and involving Sasuke's curse mark, i have plans for it. there's gonna be a parallel between Naruto and Sasuke with their respective demons(kurama and the curse mark). so stay tuned!

Naruto had been at the village for a week, And things were not looking up. Naruto realized that he was a long, long way from home. Nobody knew about or even had chakra. And this new world was a war. For nearly a hundred years. The only upside was that everyone loved him, nobody knew he had a demon fox in him. To them he was just a regular guy. Well as regular as a guy with "superpowers" as they liked to call his ninjutsu can be.
But Naruto still felt gloomy, he'd noticed the horrible conditions of the village, the people were taxed dry in exchange for not being burned down by the fire nation. And apparently nearly half the village was missing, any earthbenders were taken to a fire nation prison far away. Naruto had to help and not just this village, but every village. If this land was at war for a hundred years then he had to help just like in the land of waves. He knew he had to get home. But he had to help this land first. Suddenly Naruto heard a bell. He got up from bed and changed into his new earth kingdom clothes they gave him, the only things he kept were his sandals, Tsunade's necklace, and his headband. Along with Sasuke's headband in his pocket. He stepped outside and saw the villagers gathering up, and the fire nation entering through the main gate.
Naruto knew that now was the time. The fire nation officer stepped up to the village elder to collect the taxes when suddenly he heard a voice "HEY JERK! Leave this village alone!" The officer turned and saw a young earth kingdom boy but he didn't look like any earth kingdom boy he'd seen, he was different. He had bright blonde hair, whiskers and striking blue eyes, bluer than any waterbender. It was then that the officer registered what the boy had said "what did you just say to me brat!?" the boy stepped away from the crowd and yelled "You heard me! Leave this village alone!" the officer turned to his soldiers "arrest him! Rebellion like this must be eradicated" the soldiers nodded a head toward the boy
Naruto looked at the surrounding fire nation soldiers, there had to be at least 50, Naruto took a deep breath, put his hands together and began gathering chakra "AHHHHH!" The soldiers stopped as they noticed a blue energy gathering around Naruto. "Multi-Shadow clone jutsu!" a huge poof of smoke and out of it 500 Naruto's emerged. The officer started panicking "what sort of trickery is this" the real Naruto yelled "it's not it's the real deal, and you're in for a real beating" every Naruto took out their kunai and rushed towards the fire nation while the real naruto stood back. Naruto knew the amount of clones was unnecessary, but he wanted to do this, it was to send a message, to leave this village alone. Soon each soldier was tied up in ninja wire with all their weapons destroyed, the real Naruto walked up to the officer got in his face and said " . " the officer nodded rapidly, Naruto said "good, now go home" he looked at the other soldiers "all of you, go back to your land and tell your leader that this war is gonna end. I promise him ON MY NINJA WAY!" the soldiers proceed to leave.
All the kids rushed to Naruto and started cheering "Hokage, Hokage!" This made Naruto pause. Suddenly he started crying tears of joy, this is what he always wanted. It may not be in the leaf. But he was finally acknowledged as a hokage. Naurto suddenly felt someone tap his shoulder, he looked and saw the village elder looking at him gravely "do you realize what you've done!"
Far away from the village outside the great city of ba sing se a boy with black hair is shown sitting outside a tent with a scowl. Sasuke had been upset, he'd been upset for the past week. Ever since the general explained to him that everything Sasuke knew was nowhere on any known maps, that nobody knew ninjutsu and instead people knew bending. Everything Sasuke abandoned had been for nothing, he left the leaf and Naruto for power. To be trained by orochimaru, now all that power was farther away than it ever was at the leaf. He didn't even have kakashi to train him. He was interrupted from his thoughts by iroh "Sasuke, careful not to scowl all the time. Or your face will be stuck like that'' Sasuke looked at Iroh "Shut up" Iroh smiled "I know things seem down for you right now, but don't worry things will get better" Sasuke replied "stop it, you have no idea what I'm feeling what it's like to be me"
Iroh sighed and sat down next to Sasuke "I may not know exactly what your going through, but I know what it's like to be far from home" Sasuke looked at him "I have been away from him for nearly 400 days, I miss my nephew and niece dearly…..and I miss my brother, we may not see eye to eye, he may have his faults but I love him" Iroh looked directly at Sasuke "I see you…..Sasuke, I see a young man in pain. You have great anger, great hatred. Yet you have great regret and great love. You must decide what you want, what path you will walk. One towards revenge" Sasuke looked at Iroh in shock wondering how he knew about that man "or one towards your friends'' Sasuke looked down "how did you know" Iroh laughed "if you live long enough you see the same eyes in different people, I'm looking at the eyes of a man who wants revenge, yet is conflicted about it. You have endured great pain…..I'm guessing family?" Sasuke gave a look Iroh nodded "I too know what it's like to lose family, my beloved wife was taken from me…it still pains me, but instead of fighting for revenge, I found peace and now fight for my son lu ten" Iroh smiled and looked towards a young man training with other soldiers Sasuke looked conflicted iroh smiled "you may stay here Sasuke, you've told me of your special abilities and your homeland. I can help you hone your skills and make new ones. In hopes that someday you can achieve what you desire most" Iroh knew that he had to be careful with what he said, he had to speak in a way Sasuke would listen. He knew men like Sasuke, men who sought power.
