Author's Note: WHAT IS UP MUCKAAAACHUNGAAAAS!? IT'S TRAVEZTY! And it's good to be back! Just so you know this is going to be my longest chapter in this story so far, and I'm damn well proud of it! Big Shout out to Dracoreaper for helping me out with what I have gotten done so far. Now while I am not much of a fan of the mindsets behind Warhammer 40K, I can say that thanks to him, and Rune20006, I can say that I do have something of a fascination with it now, especially since I watched MKIceAndFire play "Warhammer 40K: Space Marine II". In any case, I am working closely with Dracoreaper to establish the background of the story, as well as Terran tech to reflect the elements being put into it, though this will take a bit of time in order to better mesh things together. However, I do want to apologize here and now to Dracoreaper for something I have done at the end of this part of the Prologue.

Dracoreaper, I am sorry, but I have decided to go against using the races we described using today (as of writing this Author's note), and I've decided to use the races of the worlds located on DarthSyphilis's Star Wars Galaxy Map version 2.1 that are in relative proximity to where we positioned Earth. The races we discussed will be coming in later as the War with the Ssi-Ruu (*Spoilers*) escalates. So I am apologizing here and now, but these species and planets are much closer to Earth, so it would be easier to incorporate them into the Terran Domain within the last section of the Chapter. Again, I am sorry for doing this.

With that out of the way, I don't have much more left to say for today, except that I am actually loving building up on the story, I hope you guys are loving it as much as I am! Prologue Part 2: Purpose Restored

October 3rd 2050 AD/550 DE/114BBY

The Jehovim have been on High Alert ever since the Clan Leader, Charles Weyland, had informed them of the kidnapping of his son. Albert Weyland was well loved by the people, an entrepreneur but also an environmentalist who had great ideals. Not only that, he purposely moved his mining operations to a location that wouldn't disturb the natural habitat of Antarctica's wildlife. To many kids, he was a damn hero, and to even the Military, he was not only a damn moral compass, but also somebody that a great many in the Clan respected due to his honor and compassion, and for him to be kidnapped was not something to be taken lightly. As such, the Jehovim were mobilizing, with many of the Condor Dropships being loaded with not only soldiers, but also with the Scientists and Archeologists, in order to put the findings they obtain to use.

Unfortunately, as Charles sits on the dropship, he starts coughing loudly as he holds his chest. "My lord!" One of the soldiers asks, looking at him. "You're sick?"

"Advanced bronchogenic carcinoma…" The Aging Soldier says, "Lung Cancer…" The Soldiers look at him with shock.

"You shouldn't be out here!"

"I'm a Slayer, brat…" Charles says, "And my son's life is in danger… While I would rather die in battle, my son's life comes first, and if I can't save him, I'll die avenging him if I must." Charles says, looking at the soldier, who nods and sits down. "How long till we reach the Dropzone?"

"Five Minutes, my lord!" The Pilot says.

"Good…" Charles says, to which he activates a communicator as he stands up. "Alright, people, at approximately 12:45 PM last Friday, we had lost contact with Albert Weyland, the Pride of the Jehovim. He had discovered a buried pyramid deep beneath the ice and rock here in Antarctica, and, from what he was able to uncover, it was radiating a heat signature. This means that whatever was generating that heat was likely either a reactivated ancient power source inside, or some sort of magma chamber deep beneath the ice. Unfortunately, the area surrounding the digsite is far too unstable for Titans to be deployed, so we will be going in with only soldiers, the scientists, archeologists, and a squadron of Spartoi to join us! Everyone, remain on your toes, believe it or not, but this beast, if he has any more of his ilk, has technology that allows them to camouflage into the background, so stay on your toes."

"Sir!" The Soldiers say across the comms.

"Sir, one of the scientists and archeologists wishes to speak with you!"

"Patch them through!"

"My lord! I am Sebastian de Rosa, I'm an Archeologist, and I've had time to scan the thermal readings of the Pyramid, and I've discovered something interesting!"

"What did you learn?" Charles asks, to which he displays the images on the holo-projector.

"After comparing them to several different pyramid structures that once existed prior to Armageddon, I've discovered Elements of Aztec, Cambodian, and Egyptian Pyramids in it's structure… Many would say that this is a unique culture…" Doctor Sebastian says. "However, I have a feeling that All Three built them…"

"All Three?" Charles asks.

"Yes… This is the First Pyramid ever built!" The Archeologist says, smiling. "Your son has made an amazing discovery!"

"Only Question is who built them… And For what purpose?"

"I don't know…" Another voice says as another person is projected in, "But if we go in, we're going to need to lay down 3 simple rules for everyone to follow."

"Ms. Woods… I admire your passion, but this is a rescue mission first, an archeological dig second… We rescue my son and anyone else who has been kidnapped, neutralize the enemy, then we can mess around with the pyramid later!" Charles Weyland says.

"No disrespect intended, my lord, but these rules are for the archeological team and science division, because they don't have your training." Lex Woods says.

"Ah… Continue then…"

"Alright everyone, for the scientists and archeological team, I'm going to lay down 3 very simple rules for all of you to follow, as we don't have enough time to prepare. First, everyone sticks together and nobody goes on their own alone. Not only are we going into a possibly unstable building, but we have killers on the loose inside it. We're safer as a group. Second, everyone remains in constant communication with each other, that way if the killers are ontop of us, we can evade, hide, and evacuate. Third, unexpected things are going to happen here, so nobody, under any circumstances, try to be a hero unless you're absolutely sure you can get you and the person you're trying to help out alive."

"ETA 1 Minutes sir!" The Pilot says, the dropships closing in.

"Right… Everyone arm up… And let's show these fuckers you don't mess with the Jehovim!" Charles says, blood flowing from his lips as he coughs, but the anger in his eyes being enough to scar even a lion from even this dying man. The soldiers disembark from the ships as they land and carefully move to the sight of the dig, all of them finding there is a perfect hole bored all the way down to where the Pyramid is. It takes them a few hours to attach ropes and an electrical rail to transport people up and down… As they arrive and activate their flares, everyone looks in shock to see the great pyramid standing before them, carved of ancient stone, perfectly preserved beneath the ice. "Alright men, turn on your Autorecorders, we need to make sure this incident is sent to the Archives so we can discover what kind of monsters we're dealing with." The men comply, turning on cameras in their helmets and suits, however, as they approach, one of the soldiers stops.

"My lord… Check this out…!" The Soldier says, aiming his gun at a relief in the stone, which reveals what appears to be an image of the invader they are tracking… Fighting Something…! "What do you make of this?" Charles walks over, looking at it, feeling a thrumming in his heart, and he feels a scowl on his face. "My lord?"

"It feels like this place was designed to keep something trapped inside… Or some other nefarious purposes… But looking at that relief… I can't help but feel my blood boiling with a fury as I look at the other creature, the one with the long serpentine body…" Charles says, "I don't know why though…"

"You don't think?" One of the Archeologists asks… "These serpentine creatures… Are they Dragons?"

"I'm not sure…" Charles says, "But if there are dragons here… Then let's put them back in the grave where they belong!" This gets the soldiers to cheer as they hear this. What happens next is the Shitshow for the ages as the scientists and soldiers delve deeper into the Pyramid, they discover many truths that they never thought possible. According to the Hieroglyphs along the walls, way back in ancient times, when Antarctica was, somehow, a much warmer climate in it's current position, a race of extraterrestrial hunters came from beyond the stars… According to what they can understand, they were the ones who taught the Terrans of Antarctica not only how to build, but how to hunt the Dragons that plagued their continent. However, these Hunters demanded something in return… Once every century, after vanishing among the stars, they would return and demand a sacrifice… Willing human sacrifices would allow them to breed the Ultimate Prey… Great Serpents that could parasitize a host and take on their most powerful traits and grow ever stronger… However, the Terran's Void, mixed with the serpent's biology, allowed them to breed the weakest variant safely, so that they could test their fledgeling members, and thus the Great Hunt would begin… If the Hunters managed to slay all of the Serpents before their population reached critical mass, and seal the Queen back into her prison, they would earn the right to bear the Mark… However, if the Hunters lost, they would, for the lack of a better term, nuke the entire city, in which the energy output would kill every Serpent.

The timeline of the events depicted each great hunt… Except for one, where they found a skeleton lying on the ground with carving tools… And, in the Old Era Timeline, the last time this rite was activated was around 1,000 Years before 0DSE… And… Well… Apparently the Hunters lost… Though it seems the remnants of that civilization somehow managed to make it off Antarctica and spread throughout the world, with the Hunter's Nukes dramatically, and permanently, changing the environment of Antarctica over night… However, the Hunters abandoned Earth afterwards, the temple having been driven very far under the ice, and the continent becoming uninhabitable for so many centuries

Charles couldn't believe what he was hearing, they didn't just know how to hunt dragons, but they were trained how to do it by these Hunters… These… Predators… "So these were our original teachers…" Sebastian says, "They taught our ancestors to slay dragons, and in turn… They wanted to use us to breed their own Dragons for their Hunts… But when they lost control of them, they destroyed the First Civilization in order to stop them from spreading out of control…"

"That only leaves the question as to why they are here… And why was there a heat bloom?" Lex Woods asks, looking around as they soon happen upon what appears to be a Sacrificial Chamber of some kind. "Jehovah… Some of our potential Ancestors…"

"Going to their deaths of their own free will, unaware of how things would go so horribly wrong…" Charles says, "Albert… Where are you?"

"We'll find him!" Lex says.

"Alright, researchers, stay here, Red Team, Blue Team, stay here and protect the scientists, Yellow Team, Green Team, with us!" The groups split as the groups make their way through the rest of the Pyramid, the entire building being so much bigger than expected, but with some careful navigation, they manage to find what appears to be a large sarcophagus within the temple, with Sebastian looking at it. "Now what?"

"Hmmm…" Sebastian says, looking at the sarcophagus… "Wait a second… These look like… Numbers…" He looks closely, "Days… Months… And Years…" He looks at Lex, "What is today's date in the Old Era System?"

"October 3rd… 2050…" Lex says, in which Sebastian says as he begins to enter in the date combination which… To everyone's surprise, opens the box… Which releases a large amount of gas from within, and, much to the shock of those who look inside, see metallic objects within.

"What are these?" Charles asks, in which one of the scientists activates a scanner, creating what appears to be a holo-recorded schematic.

"It seems to be… Some kind of Blaster Weapon… Similar to what the Chiss and Miraluka use…" The scientist says, but then the soldiers pick them up to get a closer look… Unfortunately, once they do, a trap activates within the pyramid and things begin to shift and move… What happens after that… Well… Let's just say that things progress as they would in another universe… At least for a little bit… The Hunters, realizing that their weapons having been removed from their sacred sarcophagus, and the Great Dragon having already been released and is producing eggs from their maps, quickly rush into the temple, while half of the team becomes infected with parasites, and the other half discovers that the "blasters" they picked up were indeed the weapons of the Hunters.

Angry after having been effectively disarmed, the hunters slowly pick off the team one by one, until, with even Charles paying the ultimate price to save the others, but Lex, seeing the "serpents" for herself, feels a call in her blood as she realizes what those things are. "That creature…" Lex says, breathing hard and her voice becoming animalistic… "So that's… A Dragon…"

"That's like no dragon I've ever seen!" Sebastian says.

"True, but we're no longer in a Galaxy where we're alone in the universe… Sebastian, we have to give them the weapons."

"Are you crazy? Those monsters are in the middle of a trial by combat, a game hunt! You do not arm the hunters!"

"This isn't just a hunt… This place… there is a reason why it's so deep beneath the ice… It's a Prison… Meant to contain these dragons and bury them alive should the hunters fail again… The Guards no longer have their guns and the prisoners are now running amok… To restore order, the Guards need their Guns… Listen… We need to consider that we might not make it out of here alive…"

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend, huh?" Sebastian would say and, much to the shock of the two of them, they would travel through the pyramid looking for the Hunters… In which only Lex would meet one, returning it's blaster, only for the two of them to be ambushed by a dragon… With the Hunter knocked to the side, Lex would pick up the Hunter's spear, and, following her instincts, would impale the dragon upon the spear, and proceed to stab it over and over again until it finally stopped moving. Time marches on, and things would continue as it would, with Lex and the Hunter destroying the Pyramid, only for the Queen of the Xenomorphs to survive, and for a final confrontation to ensue, with the "gun" of the Hunter being knocked under a building during the fight, and for the Queen to be condemned to an eternal icy grave beneath the frigid waters of the Antarctic.

However, this would not be the end as the Hunter's own people would come to collect their fallen brother, but, before they bring him aboard the ship, Lex would have them wait, and run a scan upon her fallen comrade's body… The Hunters would see their kinsmen was infected and would perform a holy rite to remove and kill the parasite before bringing the Hunter's body aboard. The Elder of the Hunters, looking at her with Recognition of both her prowess as a warrior, and potentially saving those aboard their ship, would give her his personal weapon before leaving. However, once they were in space, Lex, would look for a means to communicate back to the Jehovim, where she would stumble upon the Hunter's "gun".

With a pickup being authorized, and the recordings of the events being made public to all of the clans, the Clan Leaders would not only come together to excavate the dead and provide a service to them, but they would also build a memorial in the honor of Charles Weyland, with his son, who had been found among a group of prisoners, lighting the man's pyre as the people mourn the fallen. The Rest of the Clans would also join the service and mourn Weyland, who was a Veteran of Armageddon, and Albert stands before the people as he gives his speech at the service.

"To those of you gathered here, you honor my father with your devotion and spirit… However… There is much I must disclose about my father so that you may know all of what he did in service to Earth, and the Jehovim as a whole. My Father, as many of you know, was a veteran of Armageddon… He served his planet by ridding us of the threat of the Chosen of the Dragon… However, you know not the full extent of his service to our people… He was the first agent of the Dominion Security Intelligence… He had done something so dangerous that it had threatened to turn him into that which he hated… A Bigot, a Xenophobe… He went undercover, living amongst the Enemy… The Chosen of the Dragon, learning the core of their Religion in order to better understand our enemy, and with his insights, he helped us develop our Faith in order to counter the Chosen…" He then brings out an envelope, which he removes a few pieces of folded paper, "These are his notes about the Chosen, I shall read them to you all here so that you may understand the dangers he put himself through in order to allow us all to survive till today…"

To those who read this journal, know that this is written as both a comprehensive report to my superiors and a foundation for my own sanity. For the duration of this long war, I have fought against those I held dear under the guise of one of the Chosen of the Dragon, the religious, xenophobic cultists who practice a religion so antithetical to our own revelations that I have come to believe it is much more than it appears.

To begin with, the Religion that the Chosen of the Dragon follows is not just a worshiping of one evil dragon as a god… It is, at its core, religious fanaticism that revolves around the beliefs of Satanism, Nazism, Nihilism… These people believe in a world where nothing matters, nothing but domination, control, and hedonism… They simply seek to force their views upon other people and force them to believe in it, and, as part of their religion, they see Dragons as the pinnacle of their beliefs… What is worse is that they worship the Dark Side of the Force as a whole, especially the emotions that fuel it: Fear, Hate, Anger, Greed, all of the negative emotions.

They seek to spread misery among others and utilize those dark emotions to make themselves feel better, as they have no value in themselves, so they seek to make the value of others as worthless as their own. What is worse is that some of these people even do worship these Dragons as actual gods, believing that the evils of these dragons were the Law of Nature, the Chaos of Apophis who devours the sun, the Pride and Anger of Satan, the Venomous Words of Nidhogg, even the greed and hunger of Orochi… All of these evil dragons they worship as embodiments of their religion and philosophy.

What is more is that they perform ritualistic human sacrifices as the Aztecs did, only instead of using the blood to feed the Sun God of the Aztecs, they perform these dark rites at the Witching Hour to commune with Satan himself, though he is long dead. As a part of my mission, it was my duty to undertake these rites as a means of providing information to my fellow soldiers, but… I can feel my grip on my morals slipping with each passing day, and how I struggle to maintain my sanity in the face of such perils… I dare not describe what else I have seen ,for it is far too gruesome and horrifying… Rituals that involve forced "relations", lynching any Chiss or Miraluka they capture that could not flee, and I myself couldn't silently rescue… To even forcing others to drink blood as a testament to Vlad the Impaler, marking him as their Messiah for their faith, as the Son of Satan. I wish this mission to be over soon, for I do not know how much longer I can keep going, nor how much more I can take before my sanity finally gives way to madness… Please… Extract me from this wretched cult before I can no longer resist the Call! The Call of that Damned Prophecy that has driven everyone who has read it to madness! HEEEELP!

Everyone present either covers their mouths in shock, or has their eyes widened with horror… "This is the information about the Chosen that the Clan Leaders had chosen to keep quiet about… For my father had made a great sacrifice for the rest of us to survive… He participated in order to inform us of the enemy's plans. And I… I was born of one of these rituals…" Albert says, "But despite being born Chosen, I choose to be an Occisor Draconis!" He places a fist against his chest, "I am proud to be a member of the Jehovim! My father made a great sacrifice not only for the Earth, but for the Dominion's Future! I may never run for office, as I am not Military, but I swear that, in my father's memory, I shall continue to serve the Dominion in his name and honor, in any way I can!" The people look at him with awe and hope as they see him draw a dagger, "LONG LIVE THE SLAYERS!"

"LONG LIVE THE SLAYERS!" The People of the Dominion Shout.

Over the rest of the year, the footage of the incident is reviewed, not only that, the weapons they had "obtained" are examined and researched by the top minds of the Dominion, where they find a way to activate the weapons and discover what they are.. The Weapon that Lex had obtained directly from the Hunter turns out to be a retractable spear of some kind, a mix between an actual spear and a javelin, but, what is more impressive about it is the material the weapon is made out of, it is unlike anything they had seen before, but is an iron-based permanent magnet. When it comes to studying the "gun" of the hunters, the scientists are shocked to find it is a plasma cannon, one that somehow defies the laws of physics.

However, despite the setback of the plasma cannon, the scientists would be inspired to create their own variations of the weapons, developing variations of guns called Arc Guns and Meltaguns… Simply put, these guns utilize electromagnetic fields to charge plasma through radiowaves to generate bolts of lightning for Arc Guns, while using Focused Microwaves to generate concentrated waves of superheated plasma for the Meltaguns. In comparison to that of the Helical Rail Guns, the Arc and Meltas have a much more limited range, though this was mostly due to the physics of plasma. For the Meltaguns this was considered fine, because, all things considered, they had the general range of a shotgun blast, however, the Arc Guns were another story, as when lightning flies, it seeks out the most charged object closest to the ground, taking the path of least resistance. The Scientist works around it by using an ionizing laser light that, as it marks its target, the lightning bolt will be drawn to that point as it is fired, and anyone within 5 feet of the target as well.

Aside from this, after so many years, and much turmoil, the Space Fleets are built and ready to begin exploration and expansion into the stars. However, before it begins it's true first steps into space, the Dominion holds a grand ceremony to celebrate and then make an offer to the Miraluka. They had lost their homeworld, and when they arrived on Earth, they had helped the Terrans discover their roots as Dragon Slayers, so they extend a hand not of just friendship, but of kin. They offer to the Miraluka a place among the Dominion that they had so rightfully earned, and the Miraluka Oligarchy, shocked at this offer, actually accepts. With this done, the Leader of Clan Zeusim, Traves Medina, among the Last of the Veterans of the Ambassadors from the UN, and the Leader of the Occisor Draconis's Military during Armageddon, kneels to their Ambassador of the Miraluka, Anara, and proposes to her in front of everyone. The Miraluka Ambassador accepts, and the celebration kicks into even higher gear as the Terrans welcome their newest Kin to the Terran Dominion.

13DHE/100BBY

Over the 13 years since the Xenomorph Incident, it became clear that there were still Dragons out there in the Universe, and, after the Miraluka used the Force to study the Serpents, dubbing them as Xenomorphs, it is clear that while they are naturally born, the Dark Side of the Force was used to forcibly twist and corrupt their ancestors into what they see before them… In short, according to the Miraluka's Histories, these creatures were Sithspawn, Bio-Engineered by the Sith using the Dark Side to turn a creature into a violent monster. These form of Bio-Weapons exist out in the Wider Galaxy, but where they had been scattered, not many know. However, what records do exist is that the Sith had created more Sithspawn under the Dragon Typing than any other bio-engineered species they created.

However, this would only motivate the people as they learned these wretched creatures were indeed Dragons, and this rose a response from the public, many seeking to join the burgeoning fleets to colonize new worlds and seek out dragons to hunt. The Clan Leaders, seeing the motivation of the populace, would agree after the Seven Star Fleets were finished being built.

Each of these Fleets would be given names that drew back to the Greek Myth of Kadmos, the founder of Thebes. The Ships of the Exploratory Fleet would be given the name Kadmos, after the tragic hero of the Myth who slew a dragon in his journeys. The Ships of the Colonial and Commerce Fleet would have ships bearing the Codename Harmonia, the Goddess of Harmony and Concord, in which it was this fleets mission to not only establish colonies on unclaimed worlds, but also establishing friendly trade relations with sentient alien species, and, after a time if they were limited to one planet, make them the offer to join the Dominion. If these sentient races refused, then the Terrans wouldn't push for it, but would make it clear to these species that if they ever asked the Terrans for Military Direct Military Intervention, they would only provide it if they either they agreed to join the Dominion, or pay an exorbitant amount compensation to the Dominion for the soldiers that die defending them.

The remaining 5 Fleets would be composed of the Dominion's Military Vessels, with each individual fleet being given it's Own Role in the Dominion Navy. The Fleet that remains closest to Earth and within it's closest systems at all times is the Khthonian Guard, they are the first responders in Earth's Military, as such they are the largest of the Fleets, as Earth is the beating heart of the Dominion. The Fleet assigned to policing and patrolling the systems of the Dominion are the members of the Pelorian Patrol, which is composed of military ships who travel along the Hyperspace routes of the Unknown Regions where buoys are set up for the jumps. The Fleet assigned to acting as the Security Forces for the Commerce and Exploration Fleets are known as the Hyperion Watchers, often traveling a distance behind both Fleets so that they can launch buoys to ensure smooth jumps for the Watchers to Follow and respond to any hostile forces. They also act as the Diplomatic Corps for the other two fleets, with the middle to higher ranking officers being trained in the Dance of Diplomacy and Politics. The Fifth and Final Fleet is the largest and most dangerous of the Fleets themselves, the Echian Armada… The members of this fleet have no other duties save one: War. They are the Dominion's full on Military devoted entirely to the Art of War, sworn to fight and die for Earth, be it against aliens, dragons, or even the monsters of the Unknown Regions themselves.

However, as Humanity begins to spread, they actually build their first base in a location that is, if it were fiction, it would be a bit of a trope, but considering the circumstances would allow them to train in building in zero-gravity, it worked: Luna, aka the Moon. It would be here, upon the moon, that the Terrans would begin to discover something truly extraordinary, a new form of metal that is reminiscent of one on Earth, yet entirely different, a form of Iron that is Black in coloration with Rose Gold veins, but also produces it's own powerful magnetic field. This form of iron, after samples are sent to Earth for testing, defies the natural laws about magnetism that Earth has come to know. Even when heated up, the magnetic field it produces remains strong, in fact, heating up the metal only seems to amplify the magnetic field already present in the metal, and once it cools, the field returns to normal!

The Miraluka explains that there is a warrior culture within region known as the Outer Rim Territories called Mandalore, where a warrior culture, not too dissimilar to that of the Terrans, where they actually posses a special form of Iron unique to them as well called Beskar, which was noted to be resistant to Lightsabers and Blaster Bolts, but the only difference is that the Beskar absorbs the heat from them and rapidly dissipates it into the atmosphere, though even the Beskar has a maximum limit to what it can withstand before it starts to warp or even melt into slag.

"Husband…" Anara says to Traves, smiling as she rubs her growing belly, a sign of hope for the future. "If your people could harness this form of iron, it could put you on the same playing field as the Mandalorians, especially if you can harness its magnetic fields."

"Hmmm…" Traves would think, rubbing his growing goatee… "Do you have a blaster I could borrow?"

"Of course!" Amara would say, lending him her personal blaster as they set up one of the larger samples for him to shoot at. Deflector Shields are situated around everyone to protect them should something untowards happen, in which… It does… When Traves fires the blaster, the bolt flies towards the iron and, much to the shock of everyone, the bolt rebounds off the iron, and bounces off the deflector shields around everyone before it finally hits something and makes it's impact. Taking a closer look at it, Traves would find that there is a slight discoloration where the heat of the bolt had gotten near the iron, but it seems the heat of the bolt had amplified its magnetic field at that point and sent it flying in a different direction.

After much more studies were performed on the iron, and especially it's magnetic field, many more of it's properties would be found. It turns out this iron provides the most powerful permanent magnetic field in nature, even more powerful than even Neodymium Magnets! Not only that the Moon is chock full of massive veins of this material. Not only that, this iron is harder, stronger, and has a higher melting and boiling point than normal iron, and even working the iron is difficult due it's magnetic field being extremely powerful once heated. However, a Pair of Master Blacksmiths, calling themselves the Stagmer Brothers, would take on the challenge with their crew of smiths, and, together, they would forge a weapon from fiction using this iron, smelting it into a steel, before properly forging it into a work of functional art. What was brought back to the Sanctuary of the Clans, as a gift to the Dominus, and as a symbol of his, and his successors, authority, is a beautiful Estoc Sword that is almost entirely made out of this new steel.

With this iron having been discovered, new innovations begin, and, to the surprise of nobody, this new metal's possible names is put to a vote, with the people being allowed to join in on the voting, either by providing names or actually voting on the actual names provided, in which the suggestions would be sent to the Clan Leaders, who would each provide the most popular names voted for by both the people and the governments, before providing their suggestions in the Sanctuary, and out of them all, and after tests of the ceremonial sword, they would find the cutting prowess of this steel is actually quite interesting. This actually inspired one member of the Susanim Clan, a civilian who studied the Old Languages, and was inspired by a Middle English word that meant "To Cut; Split; Seperate"... This word was Sliven… Thus it was suggested the name for this steel, to hide it's magnetic properties, be Slivian Iron. This would be agreed upon by the Clan Leaders as the pragmatic and practical way in which they would protect the secrets of their new steel.

With this voting done, things would progress, at least, that is until it is discovered, as a new colony is being formed on Mars, that Mars itself also has Slivian Iron deposits beneath it's soils. Not only that only that, at the end of this timeline, Slivian Iron is discovered on all ten of the dwarf planets and the 3 Largest Asteroids of the System, which, leads to the Dominion establishing bases and Mining Operations on these locations, and especially that of Mars and Luna, where Mars quickly becomes a known as the Forge World, where the forging of Slivian Iron and the crafting of everything important and artificial for the Dominion becomes it's way of life, alongside the Military base established as well. And Quickly progress is made on all fronts…

As the Terran Dominion begins to expand beyond the confines of the Sol System, new planets are discovered, and one of the first is a beautiful Earth-like planet, one whose climate is on the cooler side when compared to earth, with a breathable atmosphere, a standard level of Gravity, and with plenty of mountains, hills, and plains covering the planet's surface. When the Terrans discover this, one of the Researchers comes across the old Miraluka descriptions of their homeworld before it had been destroyed due to the loss of it's atmosphere and magnetosphere, and thus a request was sent back to Earth. The Council of Earth, being given the information and, with much joy and excitement, would broadcast it all over the planet. They would reveal to the Miraluka Citizens that still remember their Homeworld that the Kadmos Fleet had found a near identical planet to their original homeworld, one with a stronger magnetosphere, and of the same size as Earth.

The Clan Council would offer this planet to their Miraluka Citizens if they wished for it, as the Miraluka were now kin to the Dominion, and had done so much for the Terrans already, so it was time for them to return the favor. This would get many Miraluka to be excited, especially the oldest members who would be able to see a new version of their homeworld, and would allow them to find rest and shelter there. The move for the Miraluka to their new home would see half of the Miraluka currently residing on Earth moving to this new system. Aside from this, even with the help of the Dominion, it would take months for the Miraluka to set up their settlements and begin providing their aid to the Dominion's Center… Despite this, the Dominion was more than willing to help out where and when it could.

Aside from this, quite a few other events happened during this time, most of which involve a couple of strange races within the Unknown Regions… The First of these Races were a group of mammalian creatures that, if one could describe them, looked similar to that of chimeric hybrids of Mice, Bears, and Dogs, but were under three feet tall, with long tails. As it so happened, when the Dominion arrived on the planet, they would find this species being under attack by another group of creatures called the Ssi-Ruu, a group of creatures that looked like large humanoid dinosaurs. The Terrans suddenly jumping out of Hyperspace had startled the Ssi-Ruu into recklessly attacking them… Something that these raptorial aliens would find out quickly was a bad idea.

As soon as the first strike is, thankfully, repelled by the deflector shields of the Carrier that would have met it's fate, the Kadmos-9 Exploration Flotilla sends out an alert to the Hyperion-47 Watcher Flotilla about the hostilities and, immediately, over 20 vessels, with a large carrier and several smaller ships, emerge out of hyperspace, in which both fleets immediately scramble as many of their fighters as as fast as possible, with the first out into space and already closing in on the enemy being the most distinguished squadron being that of the Mobius Squadron, led by one of the most decorated pilots of Earth, his name being unknown, but with the Callsign of Mobius 1. Launching their fighters quickly, the fighters quickly fly out towards their enemies as the larger vessels begin to form a blockade as fast as they are able to.

"This is Kadmos-9, all Mobius Spacecraft, report in!"

"Mobius 2 on Standby!"

"Mobius 3 through 7 on Standby!"

"Mobius 8 on Standby!"

"Mobius 9 through 13 on Standby!"

"Preparations are complete, and we are ready for battle… All Spacecraft, follow Mobius 1!" In his Eagle Fighter, Mobius 1 looks through his visor with his eyes filled with determination.

"AETERNUM INFINITUM!" Mobius 1 calls out the Mobius Squadron Motto over the comms.

"AETERNUM INFINITUM!" The Mobius Squadron calls out as they engage the thousands of fighters heading their way.

The first attack by the Ssi-Ruu was met with ferocity, as the Dominion would release their freshly forged fighters to battle the Ssi-Ruu fighters in space. These Fighters would be the Eagle Multi-Role Fighters and the Hawk Interceptors, two designs that were reminiscent of the Old Era's most infamous fighters, the Lockheed F-22 Raptor (ironically), and the Sukhoi SU-47 Berkut/Golden Eagle. The Eagle was bulkier in comparison to it's F-22 "Ancestor" mostly due to the fact that it was chiefly designed to not only fight enemy space and aircraft, it was also designed to directly challenge enemy warships with it's weapons, both it's primary weaponry and it's payloads of missiles and/or bombs, however, despite it's size it was still extremely fast and agile, just like it's ancestor. As for the Hawk, while it's design is not different from that of the Berkut, it was realized that, despite it's wings design being terrible for In-Atmospheric Flight, in Space, that was another story. Without air-resistance to act as negative drawbacks to the Forward-Swept Wings, the Fighter's forward swept design that provided initial benefits in-Atmospheric Flight are amplified, making the Hawk Interceptor not only extremely fast, but also far more stable in flight, all the while the initial design flaws of forward swept wings are minimized unless the fighters encounter solar winds.

The battle itself is a bit more precarious for the Dominion's liking, mostly because their enemy's fighters are much smaller than their own, making them much harder targets to hit. Not only that, there appeared to be at least 1,500 of them in the battle, so the swarms they fly in are extremely dense and difficult for the hundreds of Terran Pilots to deal with. However, the pilots notice that these things are not flying like that of living pilots, plus they utilize energy shields. What is more, their Fighter's new Slivian Iron Armor seems to be doing a decent job deflecting the majority of the laser cannon fire if they manage to get past the deflector shields. The Ssi-Ru however, notice that, despite the battle in space, their Swarm-Class Battle Droids are dropping like flies, and they can't tell why, but the Dominion does. After running some test shots with their Arc and Melta Cannons, it quickly became obvious that the droids were absorbing the energy within the plasma their weapons generated, rendering it harmless. This meant that they had to rely on their lower calibur Helical Rail Guns or their newly designed Bolter Machine Guns. Thankfully, it seems the shields on these droids are incapable of absorbing the Dominion's physical rounds, which ends up causing them to explode.

Once the Ssi-Ruu see that their fighter numbers are dropping, they attempt to communicate to their Lwhekk-class Manufacturing Ships to start producing more fighters in a hurry. However, that is when, to the surprise of the raptor-men, a group of new fighters fly out of their enemy's carriers and towards not only their Manufacturing Ships, but also to their carriers, all of them somehow flying inside of their deflector shields. Once that is done, lightning seems to erupt out of special cannons, which causes a surge of energy that the Ssi-Ruu don't expect as their systems start to glitch out and overload.

"Mobius 1 to Kadmus-9! Enemy Power supply shut down! I bet the Condors are hungry for some carrion!"

"Acknowledged Mobius 1!" The Captain of Kadmos-9 calls out, "Griffon Squadron, that's your cue!"

"Roger!" That is when another craft from the ships flies out, a comparatively slower, but much larger ship, the Condor Fighter-Bomber, and, like it's companions, modeled after an Old Era Aircraft, with this one being modeled after a Northrop B-2 Spirit Bomber. Despite being much slower, and lacking the maneuverability of it's compatriots, the Condor is an entirely different beast, as it carries a much stronger shield generator that, when the droid fighters try to attack the Condors at close range, the bombers just deflect the attacks right back at them. Granted these don't harm the Ssi-Ruu fighters, but the impact of their own blasts is enough to send them flying backwards several tens of meters. Thanks to this, the aircraft are joined by other squadrons that cover them and allow for the Terran Spaceforce to drop their payloads upon the ships of the Ssi-Ruu Ships, destroying them in a relatively swift fashion, first destroying the Craft Ships, and then the Carriers.

As this is going on, the Hyperion-47 Flotilla sends down dropships and gunships down to the surface. These Ships are Vulture Gunships and the Owl Dropships, each of them modeled in a rather unique way. With the Vulture Gunships carrying heavy inspiration from a tabletop game called Warhammer 40,000, specifically being modeled after the Human Imperium's, Storm Hawk Interceptor, though, unlike the Storm Hawk, this one was designed with the ARC Reactor and Plasma Engines in mind when flying through space, while using Repulsorlife Engines while In-Atmosphere. These weren't initially designed to fly through space, but they can from their carriers to ensure they make it safely into the atmosphere. The Owl Dropships, on the other hand, was modeled after the Raven Dropship from the video game series "Call of Duty" specifically that of the title of "Infinite Warfare". These ships are lumbering giants that can transport up to 18 Soldiers each, or, if a small tank is loaded in, 8 at most. The Owls, while being primarily transport ships, are armed to the teeth if needed to engage in combat.

As these ships dive down to the surface, one scouting Vulture notices something, "Kadmos-9, this is T-101, the enemy is a group of humanoid dinosaurs, and they appear to be capturing the natives of this planet!"

"Acknowledge, all marines, do not hesitate to slay these animals! Save the innocents, but slaughter every last one of these damned lizards and fashion cloaks out of their hides!" The Captain of the Kadmos-9 calls over the comms.

"SIR YES SIR!" The soldiers shout as they charge in, quickly engaging the ground forces through cover and throwing grenades into the engines of the transport ships as the soldiers charge in, preventing the ships from escaping. As the Ssi-Ruu turn to see their assailants, they quickly realize that those rallied against them are of a far greater number than the expected, calling for support from the air. Unfortunately, the battle quickly turns against them once the ships in space realize that the Terran Military doesn't use energy weapons primarily, but solid projectiles that bypass their shields, and the moment they switch their shields to deal with solid projectiles, the fighter squadrons come in and blast them with their lightning plasma to short circuit their systems, destroying their life support and leaving them vulnerable to being slaughtered. Though the battle was pitched in the favor of the Ssi-Ruu in the initial stages, it quickly becomes clear to these invaders that they have met a foe that matches them. Some of the Ssi-Ruu are captured and restrained while the soldiers work quickly to tend to the wounded natives and freeing those who have been captured.

For the Terrans, this battle was easy… Almost… Too Easy… As if these dinomen weren't expecting a genuine fight. With this, the captain has the Ssi-Ruu interrogated, and, much to the Horror of the Terrans, these creatures use a form of technology called Entechment, essentially using machines to vampirise a sentient being of their life-force energies and the transforming it into fuel for their own technologies, something that disgusts the Terrans as they log everything they can about the process that they can get from these raptors, and, they destroyed the machines and every bit of their presence, including executing their prisoners on the crimes of Extreme Atrocity, Extreme Cruelty, Torturing their Victims, and even possible genocide. The execution of these raptors are made public for the natives of this planet as they demand much worse for what had been done to them, but the Captain of the Kadmos-9 offered something else instead, the Protection of their Planet in exchange for joining the Dominion. Their Planet would become a Dominion World, where they were free to govern themselves but, in exchange, were to swear loyalty to the Terran Dominion, and in exchange for their loyalty and aid providing the Terrans with whatever they requested of them, they would get full support of the Dominion, but also protection and militaristic training. However, they needed to elect somebody who could speak for their planet.

To this, one of these beings stepped up, his left eye and wounded paws bandaged. "I shall speak for my people!" The creature says, "I am Nedzu, and I am the leader of this tribe whom you had saved, as you had seen, I was also going through Entechment when you came. So in gratitude for what you have done, I swear that I shall call an assembly of the other Tribes, and we shall speak about joining the Dominion. However, for what you have done for us today, we, the people of the Nekunu Tribe, thank you so much!" He then bows with the rest of his people bowing respectfully, in which the Captain contacts the main fleet, who send the information and declaration of the Nekunu's pledge of allegiance.

The Dominion is actually fairly happy to hear of this development and, after a few weeks, they hear back from the Nekunu that the planet has officially sworn allegiance to the Terran Dominion, with the tribes choosing the name Angrallia for their planet. With this, the Angrallia System is added to the Dominion. Over the next few weeks, the Commerce and Trading Fleet comes and helps the Angrallians to advance themselves and integrate them into the culture of the Terrans while respecting their traditions. Much to the surprise of the Terrans, the Angrallians actually follow the same shamanistic beliefs as the old Native Americans and the Japanese, that everything has a spirit within it, and that these spirits must be respected. To this, the members of the Susanim prove to be a considerable crossing of the cultural barriers, and help with allowing for the Terrans to learn and understand their new members.

However, unfortunately, due to the hostilities and Xenophobia of the Ssi-Ruu, the Terrans are forced to declare war on the Ssi-Ruu, and have only one mission, to search and destroy. It takes several months to locate the general location of homeworld, but when they do, they contact the leaders of the Ssi-Ruu and warn them that they had attacked them first when they sought peaceful negotiations, and, because they had dared to not only spill Terran Blood, but also attempt to enslave and torture the innocent, the Ssi-Ruu have proven they cannot be allowed to live, and thus have been targeted for termination. Despite how quickly the Ssi-Ruu scramble to assemble their forces, they are unprepared as suddenly their communications with the rest of their colonies are cut off from the rest of their colonies, with the Terrans hacking into their communications and finding the locations of the Ssi-Ruu's outermost colonies… What happens next would only be seen in the Old Histories comparing them to the Nazis… However, unlike those bastards, where they cruelly tortured and tormented the Jewish People, the Terrans would not cruely murder the Ssi-Ruu, no… They would make their deaths swift, but it wouldn't be painless… For their Deliverance of Angrallia would reveal not only the Ssi-Ruu's xenophobia, but also their beliefs in other species being less than they were, something that ignited the flames of hate, and the bile of disgust, within the Terrans, reminding them of the worst points in the Old Era's Histories. So, as penance for their race's past sins, they would liberate every slave the Ssi-Ruu captured and tortured for their own gain, they would give back these worlds to those who had been robbed of them, and they would swear to protect them if they so chose to join the Dominion.

The Campaign's early years actually see the planets of Merikon, Tangar, Wistril, and Yarille would be liberated from the grasp of these raptors, and every last Ssi-Ruu on them facing the wrath of the Dragon Slayers, either being gunned down without mercy, or being put to the sword in brutal fashion. However, much to the horror of the Terrans, the Ssi-Ruu's other outer colonies were terrifyingly close to Earth itself. And these are the only worlds that do not have any known inhabitants upon them, with it appearing the Ssi-Ruu being out of luck for slaves. However, there are inhabited worlds that they save from their enslavers that are, much to the horror of the Terrans, terrifyingly close to their own space. These planets were Bardram Scoft, Stivic, Solitair, Rapacc, and Rakata. The Leaders of these Worlds, seeing how the Terrans would systematically slaughter every Ssi-Ruu that draws near them, would pledge loyalty to the Terran Dominion, becoming Dominion Territories of their own. However, Bardram Scoft would be one of the Worlds the Terrans would be forced to forcibly make a complete overhaul of it's governmental system, due to the fact that, before the Ssi-Ruu, the government would often change frequently and violently, having made the entire planet and the Scofti unprepared for fighting the Ssi-Ruu once they got a foothold on the planet. Thankfully, the Terrans were well received by the Scofti, and would welcome the change in leadership on a more permanent basis. As for the Paccosh, Garwians, and Rakatans, things would be somewhat different.

The Paccosh would, thankfully, receive the Terrans exceedingly well, due to the fact they venerate offworlders highly, though, they had admitted to making the mistake of venerating and trusting the Ssi-Ruu. The Garwains, thankfully, as a species that specialized in trading and economics, were more than happy, especially since the Terrans had already liberated 4 of their 5 Colony Worlds by this point, which had been completely evacuated when the first of them fell, and thus they were happy to have such a resounding fighting force protecting them, especially since their defense platforms and patrol ships were hopeless against the swarms of Ssi-Ruu Swarm Fighters. As for the Rakatans, due to the fact that some members of their species, due to their species being extremely powerful in the Dark Side of the Force, their initial interactions with the Terrans was hostile, even after they had saved them from the Ssi-Ruu. The Rakatan Freedom Fighters, thinking they wished to enslave them, attempted to use the Dark Side of the Force to get the Terrans to back away, however they were completely terrified when the Terrans utilized the Void and Teras Kasi to subdue the hostile Rakatans, but not kill them. After revealing they only wished to help, and shared an enemy in the Ssi-Ruu, the Rakatan Freedom Fighters managed to calm down, and, after much negotiations, including swearing oaths of secrecy to protect Rakata Prime, they would agree to secretly join the Terran Dominion.

The reason why the Rakatans wanted this secrecy? It was because the Jedi of the Republic openly hunted down Dark Side users, and though the Rakatans had forever sworn against using the Dark Side to conquer the Galaxy as they had once thousands upon thousands of years ago, they were not against using it in self-defense. However, the Jedi, according to the Rakatans, would not leave them be if they had found out about them, as they leaned too closely to the Light Side, to the point they saw any form of darkness, even so much as a use of it in self-defense, as evil. This information on the Jedi would paint a stain upon their reputation for the Terrans, even the Miraluka who have been welcomed by the Terrans, a race born in the depths of the Dark Side, and now their kin, would begin to think ill of the Jedi. Many Miraluka who had been born on Earth had begun using the Dark Side themselves in the same manner the Rakatans did, only tapping into it's power in times of need, and with the discipline that the military gives them, only using it sparingly so the Darkness doesn't take hold.

More is yet to unfold for the Terrans as during their efforts to battle the Ssi-Ruu, their Exploration Fleets come across two worlds that are extremely close to Earth, relatively speaking… These Worlds are steeped in the Dark Side, just like their homeworld, and there are remnants of a civilization on both… However, they both seem to have been abandoned for centuries at least, and now the Terrans can begin to colonize them… These worlds, as their records would discover, once belonged to a mighty and powerful Sith Lord named Valkorion, whom used the powers of these worlds to nearly destroy the Galactic Republic, but after his death, these worlds were abandoned, and now the Terrans can claim them as their own… The Names of these Worlds, according to the records, are… Iokath… and Zakuul…

But that… Is a Story for Another Day…
