AN: I'm back folks, sorry I took so long. First off, I need to apologize for the last chapter, it was needed, but I did not enjoy writing it, much like you did not enjoy seeing it. Anyways let's just briefly look at what you all had to say. To everyone who asked HOW Shinji broke the servants, you are not thinking cleverly. Sure, he could just rape em, but that would do nothing. And he could order them to break, but it would be inefficient…But if he orders them to feel every sensation while he rapes them one hundred times over…well, then we're seeing a scenario that may happen in. Those asking for the soon to be freed to join Naruto's Harem, I might in a few chapters…For now they need to recover psychologically. "Classy J0ker," I think you forgot the Kyuubi is still in Naruto. Everyone who wanted to see Shinji and Zouken die, today is your LUCKY day.

Day 2 Finale: Justice for all

Fuyuuki High: Ten Minutes before the end of the last chapter

Naruto was shaking in rage when his servants and allies finally caught up with him. He had dropped the note on the ground, he didn't need to read any more of it. It had already shown him how foolish he had been. He had reluctantly believed Sakura when she told him it wasn't that bad, and that his intervention wasn't needed.

And she and two others at least had paid the price. Shinji had used multiple books of False Attendants to override the two female servants will, and increase everything they felt one hundred times over…before raping them. The pain of losing their virginities a hundred times over simultaneously created the crack…and then when the worm had used a second batch to make the pain vanish suddenly, they were assailed by pleasure.

He had to repeat the process twice for each, but that's how he broke them to his will. It was stomach twisting, as the Black Prince had not spared a single detail, so he would know what kind of monster Shinji was. As if he needed the abject lesson, he already knew Shinji was scum sucking trash on two legs.

But this was a new low. That was compounded by the fact the reason Sakura was absent today was Shinji had decided to finish breaking her today. He had willingly undergone augmentation to increase his stamina in the sack, and had been raping her for almost twenty four hours at this point.

The more his thoughts bounced around on this subject, the more towering his rage became. His servants tried to get his attention, but he was far away…

Mindscape:

The Kyuubi had been waiting for such a day as this. A day his container would need his help with something or another. Don't get him wrong. He didn't care about the monkeys, their lifespan on average was so short that they weren't worth even knowing the name of. But in this case he'd make an exception, after all, it promised some entertainment.

So when Naruto's rage grew to a towering inferno, he dragged him in. The look in the blond's eyes was gratifying for the fox. It meant he would more readily accept a deal. There wasn't much the fox wanted, except freedom, but he had been alive when humanity had been just starting to rebuild from the Otosuki civil war. He had the patience of stone, and he would get out eventually, especially as the Shinigami had no power here in this age without the gods of old.

So instead he would aim for entertainment and knowledge: "So boy, you have seen what your naivety has cost your friend. What shall you do? Shall you charge forth like a Knight of old and take their heads? You know as you are now, you stand no chance of succeeding."

Naruto glared at him: "I am going to go save my friend. Chance has no room here. I will succeed, any other outcome is unacceptable." A smile spread across the fox's face at that. This was perfect. His container had set himself to this task, and nothing would stop him.

But still, now was the time to make a deal: "Admirable, but you will die if you try…Even if your servants aid you, you may still fail. But I am willing to grant you some of my power, power that has split mountains and caused tsunamis, for this. All I require in exchange for a simple favor."

The blond gave him an odd look: "And what favor is that? What could a mere 'boy' like offer to such a large and powerful being?" The back sass might have gotten him killed at any other time. But the nine tails was amused more than offended.

Something illustrated by the dark chuckle that escaped the giant fox: "Nothing major. Just access to your senses at all times. It gets boring just watching your memories. And being sealed for over one hundred years in various hosts means I am very bored."

This seemed too good to be true. But the scion of the Emiya family had no time to analyze it. Not if he wanted to save his friend. And so, with the mentality of 'chicks dig scar and glory is eternal', he accepted the deal.

Orange energy leaked out of the cage the Kyuubi was in, and flowed into Naruto…Filling him with incredible power, and a single minded purpose. Break into the Matou mansion, destroying whatever protections it had, and murdering Shinji and Zouken…He liked that last part especially.

Real World:

The foul energy of the Kyuubi began to pour off the blond as his servants approached, causing them to real back along with Rin. It physically made them feel ill, Lily nearly vomited due to it in fact…while Rin barely managed to avoid emptying her guts.

Despite this there were a few that watched closer, whether from wariness or curiosity depended on the servant…Or the third parties who watched from safe distances where they would not be detected. Queen Gilgamesh in particular was one of the curious, or rather amused, ones. Such power reminded her of those from the Age of Gods, but on another level entirely. Yes, she had gotten an interesting master this time.

"P-praetor? Are you alright?" Was the question posed by the uncharacteristically concerned Nero, though one on the mind of most of his servants. "Do you need help?"

A feral growl was the answer, as Emiya's legs compacted and readied for a jump. Before any more questions could be asked, he was off like a shot, tearing up the street with each stride as he headed towards the Matou mansion. Leaving his servants in the dust behind him, much to their shock…Rin however noticed the note on the ground, and started to read it, rapidly paling as she read.

With Naruto:

Forward. Forward. Kill, destroy, end them. Those were the thoughts that filled Naruto's mind. Thankfully he had a target for this drive, or he may have attacked his servants, such was his rage and bloodlust. As he approached the mansion he could feel multiple prana signatures around the city he was unfamiliar with, but he ignored them, in favor of slamming straight into the outer most bounded fields of the estate, and tearing through them like a 7.62mm NATO round through paper.

This wasn't too surprising of course. Nearly every major magi family's outer boundary fields were little more than early warning systems. Not strong enough to repel attackers, but enough to inconvenience most. But with the power of the Kyuubi, there were less than effective.

Within a second he slammed into a second boundary field, one more powerful and intended to harm attackers. Whether their function was breaking bones or causing crippling pain in general or just sickening the target to the point of debilitation would never be known. As he tore through that one just as easily, their effects washing over the chakra cloak like water off a duck's back.

Then he hit the third bounded field, this one was a 'siege' type. Intended to hold up against even the strongest of spells, and return it back to the caster tenfold, they did little more than slow the rampaging orange ball by a split second.

As he tore through a snarl echoed on his lips "SHINJI!"

On a roof nearby:

Illya von Eisenburn watched as her adopted brother tore through the Matou estate's defenses like they were warm butter with undisguised interest. She had known that the blond orphan her father had taken in had to be someone special for her father to take him in, indeed, having NINE servants was proof of that. But she had not expected THIS.

The Matou/Maraki mansion was among the most heavily defended magical residences in all of Japan. With only perhaps the ancient Shinobi villages and the Emperor's Palace being more protected. And she had just seen him destroy them. Her father's instincts were as sharp as ever.

And it just confirmed her own theory, he father had not abandoned her by choice, but rather had been forced by her grandfather. Such a power would even be able to breach the Eisenburn residence given focused training, which it seemed her father died before being able to do so.

A pity really, it would have been nice to grow up with a younger brother around. But it didn't happen. Oh well, just meant that she would have to make up for it by following through with plan D…A plan she had read up on Japanese culture a lot to formulate. By culture she meant mangas…This could only go well.

On a different roof:

John was flat out terrified out of his mind. The master he and his compatriots had fought last night had THIS much power stored away? What the hell! If he had brought this out at any time they would have been dead!

Was he just toying with them? Leading them on with a false sense of security before coming in for the kill? It was possible. Magi were ruthless beings at the best of times, and more devious than snakes. Yes, it would make perfect sense. He was using them to experiment with his combat abilities in a live scenario, where he knew he could crush his foe with ease.

He would not make the mistake of coming in against this man unprepared again. And looking at the faces of his comrades, they had come to the same conclusion. They could not afford to take him lightly…They would have to strike when his guard was down and his servants away, otherwise he would just keep growing in power and threat.

He would have to start practicing with his more exotic arrows. A Magus with that much power would certainly have effective defenses, and a normal arrow wouldn't do it to end him from outside of the fields.

Back with Zouken:

The Ancient Magus watched curiously as his 'adopted granddaughter's' friend burst through. The aura around him was something new to him. He had heard of similar, but this was not a pure prana aura, it was too destructive for that. Nor was it any combat form he had heard of that various assassin and warrior magi orders he had run across or read about in his life used.

It was something new. And new things were to be treated with caution until understood. And so he sent his worm clones forward enmase, and watched. Worst case scenario, they would buy time for him to analyze and understand this power…In the best case they would subdue him to be turned as well, it would serve as the final lynch pin to breaking Sakura to watch her 'senpai' be raped by Shinji.

And so he observed as his clones were dealt with. He swiftly noted that this power was highly corrosive, and even a slight touch could burn his clones' skin to the bone…It sounded rather painful from the screams of his clones. Good thing they had no sense of self-preservation then.

The next thing he noted was that there were four tails of energy flailing around slicing through his clones. They had great reach and flexibility, whipping to and fro, eliminating clones by the dozens with each swing. He imagined they would have some issue against a Servant, but two of them were not in combat ready…and the other was currently being pawed at by Shinji.

The things he did for his grandson…Nah, he wouldn't even THINK that with a straight face. It was all for the power and knowledge. The dark purple haired teen was easy to manipulate, so his servants were automatically actually the old Magus' servants…And the knowledge of new abilities and the fact that his serum worked even on servants was priceless.

And so he continued to observe as spell after spell from his arsenal was used by his clones. None did more than slow the energy cloaked teen. It was a bit off putting, but at least he was not displaying the same prowess that he did vs the Servants he had fought, as if he did it would already be over. Still that was a small comfort, as he was running out of options.

Faster than he thought he was.

Naruto's POV:

He growled angrily, for the past ten minutes, he had faced an endless hoard of disposable cannon fodder. That was all that the fool had to throw at him. He wasn't sure why he was so scared of the old man in the past anymore. Nothing that was thrown at him even broke through the cloak of the Kyuubi.

In fact it just enraged the beast inside him more it seemed. It wanted to see blood. Not these worthless worms. So he watched. And waited, after all, an opening would appear soon enough. His foe was old, experienced, but that would only stave off frustration for so long…then he would slip.

And as predicted, three minutes later, the clones had thinned inadvertently in the direction of the old magus. This was his chance, and he took it. Charging forth like a raging buzzsaw, cutting down every clone in his way; in a few seconds he was at the throat of Zouken. And grabbed his prey with relish; squeezing on his throat, burning it shut.

A dark chuckle exited his lips: "You should have left her alone worm. Now you die." He snarled in anger as he poured more and more of the Kyuubi's corruption into him. Causing the old man to writhe and claw at his body as it burned away…the clones also were affected, burning from the inside out, their worm cores, and thus their 'soul' burning away with the Magus as he tried to resist the effect.

It didn't matter though. Instinctively Naruto knew that there was no counter to the Kyuubi's poisoning that the Magus could perform fast enough. And so he watched in sadistic and righteous satisfaction as the worm burned away to nothing. His senses feeling every trace of him passing from this world; every worm, every bounded field, every familiar, every single shred of Zouken's existence was destroyed by the acidic chakra.

Now what to do about Shinji? Obviously he must die. But how to do it was the question…One he had a few seconds to decide as he stalked towards the arrogant son of a bitch's room. He could feel the fear of his quarry, and it was delicious.

Elsewhere:

"He is quiet the specimen. If we could turn him to our cause we could summon the grail multiple times, but we'd need to have a reason for him to listen." A young female voice commented as she watched the blond magus through a scrying spell.

"He seems to have a need to help people somewhat and is a valiant warrior, perhaps we could exploit that to do so." An older voice who sounded similar to the younger voice opined, she was also watching the spell.

"A likely strategy, but his servants will be an issue. Especially the blonde sabers, they will not willingly work alongside me I wager." The voice that said that was of a different pitch to the other two, but similar to the sabers Naruto had summoned. "Though I see my 'son' is doing well enough."

"We'll cross the Styx when we get there. For now we will observe and plan. If it comes to an all-out fight, we are not outnumbered by his force."

And so they watched and schemed.

In another location:

"HAHAHAHA! Magnificent! This power truly is intriguing!" A man laughed as he clapped. His laughter was not that of a mortal though, but that of a monster in the guise of a man.

"Oh do give it a rest Count. We can see as well as you can what's going on." The voice of a young woman retorted. "He might prove to be valuable to defeating the ones who abandoned our Master, but right now he's too much of a wild card to approach."

"Quite so, and as such we will be keeping him far away from our master until we fully know him. In the meantime, we have to plan to defeat those traitors." The last voice was calm and clipped, with a germanic accent, and quite obviously male.

"Yeah yeah. I still say you should just let me shoot them from the sky." The woman said annoyed, "But we'll do it your way for now."

"Your patience is appreciated." The German said with a sigh.

With Shinji as Naruto approaches him:

This was it. He was going to die. He could feel it in his bones. His grandfather was unfathomably powerful, as was shown by the ease with which he had defeated and then turned Edward. And yet Emiya had handled him like a child.

Granted, most of that was due to that strange cloak. But still, that made him invincible, nothing the failure of a magus could do that would injure the grim specter of death approaching where he sat. Sure, he COULD send his servants against him. But they were all out of commission, either through fighting his grandfather, or what he himself had done to them.

And so he waited, praying to any deities that would hear that Naruto would make it quick. Unfortunately for him though, he had forgotten that the Age of the Gods had passed long ago, and the only ones that COULD hear him, would frown heavily on his actions.

The blond grabbed Shinji's crotch with a chakra tail, starting to melt it. It was an unimaginable pain that caused the purple haired teen to scream in agony. This scream roused his victims, who watched first in puzzlement, then in a dark joy as the instrument of their defilement was destroyed before their eyes.

The next strikes were some shallow claw blows to his torso, arms, and legs. These were just deep enough that the tainted chakra would seep in, and start to eat away at his body. It would be a long and painful death, as he felt every nerve ending in his body scream in agony at him, a scream he himself echoed.

In his pain he looked to Sakura to protect him from Naruto's wrath, believing that his overly forgiving sister would once again forgive and plead for his life. Only to discover her face set in an expression of contentment. He had burned that bridge when he had turned his appetites on her servants.

The blond then ripped out Shinji's eyes, and crushed them in his hand…causing the cursed chakra to seep in through his empty bleeding eye sockets as his body continued melting/disintegrating. But his screaming was becoming highly annoying, so his vocal cords were sealed shut next. He still screamed, but no one could hear him anymore.

"Should I finish him now Sakura, or do you want this foul worm to suffer more?" Was the question Naruto asked with his booming voice. He was ambivalent either way at this point. His rage had turned ice cold, and either way was fine by him. If the rapist was condemned to more torture, he got to inflict it. If he was condemned to die now, then he ALSO got to carry that out.

It took a few moments for the purplette to reply, weighing the two options. But eventually she responded with a steady voice: "Finish him Sempai. I know he does not deserve that bit of mercy, but we must be better than him. Besides, I'm sure whatever afterlife he goes to will punish him even more than either of us could for eternity."

With a chuckle the blonde replied: "As you wish." Then without ceremony, he grabbed Shinji's head and lifted him bodily, before simultaneously stabbing a hand into his chest to destroy his heart and crushing the head. With the corrosive nature of the Kyuubi's chakra, there was no blood, just a corpse that dissolved slowly.

And thus the male part of the Matou line ceased to exist in a single night. This act would earn the scion of the Emiya clan the title, of the 'Magus Genocider.'

CHAPTER COMPLETE!

NEXT TIME: Day 3: The Morning after

Omake: Three months after the death of Robert Baratheon

Shirou stood on the ramparts of King's Landing. Outside the walls the forces of Stannis Baratheon had been shattered by his men striking from the rear after they were stone walled by the surprisingly staunch defense Joffrey had led personally.

It had been a surprise and a half to him that the little shit had been fighting at the front inspiring his men. But the magus had to admit that having an older sister like Arturia overseeing his training since he could lift a blade, perhaps even before then, would have had a positive effect on the spoiled brat of the normal timeline.

It was amazing how a few things could change everything. Not only was Joffrey no longer a coward, but he was also more level headed and wise. As such he had, instead of executing Lord Eddard Stark, sent the man back north stripped of all titles for believing 'the lies of traitors', and had minstrels and bards spread the tale of the Northern Lord's folly.

It had neatly kept the North out of the war, leaving the two Baratheon brothers as the sole foe of the crown. And they had not fought united, so were crushed separately. Renly had been defeated in battle by the Lannister main army under Lord Tywin Lannister himself, the younger man had been strategically no match for the more experienced lord of the Rock.

The youngest of the Baratheon brothers had been imprisoned and was awaiting trial. While Stannis had fell in battle in what many were already calling the second round of Aegon vs Robert. Shirou had found him on the field of battle, he had offered the proud lord a chance to surrender of course, they were in laws afterall, but the lord of Dragon Stone had refused.

And so the two had fought…well, fought is a strong word. The Targaryen had utterly outclassed the older more experienced lord due to his Nature and Origin. It was sad and depressing how easy he was able to crush his foe, hell he hadn't even meant to kill him…The older man was just too slow to block what would have otherwise been a disabling blow.

The blond sighed, he was not looking forward to explaining THAT to Arturia. Besides the battle that had just finished though, there was also his cousin Mordred to be concerned over, as she was INDEED the Knight of Betrayal reborn into Westros. That was another unwanted headache that was slowly being dealt with.

His musings were cut short when his uncle-in-law Jamie walked up bearing grim news. The wall had fallen. The 'free people' were pouring south into the North, and they had already scored a surprising victory over the lords of the North. They were led by a man with golden hair and red eyes.

Shirou nearly cursed Zelretch for that.
