WHO IS DEADLIEST?!

To find out, we've assembled a team of world class fighters to test history's most lethal weapons. Using 21st century science, we'll see what happens when two warriors go toe to toe.

No rules. No safety. No mercy. It's a duel to the death to decide who is...THE DEADLIEST WARRIOR!

Here in our elite fight club we have gathered doctors, medical scientists and weapons experts to test out the lethal arsenals wielded by each of our combatants to determine who would win a fight between two of cinema's most famous rebel leaders.

''We couldn't have asked for a great episode today and stepping into the arena we have the most famous rebel leaders in cinema history going up against each otther.'' DeadAliveManiac started off, ''On one side you have Ken Watanabe's character Katsumoto Moritsugu from Last Samurai going up against Scottish rebel William Wallace played by Mel Gibson. Two great actors portraying fictionalized versions of real life warriors who rebelled but ultimately fell in battle against their respective adversaries.''

''Yeah, Katsumoto faced the Imperial Japanese Army when it was first forming under Western influence and wanted to keep the old traditional ways alive despite Japan's modernization and Mel Gibson's William Wallace was much like the real life one in that he rebelled against the English.'' Zivon96 explained.

''Two larger than life figures in their respective films, Katsumoto was a monster of a man who absolutely did not fear death and his thoughts on preserving their old traditions and William's desire for vengeance are their reasons for fighting and it's gonna be a very good fight.'' MKDemigodZ-Warrior said.

''These warriors rebelled against both the Imperial Japanese Army and the English knights who were better armed compared to them and their warriors. They both never surrendered and died valiantly for their beliefs and that's why this fight is the perfect match up. Let's see which leader emerge's victorious.'' PFC Rice Man concluded.

Portrayed by well known Japanese actor Ken Watanabe, the character of Katsumoto Moritsugu was the patriarch of line of samurai that have faithfully served the Emperor of Japan for hundreds of years. He is a charismatic leader, an excellent field commander and tactician, a philosopher, and a student. When Japan began modernizing the old ways were being overshadowed by those of the new and as a result led a rebellion against the Emperor.

''Despite being beaten down by the Imperial Japanese Army who had guns and artillery, Katsumoto was very determined to not let the teachings of bushido die in vain and at the ending of the film fought bravely and died a most glorious death.'' Rice Man explained.

Despite being outgunned and outmanned, the fearless and brave samurai warrior came armed with the most traditional of weapons.

Short Range: Katana

Mid-Range: Yari

Long Range: Daikyu Yumi

Special: Wakizashi

How will the fearless samurai warrior fair when he meets another rebel who is equally determined?

Mel Gibson's portrayal of William Wallace was a Scot commoner whose nation was under the thumb of King Edward "Longshanks" I of England. When his love Murron MacClannough was captured and executed by English knights William became so blind with rage and hatred for the English he began fighting back with a rebel army with the goal of obtaining Scottish independence. Despite never achieving it in his life time it was several years after his death Scotland became independent.

''He, much like Katsumoto fought a superior foe in terms of weapons and equipment and after he died his goal was achieved. Katsumoto is facing a tough opponent today.'' Rice Man concluded.

To fight for Scottish independence the brave Scotsman brought with him an arsenal designed to smash and destroy.

Short Range: War Hammer

Mid-Range: Claymore

Long Range: Ball and Chain

Special: Battle Axe

When these two rebel leaders fought up close with their enemies, they brought with them the deadliest short range weapons in their arsenals. Up first will be William Wallace with the war hammer.

''The war hammer used by the Scottish Highlanders that was effective either on foot or horseback. It was constructed of steel with a wooden handle and measured 27 inches in length and weighed 2 and a half pounds. It was a weapon that spilled the blood of many of my soldiers and is very deadly.'' Edward Longshanks himself in the flesh explained.

''We've seen similar weapons before on our main DW fic, but we've never seen it perform against the kind of armor Katsumoto wore.'' DAM said before pointing toward the target, ''We've set up two torsos, one unarmored and the other wearing Katsumoto's armor. We want three strikes on each target to see what kind of damage this weapon is capable of.''

''You got it.''

Edward then got into position over the stand in samurai target.

''On my go, 3...2...1...smash it!"

''For England you bloody bugger!''

Edward swung the hammer end into the face of the armorless torso with a sickening crunch and partially caved in the face before bringing the weapon high and went for an overhead strike. Much like the previous strike the attack left a bloody, caved in portion of human skull and the bring his points on the first torso the King swung the pick end into the target's chest spilling some more blood.

''He's making mince meat of the target.'' Demigod commented.

Setting his sight on the armored torso the Englishman went for an overhead strike onto the kabuto but the blow did nothing as the weapon harmlessly deflected from his intended point of impact. Undeterred by the mishap Edward brings the pick end and swings into the do-maru getting some penetration. To capitalize on his failure he then swings the hammer end into the menpo smashing a portion of the mask to bits.

Zivon then walks over to assess the damage.

''Staring off with the unarmored target you first struck him right in the cheek bone and with the force of the swing you managed to cave in part of the right side of his face which is near instant death. For the second attack you delivered an instant death strike when you brought the hammer down with so much force you caved in the top part of his skull and the pick end you managed to cause from what I'm observing here a collapsed lung.''

He then moved on to the armored torso and upon further inspection he shook his head slightly.

''Sadly I have sad news to report, the blow to the helmet did absolutely no damage at all and at most you're just pissing him off and the torque isn't even enough to cause any injury to the neck. The pick end did manage to get some penetration in but it is barely an inch so you're not touching skin underneath and might cause, key word might break a rib. The last strike on the mask is good though because not only did you break a piece of it off you're definitely stunning him long enough that you can keep attacking until you break through his armor.'' concluded the doctor.

U.S. Army Captain Nathan Algren, a comrade of Katsumoto steps up shaking his head.

''As much as the war hammer is a deadly weapon, Katsumoto has something that will cut William to pieces.''

Katsumoto responds to the war hammer's assault with the most famous weapon to ever come out of the Land of the Rising Sun.

''The katana is a weapon that measures 30 inches in length and weighs 3 pounds. It's crafted from a hard, high carbon steel for the sides and the cutting edge while a tough, low carbon steel was used for the core and back. This was the very weapon that made the samurai famous and is one of the best swords ever made by man.'' Algren-san explained taking some practice swings with it.

The panelists noticed an engraving on Algren's blade and were curious as to what it said.

''Hey Algren, what does it say on your katana?'' DAM questioned.

''I belong to the warrior, in whom the old ways have joined the new.''

''That's deep, we will have you do the same test as Edward Algren, one torso unarmored and the other wearing Wallace's leather brigandine.''

Algren nodded and stepped into position with his hand on the handle of the blade.

''Okay Algren on my go, 3...2...1...slice and dice!" DAM called out.

Without saying a word, Algren unsheathes the blade and in one swift move decapitates both targets in the blink of an eye to the awe of the panelists. Knowing the panel wanted to see what damage the sword was capable of, Algren walks over to the armored torso and swats the shield away then stabs into the armored torso getting through the leather before moving onward to the second and slices diagonally cutting deep into the target's torso before sheathing he calmly sheathes the blade.

''All done.''

''You know guys, I don't want to repeat myself but seriously, those two decapitations are instant death and they didn't even time to react. When you sliced into the body of the unarmored torso you cut deep enough to cause a collapsed lung and on top of that you've severed the brachial artery. Those two combined is a kill and for the armored torso minus the decapitation you stabbed through the armor enough to get the heart for an instant kill.'' explained Zivon.

''A lot faster than the war hammer too.'' Algren added.

''You won't always land a blow with those fast swings of yours because William has brute strength on his side.'' Edward said.

Both sides have shown their short range weapons, which one does the panel believe takes the edge?

''I am going with the katana, more blade, more smooth in movement.'' DAM started off.

''The katana is always so impressive while weapons like the war hammer always never really impressed outside of versatility so I give the sword the edge.'' Zivon seconded.

''It's a sword versus a hammer, the hammer needs to hit hard with the head to kill and while the spike can kill too, it can cause the weapon to get stuck leaving Wallace in danger.'' Demigod added.

''Katsumoto is also much more trained and his fighting style incorporates many different martial arts the further amplify the katana's effectiveness. It can also get through the armor with no problem as well so it wins here.'' Rice Man concluded.

In short range weapons, the edge goes to Katsumoto Moritsugu for the katana.

Coming up, both warriors bring out their favored mid-range weapons and then later two different methods of long ranged warfare come forth.

XXXXXX

For mid-ranged weapons, our rebel leaders used two different weapon classes and up first will be Katsumoto with a staple of Japanese warfare.

''The yari was a spear that was heavily used by the samurai. This one measure 7 feet in length, weighs 4 pounds and the blade was a little over a foot long. Whil it was mainly used on foot during my time with Katsumoto and his men I've seen them use this as a lance.'' Algren explained with weapon in hand.

''To test it out we've set up another torso here, this time its wearing Wallace's brigandine armor and we will give you 15 seconds to deal as much damage as you can understood?'' DAM explained.

''You got it.'' Algren said getting in position.

DAM gives the countdown and Algren let's out a samurai battle cry before thrusting the spear straight into the armor penetrating with relative ease. He gives a vicious twist before retracting the spear and shoves it into the exposed throat of the torso clearly severing an artery before pulling out once more and jams the blade straight into the target's eye, a small spray of blood following.

Zivon then walks over to assess the damage and takes the armor off the torso.

''The armor did nothing to help this guy, upon further inspection I can tell you punctured the aorta just by the amount of blood spurting out of the wound, once you hit the aorta no matter how small you're dead instantly from the blood loss. The second thrust you had the spear pierce clean through his neck and you got the spinal cord for another instant kill. Lastly the thrust to the eye got deep enough to pierce the brain for another instant kill. 3 for 3 damn good.''

''As you can see it is a very long weapon so you can use it to your advantage to keep your opponent away before you impale them.'' Algren said holding the spear out to prove his point.

Edward walked over and took a look at the spear and noticed how thin the shaft looked.

''It's just another spear, my weapon will not only break it in half, it will destroy your armor.''

William slices back with the weapon that left mutilated English corpses littering the battlefield.

''The claymore was the most common weapon I saw the Highlanders used throughout the film and I must tell you lads it is a very deadly weapon. It was a sword that measured over 4 and a half feet long with a weight at 5 and a half pounds, it was the most devastating and intimidating weapon in William's arsenal.'' explained Edward.

Much like Algren with the yari, Edward will test his claymore out against a torso clad in Katsumoto's armor.

''15 seconds is what we will give you so deal as much damage as possible. On 3...2...1...go!'' DAM shouted.

Letting out a mighty roar, Edward, with all his might took the claymore swung horizontally at the armor striking it dead center in the chest leaving a fairly large dent. He then takes the sword and swings downward at the kabuto but the blade harmlessly deflects off but the torso is left rocking from the impact. Undeterred he preps for a thrust and with all his might he stabs into the armor just as DAM calls time.

''The sensors we placed under the do-maru picked up a force of over 150 PSI which will definitely break a rib and you knocked the wind out of him too. Sorry to say but the blow to the kabuto just deflected off but the force generated was enough to leave him greatly dazed and exposed to more attacks.'' Zivon explained before moving on to the do-maru once more, ''You penetrated at least 2 and a half inches into the armor, enough to break skin but not kill.''

''My main issue with this sword is that it takes a big load, when you're winding up for a swing I can just impale you with the yari.'' Algren chimed in.

''Truth be spoken but once Wallace cuts that spear in half you're done for Yank.'' replied Edward.

Both warriors have shown off their mid-ranged arsenals, which one do the panelists believe takes the edge?

''I want to like the yari for the reach advantage over the claymore but it is restricted to thrusting, the claymore has the power and options.'' DAM started off.

''While the yari has no problem piercing the leather armor of William, William would eventually find his way past the do-maru. I have to go with the claymore this time.'' Zivon commented.

''The claymore is a sword and can easily chop the shaft of the yari and then Katsumoto with it, edge William and his claymore.'' Demigod said.

''Despite the armor failure I have to give it to the claymore based on its destructive capabilities. That thing is a killing machine!'' Rice Man concluded.

In mid-range weapons, the edge goes to William Wallace for the claymore.

Coming up, things are taken to long range when the world's greatest bow goes up against a medieval WMD.

XXXXXX

Both leaders are neck in neck with their short and mid-range weapons, but how will things turn out when they bring out their long ranged arsenals? Up first will be William Wallace with the ball and chain.

''The ball and chain was a weapon that had this 12 pound iron ball attached to a 3 foot chain with the handle being this ring right here. It can be tossed long range as a projectile and can be used in melee combat as a bludgeoning weapon.'' Edward explained.

''Damn, it looks like it can do some serious damage.'' DAM commented.

''It is heavy yes, but it makes up for that with damage.''

Edward quickly took the weapon and smashed the head of a nearby torso, the head completely exploding from the force to show off the power of the weapon.

To test out the damage capabilities of the ball and chain, the team has set up two torsos, one unarmored and the other torso armored up in Katsumoto's do-maru and kabuto.

''You may begin.'' DAM said.

Edward picks up the weapon and begins to wind up the ball for a toss and when he found the momentum he was comfortable with he hurls the ball toward the unarmored torso and makes direct contact with the exposed chest completely smashing ribs and knocking it over. Once he walked over and picked up the weapon he makes a mad dash and unleashing a battle cry he takes the ball and brings it down onto the kabuto leaving a dent in the helmet before kicking the torso over and raising the weapon high he brings it down with as much might as he could and smashed into the do-maru.

''Goddamn, I don't even want to be a doctor if I have to look at people with real injuries like these. The first guy has his entire frontal part of the rib cage shattered and there's no doubt in my mind that with them being broken fragments of the ribs are puncturing his lungs and heart. The heart would've also been contused from the impact so this is instant death right away. For the armored torso the sensors picked up over 1,300 PSI which is more than enough to break the human skull and you've definitely left a skull fracture on the kabuto. The do-maru did very little to protect this man from injuries and you broken several ribs and probably a contused heart.'' explained Zivon.

''This is a really poor example of a long range weapon, Katsumoto fought against the Imperaial Japanese Army who were being equipped with guns and cannons as well as gatling guns. He has a weapon that can take Wallace down from a much further distance.'' Algren commented.

To counter the brute force of the ball and chain, Katsumoto fires back with one of the best bows in history.

''Before the katana, the yumi was the staple of the samurai. This bow was made from laminated bamboo, wood and leather and comes with a special grip that allowed it to be fired off horseback despite the height. It is 7 feet tall and weighs only 2 pounds.'' Algren explained.

''From what we've seen in our original DW, we know how great this bow is and we're gonna have you fire 5 arrows into a target wearing William's armor to see damage potential and armor piercing capabilities.'' DAM explained.

''You got it. For this I will be using narrow arrowheads.''

Algren-san strings his first arrow and takes aim at the target. Finding his shot he releases the arrow and the projectile goes flying straight through the eye of the target making everyone cringe at the sight.

''I really wouldn't want that to happen to me.'' Rice Man commented.

With his second shot he takes aim at the other eye and like the shot before this one he manages to get the arrow into the eye making everyone else cringe again. Taking his third arrow he takes aim at the armor and the projectile manages to pierce through. With the fourth arrow he sends it flying straight into the torso's throat before concluding his test by firing the last arrow into the armor again where the heart would've been.

''I'm all done.''

''I really don't have to explain the eye shots do I? You got some eye-kabobs going on here and this guy is gonna be feeling all of this before he hemorrhages to the points of no return. The throat shot is also self-explanatory, got him in the windpipe and maybe severing the spinal cord for an instant kill.''

The Jew Canadian doctor then moves downward to inspect the armor penetration.

''We've got some fairly good penetration here, it's not enough to kill him but he's definitely wounded, I see at least 2 inches into the body.''

Following the testing of these two different weapons, the panelists needed no time to discuss their edge as they've already made their decision.

''Yumi takes it all the way, nuff said.'' DAM said.

''It has range, nuff said.'' Zivon also said.

''Yeah...the range is just so much greater and at least Katsumoto wouldn't accidentally hurt himself with his bow.'' Demigod added.

''With proper training which Katsumoto has, the yumi will destroy William literally a hundred times over, the ball and chain is only really good up close.'' Rice Man concluded.

For long range weapons, the edge goes to Katsumoto Moritsugu for the daikyu yumi.

Coming up, we conclude weapon testing by bringing out two deadly special weapons and then later two famed rebel leaders meet to see who is deadliest!

XXXXXX

Now both warriors bring out their special weapons. Up first will be Katsumoto with the brother blade of the katana.

''This is the wakizashi, it looks very similar to the katana in its design but it's intended purpose was to be used as a sidearm. Compared to the katana which measures 30 inches, this sword measured only 18 and when paired with the former they were called the daisho which means big-little.'' Algren explained, ''This was the very weapon that ended Katsumoto's life during the final battle of The Last Samurai.''

''It's one of the best blades used by the samurai class outside of the katana. To test this weapon out we have set up an armored and unarmored torso for you. You may begin when ready.'' DAM instructed.

Algren nodded and got into position. Placing his hand onto the handle he swiftly unsheathes the blade and slices deep into the neck of the unarmored torso nearly decapitating it in the process. Knowing his work was done with the first target he sets his sights on the armored torso and lunged forward and thrusts the blade into the torso's gut going clean through the armor. Pulling the sword out he grabs the torso's neck and jammed the wakizashi deep into its face with a sickening crunch before finishing it off with a slice to the throat spilling blood everywhere.

Zivon then walks over to assess the damage.

''I'm finding myself always impressed by the skill and speed of which the samurai used their blades. When you took that sword and jammed it into the gut you're cutting into his intestines, it's not a kill but perforating his GI tract which will spill contents into the cavity and cause sepsis which is lethal. You then take that blade and jam it right into his cheeks and the angle of which you did it would've hit the bottom portion of the brain for another instant kill. Last but not least you severed all major arteries and veins in his neck for another kill.''

''While I do admire your work lad I have a weapon that will chop your man limb from limb.'' Edward said.

William responds with a weapon designed to hack and destroy.

''The battle axe wielded by the Highlanders in Braveheart was a weapon that measured over 3 feet in length and weighed 5 pounds. It was a weapon that hit hard and no matter how good your armor is you'd feel the impact.'' Edwards explained.

''It's the same test for you, an unarmored and armored torso to gauge the damage potential of this weapon.'' DAM said pointing to the torsos.

Edward nodded and got into position.

''On 3...2...1...go!"

Edward roared viciously as he brought the axe down onto the crown of the target almost cleaving halfway through the skull in a gory spectacle. Twisting the weapon while it was still in the skull he caused the head to pop open before swinging the axe downward and cuts deep into the shoulder. Pulling the weapon out he makes his way over to the armored torso and brings the axe down onto the kabuto but the blade is deflected. He then swings horizontally at the do-maru and leaves a dent.

''I really won't go into the first guy because clearly killed him, the skull is instant kill and the cut into the shoulder would be as well since you're breaking ribs, cutting the right lung and possibly the aorta for a massive bleed out. Moving onto the armored target the kabuto as we've seen before deflected your blow with no problem but the chance of a concussion happening is high up there with the force the weapon struck the helmet. Your blow to the chest would've left only a broken rib, that's it and he's winded too and knocked onto his ass.'' explained Zivon.

''My main concern with his axe is that yes you get damage on an unarmored guy but when you're going up against steel armor you're gonna tire yourself out trying to get through it which will leave you open to attack.'' Rice Man commented.

''And if you miss your first blow or you're getting ready to swing it Katsumoto would just close the distance right away and take your guy down.'' Algren boasted.

''I don't care, you can't deny the damage.'' Edward replied.

Following a display of both special weapons, which one does the panel believe takes the edge? They appear to be divided.

''I'm going with the axe, it hits harder and I think it will eventually make its way through Katsumoto's armor.'' DAM started.

''I agree, the damage you can't ignore at all and one it is all you need with something that powerful. Looks like a train ran you over when it's done with you.'' Zivon seconded.

''It has the reach too, so there's that as well. Katsumoto won't be able to close in if William is still swinging it around.'' Demigod added.

''I disagree with you people, speed is important in a battle like this and Katsumoto can just dodge a swing, close in and stab Wallace in the face. I give my edge to the wakizashi.'' Rice Man countered.

''Wrong buckaroo.'' Demigod said.

In special weapons, the edge goes to William Wallace for the battle axe.

Now for armor, William Wallace brought with him his leather brigandine and shield while Katusmoto wore the most traditional of samurai armor, his kabuto helmet and do-maru body armor.

''While Wallace has a shield which acts as an extra layer of defense, Katsumoto brings in real steel in his armor which provides much better protection.'' DAM started off.

''His metals are far more advanced than even the steel in Wallace's weapons, there's no doubt he'd find a way around the shield. Edge Katsumoto.'' Zivon seconded.

''It's steel versus leather, steel obviously wins.'' Demigod added.

''Despite Wallace's armor being lighter, it's not protecting him from everything Katsumoto is bringing in. Edge to the samurai warrior.'' Rice Man concluded.

And to conclude the testing, the panel will discuss with the experts tactics used by these leaders in their respective film's battles that resulted in their glorious defeats. Up first will be Katsumoto with the climatic battle of The Last Samurai based on the real life Battle of Shiroyama.

''The Imperial Japanese Army, by the time this battle began was much more trained and better equipped than when I first came to Japan. To make up for our technological disadvantage Katsumoto and I had our warriors use fire arrows to set bales of hay on fire to cut off the advancing troops and also created a massive cloud of smoke. In the chaos we then had our warriors do an arrow rain strategy to try and kill off as many soldiers as we can before we charged toward them, close enough for a sword.'' Algren explained, ''As we clashed with the soldiers a second formation of Imperial soldiers joined the fray, that's when we called for a cavalry charged with caused confusion among the troops.''

''Very genius strategy and while it did end in defeat for Katsumoto, the Imperial army suffered massive casualties, what about you Edward?'' DAM asked.

''At the Battle of Stirling Wallace knew his forces were outmatched in terms of manpower and weapons and they had no heavy cavalry which made it even worse for them. However, they had the advantage when it came to their strategic finesse. Their first strategy was to have us expend our arrows and while some Highlanders died from the initial rain it did little to deter the Scots. We unleashed a second arrow rain and yielded the same results as the first one. After that the English sent in their cavalry and just as they were about to smash the enemy lines the Scots picked up pikes made of wood and impaled the horses. So with the heavy cavalry out of the way we had now choice but to face them in close combat and it did not end well for us. Turns out we were outmatched in close quarters.''

After discussing both battles, which one do our experts believe have the edge?

''While Wallace had displayed some strategic genius in his battle, Katsumoto was able to utilize cavalr, blades and bows and arrows to great effect against an army with rifles, repeaters, cannons and gatling guns and inflicted heavy losses! Despite his battle ending in his glorious defeat we have to give this one to Katsumoto Moritsugu.'' DAM said.

In battle strategy, the edge goes to Katsumoto Moritsugu.

Coming up! Metal gauges the x-factors of both leaders and then our battle of cinema's greatest rebels begins!

XXXXXX

Welcome back to the fight club, here we tested out the weapons of cinema's famous rebels to determine who is deadliest.

For short range weapons, the katana decapitated the war hammer.

''It has reach and functions much more smoothly.'' DAM explained.

Edge: Katsumoto Moritsugu

For mid-range weapons, the claymore cut down Katsumoto's yari.

''It's a versatile slash and stab weapon and causes much more trauma than the yari.'' Zivon explained.

Edge: William Wallace

For long range weapons, Katsumoto's yumi outshot and outperformed the ball and chain.

''It's an actual long ranged weapon, the ball and chain just isn't suited for this category.'' Demigod explained.

Edge: Katsumoto Moritsugu

For special weapons, the battle axe proved more destructive over the wakizashi.

''Like we mentioned before in short range, reach plays in the axe's favor as well as the damage it can do.'' Rice Man concluded.

Edge: William Wallace

For armor, Katsumoto's do-maru proved much more effective than William's leather brigandine.

''Sure he has a shield, but Wallace's armor is completely defenseless against everything Katsumoto has.'' DAM explained.

Edge: Katsumoto Moritsugu

And finally, for battle strategy Katsumoto's use of the terrain and outdated weaponry outdid William.

''They used fire arrows to cause chaos among the IJA troops, arrow rains to thin out their numbers before finally closing in with their swords.'' Zivon explained.

Edge: Katsumoto Moritsugu

Now, our resident computer wizz and metalhead Metal Harbinger will evaluate the x-factors.

''Let's get this done.'' he said.

''First is discipline and this one was a no brainer, Katsumoto was brought up as a samurai warrior, warriors who were taught the code of bushido and that turned them into hardcore warriors. 100 to an 80.''

''For training this went to Katsumoto again as him and his fellow samurai were trained since they were children to become Japan's deadly aristocratic warriors. They trained in the sword, bow and as cavalry so it is a 100 to an 85.''

''For dedication this was even on both ends. Katsumoto and Wallace did not stop fighting for what they believed in despite the odds against them. Both men scored a 100 each.

''Fourth is physicality and this went toward Katsumoto as he is taller and wearing heavier armor and his training comes into play. 95 to a 93.''

''Last is strategy and this one was even. They both used whatever they had to great effect against their adversaries, in Katsumoto's case it was obsolete armor and weapons to William's disadvantage in not having heavy cavalry. Both men have an 89 each.''

With the necessary data inputted into the sim, Metal will now run the simulator one-thousand times in a duel to the death.

Who will win between cinema's greatest and most fearless rebel leaders?

''In the end, only one man is walking away from this, let's go.'' Metal said before hitting the button.

XXXXXX

It was a calm and quiet day in a forest not too far from his village. Knowing the final battle of his rebellion draws near the samurai warrior Katsumoto Moritsugu was seen in full battle armor meditating atop a rock beside a small waterfall.

His yari and yumi were laid neatly beside him while on his person he had his trusted katana and wakizashi.

''I wish I had a fellow warrior who would like to converse with me.'' thought the samurai warrior.

His attention was caught when he heard the snapping of twigs to his right and he immediately got up and faced the direction of the sound. He heard more footsteps when suddenly a man with long brown hair emerged from the trees. The only white man he knew was Nathan Algren and this certainly didn't look like him at all as he was carrying a massive sword and a round object with him.

It was William Wallace, King of Scots.

''Warrior, who are you? From where did you come from?'' Katsumoto asked.

The strange man only scoffed at the sight of the Asian man and putting his weapons down he turns around and lifts his kilt up exposing his rear end to the samurai. Katsumoto was appalled at the disrespectful gesture and only watched the white man and when he was finished with his lewd behavior he put his kilt down and scooped up his ball and chain.

When he prepared to hurl it at his foe an arrow struck him in the upper torso but thankfully his armor prevented serious injury. He looks up to see Katsumoto fire off another arrow and this time he managed to raise his shield in time to avoid hitting his eye.

Lowering his shield he quickly spun around and tossed the ball and chain straight at Katsumoto who easily dodged the heavy weapon. Katsumoto looks up to see William draw his warhammer and quickly he puts on his menpo and kabuto before drawing his katana in response.

He leaps off the rock and gets into a battle position just as Wallace came close and he twirls around the Scottish rebel while swinging his katana at the same time. He only managed to cut the leather armor a bit and William responded by backhanding the samurai warrior with his shield sending him stumbling backward and trying to maintain his footing.

Taking the advantage William lunged forward to bring his warhammer down onto Katsumoto's shoulder making him grunt from the impact but the samurai's steel armor saved him from serious damage.

Now on his knees Katsumoto used his left hand to grab onto William's hammer arm to hold him in place and right then and there he thrusted his katana forward hoping to impale the Scotsman. William's managed to raise his shield in time and swats the katana right out of Katsumoto's grip before using his shield to bash Katsumoto away sending him to the ground.

He quickly rushes over with his war hammer and goes to bring it down but the Japanese warrior rolls out of the way and makes a mad dash toward his yari and scoops it up. With his spear in hand he turns to see William charging at him again and points his spear out.

Raising his shield just in time the yari only pierces through the wood and both men struggle to gain control of it. Using his longer weapon Katsumoto gave a sharp twist and the shield was flung away from the Scotsman and Katsumoto quickly goes for a thrust and stabs William through his side. William growls in pain and reaches for his battle axe and brings it downward cutting through the shaft of the yari rendering the weapon useless.

Katsumoto picks up some dirt and chucks it at William who quickly looks away to avoid it getting into his eyes. With his battle axe he makes a mad dash toward the Japanese warrior and swings the weapon. Thankfully, since he didn't want to risk losing his hands Katsumoto had no choice but to hope his armor would absorb the blow. He was glad it did but he felt the impact of the blow and the wind was knocked out of him.

William's follows through with another swing, this time he struck Katsumoto across the kabuto knocking the helmet off. Katsumoto ducks another swing from his opponent and made his way to where his katana was and picks it up. Hearing William's behind him he turns around to see the axe coming down onto his face and it was only inches away from his exposed head when he raised his sword high to block the blow.

However, the might of the attack almost caused him to drop the katana but using his strength he manages to push William's axe off his sword and followed through with a thrust into William's shield arm.

The katana dug into his flesh causing him to cry out in pain and made another effort to strike Katsumoto with his axe Katsumoto ducked again and went in for a full force tackle that causes him and William to fall over a small cliff toward the bottom of the waterfall he was meditating near earlier.

The two warrior hit the water with a tremendous splash and several minutes later they both were seen swimming back to shore. Both men coughing to get the water out of their lungs and upon looking further Katsumoto's grip on his katana stood true, sadly for William he had lost his axe.

He heard some metal hit the rock and looked to see his claymore washing ashore. Picking it up he firmly holds onto it with both his hands as he faces Katsumoto and saw the Japanese warrior had lost his menpo in the fall.

Katsumoto realized that it would be useless to talk this warrior out of fighting so he responded to the massive sword by drawing his wakizashi and he held both his swords defensively in front of him. Both men circled each other and it would be William who made the first move with a thrust only for Katsumoto to bring his katana down and goes in for a stab with the wakizashi.

Like before, the blade punctures through his armor and flesh and he shoves his opponent away. He follows through with a mighty swing still recovering from the shove the samurai warrior was hit in the side with a powerful blow and he felt a rib break from the impact. Fighting through the pain he responds by thrusting his katana as hard as he could and the blade went straight into William's shoulder from one end and the tip of the blade was poking through the Scotsman's upper back.

The pain was too great for William to take as he screamed in agony.

He tries in vain to fight through his injury but felt a sharp pain in his gut. He let out small gasps of pain as he looked down to see Katsumoto had jammed his wakizashi into his belly. Slowly raising his head to look up at his opponent he tried to say something but the samurai warrior proceeded to cut his gut open.

His screams of agony filled the air as he then fell to his knees with zero energy to continue on. The Scotsman then muttered to himself as he looked at the ground in defeat.

''Fr...''

Paying no attention to the dying man, Katsumoto raised his katana high and after a few seconds of silence he lets out a battle cry before swinging his sword.

''Freedom!''

His cry of freedom was silenced as the katana decapitated him in one fell swoop.

Watching the head roll away Katsumoto takes out a cloth and wipes the blood off his katana before sheathing it.

''Looks like we will not have conversation.'' he said before bowing in respect for his adversary.

Following a lopsided battle between cinema's most famous rebel leaders it would be Katsumoto who walks away alive. With over 58.8% of the wins over William's 41.2% his high win percentage was contributed to his superior armor and better training.

''William lost horribly because he had ineffective armor and none of his weapons could get through Katsumoto's armor.'' DAM commented.

''No matter how hard he tried, William was not getting past that armor even with his mighty claymore, he was just plain outgunned or in his case, outsworded?'' Zivon added.

''Katsumoto was able to tank several bullets from a revolver, rifles and freaking gatling guns before finally going down, it took seppuku to kill him so what was William supposed to do against a man with that kind of durability?'' Demigod questioned.

''You have to give credit to William because of his dedication, but today the mighty Last Samurai is the last man standing in this battle.'' Rice Man concluded.

''You know what? I'm glad that peasant lost." Edward said with a shrug.

''Even in the face of gunfire Katsumoto didn't falter, he was a man who is the personification of a fearless warrior.'' Algren commeted.

(Katsumoto is seen still standing over the corpse of the fallen Scot and mourned at having failed to make conversation with him. ''Cut!'' Out of nowhere William rose from the dead with his head still intact and he walked over to Katsumoto and shook hands with him, both men laughing together at the splendid fight scene they just filmed. Wait a minute...it was a crossover between Braveheart and The Last Samurai!)
