In Mustafu, most buildings were fully operative with tenants full to the brim with each one looking more friendly than the last. However, that was the last thing his eyes were looking for. The green glasses that normally rested on his forehead were now showing him the whole of Mustafu, more specifically the schematics of the city. While he knew he wouldn't spend much time there considering his number of places in other cities across the world, he knew he had to have his own spot to at least get some shut eye in.

"And of course, I don't want to give some of these guys a single yen." He looked from the top of the building he was on, one peak of Mustafu that overlooked the entire city. On entering the city, he opened one pod he kept on him at all times and got his laptop before he easily bypassed the Mustafu Police's security for their comms and knew that his entrance had gone pretty much unnoticed by the populace, the police hearing some calls and just saying it was probably the hero 'Air Jet' on patrol.

"And of course, Air Jet coincidentally found himself in the area and people spotted him, so that story checks out." He was still an Otaku at heart, memorizing every heroes' patrol route, their quirks, their mannerisms, their potential, the ways they could do better, how they fight, how they operate.

"Some things change and others stay the same I guess." His glasses finally picked something up on the schematics, a building pretty far away from the main traffic of the city that heroes walked on, a building that belonged to a deed that expired because of the owner's wishes for the deed to pass on to his son when she passed away but the son leaving the country behind along with a mass exodus of the family. Although the son had ownership of the deed, he had no plans to ever go back to Japan.

"And that works for me! Alright, let's see if I can get down without being seen." He tied his hair a bit, the green highlights making the blue stand out even more while the hair flowed down from the mid-hanging ponytail. He looked down at the busy streets of Mustafu and saw the main train station with plenty of traffic around it, knowing for sure that if he were to use his Extreme Gear or Air Boost from at the top, he would definitely be seen by traffic cameras. After all, someone jumping off a building would always be noticeable even if he were to speed away fast.

"If I run down though, they'll see nothing. I just need to make it into an alley, I already planned on skateboarding there anyway, wanted to do a whole tour of the city." He looked down with a smile at the ground before a simple motion of his legs, one twitch and he was already halfway down the building, the air trying to stop his movement but being pushed apart by his very existence. In the next moment, he was on the ground in an alleyway beneath the building before he ducked behind a dumpster and pulled back into view in a second, now with a change of fresh clothes and his orange headphones on. He was now wearing a black t-shirt with a unique design featuring clashing blue and green colors. The customization extended to his black sweatpants, with a blue pocket on one side and a yellow pocket on the other. His shoes were also painted over, with the left sneaker sporting a mix of black and blue, and the right sneaker black and yellow. He also pulled on a small black cloth mask over his mouth and nose to avoid being clocked by anyone who had an inkling about his facial features and put his glasses on to mask his irises colors.

"I don't know what I was thinking wearing T-shirts with the word 'T-shirt' on them. Talk about poor fashion design." He laughed at himself again before pulling out another pod and a small blast of smoke coming out to reveal his skateboard, one of classic design that had a neon green design of two animals on the underside of his deck, drawings of a hedgehog and a fox both smiling, the fox having the hedgehog on its back. His mind went to the two again, a small tear hanging from his eyes before he wiped it away. "Still need to get over this crying stuff, if there's anything I inherited from her that I want to take back it's certainly that." He just shook his head with a thought of his mother on his mind before he looked at the schematics of the city again through his glasses and switched his route, the route now going around the other side of town that would cut through an apartment complex and also cut through UA.

"Huh, I say I don't want to be seen and I go to the one place where everything is being looked at." He groaned at the thought of riding his skateboard around reporters, knowing this type of fun was almost foreign to people that lived in this era in Japan at least.

"Alright, let's get going. Hey, Nicole!" He yelled out to seemingly no one before his headphones seemed to power on and glow.

"Yes, Izuku?" He smiled before hopping on his board and exiting the darkness of the alleyway into the light of the bustling street. "Play United States of Classics, and of course thank you for all your help, you've been a godsend!" His headphones glowed again, seemingly with pleasure before the music of a former artist from the United States that passed a long time ago started blasting in his ears, an artist still revered today in the United States as a god of production.

"Flashing~ Lights~" People in their cars and on the sidewalks watched, pointed and even recorded Izuku going down the street on his skateboard, avoiding people as they came into view and gliding across the streets without a care in the world. He raised an eyebrow at some reactions he was receiving, were they really that out of touch that they didn't know what a skateboard was? He knew people didn't really care about sports anymore since they only cared about what people did with their quirks now, even considering the Olympics moderately entertaining. And if the UA Sports Festival was airing the same year as the Olympics, they could kiss almost their whole audience goodbye.

"Sucks too, maybe I can also introduce some sports back into play, who knows maybe I can even hold my own Olympics!" He chuckled and performed a double kickflip over a trash can, the people that were watching him before now whispering and pointing even harder than they did before. However, he couldn't care less about the attention he was receiving and sped up even more before going down a slope, his board speeding up with people now looking worried.

"If they're worried about the speed, they ain't seen nothing yet!" He smirked before catching air, jumping over the gap that was the whole road before continuing on his way while doing multiple tricks before he arrived at the apartment complex, his sight set on Building 2. He tried to look for the vehicle that he remembered was his mother's, but drew a blank.

"Oh, I hope she's okay. I can't let her know that I'm back yet, not until I know for sure that she's okay and alive, and not until I'm finished with my tasks." He sighed a bit, wondering why he was so hesitant about seeing his mom. She cared, she suffered because of him, he owed it to her to at least let her know he was alive.

"It's because I left her behind that I can't see her right now, not now. I guess I'm just scared, out of everything in the world, I'm scared of my mother and her reaction to seeing me. It's not just that, but I'm also different, I'm so much different from the son she knew, the son I used to be. I guess out of everything, I just don't know where I stand with people who are now just memories to me." He sighed again before going on his way, his eyes glancing to the road and seeing a vehicle pass through the road at a slow pace, his breath hitching and broken memories flowing through his mind all at once.

"I- I'M SO SORRY IZU!" The green hair of the driver was all too familiar to his memories, the tired eyes of the woman driving the car telling him everything.

"I'm not ready to talk to you right now, mom." The two passed by each other, Inko Midoriya driving slowly on her way back to where her memories continued to keep her grounded, Izuku Chaotix rushing through the streets on his skateboard where his memories continued to push him forward.

"Out of everything from my life, there's one thing I know I won't be ready for, and it's when I truly see you face-to-face." The two turned one another, a moment in time for one and a moment in pure confusion for the other.

"But there are just things you need to face head on, and while I don't think I'll ever be ready for your reaction, I can at least give you something, something to know about the new me, about who I am right now. I promise that I will come to you face-to-face. I promise I'll lay out the truth, but for now I can at least give you this, I'll see if you remember what I promised before everything changed." Their eyes locked, emerald green clashing against one another before Izuku threw a wave in that single moment with a smile underneath his mask, mouthing a greeting to Inko who looked a bit confused, seeing the joy etched on the boy's face but threw a wave back with a smile before trying to read the boy's lips.

"I got my life back." She mouthed to herself in confusion before her eyes widened and her car stopped just before entering the parking lot to her apartment complex. She knew those words, how couldn't she? After all, those words were almost the 1:1 copy as the last phrase in Izuku's last note, the one she clutched to herself every night while crying about her son. She looked through the mirror and saw the boy was gone, almost disappearing with the wind. And despite the first glance she had at the boy, she couldn't help but distinguish the face that she barely caught. She saw through the mirror that the boy was gone, almost disappearing with the wind. Despite the first glance she had at the boy, she couldn't help but distinguish the face that she barely caught - green irises that glowed so bright and a smile that could brighten someone's day even if it hid behind a mask. She got out of the car and looked down the street, her mind not helping her ease any of the tension as the boy that she had only seen for a couple seconds was now all that was on her mind.

"Maybe it was a dream, maybe the mask was to show that I don't remember your face. Izu… I hope you're still out there my beautiful baby boy." And despite the sadness, the smile on the boy's face was all she could think of too before a ghost of a smile appeared on her face underneath the tears.

xXx

The bell rang and students filed out, each student walking out with their respective groups and friends while he walked out alone, a deeper scowl etched onto his face to show he didn't want anyone bothering him.

"That fucking Tintin telling me I'm putting too much power in my explosions, he needs to look in a fucking mirror! Every single hit that guy puts out is monstrous, it's almost like I can't catch his power. Every time me and half-and-half even tried anything to hold him back during practice today, he just phased right through it and hit us back crazy hard. He can't, HE WON'T TAKE NUMBER ONE FROM ME! I'LL BREAK THROUGH THAT WEAKNESS OF HIS ONE DAY!" He slowly walked outside, his scowl burning even more as he saw Tintin talking to Half-and-Half while smiling brightly, Bakugo noting he didn't like that smile at all. "That fucking smile of his too, trying to look happy all the time. He reminds me of what that damn Deku tried to be, but at least Tintin is actually strong."

"Hey Bakugo, care to join Todoroki here, I got something to tell the both of you." Mirio Togata looked at his two underclassmen with a wide smile, while Shoto Todoroki looked apprehensive. Bakugo shrugged on the outside while he scowled on the inside before walking up, feeling the cold around Todoroki's body seem to lessen. "Hah, half-and half was getting upset, good! His ass needed to be taken down a peg too!" Bakugo failed to note the irony in that comment before Mirio spoke up with a fist and pointed it at the two students. "If I'm being honest, in terms of raw power you two are the strongest in your class!" Both of the two took a pause at this before Mirio continued, "And what you two could pull off in practice was amazing. In time, I'm sure you'll come to rival even me, but that takes time! I believe in you guys, I'm rooting for you, and like Mr. Aizawa said you should aim for me, but you gotta look at yourselves first!" Bakugo and Todoroki both gave Mirio a glare at this, each for different reasons before Todoroki just nodded and tried to walk away while Bakugo scoffed and just walked past Mirio, the teen sighing at the stubborn behavior of the two before following them out to continue the conversation, reporters on the outside of the repaired UA gate trying to hound the three.

"Come on guys, at least hear me out." Bakugo scowled and turned back to yell before something in the distance behind Mirio caught his eye. "The hell is that?" Todoroki rolled his eyes at Bakugo's play to get Mirio's attention elsewhere before he also saw something. The reporters at the boys mention of something also turned to look before Mirio finally turned and saw a boy approaching on something at high speeds, approaching them.

"Is that a skateboard? I haven't seen one of those in ages…" a reporter said with a whistle while the three boys saw how whoever was approaching was coming straight at them, not even caring to break.

"HEY, YOU GOTTA SLOW DOWN, YOU'RE GONNA END UP HITTING SOMEONE!" Mirio yelled out to the boy before he noticed the headphones on his head and the fact his eyes were closed and cursed under his breath.

"Togata, I don't think he can hear you, we gotta stop him!" Todoroki sounded out before Mirio put his hand up. "Don't worry you guys, I'll just catch him and give him a warning!" Bakugo and Todoroki knew what was coming next, as something akin to yellow lightning expanded from Mirio's body before he sped up and rushed ahead to just grab the boy before he hurt somebody. Mirio was now directly in front of the boy with his arms held out ready to stop him.

What Mirio didn't expect next was the boy to open his eyes and smirk, looking him directly in the eyes before he lowered himself on the board, his speed increasing even more before he flew. His board continued to flip as the boy was directly over it, spinning in the air as he went directly over Mirio's head. Mirio grew horrified and went to try to save the boy from injuring himself before hearing, "I'M SORRY…"

The deck landed directly on its middle as the boy landed, grinding against the top of the UA barrier while looking below at the people he leapt over. The reporters all looked at him with shock, noting some of them muttered something about audacity before he looked at Bakugo and Todoroki at him underneath, Todoroki looking at him with a cold stare while Bakugo scowled as the boy did a mock two-fingered salute, Bakugo's eyes noting the eyes of the boy and his scowl growing even worse as the boy's eyes went to him before his smile changed to a full-blown grin underneath his mask.

"DID YOU SAY SOMETHING?" He yelled out to practically no one but threw up a thumbs up behind him toward Mirio, finishing the grind before grabbing his board with hand and turning, posing with his arms fully out in mid-air while turned to the crowd of people before he finished the trick and continued down the road, no one daring to chase him down at the speed he was going at.

"Well, that wasn't very cool of him, looks like I have to go tell Mr. Nezu someone is using UA as a playground now." Mirio tried to tell a light joke but got met with silence from Todoroki and fuming from Bakugo while the reporters all gossiped with one another about the boy. "That guy was good though, he either didn't know we were there and caught an extremely lucky break or he knew we were here the whole time and was planning on jumping the crowd from the start. Plus I lied, that was actually very cool though I can't say it out loud!" Mirio thought to himself in embarrassment before he went back inside the UA gates to report this incident to Nezu while Todoroki and Bakugo went their separate ways, Bakugo's thoughts swirling as the eyes appeared in his head over and over again.

"That damn bastard, why the hell did his eyes remind me of that damn nerd?!" But he knew that wasn't Deku, after all Deku could never even remotely think to do something like that at his dream school. However, as he walked away, the thought of the emerald green staring at him, the smile underneath the mask almost mocking him, it infuriated him. While one pair of green eyes pre-occupied his mind, he thought back to a unique set of emerald green eyes staring him down in his past.

"Get the FUCK out of my head bastard!"

The stars above painted a beautiful picture above the building he looked up at, the streets quiet and almost abandoned apart from the few people calmly strolling along.

"Scans show that this building is completely devoid of life. Water pipes? Broken. Windows? Shattered. Rooms? Completely trashed. Walls? Torn apart. It's 21:05, this should take 5 minutes." He smiled and put on his green glasses before a blue blur sped in and out of the building, with bags of trash and broken items being piled up in the alleyway alongside the building, the cameras around the street that should've seen everything conveniently being blocked by pieces of paper taped to the screens. A minute passed and more stuff was on the side of the building. The debris of broken walls, pipes, and excess items were all then moved to dumpsters across the road, leaving Izuku standing in the same position, now dirtier than before.

"Huh, not even 3 minutes passed, there was more clutter in there than I thought." He walked inside the building and looked at the newly repaired elevator that worked perfectly, light working properly and music playing inside before he went to the third floor of the building, the elevator's door slowly opening as the view of the newly refurbished third floor came into his view.

The walls were gone, the entire row of rooms now packed into a full hall of rooms that all connect, the hall now being a large loft for the boy to use. Stairs on each side of the floor led to the fourth floor, which lost some of its floors and walls while continuing to keep the supports for the building. One piece of the hall now held a lab lined up with a bunch of desks used for different gear that he would constantly test. Another side held computers all plugged in, the schematics of Mustafu on one screen, a map of Southeast Asia and the limited breaches available, and finally a map of the Earth and its breaches. He walked over the northeast corner and a walled off section opened up to reveal the bathroom, fit with proper running water and hot water to go along with before he walked back and looked up, seeing the gaps in the floors that led to the fourth floor and saw his instruments up there and his music equipment. The walls were black with a mixture of blue, yellow and green graffiti art strung along and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

"And all of this won't be charged to the original building owner, I'm so glad Tails was good at everything regarding this type of stuff." He smiled and looked at some symbols on the walls of the yellow fox that put up a peace sign. He went to the side of the wall and grabbed a radio, a radio that was wired into the Mustafu Police Department and the HPSC's communications.

"Good evening Nicole, what's the status of Mustafu's crime rates and people in need ?" He asked as a female robotic voice echoed throughout the hall.

"Good evening Izuku, crime is down 96.4% in recent weeks in Mustafu, a lot of small-time criminals have gone into hiding and have gone underground according to news agencies and information agencies. As for people or animals in need, there are some strays across the city that can be transported to different animal shelters, people on the street that need help and more. Traverse the city at your own pace, but be warned! Heroes are out and about in the area." He smiled and dismissed his hard-working AI before throwing a pod down that surrounded him, his outfit for his work now coming alive but now including a blue and green cloth mask that wrapped around his head and hair that was equipped with a voice-changer.

"Don't worry, they won't see me coming."

xXx

A bright blue sky loomed above the Mustafu skyline, UA High School gleaming in the sunlight as students walked the campus without a care in the world, oblivious to their world's other issues but most focusing on their own futures. Amongst the student's, a tall figure with their police badge front and center strolled along the floors, almost searching for a specific door as they continued up the stairs before coming alongside the door they were looking for and buzzing.

"Nezu, it's Detective Tsukauchi, we need to discuss something." The door's lock clicked open, and he walked in, the figure in front of him calmly sipping tea while watching the security cameras all around the school, Tsukauchi noting there were a lot more of them around the front gate and areas where a breach could happen.

"Tsukauchi, a pleasure as always. Considering that you came to me directly, I can only assume this meeting is about an additional matter that needs to be brought to my attention?" Nezu questioned as Tsukauchi nodded before putting down a written report of some kind, Nezu looking down at the report with a quick scan.

"This report is of calls received during the time span of 14:20 to 14:29 yesterday, a time frame where sightings of a hovercraft of some kind entered the city through the air and proceeded to out-speed a train at its highest speed. No videos were made however, as the 'hovercraft' sped away. Air Jet was in the area and Mustafu Police at the time knew he was patrolling and just assumed it was one of Air Jet's new machinations for his quirk, however Air Jet himself denied the accusations and reports from him show he was not in the air at any point during that time frame. Cameras in the area show a high-speed figure entering Mustafu's air space, but deduction on who or what entered is non-existent." Nezu hummed before Tsukauchi put down a different report.

"Now, let's talk about last night." 483 stray animals were delivered to different animal shelters, 127 injured people were delivered to multiple hospitals and calls to our department ran rampant, but despite this nobody could catch a glimpse of what it was that helped them, except a simple detail. All they remember is a single color, a streak of blue." Nezu looked at him with a raised eyebrow as he further looked at the reports, every single person that was saved and brought to the hospital remembering the color blue and a sense of warmth bringing them to safety.

"People and animals being brought to safety at high speeds, all they remember is the color blue, it seems like the Blue Blur has come to visit Japan." Nezu's look changed from calm to a crazed smile as Tsukauchi shivered. The Blue Blur in the last year became a name in other parts of the world that traveled and kept to themselves, their identity unknown but their intentions always forefront, they saved people, they helped animals, they took down villains. They weren't aligned with any hero agency in the world, they simply went as they pleased. They didn't even realize this was a person until the top Eygptian Hero Salaam discovered bits about them, and this is when they had linked the Blue Blur to multiple past events within the last 5 years. Whoever the Blue Blur was, they had been working under the entire world's nose for 5 years and no one noticed until they caught a lucky break.

"Nezu this is serious. The Blue Blur has been operating against laws and regulations for years now and not once has any country or institution come close to capturing them. Salaam barely got close enough to discover that it was even a person and now this person is in Japan. We can be glad that the Blue Blur doesn't seem to be malicious and is only looking to help, but we don't want any people learning about their identity and taking their style. They're only going to inspire more law-breaking Nezu." The principal of UA drank some more tea calmly before he looked at the officer with a smile.

"Tsukauchi, what makes you so sure we'll even be able to get to them?" Tsukauchi looked down as Nezu continued with a small smile. "The Blue Blur has operated alone for 5 years now and the best the entire world can claim to have learned is that this person is a person, that's it. Speed so fast that you can barely perceive them as anything but a blur. The Blue Blur is an unknown that we have no ways of figuring out unless we see the person in action. Like you said, we should be glad this person is using their abilities to help instead of hurt. Plus, in order to try to find out what they are capable of, we'd have to send someone who could even come close to trying to match their speed. And there's few in the world that can do one such thing that I know of. Salaam, when his quirk is activated is fast and all he can gather is a glance." Nezu went back to drinking his tea as Tsukauchi looked down at his notes.

"So what should we do, then? Do we just step back and allow the Blue Blur to just ignore our laws? People will question our actions and response." Nezu shook his head no before pulling up some names of some heroes.

"The Blue Blur does good, yes, but they are also a vigilante and if we can get them into a vulnerable enough position we will act, however we still have so many issues on our hands, like how certain animals are getting powered up and raging across Japan by some sort of rampaging quirk effect, we need to figure that out before anything else and who or what is behind them. It already takes multiple top 10 heroes to even take down one discounting Endeavor and All Might. The Blue Blur is simply not a top priority but still should be considered in investigations." Tsukauchi nodded and looked out the window.

"Where is Toshinori anyway? He's supposed to be taking one of the Hero Courses on a field trip, correct? If you can please let him and Aizawa know about this, we need everyone alerted immediately just so they can be on the lookout." Nezu shook his head at the amount of hope Tsukauchi had to even see the Blue Blur before looking at him with a smile, "Toshinori wanted to go out on a quick patrol before he met up with the class, said his protege along with his other friends should be able to help Aizawa and Thirteen proper before he comes along for the USJ. I hope he's been finding stuff to do considering the Blue Blur already mopped up most of the cities' issues since small-time criminals all went into hiding." Nezu chuckled a little before a yell from outside came to their ears and the door slammed open, and one student rushed into the office, a blue-haired student with glasses named Tenya Iida in his hero gear.

"PRINCIPAL NEZU, THE USJ IS CURRENTLY GETTING ATTACKED BY VILLAINS!"

xXx

UA's Unforeseen Simulation Joint, a place of supposed practice and training for the students of UA now turned into a fight for their lives. Villains had infiltrated and were coming for the livelihoods of the students and teachers alike, Fights had broken out all over the plaza between the students, supervisors and villains. In the multiple biome-like sections of the USJ, students got separated and took down the villains that weren't prepared for how their quirks were, while the teachers tried their best to take down the primary force. However, not all was well with the heroic force. Thirteen, the Space Hero was taken out of commission by one of the main villains and now laid on the ground unconscious. Shota Aizawa, also known as Eraserhead went through the main plaza taking down most of the villains there with help from one of the teacher's assistants. The Big 3 of UA was there to also act as supervisors and were now guarding the safety of their underclassmen.

Mirio Togata stood next to his superior and teacher, Shota Aizawa while eyeing down the main villains, one figure with hands all over his body, including one that covered his face, one made up entirely of a wispy-like structure and a hulking humanoid monster behind them. The shortest of the three with the hands on his body began scratching his body in anger at the pair of them as bodies lay all around, from what he and Eraserhead accomplished during their fight. He sent his two Big 3 mates, Nejire Hado and Tamaki Amajiki away to help Thirteen and their underclassmen while he stayed with Eraserhead to make sure he wasn't alone in this fight and now he was glad he did, as the villain with hands all over found out how his teacher's quirk worked and almost grabbed him before Mirio punched him away.

"Eraserhead, you're so cool you know that, right? You can shut down quirks with just a glance of an eye, and you took down so much of the grunts. But I can't let you or that clone of All Might get in my way ANYMORE! NOMU!" Mirio tensed heavily before the figure behind the two silently shifted as the villain pointed at him and Aizawa.

"Defeat the mini-bosses, start with Eraserhead!" The hand villain shouted with glee as the figure immediately moved with fervor at the two of them, more specifically toward Aizawa as Mirio went to intercept him and punched down at the Nomu hard, to which it simply shook off like a breeze. Mirio's eyes widened at the fact his punch was just taken before he lost all of his senses and let a punch from the Nomu go straight through him before he got hit back. Aizawa took this chance to try to wrap the Nomu with his bindings before he got pulled toward the monster and hit back so hard he coughed up blood.

"MR. AIZAWA!" Mirio rushed and went to hit the Nomu who tried to punch him back, and doing so Mirio phased through the punch and was face-to-face with the Nomu before spinning and blasting it with a full force punch. The Nomu took a couple steps back with the punch before it got right back up again, the wound from the punch healing rapidly.

"You must understand that Nomu here has two quirks, Eraserhead and Little Might! You thought you could only shut down one, but Nomu has Shock Absorption AND REGENERATION!" Mirio looked to see Aizawa's quirk activated and knew that's why his hit landed with so much effect compared to his first one. But if this thing could regenerate too, he needed to hit it with everything he had.

"And plus, do you really think that Nomu is going to give you a chance to enter Phase 2?" Nomu rushed and slammed Aizawa into the ground face-first right before Mirio slammed into it again with reckless abandon and stood face-to-face with it.

"Little Might, you have to protect Eraserhead, right? Let's see if you can make the hard choice. NOMU, KILL ERASERHEAD, I'M GOING TO KILL HIS UNDERCLASSMEN! LET'S SHATTER ALL MIGHT'S LEGACY!" The hand villain rushed toward the group of students that overlooked the major fight as Mirio screamed while Nomu loomed over Eraserhead evilly before raising him in the air, ready to break him in half over the knee.

"Mr. Aizawa…" Mirio rushed to the hand villain with tears in his eyes, needing to keep his underclassmen alive. "I'm sorry Mr. Aizawa…" Time slowed down as Mirio saw his scared underclassmen look at him with hope before they all turned and saw their teacher about to be broken in half as Mirio's power overloaded and he blasted toward his teacher and the Nomu.

"MR. AIZAWA, NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" He punched the air to try to get his teacher out of the monster's grasp, but it was no use. Aizawa's body was on the downswing before the roof exploded suddenly, and then Nomu was holding onto nothing. The air attack blasted into it as it got launched backward. Mirio's face turned from complete despair to shock as he looked around for his teacher before he saw Aizawa lying down on his back while struggling to stand up by the doorway, and Mirio began to choke up as he saw who he thought had saved him.

"HAVE NO FEAR MY DEAR STUDENTS, BECAUSE I AM HERE!" All Might arrived on the scene, and everyone shivered a bit at the look on his face. All Might didn't have his trademark smile on his face, his face was glimmering with anger. He looked to his side and saw his compatriot lying down while struggling with pain as confusion suddenly graced Mirio's face when he saw All Might's reaction to Aizawa's placement.

"All Might you damn bastard, THERE'S NO WAY YOU'RE STILL THAT FAST. THERE'S NO WAY YOU COULD'VE SAVED ERASERHEAD! HE WAS GOING TO BREAK IN HALF!" The hand villain shouted as All Might himself looked even more confused before an explosion happened behind them, the explosion of energy coming from the wisp villain before the villain was on the ground and a figure gripped in smoke stood over them.

"T-Tomura… Shigaraki… there's someone else…" the villain called out before a second explosion of energy gripped the Nomu who got sent back more and regenerated parts of its body from the blast.

"KUROGIRI, WHAT IS GOING ON?" Mirio and All Might knew whatever it was that was here wasn't a part of their plan and knew to act now. They both went toward the Nomu and started to rip at it with numerous punches, Mirio's punches failing to keep up with All Might's sheer velocity.

"NOMU, FIGHT BA-" Shigaraki got sent backwards into the wall by something as more and more of Class 1A piled out from their zones. Kurogiri opened a portal to remove the smoke from the area before an invisible force hit the back plate of his body within his figure and sent him into an opposite wall of the USJ. Mirio stopped attacking Nomu and went to his fellow Big 3 compatriots to regroup and also to grab Aizawa to make sure he's defended.

"Mirio, what's going on? Is everything gonna be okay?" Mirio held his hand up to stop Nejire's questions and looked at everyone with a serious look making them all silent.

"I… I don't know what's going on anymore. I thought we were about to lose Mr. Aizawa. That thing that All Might's currently punching, it's called Nomu, and it was going to kill Mr. Aizawa." The class all grew shocked at this and they looked at their teacher in worry and some were even brought close to tears before Mirio continued. "But then the roof just exploded, and Mr. Aizawa was fine. I thought it was All Might, but…" The Nomu once again had an explosion cover its entire body in the midst of All Might's assault, this one bigger than the last as All Might was forced to stand back before he caught the sight of something running around, a blue streak with a figure blazing around the USJ at extremely high speeds, barely visible to his own eyes.

"But whatever saved Mr. Aizawa, it wasn't All Might."

Just then, a purple portal opened and grabbed Shigaraki who screamed at All Might. "HOW, HOW ARE YOU STILL THIS STRONG? HOW-" At that point, however, Shigaraki's voice vanished in an instant, his eyes honing in on a figure visible in Kurogiri's mist right before they teleported away. He knew right then and there that All Might didn't save Eraserhead, it was the figure in front of him. The figure stood there silently before Shigaraki disappeared along with Kurogiri, with the Nomu staying behind, not moving from its location.

"What on earth…" All Might stared ahead at the figure in the distance before he moved toward it slowly and steadily, the figure turning slowly to look directly at him. All Might noted the outfit had a lot of technological assets and looked like an outfit a hero would have, along with a mask.

"Mirio, look over there! There's somebody on the other side of the USJ!" The students all looked to where Nejire had pointed out and saw the figure who locked eyes with All Might, Mirio stopped everyone from going any further before he stepped closer and closer to All Might's side. "Everyone stay back! I'm gonna see what's going on and see if All Might will need help!" Some students wanted to refute his statement and help, but everyone there knew that Mirio was the strongest there, strong enough to take everyone else on at the same time. They didn't want to agree, but they were forced to stand back.

"Blue and green accents, where have I heard of this description before?" All Might stopped a distance away from the figure who didn't bother to move closer or step back, just stood motionless while across from the number one hero in the world.

"Who are you?" All Might didn't bother with pleasantries, he knew that if this person was dangerous, he would have taken out almost everyone here. This person was unseen by everyone except him, too fast for almost anyone to see.

"Not an enemy, maybe a friend." All Might noted the distorted voice and knew underneath the mask was a voice changer to mask the authentic voice of the figure.

"Why maybe? Are you a hero, tell me who you are?" All Might asked as the figure perked up at this.

"Am I a hero? What makes a hero a hero I wonder? I'm not a licensed hero, but I'm a hero. You might not like that answer, but it's the truth." All Might remembered the words of the other number ones around the world before he took one step closer, his mind continuing to fluctuate but standing firm, regardless.

"A person so fast they're a blur to the outside world, a blue streak following wherever you go. You are the Blue Blur that Salaam spoke of?" The figure settled on a nod to All Might who took another step.

"Why are you here?" All Might himself was unaware of the full meaning of the question, yet The Blue Blur stayed quiet and carried on effortlessly.

"Here, as in Japan? Here, as in the USJ? Or here, as in what led me to not become a licensed hero? Which one do you want to hear?" All Might stopped and weighed his options before smoke started to erupt from his body and the Blue Blur tilted his head before his head tilted downward, a little tilt that led the figure to stare directly at All Might's mid section.

"So, you are slowing down, and he share your flames." All Might and Mirio both stopped dead in their tracks, their minds collectively turning. All Might kept his trademark smile up, but his thoughts deeply betrayed his mind.

"They, they can see something? How do they know, how much do they know, WHO IS THIS PERSON?" Mirio's thoughts however were twisting, his eyes lasered in on the figure in front of him before a massive coughing fit sprung on him. "No, I can't let All Might see this, he can't know!" His fellow Big 3 mates saw their friend falling to his knees while coughing up blood and rushing toward him while screaming out his name, Class 1A being forced to stay back and keep watch on Aizawa and Thirteen who Nejire had moved to their location.

"YOUNG TOGATA, ARE YOU OKAY?" All Might turned to his protege for one second, and one second was all it took to see the Blue Blur was now in front of his student before the figure's gloved hand landed on Mirio's shoulder, white energy from the hand pouring out before Mirio's eyes glazed over and a new setting took place in front of him.

"Your flames burn you. They will end you."

His eyes looked around the purple abyss he found himself in, unable to speak. A section of the surrounding area covered his mouth, his eyes forced to look around at his surroundings. 7 shadowy figures stood in front of 7 lights of different colors, the blue and yellow lights more profound than the others. In the purple sky around him, the cracks that showed how damaged his quirk was began lighting up with a white glow, the purple sky changing color's into a rainbow as the 7 lights began circling around a green figure that the 7 figures in front of him tried to push out, but couldn't. The green figure said two words that echoed throughout Mirio's mind, the voice unable to be dignified by his mind.

"Chaos… Control…"

With the uttering of those two words, the space around Mirio began distorting before all the cracks in the sky disappeared except for one small crack, one that was refusing to be closed before a hiss echoed around, and all that was left were the scab wounds that were left over, wounds that would inevitably heal over or reopen depending on the road traveled. Mirio's mind suddenly felt a pulse as the lights all surrounded the green figure at high speeds before they disappeared, and his mind and body felt like a weight had been lifted.

"The cracks, One For All's debilitation… the Singularity… de-stabilized… Who… What… Lights… Worthy… He's Worthy… Our Successor is safe… The Lights… What… Are… THE LIGHTS…" The words came to Mirio's heart before in real time, his eyes had simply glazed over and he fell to the ground unconscious.

"YOUNG TOGATA!" All Might saw his protege fall and went to grab at the Blue Blur who disappeared from his sight. The students all began to panic as Aizawa was gone from their view before Aizawa came back into view, laid out next to Mirio. The students all saw his external wounds that were not too awful slowly healing little by little before Thirteen joined them, her wounds also slowly healing before the Blue Blur appeared in the same spot again.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO THEM?!" All Might stood with his fist raised as more smoke poured out, his form wouldn't last long and he knew it. However, it didn't seem like the Blue Blur was there to even fight. He knew too much though, about him, and that was an issue that couldn't be solved with in-action. The students couldn't hear anything the figure said, but they definitely heard All Might's scream.

"Your light is going out, and the flames are going to burn him to nothing. So I helped him, and I helped them." All Might's eyes didn't show it, but in his heart he was terrified. The secret of his quirk, the secret of One For All, this person knew about everything from a simple touch. Then cement surrounded All Might's figure and the teachers of UA all stood on guard in front of the students and their unconscious compatriots.

"The Blue Blur… That is who you are, right?" Nezu popped up in front of everyone, the name inducing confusion across the student's and teacher's faces.

"Principal Nezu, seems word got around fast about me. But yes, Salaam called me that." Nezu chuckled at the pun, but noticed the wording of said phrase.

"Then what are you? What are your goals?" Nezu raised his arm to stop the people behind him as the Blue Blur took a couple steps forward, not basking an eye at the group of people behind the Principal that activated their quirks and waited for him to make one move so they could attack.

"I am free, and I am someone who simply is living their dream."

And with that statement, the Blue Blur disappeared into the air, a blue streak being what remained of their presence there before that also disappeared into the wind, the USJ plaza going silent at what had just happened. Nezu looked down at the three unconscious people around before a strong gust of wind came from behind them, and every single villain that participated in the USJ assault were gathered together in front of the heroes, one last gift to them from the mysterious figure who had finally revealed himself to an audience.

"The Blue Blur, what a wonderful conundrum you are." Nezu smiled as the students all gossiped together before Nezu looked at all of them.

"Students, do not let word of this get out. I don't want word of the Blue Blur to hit the media or other students at all until the heroes make an official statement, am I understood?" Nezu's serious tone had the effect of silencing the students who could only nod with some gulps.

"You will all be providing us and the police some accounts of what happened here today, thank you for being so strong in the face of villains attacking us. I promise UA will do a million times better to assure your security and so we can avoid anything like this ever happening again. Thank you once again, your futures in heroics are incredibly bright." Nezu concluded with a sincere bow to the students as the other teachers followed, some students beaming under the praise while others took in stride and a minority felt the need to gloat.

"And thank you for the insight, Blue Blur. I'm sure based on his reactions, you certainly revealed your fair share of knowledge. An unknown factor, a variable not seen until the last second has entered the field." Nezu thought to himself as on a building above the USJ, Izuku looked down at the remnants of what had just happened, the chaos that started when he arrived before he shook his head and fell backward, lying on the building roof.

"Chaos Control… I will master you."

xXx

So, here's the next chapter of the Redux! Obviously, things are a lot different now that Izuku is rocking along on his own accord. I know for sure there's going to be confusion regarding the Induction of Chaos Control, but there's one thing I gotta say about that.

Let Me Cook! Alright, see you guys next chapter. I'm happy to explain anything, especially on the concept of what I used Chaos Control and why specifically I chose Chaos Control. (But any questions, yes, you can induce a Chaos Control without a physical emerald, Shadow can do it)
