Episode 3 - Terry's New Pet
Tokyo's Recording Studio
"And is done, this take was pretty good, boys." - Says Chizuru finishing the recording session of her band
"Fiu, I thought we were going to need to repeat that again." - Kyo
"At least is over." - Athena
"Good, I can now focus on taking Mamahaha for his daily walk." - Nakoruru goes to where her hawk was waiting for her in the studio
"You know, I'm surprised Chizuru lets you keep that hawk." - Kyo
"Yes, especially after that incident." - Says Athena chuckling a little
"That was my fault, I should had watched him more closely." - Nakoruru
"Hmph! Pretty sure Kagura only lets you to keep that damn bird, only because she is too lazy to find a better pianist." - Iori
"Iori!" - Athena
"Tell me I'm wrong?" - Iori
"Hey, guys. There's nothing bad with the band having a pet. And besides, I personally believe Mamahaha is not as troublesome as we think he is." - Terry
"I mean he eats less than Yagami." - Kyo
"Hehehe." - Athena chuckles as the red haired man just looks at them annoyed gritting his teeth
"Would be nice to have a pet." - Terry
"Stop with that nonsense, Bogard. The band doesn't need another pet, especially when we have Maki here." - Iori
"Hey!" - Maki
"You guys need to stop with that talk. Nakoruru promised me that she would take care of her pet, she has done that well as far as I knoe, of course outside of that little incident. But I know that was an accident." - Chizuru
"Besides, there's something cute about the little bird." - Chizuru
"So that means, mascots aren't forbidden in the band?" - Asked Terry curious
"No they aren't. I mean, Mamapapaya." - Chizuru
"Mamahaha." - Nakoruru
"Mamahaha is a special case but I doubt any of you guys would get a pet that would be troublesome for the band." - Chizuru
"Oh look at the hour, come on. Let's go eat something, I'll invite today." - Chizuru
Moments later
The band is seen eating on a table in the mall, with sharing some of her salad with her pet, while the rest eat trying to not paid attention to how much Nakoruru loves her pet
Terry and Nakoruru are seen walking back to the apartment complex where both live
"Thanks for being the only one not annoyed by me and Mamahaha, Terry." - Nakoruru breaks the silence as they walk back
"Don't mention it, I'm not bothered. Though I can see Ms. Kagura and co really are still trying to adapt to your way of doing things." - Terry
"*Sigh* Yes, I do have thought about leaving Mamahaha go off and be free but I don't think that's what he wants either... The mere fact he followed through that hole in the ice already should tell you of how big is our link." - Nakoruru
"You know, I wonder. What must be like to have a partner like Mamahaha? A cool pet?" - Terry
"..." - Nakoruru opened her eyes surprised by such question
"You-You're curious about it?" - Nakoruru asked with stars on her eyes
"Well... Sure, would be fun. I mean-" - Terry is grabed by the arm
"Then let's go, there's a place where we can get a partner for you, Terry." - Nakoruru
Some Moments Later - Pet Palace - Tokyo
"What is this place?" - Terry
"Is a pet store, Terry. They have alot of animals here in this place, maybe we will find a good pet for you if we search hard enough." - Nakoruru
"Listen, Nakoruru. I appreciate this, but I don't think-Hey!" - Terry realizes a hand took out his cap, only to turn to see what appears to be a monkey behind the bars putting Terry's cap in his head
"Hehehe.. I think he likes you, Terry." - Nakoruru
"Oh, bad monkey!" - The owner of the store retrieves the cap from the monkey's head to give it to Terry back
"He doesn't tend to steal stuff like this, for real." - Says the female owner of the store
"Don't worry, I'm not mad. in fact I think our pal there just wanted to get my attention." - Terry
"Eh... Terry, have you find an animal that calls your attention?" - Nakoruru
"Hmph..." - Terry takes a look at the animals in the store, then he takes a look again at the small lonely monkey that took his cap.
"I think I took my decision." - Says Terry calling the attention of Nakoruru
"What? You actually payed for him!" - Nakoruru is surprised to see Terry and the monkey coming out of the store together
"Yep, I think he likes me. And look! He already got used to stay on my shoulder." - Terry plays with his new pet monkey
"Have you thought about the name you're going to give him?" - Nakoruru
"Hmph... How about Ukee? Sounds like a cute name, isn't it?" - Terry
"That's a fantastic name, Terry!" - Nakoruru
That night Terry spended time playing with Ukee and showing him the apartment
The next day
*Yawn* - Kyo
"Hello, guys." - Athena arrives
"Hello, Athena." - Kyo
"You arrived earlier." - Iori
"Yes, earlier than Ms. Kagura." - Nakoruru
"So Chizuru hasn't arrived?" - Athena
"She hasn't." - Kyo
"Hello guys." - For the surprise of the group, Terry arrives with his new pet on his shoulder
"Is that... A monkey?!" - Kyo
"What the hell is that thing doing here?" - Iori
"Wow, I see Nakoruru isn't the only with a little pet now." - Athena and Kyo go to see Terry's monkey while Iori stays sitting not caring about it
"Me and Nakoruru visited the local pet store last night and well, I couldn't say no to this little friend." - Terry
"Sorry for arriving later, guys. Me and Maki went to the bank for-" - Chizuru enters when suddenly
*Screech* - Ukee reactions seeing Chizuru screaming angry for the shock of the entire group before this one launching running towards her angry
"Wait Ukee!" - Terry
The angry little monkey jumps towards Chizuru's face to rip her to shreds, Kagura and Maki jump to both sides with Chizuru reacting as the monkey starts jumping landing on her back holding her hair with fury
"ARGH! Get this thing out of my head!" - Screams Chizuru as Ukee pulls her hair violently with Kagura trying to remove him from her back
"Ukee! No! Bad boy! Bad boy!" - Terry goes and manages to remove Ukee from Chizuru's back before this one started to beat Chizuru up
*Panting* - Chizuru sits in the ground as Terry and Nakoruru put Ukee inside the cage where normally Mamahaha stays
"I don't know what happened, he hadn't acted this crazy before." - Terry
"So that monkey is yours, Terry?!" - Chizuru asks angry getting up
"Well-Hehehe... Yes, he is my pet Ukee." - Says Terry nervous
"I don't want to see him in the studio ever again if you're not going to control it." - Chizuru fixes her messy hair
"Wait, Chizuru I can control him. Trust me, this won't happen again." - Terry
"You better do it, because if you're not going to control it. Maybe we should get a new baterist." - Chizuru goes to the recording cabin as the band goes to recording room
"Ooh, looks like someone is in trouble. Would be a shame if you were to get fired, Terry. Still cute monkey." - Says Maki with a little mocking smile looking at Terry
"Ignore her, Terry. You know how annoying can Maki be." - Nakoruru
"Yes, I'm sure there's a good reason why Ukee acted like this." - Kyo and the group stare at the angry way Ukee is looking at Kagura
"Hmm..." - Nakoruru pays attention to the way how Ukee is staring at Chizuru through the cage
Unfortunately for Terry, the next week was hell for him and the group as Ukee became more violent and angry with the mere appearence of Chizuru to the point it was more harder to control him
"What the hell is wrong with this monkey?!" - Says Iori asking as they see Ukee moving and gritting his teeth at Kagura who is hidding behind Iori's back and looks all messed up
"I don't know why this monkey hates me so much! Terry, weren't you supposed to control him?" - Chizuru
"I'm trying but he is starting to not even listening to me. I swear I didn't have anything to do with his behaviour towards Chizuru." - Terry shows his bandaged fingers showcasing how even him is having troubles controlling Ukee now
For the shock of the group, in that moment showcasing incredible abilities to adapt, Ukee moves the handle of the lock managing to free himself jumping out of the cage to attack Iori and Chizuru
"What?!" - Terry
"How did-how-when?!" - Exclaims Terry as Iori struggles with the little monkey while Kagura all scared shivers hidding behind a couch
"We can't be underestimating him because of his size, Terry. This isn't good... If we don't do something about his behaviour soon, he will end up representing a danger for Mr. Kagura and Iori." - Says Nakoruru as Terry and Kyo manage to hep Iori sent Ukee back to his cage
*Screeches* - Ukee starts screaming violently pushing himself against the cage looking with nothing but hatred to Kagura
"That monkey is the devil incarnated..." - Chizuru
"No, no, Chizuru. He is just confused." - Nakoruru
"Terry, we need to return to the owner of the store and ask her everything he knows regarding Ukee and from where did he come from." - Nakoruru
"Yes, I love the little guy but this is just getting out of hand." - Says Terry trying to pet Ukee only for the monkey to look angry with him too
Both Terry and Nakoruru take Ukee back to the store while Athena, Kyo, Maki, Chizuru and Iori stay
"I already told you everything I knew about this monkey, once is out of my store, isn't my problem!" - Says the owner of the store rejecting to talk more about the theme
"Well in that case..." - Terry is about to open the cage as the angry monkey looks at the owner with hatred starting to intimidate her
"Ok ok. I'll talk but don't freed that thing!" - Says the owner giving up scared
"I got Ukee from a natural reserve... A group of hunters sold him to me, a certain woman named Yuna." - Says the owner recalling on what happened
"I admit it, I get the animals for my stores from this sites and the price for Ukee wasn't much, this woman was happy to finally get rid of him and we made a deal but that's all I know." - Says the owner
"Give us the direction of this so called natural reserve and how does this Yuna looks!" - Terry
"Ah..." - The owner looks hesitant only for Nakoruru to grab on the lock of the cage about to open it
"Yeah sure!" - Says the owner giving them the direction and the description of the woman called Yuna
Moments later
"You look shocked, what is wrong, Nakoruru?" - Asks Terry as both are seen walking towards the natural reserve
"Terry, I think I'm starting to understand why Ukee hated Chizuru so much, the description this woman gave us... This Yuna literally shares alot of resemblance with Ms. Kagura herself." - Nakoruru
"Yes, you're right. It was almost as if this woman was describing Chizuru, but what do you think about it?" - Terry
"I think this Yuna must had done something terrible to Ukee and this is why he acts so violent towards Chizuru, Ukee thinks Chizuru is Yuna and vice versa." - Nakoruru finally understands it as they arrive at the place
"Are you sure?" - Terry
"I dunno, but it could be. Maybe is based on the images of Ukee's brains. He believes Yuna and Chizuru are the same or the mere resemblance between the two makes Ukee think she is this woman and that causes him to attack her." - Nakoruru and Terry enter in the place
"Hello, what can I do for you?" - Ask a man in the reserve
"We want to talk with Yuna? We are interested in buying a hawk." - Nakoruru
"..." - The man looks at the two with suspicion
"Sure, this way." - Says the man making Nakoruru and Terry go first walking into a corridor when suddenly
*Clank* - The man hits them in the back with a nightstick making them drop on the ground unconscious
Moments later
Nakoruru and Terry open their eyes, only to see themselves having been tied up on top of a what looks like a chamber looking like a swamp
"Terry, where we are?" - Nakoruru opens her eyes just realizing they are tied up above what it looks like a swamp with alot of crocodiles moving on the waters on the ground
"I don't know but I don't like this at all. Oh man, this sucks!" - Terry sees the same group of crocodiles moving eagerly waiting for their food
"Well well, look at what we have here. Two of the members of the band of fighters, that know about my secret business... In my reserve." - Says the infamous Yuna who curiously enough looks very similar to Chizuru
"Chizuru what are you doing here!" - Terry
"No, Terry! That's Yuna!" - Nakoruru
"Oh... She really looks like her alot." - Terry and Nakoruru are shocked by the striking resemblance of Yuna
"Hmph! So what's this all about anyway? How does two musicians like you two know about my secret business and what were you doing with one of my super rare specimens from the rhesus macaque species that was stolen from me." - Yuna
"Rhesus Macaque!" - Both say surprised
"Wait, stolen? We thought, but-from where I buyed Ukee, the woman of the shop told us you sold it to her!" - Terry is confused
"What woman? You mean a short brown haired little woman who tried to negotiate for a group of birds? She was the one who stole my Rhesus Macaque?!" - Yuna
"So everything she said about buying it was a lie!" - Nakoruru
"Of course it was a lie, you fools! Why would I sell such a rare specimen like this. Especially after the trouble it took me to capture it in first place?" - Yuna
"You capture him!" - Nakoruru
"That means you took him from his kind and his family! What a bitch!" - Terry
"Shut up, you two idiots. This little specimen will make me rich now that is back on my hands again as for you as a token of my gratitude, you two can be useful for me and serve as mere food for my crocodiles." - Yuna leaves the poor Ukee in a corner with her starting to move the lever to pull Nakoruru and Terry deeper at the mercy of the crocodiles
"Ah! You won't get away with this!" - Nakoruru screams as she and Terry start to believe this is the end as Yuna with devilish smile keeps moving the level more and more
"Ukee!" - Terry screams making Ukee come out of his anger trance realizing his owner is about to be used as food for the crocodiles
In that moment the little monkey starts remembering all the good moments he had with Terry despite only being a week, Terry had treated better than what Yuna and the store owner had with remembering the day the infamous Yuna took him from his family
*Clack* - Ukee manages to open the lock with him screaming angry at Yuna
"What? How did you get out-ARGH!" - Without having a moment to process this, Yuna is attacked by the angry Ukee with this making the level stop as Yuna tries to remove the monkey from her face
"Ukee!" - Nakoruru sees Ukee is attacking Yuna with her and Terry seeing how they were left hanging from the middle of the swamp
"Quick Terry! We have to balance us toward the corner! We have to help Ukee!" - Nakoruru manages to reach to where her knife is using it to cut the rope with her and Terry managing to hold on the rope dangling
"One. Two. Three!" - Both jump while holding to the rope as Ukee keeps attacking Yuna
"You damn dirty monkey! Get out of my face." - Yuna
"Ah we made it!" - Terry manages to hold to a bar of the place where Yuna is with him and Nakoruru just needing to pull up
"Ah. Terry... I think I'm going to slip!" - Nakoruru feels her hand slipping with her falling slipping towards the swamp
"NO!" - Terry uses both hands to hold Nakoruru now standing on the same space where Yuna is with him seeing his hat falling to the swamp but he keeps holding Nakoruru with such strong grip
"I got you!" - Terry helps Nakoruru get up with both seeing Ukee and Yuna still struggling
"Ah! You damn monkey! I have had enough of you, die!" - Yuna pulls out a gun from her bag aiming at the monkey but she misses the shot and Ukee jumps hitting Yuna with all his body making Yuna be sent backwards towards the bar
"AHHHH!" - Yuna falls to the crocodile swamp for the shock of both Terry and Nakoruru as they approach to see Yuna emerging to the surface only for to be surrounded by crocodiles who don't waste time to tear her to shreds engulfing her in the water with one last crocodile appearing sporting Terry's hat on his head before going down on the water
"Aw it was my favorite cap." - Says Terry as the little monkey goes to him climbing to his shoulder hugging him for the surprise of both Terry and Nakoruru
"We need to call the police!" - Nakoruru
Moments later the police are seeing arriving and taking all the workers of Yuna into custody as well as the police and nature organization of Tokyo who takes hold of all the animals Yuna had captured and was ilegally selling and trafficking! With every single animal being seen taken out of the place
"Yuna had a big number of species in this big building from all kinds, we will free them but right now we need to take care of them. We know this woman treated them awfully as alot of them were hard to approach without first convincing them we weren't here to hurt them. Luckily our experts were able to treat them well and they will be coming with us." - Says the man lead of this organization to Terry and Nakoruru
"There's someone who I believe would love to return to his home." - Says Terry as he turns to look at Ukee
Ukee is sad as he embrances Terry with him now regretting having hurt his owner
"Yeah, I know is hard but trust me. This people are good people and they won't hurt you. In fact with their help, you might be able to return to your family again. I would love to have you with us, but I want you to be able to be where you can be free and with other of your kind. You deserve to be free after what you have gone through." - Terry
For Terry's shock as if he was capable of understanding it, Ukee nods in affirmation with him petting his head this time
"Yeah, I'm going to miss you too. Take care my friend." - Ukee is given to the man leader of the organization as both Nakoruru and Terry leave the place
"Don't worry, Terry. I'm sure after everything you two went through, he will never forget about you." - Nakoruru
"I hope so." - Terry
One Week Later
"Terrryyy!" - A totally red and angry Chizuru is seen on top of a chair trying to be safe from Terry's new pet... A Komodo Dragon
"What? Unlike Ukee, Coco doesn't bite and he just wants to play with you, Ms. Kagura." - Terry
"*Sigh*" - Nakoruru and Mamahaha sigh with Kyo, Iori, Maki and Athena facepalming
