Author's Note: After a few months of anticipation, the series is back with a new story to continue it on. You all remember how I put the Reds and Blues in the original Kingdom Hearts game. Now, I bring you them taking part in the Chain of Memories story.

Previously on Red vs Blue: Kingdom Hearts…
After defeating their enemies—The Blues and Reds—the Reds and Blues were looking forward to a vacation they rightfully deserved. However, they didn't last a single hour before Donut dragged them all into their latest adventure.
After being lost in the fabric of space-time, Donut was saved by a mysterious entity calling himself the Benefactor, who then warned Donut of an evil force commanding the Heartless, a race of dark parasites who were invading not only his world, but ALL the worlds consuming the hearts of every living creature in every world.
After reuniting with the rest of the Reds and Blues, Donut recruited Sarge, Simmons, Grif, Lopez, Tucker, Caboose, Sister, and Doc (who later reverted into his O'Malley personality and went rogue) and gave them all special guns which helps them shoot at Heartless.
During their travels fighting the Heartless, the Reds and Blues encountered three more people who would then be their allies. Donald, a duck with a magic touch. Goofy, a dog man with a mighty shield. And lastly, Sora, a human boy with a magical weapon called a Keyblade, which proved to be the best weapon in keeping the hearts of the worlds out of the Heartless' reach.
Sora, Donald, and Goofy also had a mission. Donald and Goofy were searching for their king, Mickey Mouse, and Sora was looking for his best friends, Riku and Kairi. After a series of trials and hardships across all the worlds, they eventually managed to find the people they were looking for. At the same time, they managed to save the Multiverse from the Seeker of Darkness who became their greatest battle yet, Ansem.
Despite saving the Multiverse, though, the Reds and Blues still have a bit of a journey. The battle with Ansem caused them to misplace Mickey and Riku, so before they could go home, they had to find them first. Now, their quest leads them to a mysterious place where they must remember a certain line that has been pivotal to them in the past…
"Memory is the key."
A little girl sat in a purely white room alone. There was nothing much in there with her other than a birdcage and a sketchbook. The birdcage didn't have a bird in it; only a happy doll with blonde hair and a white dress, the same exact description as the girl who sat in the room. The girl held onto the sketchpad as she wrote her drawings in it. She just finished her latest drawing: an eerily shaped castle where she herself waited for freedom.
After standing outside of the strange castle for a few minutes, Sora decided to walk right in through the front door. His friends all followed him in. When they entered the castle, the first room they found themselves in was a very large room that was pure white. There was nothing much in the room other than a series of columns on the sides of the room and a small set of stairs that lead to a door at the end.
"Well, this is… Yeah, I have no idea how to describe this place." said Grif, the orange, lazy one of the Reds and Blues. "I mean, who owns this place, the guy who invented bleach?"
"It's certainly… something." Simmons, the nerdy, maroon one, said. "Um, why are we here again?"
"Because we gotta look for Riku and the King, silly." Sister said. Despite being Grif's sister, she was on the blue team along with Tucker—the aqua underdog—and Caboose—the pure blue idiot.
"You really think we'll find anyone in this creepy opera house?" Tucker asked.
"Only one way to find out." the old, bullheaded leader of the Red team, Sarge, said. He then turned to the Red team's Spanish-speaking robot, Lopez. "Lopez, scan for lifeforms."
"I am a robot, not the Starship Enterprise." Lopez said.
"Jammed? Worse than I thought." Sarge said completely misinterpreting what his robot said (like always).
"I feel like we've already had this conversation before."
"Wait a minute." Donut said looking around. He was the… Well, let's just say the most fabulous of the Reds and Blues. "A white room? In a castle? Guys, I think this is where the Benefactor is."
"Are you sure?" Donald asked in his mostly-unintelligible tone.
"Totally. This is just like the place where I first met him. You'll see when we find the room with REALLY tall chairs."
"If that's true, Donut, then are you sure we should be here?" Simmons asked. "I don't know about you, but I'm not looking forward to meeting him."
"What? Why?"
"We don't know anything about him." Sarge said. "The only person who's ever talked to him was you."
"Guys, he saved my life, remember?" Donut reminded. "When Loco's time machine blasted me, I was lost in the fabric of time and space. But the Benefactor found me and put me back together. He's the reason I'm right here with you now."
"Not exactly a good reason to trust someone." Grif said.
"Well, we still gotta be here." Donald said. "If we're gonna find the king…"
"The king?!" Goofy exclaimed. "King Mickey's here?"
"Something just told me he'd be here, okay?" Donald answered.
"So we're here because the duck man had a feeling?" Simmons asked. "That makes even less sense than magic."
"Actually," Goofy said, "Now that he mentions it, I was kinda thinking the same thing."
"Seriously?" Sora asked. "Me too. One look at this castle, and I just knew. Our very best friends—They're here."
"Come to think of it," Sister said, "I had this weird feeling too. I thought it was my hormones at first, but no, it had to do with that mouse guy."
"Hold on a minute." Tucker said. "Guys, raised your hand if you felt like our friends would be here."
Tucker was the first to raise his hand followed by Sora, Donald, Goofy, Sarge, Simmons, Grif, Lopez and Sister. Out of Sora's pocket, Jiminy Cricket (an anthropomorphic bug who's been acting as the gang's chronicler) jumped up and raised his hand too. Caboose was the only one who didn't raise his hand.
"Wait, Caboose, you didn't have a feeling?" Sora asked.
"Uh, not really." Caboose said. "I just thought we were going to cool new places again, so I just did what everyone else was doing."
"So other can Caboose, we all had the strange feeling that our friends are here in this strange castle?" Jiminy asked. "It can't be just a coincidence."
"Gawrsh! Maybe it's contagious!" Goofy said.
"I seriously doubt that." Simmons said. "But something strange is going on with this place."
"You know what this means, right?" Sarge asked. "This castle must be… haunted."
"What?" Caboose asked afraid.
"Caboose, don't be afraid." Tucker said. "And Sarge, I swear, if you pull a week-long all-nighter again and get paranoid like when we first met Dylan and Jax, I'll put you to sleep myself."
"Something's screwy." Donald said. "We gotta go take a look."
"All right." Sora said before turning around and walking toward the door at the far end of the room.
"Whoa, easy there, kid." Tucker said. "Where do you think you're going?"
"To the door." Sora said. "You're not scared, are you?"
"Scared? Please!" Tucker scoffed. "I singlehandedly fought off an army of mercenaries in the desert, impaled the Meta with my energy sword, and made a fool out of space pirates. One creepy door doesn't bother me."
"Hey, fellas, shouldn't we shut the door behind us before we go?" Goofy asked.
Caboose turned to the first door. "Oh, no need. It looks like somebody's getting it for us."
"Whatever you say, Caboose." Sister said followed by a silent pause. "Wait, what?"
The Reds and Blues all turned to the same direction the Caboose looked. They saw the door slowly closing, but in between it and them, there stood a man in a black hood.
"Warning! Warning! Stranger danger!" Lopez said.
"Who are you?" Sora asked summoning the Keyblade.
"Black hood…" Donut said. "Are you the Benefactor?"
The hooded figure shook his head and walked slowly towards them. "No. I have a feeling on who it might be though, but that's not important right now."
"Not another step, buster!" Donald said raising his scepter into the air. "THUNDER!"
Everyone waited for the flash of lightning to strike on the hooded man. However, after a moment of waiting, they realized that there was no thunder. No lightning. No spell occurring before them.
"Come on. THUNDER! THUNDER!" Donald tried again, but once again, he had no luck. "Come on. Blizzard! FIRE!" Again, no spells. "Why isn't it working?"
"Check the batteries perhaps?" Sarge asked. "Or maybe it ran out of diesel."
"It's a magic wand, Sarge." Grif said. "It doesn't run on diesel!"
"Not with that attitude, it doesn't."
"What does that even mean?"
The hooded figure chuckled softly. "You people are more amusing than I've heard. I can only imagine why he's so interested in you. Maybe he sees something that I don't."
"He?" Tucker asked confused.
"As to why your magic's not working," the hooded man continued, "The moment you set foot in this castle, you forgot every spell and every ability you ever knew."
"What?" Simmons asked. "Hang on. That doesn't make any sense. How can we just forget our abilities? It's impossible to forget something that big."
"In this place, to find is to lose, and to lose is to find." the hooded man said. "That is the way in Castle Oblivion.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Sarge asked.
The hooded man disappeared in a black flash only to reappear behind the Reds and Blues making them turn around. He now stood between them and the other door.
"Here, you will meet people that you have known in the past, and you will meet people you miss."
"Riku!" Sora gasped. "You mean Riku's here?"
"If what you want is to find him…" The hooded man reached out his hand towards Sora, and suddenly, a strong gust of wind blew right at him along with a flurry of glowing pink pedals. The hooded man then ran right through Sora phasing right through him like a ghost.
"Pump this weirdo full of lead!" Tucker ordered as he and the rest of the armored soldiers fired their guns at the man.
The hooded man gracefully dodged and avoided the shots as he got closer to the Reds and Blues. One by one, he ran right through them like he did with Sora. When he got through the last one, he ended up on top of the small staircase right in front of the innermost door.
"What'd you do?" Sora asked.
"I merely sampled your memories." the hooded man answered before pulling out a crown-shaped card with a world imprinted on it. "And from them, I made this. To reunite with those you hold dear…" He threw the card at Sora, who caught it in his hand.
"What's this? A card?" Sora asked.
"Is it limited edition?" Caboose asked.
"It is a promise for the reunion you seek." the hooded man said. "Hold the card to the door. And beyond it, a new world. Oh, just one more thing."
The hooded man disappeared again only to reappear right behind Caboose. Everyone didn't notice until he placed his hands on both of his shoulders.
"Hey, what are you doing? Let him go!" Tucker shouted aiming his gun at the hooded man. He would have pull the trigger, but he was worried that he might hit his friend.
"Not quite yet." the hooded man said. "Your friend is… unique. For some reason, I could not sample his memories. And he seems to be immune to the effects that go in in Castle Oblivion. This requires a closer look. But I promise, when you reunite with him, you will find him safe and unharmed. Remember, to lose and claim anew, or to claim anew only to lose." The black flash enveloped around himself and Caboose.
"Bye, guys! Try to save me!" Caboose said before he and his kidnapper disappeared before everyone.
"What in Sam Hill just happened?!" Sarge shouted.
"Some black-hooded jerk just abducted our friend." Donut said.
"What the heck's going on here?" Grif asked.
"I don't know." Sora said looking at the card he was just given. "But I know we won't find any of our friends if we just stand around here."
"As much as I loathe the idea of helping out a blue, that stranger smelt like trouble." Sarge said.
Grif groaned loudly. "Great. Another adventure."
"Well, let's not stand around, gang." Tucker said. "Let's go save our friends!"
Sora approached the door and held the card up to it. The door opened revealing a wall of light that the Reds and Blues then walked through.
After the door closed behind them, a pair of footsteps was heard walking along the room, but no one could be seen. Just then, a figure appeared making himself visible. He was wearing full-body armor which included a Locus helmet and carrying a sniper rifle in his hand. He stared at the door the Reds and Blues went through with only one word escaping his mouth.
"Unfortunate."
