The atmosphere inside Ms. Knight's car hangs heavy with an uncomfortable silence, each passenger acutely aware of the tension that surrounds Carlos.

"Logan, say something," Kendall urges in a hushed tone.

"What do you expect me to say? You take a shot at it! I can't be the one to fix everything," Logan replies, irritation creeping into his whisper.

"I'm at a loss for words," Kendall admits.

"Same here," Logan concedes.

"You're supposed to be the mental health guru," Kendall points out.

With a deep sigh, Logan retorts, "I'm not the only one who can read about mental health! And let's be real, I'm no expert! Carlos won't budge until his camera is fixed. Maybe wherever Mr. Mark is taking us will actually lift his spirits."

"Carlos, check out this hilarious puppy video Tyler just sent me," Katie interjects, hoping to lighten the mood.

"Not interested!" Carlos snaps back sharply.

"Wow, fine! I was just trying to help. If you want to wallow in misery, go ahead! I'm done trying to make you feel better since you clearly don't appreciate it!" Katie retorts, turning her back to him and staring out the window.

Carlos glances at her, a wave of guilt washing over him for his harsh words. "I'm really sorry, Katie. I've been a total jerk. I should have recognized your effort to lift my spirits."

"Carlos, not only did you snap at me just now, but you also snapped at Logan at the tech repair shop earlier," Katie says with a flicker of annoyance in her eyes.

"Did I really? Oh, Logan, I had no idea. I apologize, truly. I never meant to be so rude," Carlos admits, his voice tinged with regret.

"It's alright, Carlos. I understand. Your camera being broken has you all worked up, especially with Lucas causing trouble," Logan reassures him.

"I'll never forget or forgive what he did. He's lucky my camera can be fixed," Carlos declares with a hint of lingering anger.

"I'm sure Mr. Mark is giving him a stern talking-to as we speak," Logan remarks.

"He deserves more than just a lecture. I say we strap him to a rocket and send him to the dark side of the moon," James suggests, earning puzzled looks from the group.

Shrugging, he adds, "What? If it were up to me, that's how I'd handle his punishment."
