07/22/2656- Exploration Ship reaches the smallest Star in the Galaxy

"Today, the privately owned exploration ship Explorer Eternal arrived at its destination after a months long voyage into deep space, the smallest star in the galaxy. Discovered by the Hierarchy's Interstellar High Precision Telescope Project, the Brown Dwarf named Verdarici (named for a character from turian mythology who was smaller than all his brothers yet surpassed them all), has a mass less than half that of the next smallest star known, and is so small modern theories on star formation say it should not be able to sustain any fusion, yet it does. Asari businesswoman and diplomat Nassana Dantius agreed to fund a private expedition to the distant star over a year ago, an expedition that launched 9 months later. The expedition's goals are to discover more about the strange star, and discover how it works when our current understanding says it should not."
