Everyone piles into Mr. Mark's car, ready for the journey ahead. The ride to San Francisco stretches on, filled with a comfortable silence. Upon reaching the iconic city, they begin to formulate a plan for their day.

"I recognize some faces over at that park," Mr. Mark announces. "Let's hop out and stretch our legs. A breath of fresh air will do us good." He pulls into the park and unlocks the doors, allowing everyone to spill out.

"Who is he talking about? We don't know anyone in San Francisco," Katie wonders aloud.

Carlos shrugs, equally puzzled.

"I see who he means. Look over there—Andy and Steven are playing with Tyson, and…" he trails off with a sigh. "Unfortunately, Hannah is with them. I can only imagine what kind of drama she's stirring up today," Logan remarks.

"Wait, did Mr. Mark know they'd be here?" James inquires.

"Not sure. Maybe," Logan replies. "Mr. Mark, did you know they'd be here?"

"Yes, I did," Mr. Mark confirms.

"How? Why?" Kendall presses.

"It was all set up over the phone last night," Mr. Mark explains.

"I don't get it. Why would you arrange to meet them here?" Kendall asks. "Andy, Steven, and Hannah's dad doesn't even like you. What makes you think he'd want to spend time with you?"

"I'm eager to cultivate a genuine, hassle-free friendship with Andy, Steven, and Hannah's father. He has generously offered to share his insights on parenting teenagers. However, he remains troubled by the way Lucas and Audrey have treated Andy and Steven. His hope for today is to avoid any tears or threats of violence. He demands an end to the bullying from Audrey and Lucas directed at Andy and Steven, and naturally, he expects the same behavior from Hannah," Mr. Mark states.

"The likelihood of that happening is quite slim. Plus, I don't see why Hannah is even here. I need to speak with Andy," Kendall remarks as he strides over to him.

"Andy, can you explain why Hannah is here instead of hanging out with her friends at the mall?" he inquires.

With a sigh, Andy replies, "She mentioned that she and her friends are obsessed with a new trend taking over social media. They want to visit the hottest spots in San Francisco and post about them. She practically begged our dad to drive us all the way here to feed her unhealthy craving for likes on her posts. She literally dragged me and Steven out of the house, interrupting our plans to play video games all weekend."

"How did she manage to persuade your dad to go along with that idea?" Kendall inquires.

"She was so eager to dive into the whole trendy San Francisco photo scene that she promised him she'd tackle double the chores she usually half-heartedly does," Andy explains. "After a lot of reluctance, he finally agreed but made it clear she had to behave today, which means no being rude to me or Steven and no whining about Tyson. I have a strong hunch she won't keep that promise for even half the day. By the way, Kendall, aren't Jo and Camille into social media trends or posting cool pics on their profiles?"

"Thank goodness Jo isn't here, or I'd be worried about her wrath. She's got this ridiculous pink turtleneck that she insists I wear for special occasions, like dates or when she wants to get a kick out of me modeling it. She snaps photos and posts them on her Instagram, claiming it's private and only visible to her followers. That basically means me, Logan, James, Carlos, Camille, her female co-stars from New Town High, and a few girls from Palm Woods whose names escape me," Kendall replies. "I've tried countless times to explain that wearing that pink turtleneck makes me look like a giant piece of cotton candy, not the tough guy I aspire to be."

Katie glances up from her game, raising an eyebrow. "Macho? Is that how you see yourself?" she asks.

"Absolutely. As a hockey player, I'm meant to project a tough and macho image," Kendall asserts.

Katie rolls her eyes. "Oh, come on," she mutters, losing interest and returning to her game.

"I'll tackle your other question now. Camille is really passionate about sharing on social media. She frequently seeks my advice before she posts, especially when she's hunting for the ideal caption to accompany her photos. Initially, I found it endearing that she valued my opinion. She's aware of my love for journaling and my knack for writing, but lately, it's become a bit overwhelming. Out of the blue, she'll call or text me in a panic, desperate for my thoughts on her captions. It's starting to make me uneasy because if I offer any criticism, it could genuinely hurt her feelings. I've reminded her that even the best writers face tough feedback. The thing is, she's so emotionally delicate that I worry about being a bad boyfriend by constantly giving her less-than-stellar reviews." Logan explains.

"I really don't think she'll stop caring for you just because you're honest," Carlos replies.

"Thanks for that, Carlos," Logan responds.
