Chapter 12: A negotiation part 2
( Wave Daimyo Castle)
After explaining everything to Tsunade she was shocked to learn what happened to her godson during his life in Konoha. How could her Sensei ignore what happened to him? And Lucy was the one raising him. In which she approved. She also heard of how Lucy came to be, that she appeared from another world where she died from but Kami had given her a second chance and sent her here to raise and look after Naruto. Tsunade examined the horns on Naruto's head seeing that they are real and are connected to his skull. Lucy even told them about their bloodline known as "Vectors" invisible intangible tendrils that can kill you.
Lucy is the Queen Diclonius. Meaning only she has the ability to infect a person of her choice into a diclonius like she is. She made Naruto into one when he was just a baby. Then she made Itachi, Anko, Yugao, Soi-fon, Zabuza and Haku into diclonius.
Now that she was told everything from Lucy. She wants to remain with her godson and make up time for him since she has been lied too by the two people she trusted the most.
Now all Lucy had to do was wait.
The bridge is almost complete within a two weeks.. once completed she and her entourage will go to Fire Country to see the Fire Daimyo and this hearing. She watches her son talk with Tsunade and Shizune.
( Konoha one week Later)
The Sandaime knew that it was only a week later until the Fire Daimyo summons Wave's Daimyo to his capital for this hearing. He will get Naruto back into his village from this pink haired murderer. He just hopes his Daimyo is able to win Naruto along with Itachi, Yugao and Anko.
His Student Jiraiya is currently in the hospital still.. and the reason the Toad Sage hasn't been peeping in bathhouses like he normally does is because his "ManHood" is infected with venom and likely can not be healed in its worse condition... and chances are that it will fall off soon... which made the old Kage shiver and cringe
What the hell kind of snake did such a thing to ruin one's "manhood"
With Tsunade not here to help Jiraiya... Jiraiya will be "Dickless" his doctors are doing everything they can to fix Jiraiya's manhood. Unfortunately they gave the man some ointment to put on his infected "manhood" to at least do something to keep the infection from spreading further. But what they told the Toad Sage next was what angered him and horrified him. Was that Jiraiya is sterile. He can't make babies..
His dream to get Tsunade pregnant is effectively ruined.
Whoever that destroyed his dream are going to pay for that dearly. And he blames Orochimaru for doing this. Knowing the man is connected to snakes.
How unfortunate indeed. For the toad Sage. What he did not know was that it was Anko who did it. And not Orochimaru. As evil as Orochimaru is he wouldn't wish that on no one else.
Females with female fury and have a dislike for perverts are like that in a way.
The Kage sighed as he continued to wait. He was so confident that The Fire Daimyo will win over Naruto from Wave's Daimyo.
( Fire Country a Week Later)
It has been a week now. As the Fire Daimyo, his court. His Hokage along with Jiraiya and the elders came for this meeting. The Hokage had left his son Asuma in charge of running the village.
Lucy's carriage had arrived. Along with her escorts and her son Naruto.
Now in the Daimyo's Council Chamber along with his court and anyone present for this hearing. Sat there and waited.
His servant recently told him that they have arrived and he told them to let them in.
Hiruzen. Jiraiya including the elders: Danzo, Homura and Koharu watched the door opened.
Lucy walked in wearing a pink and white kimono. While on her left is a little boy with red hair and horns.
Her escorts are: Itachi, Yugao and Anko and Tsunade.
She had left Zabuza in charge of Wave as head of security until she returned.
Tazuna was also present for this since he is the bridge builder.
"So... that's wave's Daimyo...and is that Tsunade!?" Hiruzen thought with shock burning her face into his memories. He winced at her stoic yet cold look. Pink eyes were narrowed as she looked around but he was shocked that Tsunade is with them!? How!?
"Tsunade!?" Thought Jiraiya who winced at the glare she gave him and their Sensei.
This is not looking good at all...
"Greetings Lady Kaede... Daimyo of Wave. A pleasure meeting you." Says The Fire Daimyo looking at her.
"I guess I could say the same to you.." She says as her and her company took a seat with her focus on both Hiruzen and Jiraiya.
"Well now that we are here. Let's begin the meeting. It has come to my attention that you have been to Konoha... in which is located in my country." He says waving his fan as she raised a eyebrow.
"Correct." She answered with a stoic face.
"Ah. So you have. You wouldn't happen to have anything to do with kidnapping anyone from that village along with massacring 38 villagers in the process?" The Fire Daimyo asked seeing her narrow her eyes.
"I did no such thing... I never kidnapped anyone. As for the killing... I am responsible for that." She answered as gasps were heard.
"Oh really? The proof is sitting right besides you along with three others." He retorts pointing to Naruto who glared at him.
"My son?" She asks tilting her head lazily looking at the Daimyo with a bored look.
"Did you or did you not kidnap Uzumaki Naruto!?" The Fire Daimyo says in a accused tone.
"I never kidnapped him. He came with me willingly. Isn't that right Naruto?" She turns to her son who nodded.
"That's right mother! I left with you on my own free Will!" He answered glaring at the Fire Daimyo and Hokage.
"She has the boy under some genjutsu!" Accused Koharu
"My mother doesn't have me under a genjutsu! I refuse to go back to that village!" Growled Naruto defending his mother while feeling his own Vectors manifest.
"Calm down Naruto... let me handle this." Lucy says patting his head softly.
"My son doesn't want to come back to Konoha. And that's final as his mother it's my right to approve of his decision." Lucy countered as the Hokage glared.
"Your claim to being his mother is invalid! You did not adopt him legally and you are not his biological mother by blood!. Your claim is false!" Hiruzen declared.
"He is my child. And always will be. I refuse to let him go back to Konoha. After how they tormented this poor child." Lucy says with The Fire Daimyo frowning and the Hokage along with the elders went tense and nervous.
"Tormented? What do you mean?" The Fire Daimyo asked with a frown.
"I see your Hokage isn't a very honest person." She adds making him frown further.
"What are you saying?" He demands
"What I'm saying is. That your Hokage allowed my son to be beaten. Starved. Abused. And attempted murder by his own villagers and possibly his own Shinobi did too." Lucy says with the Daimyo now looking at Hiruzen
"What is she talking about Hiruzen? Is it true that he was abused and attacked under your watch?" He asks his Hokage Who looked nervous As he narrowed his eyes at Lucy who suddenly grew a cold smile on her face.
"Well? Tell him. Tell him how you let the son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki be abused and treated like a criminal under your watch." Lucy now says with everyone now having wide eyes. Especially the Fire Daimyo.
"WHAT!? The Yondaime's son!? You told me the boy was dead!?" The Fire Daimyo says glaring at Hiruzen
"I'm sorry my lord but it was to protect the boy himself from his father and biological mother's enemies! They would do anything in their power to end his life out of spite to his parents." Hiruzen explained now glaring at Lucy who still kept her cold smile.
"I was there when I saw the two of them die. I saw when this giant nine tailed fox was sealed into little Naruto." Lucy explained
"While it is true that Naruto is a Jinchuriki. That didn't mean he was abused like you claim!"Hiruzen shot back
"Still Lying? If there's one thing I hate. It's liars. Tsunade if you please." Lucy says towards the woman besides her who nodded and walked over to the Fire Daimyo giving him a couple sheets of papers And walked over back to Lucy while glaring at her Sensei.
The Fire Daimyo was reading the contents of the paper as he widened his eyes! Then narrowed them at Hiruzen who went pale seeing the paper in the Daimyo's hand.
It was Naruto's birth certificate! Well a Copy of it that Tsunade had kept. Along with several of the boy's medical files.
"How the hell did she get ahold of that!?" Thought Hiruzen
You see Lucy had sent Itachi to retrieve Naruto's medical files last week before coming here. So that she could have plenty of Ammunition to use against the Hokage. And no one knew who took the boy's medical files.
Now the Fire Daimyo was livid. As he glared at Hiruzen along with the elders and Jiraiya.
"Damn her! She's making Konoha look bad!" Thought Danzo While his teammates also glared at Lucy.
"Since you see the truth. My son will not go back to that abusive village." Lucy says with Hiruzen scowling. He was not going to lose!
"You have no right to take him from us! I issue a challenge! I request that Naruto be put in the Chunin exams! In the coming months!" Hiruzen declared with his teammates and student looking at him in shock while Lucy glared.
"A challenge?" She asks.
"Yes! Naruto against Kakashi Hatake and Jiraiya! In the Chunin exams! If I win! Naruto stays with Konoha for good! Including Anko, Itachi and Yugao! And also that you are to never see them again!" Hiruzen declared boldly while her pink eyes narrowed.
The same with Tsunade who glared at her Sensei.
"And if I WIN Naruto stays with me forever! And I'd like to claim everything that belongs to both his parents given him." Lucy challenged.
"Deal!" Hiruzen scoffed.
"Good. I accept your challenge. Itachi and Anko has already trained Naruto. He will be ready for the exams against your two champions." Lucy says with the Hiruzen and Lucy glaring at each other.
"Let's go. We're done here." Lucy says looking at her group.
As Jiraiya ran to Tsunade.
"Tsunade-hime wait i-" Before he could reach to her she turned around and punched him in the face knocking him on the council table with a black eye and bloody lip.
"Go Fuck yourself Jiraiya. I know everything. What you and Sensei did is unforgivable! You two lied to me to keep me from raising him! I hope you and Sensei get what you fucking deserve!" She hissed walking off with Lucy and the rest leaving the Konoha group alone with a very pissed off Fire Daimyo who chewed them out.
Lucy was confident and sure her son can win these Chunin exams Tsunade had explained to her.
They were not aware of Naruto's full capabilities with his vectors yet.
