Episode 5 - Chaos in The Carnival
Tokyo Recording Studio
"What a lame story! They just ressurected the villains from the past stories, this series is lame!" - Says Maki complaining reading a comic sitting with Athena, Kyo and Terry
"Who is the little hawk of mommy, who is the little good hawk?" - Says Nakoruru feeding her pet Mamahaha
"Good news, guys. The last concert was a success. TV rantings were higher than the last time." - Says Chizuru entering with Iori
"Hell yeah!" - Kyo
"Wohoo!" - Athena
"Nice!" - Terry
"As for other news, we recieved a invitation to play in the local carnival of the city, alot of other popular bands are going to be there, from the VKS, The World Heroes, Another Impact and Shockwave." - Chizuru
"Oh we are going to go the the carnival?" - Maki
"Maybe... I have send a reply but-" - Chizuru
"Please, sister! We have to be there, please!" - Maki puts two puppy eyes begging Chizuru
"Please?" - Maki
"*Sigh* Sure, we are going to be there. Just let me firm the reply." - Chizuru
"Hmph! Playing in some vile and vulgar carnival? Really?" - Iori
"Shut up, Iori. You always have to ruin the fun, can't you chill out for one day?" - Maki
"Stop suggesting stuff, brat. I don't need tips from a little girl like you." - Iori
"You two stop fighting! Is decided, we are going to participate in the carnival. Wherever you like it or not, Iori." - Chizuru
"*Sigh*" - Iori
"Yes!" - Maki
Two days later - Tokyo's Carnival
The Band of Fighters and Chizuru are seeing arriving to the carnival with them seeing alot of attractions
"Look, sister. A fishing game, whoever gets those small yellow balls gets a plushie." - Maki pays the owner with her trying her luck at the game
"..." - Iori just looks at Kagura annoyed
"Oh don't look at me like that, you have to admit this place is fun." - Chizuru
"No it isn't." - Iori
"Ah I failed." - Maki
"But it doesn't matter I'll try again and this time I'll get it! I refuse to leave with my hands empty!" - Maki
Meanwhile
"Look a fortuneteller!" - Athena, Kyo, Nakoruru and Terry walk to this fortune teller stand in with a puppet dressed as a fortune teller being ready to give the fortune of whoever spends some cents
Athena pays first, then Kyo, Nakoruru and Terry with all of them getting a card
"Good fortune will come to you but only if you're willing to share it." - Athena
"Playing with fire is fun until you burn yourself?" - Says Kyo confused
"The goddess of fortune has smiled to you, a huge prize is awaiting?" - Terry
"Mine is just a blank card." - Says Nakoruru feeling disappointed as unlike her friends, she just got a blank and apparently defective card
As the trip on the carnival continues, Chizuru looks at the tunnel of love in the distance
"(Maybe that will cheer up Iori... I know, I just need to leave Maki with the rest.)" - Thought Chizuru
"(Oh there is Kyo and Athena, that's it. I just need to tell them to take care of Maki in the meantime.)" - Chizuru
"Hello guys, enjoying the carnival?" - Chizuru approaches the clueless Kyo and Athena eating an ice cream
"Yes, we are." - Answer both sharing a single braincell
"Good, I was wondering something. I'm sorry to ask for this favour but me and Iori need to talk with the organizer of the carnival and I was wondering if I could leave Maki with you two in the meantime, is only going to be for some minutes. We shouldn't take long." - Chizuru
"Sure, I don't see what's the problem." - Kyo
"Yes, leave little Maki with us. We will take care of her." - Athena
"Good, Maki! Come here!" - Chizuru calls her sister
"What?" - Maki
"Stay with Kyo and Athena. Iori and I have to do some business with the organizers." - Says Chizuru leaving Maki with Kyo and Athena
"Hey, you two. How about we go to the haunted house?" - Asks Maki looking at the viewer with a sly smile
"You want to see that place?" - Kyo
"Oh come Kyo, don't tell me you're scared?" - Says Athena teasing Kyo
"What? Me? Not, not at all." - Kyo
"Are you sure, Kyo? You're not a chicken?" - Says Maki imitating a chicken
"You two are starting to annoy me! Want to see the haunted house, let's go!" - Kyo angry takes both girls from their arms taking them to the haunted house
Meanwhile - The Tunnel of Love
"Doesn't this bring you good memories, Iori?" - Chizuru and Yagami are seen sitting in one of the boats in the form of a couple of swans
"Some memories I guess." - Iori
"Isn't this romantic?" - Chizuru
"I guess..." - Says Yagami in his same dry tone
"..." - Chizuru feels disappointed rolling her eyes
She holds Yagami's hand with such tight and warm grip as she approaches to kiss Yagami in the cheek
"*Sigh*" - Iori sighs with him hugging Kagura as the couple enjoys some tranquility just letting the romantic music of the tunnel envolve them
"(I wonder how are Kyo and Athena doing with Maki?)" - Chizuru
"(Oh stop worrying about it, Chizuru. She must be fine.)" - Chizuru
Meanwhile
"Where is Maki?!" - Athena
"I don't know, she was with me some moments!" - Kyo
"I can't believe you lost her!" - Athena
"Calm, calm. I bet she is still in this haunted house. We need to find her before Chizuru returns. She is going to kill us if something happens to Maki." - Athena
"Don't make me think about that, lets just start searching for her." - Kyo
"Maki!" - Kyo
"Maki!" - Athena
"Makiii!" - Both scream looking through the place searching for Chizuru's little sister
Only for Maki to be watching the two from the top of a balcony of one of the houses chuckling
"Huh?" - Athena sporting a good ear manages to heard something chuckling behind her, she turns around
"There she is! On top of that house!" - Points Athena as she and Kyo now start to climb the house to chase after Maki
"Maki you little pest! Get back here right now!" - Screams Athena jumping through the rooftop of the attraction as she and Kyo go after Maki
Maki moves through the house throwing stuff at Kyo and Athena with her sliding through a ventilation conduct.
"Let's split up, I'll take this conduct, you take the one from the right." - Athena
"Sure." - Kyo goes to the other side
Both chase after Maki through the conducts with her finally arriving at the control room of the attraction
"Oh what we have here, too many buttons... Maybe I should just... Press them all!" - Maki presses all the buttons of the attraction causing the attraction to go nuts activating like crazy until the system overheats itself making the entire light in the haunted mansion go out with Maki trapping not only her, Kyo and Athena but alot of people in the attraction
"Oh uh." - Maki
"Maki what did you do?!" - Athena
"The entire lights went out." - Kyo uses his lighter to create some light
"Well it was only on this attraction, I'm sure I can make the lights return if I try another combination." - Maki turns around trying to press more buttons to restart the system
"No wait, Maki!" - Athena
*Blaam* - But in her search pressing more buttons, Maki manages to now cause the lights out on the entire carnival and its attractions thanks to overheating the entire system now
"Huh? Did the lights just went off?" - Asks Chizuru and Yagami who were about to complete their travel in the tunnel of love with their mechanical swan stopping, the music turned off and the lights gone leaving them totally in darkness
"What just happened?" - Nakoruru and Terry are surprised as the roller coaster where they were stops
"Well are you happy now, Maki?" - Athena
"I just wanted to play with you guys. That's all." - Maki
"Your little game now made the carnival be on total darkness, we need to get out of here before..." - Kyo
"Well, well what do we have here!" - Two of the members of the staff arrive ready to apprehend Kyo, Athena and Maki
"Run guys run!" - Maki
"AHHHH!" - Kyo and Athena run following Maki being chased by the staff of the carnival
Some hours later
Maki, Kyo, Athena, Chizuru and Iori are seen being kicked out of the carnival with a fine
"But wait, you can't kick us out of the carnival, we have a concert at 10:00!" - Chizuru
"Forget about the concert Kagura, just look at what your band of idiots did! My entire carnival is ruined and it will take hours before the system is repaired!" - Says the owner of the carnival
"I was just playing..." - Says Maki recieving not so good looks from her sister, Iori, Kyo and Athena
"*Sigh* Alright, I get it. We will leave. Your carnival was lame anyway!" - Says Chizuru taking her band of idiots with herself alongside her fine returning to the car
As the band is seem driving back home, something comes to Kagura's mind
"Wait a moment! Where's Terry and Nakoruru?!" - Chizuru asks as the rest of the band realize their partners are nowhere to be seen
Terry and Nakoruru are seen still stuck on the roller coaster
"Don't worry, Terry. I'm sure they are going to pull us out of here soon. Believe me, this isn't as bad as being frozen for years under a lake." - Nakoruru
"I suppose you're right, Nakoruru. We just have to wait..." - Terry
The sounds of the night invade the place with Nakoruru and Terry hearing crickets and owls as they just keep waiting for someone to pull them out of here
