Pax felt peace for once. He could finally let go and feel relaxed. Nothing was on his mind. A clear mind with open arms for dreams. As he laid there, he heard faint clinking as if someone was walking on tile with dress shoes. He disposed of this sound, thinking it was one of his brothers.

Though, he cocked his eyebrow up, remembering there was no tile in the hotel room. He opened his eyes only to be greeted with darkness as if he never opened his eyes. Not the slightest of light was visible. With concern, he rushed to get up but found himself bound to the bed. He tried lifting his arms and legs, but to no avail; they were strapped tight across the bed.

"Mathew? Mathew, where are you?!" Pax searched in the dark. No reply, no noise, no Mathew. Where was he? Where was Mathew? Where were his brothers? What once was faint clanking now became clear as day as it came towards him. He cracked his head towards the noise, squinting his eyes to see if he could get a glimpse of who or what was making the noise.

"Mathew won't be able to save you, Paxton." A mysterious, dark, deep voice emerged from the dark. Pax dared not to move, too scared to do anything. How did they know his name? His head was stuck in the position of staring at whoever spoke to him. The clanking came to a halt. He could feel the person standing right before him.

"Please… don't hurt me or my brothers."

"Oh, stop being such a lame-o." Pax was interrupted as the mysterious man squeezed the Archangel's chin to force Pax to look at him. Pax started to shake slightly, he tried moving again, but with the hand squeezing his chin, there wasn't much he could do. He felt alone and scared; he wanted Mathew to wake him if this was a dream.

"Don't you recognize me?" Finally, a light appeared. It was dim, just enough to show the man's face, which looked familiar.

"S-Sebastian?" Pax gasped. He stared into his eyes, feeling a tear threaten to fall in the corner of his eye. He felt everything in his body shut down, and his heart sank. He shook his head violently, throwing the man's hand off his chin. He refused to believe it was his brother. He was dead, he had blood all over him, and a giant slash was along his torso; it was humanly impossible for Sebastian to be alive. Pax couldn't hold it in any longer and burst out crying, thrashing all over to escape what seemed like Hell.

"YOU'RE NOT REAL! GET OUT OF MY HEAD! GET OUT!" The Archangel screamed his lungs out, causing the man to cover his ears as the high pitched scream rang throughout the endless place.

"Wow, I never knew someone could muster a scream like that." The imposter shook his head to get the ringing out of his ear. He snapped his fingers which sent orange sparks into the air. Pax stopped his screaming to put his attention to the sparks. He watched them swirl around in the sky until they tied together to look like…a gag? Without warning, the lookalike gag shoved into his mouth, buckling itself tightly around the back of his head so it stayed secure.

"That's better." The man stepped away momentarily to discard his disguise. Out of view, patches of skin fell off him like a snake, fingernails trickled off, and eyeballs squished on the ground. He shook the final loose pieces off him and stepped back into view. The light grew brighter, revealing a hideous monster. Pax's pupils grew wide, his lungs suddenly stopped pumping, and his heart practically flew out of his chest. As if his limbs had a mind of their own, they started to tug and pull at the bonds, desperately trying to get away from the abomination.

"Look at you, so helpless, so vulnerable, so delicious~ I could eat you right here if I wanted to!" The Demon licked his lips and went straight for one of Pax's legs. It slid its tongue across the Archangel's entire leg, leaving a trail of drool. Pax's muffled scream was the only sound that could be heard, he tried to pull as hard as he could to get his leg away from the monster, absolutely terrified of the thing.

"What was that?" The Demon paused momentarily and put his hand up around his ear to imitate listening, "I have to introduce myself? Why, of course! Silly ol' me." The Demon dropped Pax's leg and stood tall and straight, and put his hand up in a salute.

"Peace, at your service!" Suddenly, Peace disguised himself as the lady at the lobby's front desk. Though, she didn't look pretty anymore. Her skin sagged, drooping from all places. Bits of skin were missing, revealing oozing blood dripping on the floor. Strands of hair fell to the floor, creating bald patches on her head. Her outfit was a mix of his clothing and the assigned uniform, making it look all discombobulated.

"You'll have to excuse my look, I can't look pretty all the time." Peace chuckled slightly, making the Archangel stunned. He recognized the disguise, he knew it looked familiar, but where? It clicked. The front lady in the lobby was the one Memphis told his name to. That's how he knew they were here.

"What's going on here?" Another voice emerged from the darkness; this time, it sounded like two people at once. Peace perked up, putting a smile on his face, and released his disguise until it was a pile of ooze on the floor. Pax looked around, trying to find this person. Just like earlier, clanking noises came from the left of him, this time, slowly coming closer and closer until the figure appeared. It was also hideous.

"Having a party without us?" The creature spoke again. Pax couldn't believe what he was seeing. It was tall, muscular, and scary. Its horns were huge, and its teeth were sharp. This was a nightmare that he wished he could leave, he wished that Father would get him out. He tried moving again and even talking, but nothing worked. He was stuck there like he was seconds ago.

"Jax, Macs! Glad you could make it! You're just in time to meet our little friend here, Paxton." Peace happily laughed, eager for what was about to come.

Jax and Macs? How does it have two names but only one body? Why did its name sound the same as his and Dax's?

"Before we start, I can tell you're confused," Pax turned his head to look at Peace, "These are my twin brothers, and they are one. But, don't confuse them as being the same. No, no, no. They hate being called the same." Pax pulled his head back as Peace inched closer to his face, basically feeling his breath upon him.

"Correct. Though, we could sense upon our arrival that you thought we were one, is this true?" Jax and Macs' voices combined together. Jax took his hand and reached over to grab the Archangel's head to make him look at them. Quickly, Pax shook his head, not wanting them to be angry. But, that's not what his head did. Instead, it moved up and down. Pax tried to make it stop, but his head kept moving, watching the expressions on the twins' faces slowly harden. Why couldn't he stop his head? He wasn't doing anything to make this happen.

"Oh, my!" Peace fake gasped, "He does think you're the same! This is unacceptable. You two need to do something about this behavior." The younger Demon tsked at Pax, shaking his head in the process. Pax's eyes widened, looking straight into the twins' eyes. Tears ran down his cheek from raw fear. He couldn't do anything about this situation. He had to accept that something was about to happen to him. Peace stepped back from the bed and into the darkness. The silence was the only noise in this endless void, besides hearing eerie screams here and there. Seconds later, Peace came back with something in his hand. It was long and had a handle at the end of it. As he came into view more, the object was a metal sword. Pax tried to move his head to get a better look at it, but with the grip of the twins, it was impossible.

"Here. I present to you, the Great Sword of Happiness." For dramatic effect, Peace kneeled on one knee and lifted the sword to his older brothers. Now that the sword was in his view of vision, Pax could get a good look at it. But, something about the sword made him pull on his bonds.

"What's wrong, Paxton? You don't mind us borrowing your sword for only a few minutes, right?" Macs said, conquering Jax's voice. Pax could finally move his head from side to side, not liking where this was going. Not only was it his sword, but what would they do with it? Cut his head off? Slit his limbs off? Make him choke on it?

The twins grabbed the sword from Peace's hands. Jax held the handle of the sword while Macs ran his hand down the blade, admiring the sharpness. They had to admit, the Archangel kept his sword clean and sharp, perfect for what they were about to do. The twins told Peace to rip the robe off of the Archangel for his stomach to show. With a snap of his fingers, the robe ripped clean off his torso, Pax winced from this sudden move.

"Don't worry. This won't hurt a bit, dear." The twins smiled down at him. They stepped forward to examine his stomach. They ran the blade tip along the middle, watching Pax's breathing come to a halt. It was amusing to watch the blade come closer and closer to his neck, resulting in the Archangel to scream into his gag. The twins and Peace were laughing hysterically now, watching the many emotions Pax was experiencing.

"I think we've had our share. Now, let's get down to business."

Peace snapped his fingers and the gag disappeared into the air. Pax wasted no time and screamed into the abyss. He screamed at them not to hurt him, but they fell deaf to his cries. The twins flipped the blade so the tip was now touching the Archangel's belly button. Pax cried out more, begging and begging them not to hurt him. But, the twins chose not to listen and plunged the sword into his stomach. Pax screamed into the void, pulling on his bonds to get out, but it only worsened as the sword cut deeper with every motion he made.

"Listen to him scream! Music to my ears." Peace manifested a chair and sat down with his legs propped on an invisible table. Pax felt every bit of the sword, he couldn't even comprehend his pain. Is this what it was like for Sebastian? A long, painful death?

His thoughts were interrupted by more pain. The blade was slicing his skin like paper. The Demons were laughing, all watching the blade effectively working its magic. Blood and organs spilled out of the Archangel's stomach, sliding down the sides of the bed. Every time Pax tried to make a noise, blood came out instead. His once-white robe was now blood red. As the blade kept slicing, Pax lost more consciousness of the world. He couldn't think as it was. Nothing was going through his mind, nothing to be thunk. Pain and suffering was the only thing on the agenda.

"Paxton, are you still with us?" Pax managed to look up at whoever was talking to him. He could barely see or comprehend anything. The person repeated themselves, but Pax never replied. His hearing was going in and out, only being able to hear his name. Suddenly, a wild jerk brought him back. The pain was gone in an instant.

"Pax, are you okay?!" Mathew jerked his brother again and this time Pax responded by gasping as he sat up. He was covered in sweat and had a pounding headache. Light shining through the windows blinded him as he looked around the room. He frantically opened his robe to expose his stomach, then sighed in relief as he saw that there were no cuts or blade marks

"You were screaming, dude!" Zayn said to him. Pax looked at his brother with a blank stare. His mind was racing with thoughts. His eyes jittered, his face dripped with sweat, and he breathed heavily through his nose. He took his gaze to Mathew, staring at him with anger. Pax's eyebrows furrowed and he slowly sat up from the bed.

"You said you would watch over me." He softly said. Mathew didn't know what to say, instead, his face showed guilt and sorrow.

"I felt nothing but pain. They tortured me, no matter how many times I said no. I witnessed my organs slip out of me as they sliced my stomach open with a blade. They laughed in my face as I screamed in agony, even when I called out to you." Pax slowly stepped away from the bed. His brothers watched him reach his hand out for the door.

"I now see that I can't trust any one of you."
