In Apartment 2J…
"What went down at the bowling alley was wild. Lucas is downright malicious for fabricating that story about Tyson biting him and his friends," James expresses, still fuming over the incident.
"That's true, but it's a relief that things didn't escalate further, thanks to Officer Garcis stepping in. Plus, Andy and Steven's dad was there too," Logan remarks, sprawled on the couch with a medical journal in hand.
"I can't believe Lucas got off scot-free with Mr. Mark," Kendall says, frustration evident in his voice.
"It's completely unfair," Carlos adds. "If my dad hadn't shown up, it could have turned out much worse."
"Mom, aren't you finally going to end things with Mr. Mark?" Katie inquires.
"I've been contemplating it for a while, but I'm still uncertain," Ms. Knight responds.
"Tonight's bowling alley incident is the perfect excuse to break up with him," Katie insists.
"I understand, sweetheart. But let's not dwell on that right now. You all need to get to bed," Ms. Knight says.
"My dear mother, while I can see that your newfound romance has brought you joy, I must question whether the pleasure of dating Mr. Mark is truly worth the turmoil caused by Lucas and Audrey's unruly behavior. Thankfully, Audrey was not part of the chaos this time, but when she is, she hardly differs from Lucas in her antics. I find myself at my wit's end with them. I have made every effort for your happiness, yet enduring their torment simply to facilitate a relationship with a man you have known for less than a year seems unjustifiable." With that, Katie retreats to her sanctuary.
