eda.

"Hey, everyone." Amity said as she pushed the door open.

"Where have you been?" Willow asked as Clover sleep on her heard.

"Investigating. I was curious about the sight where that mystery beast rampaged." Amity lied as Ghost climbed onto her shoulder.

"Why would you go there? It could've still been there." Hunter said to her while feeding Flapjack sunflower seeds.

"After everything that's happened in the Isles, I'm not really scared of whatever that thing is." Amity said, crossing her arms.

"Scared or not, we need to be careful. That thing could be dangerous and it might make things more difficult in finding a way back." Gus reminded them as his palisman at a fly.

"I'm fine. Besides, what's the worst that can happen?" Amity asked, checking her nails.

'Kid, why the fuck are you tempting fate? She's a sadistic bitch.' Rebellion said.

"... Are you sure you're fine, Amity?" Willow asked, worried.

"I'm fine……maybe a bit too stressed from everything but I can handle it." Amity said, waving her hand. "Trust me."

"Amity, the fact that your traumatic childhood with your mother helps you handle stress is not fine." Willow said blankly.

"I'm fine Willow. Don't worry." Amity said, shutting the door.

'Kid, you are not, and that was long before your girlfriend came along.' Rebellion said.

"Moving on, anymore theories on making a portal?" Amity asked the group.

"Sadly, no." Vee said, shaking her head.

"We could try the hamster wheels again." Gus suggested.

"Or maybe one of those pentagram things I read about in an earth occult book." Willow suggested.

'Oh hell no. Stomp that idea NOW.' Rebellion said to Amity.

"NO!" Amity said quickly, startling everyone. "I've researched that before and it... it's not worth it, not one bit, people have died doing it correctly, I don't want to try it and mess up."

'Or accidental repeat what Vergil did.' Amity thought.

"Well, what else can we do? It's not like the solution is going to be right under our noses." Willow said.

"I know." Amity said, walking forward.

Amity took a few steps before her foot broke through the floor board!

'Ouch. Told you not to tempt fate.' Rebellion said.

"Woah, guess we should fix this floorboards next." Amity said.

"We checked the floorboards, all of them seemed fine." Hunter said, going to help Amity. "Guess it must be wood rot."

"Thanks." Amity said, taking his hand and pulling her foot out of the floor.

That's when she noticed something inside the floor.

"Hey guys, something's down here." Amity said, reaching into the hole.

"What is it?" Gus asked as he, Willow, and Vee came over.

Amity grabbed it and pulled it out, revealing it to be an old wooden box.

"A box?" Hunter asked.

"I think it's actually a hexagon but yeah." Gus said.

"Let's check what's inside before getting into shapes." Willow suggested.

Amity opened it and inside was a rolled up scroll.

"A paper scroll?" Amity asked before she took it out and unrolled it.

'Looks more like some sort of puzzle.' Rebellion said as it saw the scroll through Amity's eyes.

"Who could've put this here?" Amity asked.

"Maybe it was the first witch that had the portal. Way before Eda." Vee said as she looked at the scroll.

Gus gasped in awe before smiling brightly.

"That could help us get back home!" Gus said.

The group began cheering from this, a new hole filling their hearts as Amity smiled at the scroll in her hand.

'Fate works in mysterious ways, doesn't it?' Amity thought.

'That it does.' Rebellion said with a "nod."
