Hey everyone Hyde here with some quick news. First is just a thank you for everyone supporting this story.

The second is that I am moving this story in the update schedule. From now on this story will be updated every two weeks ratger than every week. The only reason for this is because I want to not rush and mess things up and I feel that if I was constantly worrying about putting out a chapter for two different stories every week.

Now before we get into the story, some people thought i was being mega clever with Jane Doe...i was not. She is a character from Zenless Zone Zero that Im using to pad out the older students of Beacon. Some who originally read this story on wattpad will know I had originally used characters from Honkai Star Rail. The reason for the switch is just because I think the Thiren characters work perfectly as faunus.

With all that said thank you and i hope you enjoy.

Jaune laid on his bed in his dorm both mentally and physically exhausted. Mind you that this should not be an unusual occurrence considering he was training to be a huntsman, but it was a Saturday for crying out loud! Although he had only himself to blame for his predicament.

You see after his extremely intense "training" session with the deadly kunoichi that was Mei Terumi, Jaune had awoken in a most difficult state. As Ren put it, Jaune looked like a walking husk that had been drained of all life. Well, Jaune had to give it to his brother from another he was most definitely drained.

Mei had worked him to the bone for five long months on advanced chakra control and discovering his nature affinity. He didn't have time to celebrate that he could use fire and water styles as she had also forced him to learn other skills such as trap making and placement, tracking, poisons, and other skills that her village, Kirigakure, specialized in with the exception of swordsmanship as Mei wasn't an avid sword user.

Of course that left the entirety of the sixth month for a single subject...seduction. While the skill wouldn't be as useful to Jaune as it would a woman it was more to help him realize when he was being seduced and by the brothers did Mei lay it on thick. While Jaune accepted that he had to learn about seduction he had made it clear they weren't going any farther.

It was a stance that Jaune and Mei battled over constantly and he would win...for all of three days. Soon after he caved Mei taught him the pleasures that a woman could provide and how to return them in kind and, in his own little bit of payback, he did more than return them. By the end of the sixth month the two had been going at it off and on for over three weeks in between other training trying everything that he had ever been curious about. Needless to say Jaune could finally understand why he had seven siblings.

Brothers, Jaune hoped that Mei couldn't get pregnant in the training dimension, he was too young to have more kids. Anyway, after the condition that he had woken up in Jaune's team had forbidden him from attending classes that day and forced him to remain in bed. Not long after he received a visit from Ozpin and, seeing no way out of an embarrassing conversation, Jaune reluctantly told him what had happened.

And wouldn't you know it the old bastard laughed! The headmaster laughed and continued laughing until he had left the room. Even then Jaune could still here the old man going down the hallway laughing his ass off. Not long after he got a message from the headmaster that their trip into Vale could wait until the next day.

Over the coming days Jaune was back to classes and had gotten his own account set up at the Vale bank for his money. While Beacon had accounts set up for teams to use as a whole, Jaune had been in need of a personal account considering his village didn't really have a bank. On the same outing with Ozpin Jaune had also bought a holster and ammo for The Ace of Spades that, with the exception of classes, now proudly rested on his person at all times.

The holster that Jaune had picked out was actually a gun belt reminiscent of what you would see worn in an old cowboy movie. It was a dark tanned leather with a single holster on his right side while on his left were several slots for individual bullets. Despite Ruby's endless teasing about his love of the classics the holster was a welcome addition to his attire as he finally had a ranged weapon for when he either couldn't or didn't need to use jutsu. Of course it came with the downside of needing to holster the weapon anytime he needed to use a more intensive jutsu.

Speaking of jutsu, Jaune and his team had spent all of their free time Friday and morning today working on and incorporating his new arsenal into their tactics. While far from perfect they now had a versatility of range and power that would make sure they could face just about any situation. Of course doing all of this training had been exhausting for all of them and upon seeing this Jaune had decided they should take the rest of the day off.

That lead to now, where Jaune was alone in his dorm room resting. Nora had dragged Ren off to an all you can eat pancake buffet in vale, while Pyrrha needing to meet up with her manager in Vale had left with them.

While normally Jaune enjoyed the quiet moments, he found himself restless. He would blame that on the fact he had decided after his training with Mei, he would hold off on using the third and final voucher for a little while. So his body, used to constant training after what equated to a full year, was unable to just hang around. Pretty soon Jaune found himself throwing on some casual clothes and The Ace and leaving his room for a walk.

Jaune considered going to the lottery room for a few minutes. He had taken an active part in Grimm Studies and killed a few of Professor Port's captive grimm yesterday, how the man actually captured grimm was a mystery to him. That added onto his daily tickets meant he had six tickets, but he was saving those up. Maybe he would use one or two tomorrow.

Briefly Jaune considered going over to see if team RWBY wanted to hang out, but then remembered they had gone off to do their own team training. He had also considered going to say hi to Velvet but her team had left yesterday afternoon for a mission.

Jaune stopped in his tracks as he wracked his brain for anyone else that he could go hang out with, but drew a blank. Huh...so he really didn't have all that many friends? Shaking his head Jaune shrugged his shoulders as he kept on walking, you know what they say quality over quantity.

Finding himself walking into the library Jaune was about to start looking for a book when he noticed a familiar black haired mouse faunus reading. Thinking about his last interaction with Jane, Jaune started getting curious about what she had meant and walked over to her. Seeing that she was sitting alone Jaune placed his hand on the seat beside her.

"Is this seat taken?" He asked.

Jane looked up with a small smile as she recognized his voice. "Not at all, I had a feeling you would find me sooner or later."

Jaune chuckled sheepishly. "I wasn't really looking, I was walking around and happened to see you, honest."

"Hmm, where's the rest of your team?" She asked as she started looking around.

"Oh we were all tired from training so I had them take the rest of the day off. They're in Vale doing their own things and I'm here." He explained.

"Oho, you're not hiding me are you?" She asked with a mock pout.

Jaune chuckled lightly. "No of course not, but I did have a question now that I found you."

Jane smirked as she marked he place in her book and closed it. "Oh? Thinking about what secrets I might know?"

Jaune nodded as he watched the woman carefully. Jane was being playful but she also held a slight hint of curiosity about her. Whether it was he himself that she was curious about would be debatable, but he couldn't see anything that should have him on guard.

"It's nothing grand I assure you, most of what I know is about the academy and the many hidden opportunities for students." She explained.

"Opportunities?" He parroted slightly confused.

She nodded. "Mhm, you see Beacon doesn't just offer classes that revolve around being a huntsmen. They also offer classes that can help prepare students for a life after their huntsmen careers have ended."

"That's...actually not that surprising, I mean I wasn't expecting it, but it's just-" he stated before she interrupted him.

"It's one of those things that makes so much sense you weren't expecting it." She finished.

"Yeah, so what kind of classes do they offer?" He asked intrigued.

She shrugged as she folded her hands together. "A little bit of everything, we have business classes, law enforcement, technology, psychology, we even have culinary classes." She explained before standing up. "Here follow me."

Jaune did as he was told and followed Jane as she led him to a table off towards the back of the library that had a row of boxes all with different forms and pamphlets. He followed behind her and watched as she took out several from different boxes and handed them to him. As Jaune looked them over he was suprised to find a list of classes as well as the forms that he needed to submit to sign up for them.

"You're in luck, registration ends by next week." She stated as he continued looking through them.

"Wow this is a lot, I don't think I even saw half of these on Beacons website." He stated.

"You probably didn't, it's not something students are told about until their second year. First years can of course still take the classes, but it's not common knowledge." She explained.

"Wait, why isn't it common knowledge?" He asked in confusion.

For the first time in their interaction Jane looked annoyed. "Because it's looked down on for huntsmen to prepare for their life after the career." She stated simply.

Jaune blinked owlishly. "I'm sorry?"

Seeing that Jaune was confused Jane elaborated. "Civilians have this romanticized view of what huntsmen are and do. Because of this they ignore the fact most huntsmen last an average of ten years before they either suffer from burnout, die, or leave because of an injury. It's also for that reason that when they see a huntsman prepare for one of those 'what if' scenarios they see it as not being committed."

Jaune nodded along as now understood what she meant. "I think I get it, I was kinda the same way." He stated causing her to look at him with a raised eyebrow obviously observing him more closely.

Jaune had a far away look as he thought over the same conversation he had with Kakashi. "For the longest time my dad would always tell me these grand stories about his adventures as a huntsman and about our ancestors as huntsmen. He made us out to be hero's and for a long time that's how I saw this life. I thought it was about saving people, glory, and holding up the legacy, but now? Now I know at the end of the day being a huntsman is a job, an incredibly dangerous and taxing job, but a job nonetheless." He stated before he focused on Jane. "Being prepared for life after that doesn't make us any less committed."

Jane smiled softly before her scroll dinged. After a moment of reading she pouted. "It's my leader we have team training, I need to be on my way." She stated before her eyes lit up. "Hey Jaune give me your scroll a sec."

Jaune did as he was told and took out his scroll where it was summarily taken from him. Jane held her scroll over his for a moment downloading his contact information onto hers and adding hers to his scroll before she gave it back.

"There now we can chat whenever we want." She stated before she turned to leave. Suddenly she stopped before turning to him. "I almost forgot what's your last name? I don't want your contact to just be 'Jaune'." She asked.

Jaune smiled. "Jaune Arc. Short, sweet, rolls of the tounge. Ladies love it." He introduced himself again with a showy bow.

Jane smiled and giggled as her tail swayed lightly. "This lady certainly does." She stated with a wink. "I'll see you later Jaune." With that she left a slightly stunned Jaune standing in the library.

"Huh, I...actually just got a girls number." Jaune said to himself before he looked down to the stack of papers that Jane had given him. Ideas already forming in his mind Jaune grabbed a few more copies for his team before he left the library.

With Jane

Walking down the halls towards her teams reserved training room Jane couldn't help it as she had a wide smirk. She had met an Arc, a genuine to brothers Arc. One could count the number of families on all of Remnant that had the pedigree and connections to each and every kingdom on a single hand and still have fingers left over. The Arcs were one of if not the greatest names among them.

Walking into her teams reserved training room she saw that her team had already started without her. The room was littered with destroyed training bots, scorch marks, and even some dents in the reenforced walls. There in the middle of it all were the three other ladies that made up her team.

The first was a shorter girl wearing a black leather jacket and terribly inappropriate short black denim short shorts along with tall black leather heeled boots that had red highlights on the toe and heel. She wore a bikers helmet that had a single spike on the top over her blonde dual pigtails. She turned to look at Jane and her orange eyes narrowed a bit as she hefted her large metal spiked bat over her shoulder. She was Luciana Auxesis Theodoro de Montefio.

"You took your sweet time Jane." Luciana stated plainly causing the other two to turn and look as well.

"Leave her be Luciana, if Jane desires to grow weak then let her. So long as she doesn't slow us down of course." The second spoke with a smirk that Jane knew meant she was screwing with her.

She wore a black almost tube top like dress that was extremely low cut on the bottom. Under the dress she wore a pair of biker shorts and armored black leggings from the thigh down. Around her shoulders was a black fur long sleeve jacket similar in design to Luciana's. Her messy short gray hair framed her face as those Amber eyes stared at Jane with a mix of mirth and restlessness. In her left hand was a shield that resembled a motorcycle wheel surrounded in golden spikes with a golden winged boar head in the middle. In her right she held a black double edged short sword similar to a gladius. She was Caesar King.

"Don't mind these two Jane, they're just disappointed these bots went down so easy on level three." The third said with a gigawatt smile.

Like Caesar and Luciana she wore a black leather jacket, although hers had small spikes down the side of her arms. Under the jacket was only a top that could barely even be considered a tank top as all it did was hug and cover her ample chest. She also wore a black shirt skirt decorated in a large red diamond pattern and black stockings that went all the way up to her mid thighs. Her sand colored hair was held up in two pigtails by large brass handle like hair clips. In each hand she held a black and gold tonfa that doubled as dual flamethrowers connected to the fuel tank on her back. She was Burnice White.

Together they all made up team KWDM or Queendom. Yes, they're all aware it's a bit unconventional, but you try finding a name with all their initials.

"Apologies, I was caught up talking with a new friend." Jane replied with a smirk.

"You made a friend?" Luciana asked as if the moon was finally about to fall out of the sky.

Caesar elbowed her teammate with a warning look as she turned her attention back to Jane. "I see, is this a real friend or another piece of cover?" Her leader asked with a raised eyebrow.

Jane held a hand to her chest as if struck, though the smile she had said she took it in jest. "Caesar have I ever done something so cruel?" She asked.

"You mean beside pretending to join our gang and get us locked up?" Luciana asked with a smirk.

That was true, all three of her teammates were members of the Sons of Calydon, a now semi defunct motorcycle gang. They had started out in Vacuo, but quickly moved into the kingdom of Vale. At first they were practically untouchable since no one could pin them down between huntsman and police, at least until Jane came in.

Three short years ago she had infiltrated their gang as a new recruit and not long after gotten them captured. However seeing as most of their crimes were only property damage and destruction of government property they were offered a choice by Ozpin. Spend a few years in prison for over several hundred counts of property destruction or join Beacon.

Most of the gang with the exception of her team and one other had chosen prison. Caesar, the former leader of the gang, had always enjoyed a challenge and figured Beacon would be perfect. Luciana and Burnice had their own reasons, but mostly wanted to follow Caesar. The last member was older than the three and was actually working as a member of Beacon's staff, specifically in the garage.

"Fair." Jane replied with a shrug. "This one is actually a friend though."

"Oh, this friend happen to be a guy?" Burnice asked wagging her eyebrows.

"As a matter of fact yes." Jane replied. "He is a guy and his name is Jaune Arc."

"Arc?" Caesar asked in surprise. "You don't mean 'that' Arc family do you?" She asked with a growing smirk.

"I do." Jane replied with a frown as for once she couldn't tell what her leader was thinking.

Caesar chuckled for a moment before it turned into full blown cackling. As she continued to laugh at some joke only she was aware of both Burnice and Luciana stepped away from her.

"Uh Luci, what's gotten into Caesar?" Burnice asked.

"Don't know, I've only seen her like this 'that' time." Luciana replied as she moved to hide behind her other teammates.

Burnice cringed as she remembered what Luci was referring too. A member of a rival gang had tried to talk big and get handsy with Caesar, he didn't have his hands long after that.

"Caesar!" Jane called out to her leader with a frown. "What's gotten into you?"

After a few minutes Caesar finally managed to get herself under control before taking out her scroll. She swiped a few times before bringing up a folder that was labeled 'Sanguinis Fratris Mei' and opened it. Handing the scroll to Jane, and by extension the two peering over her shoulder, she simply stood there with a wide gleeful smile they had rarely seen before. So wide was her smile that it showed off the lions teeth she rarely allowed others to see.

"This...is this legit?" Burnice asked.

"What the fuck." Luciana mumbled in under her breath.

"Brothers, poor Jaune doesn't know the hell he's walked into." Jane muttered as she looked to her leader.

"Yep." Caesar said as she licked her lips. "Old gramps was real close with the Arcs back during the Great War. Lion el Johnson Arc saved my great grandfathers life in the Great War and the two practically became brothers." Caesar explained to her teammates whom listened with rapt attention.

"Later on in the Faunus Revolution, Lions daughter Beatrice Arc led a small army of rebels and cut a bloody swath through Mantle to save my grandfather Augustus when his own army was surrounded." She explained grinning evermore as she spoke. "She and the man who would later be her husband divided their forces and hit the mantle army from two sides as they sieged my grandfather. Black Betty and The Golden Dragon...it's only because of their intervention that my grandfather survived the war." She finished her story still smirking as she took her scroll back.

"So your families are really close because of that?" Luciana asked leaning on her bat.

"It goes way deeper than that, but it's the most recent events." Caesar replied.

"So what you showed us..." Burnice trailed off not sure how to really describe what she had read.

"I hate to be the bearer of bad news." Jane cut in with a frown. "You should probably know the rumor mill is already in full swing after Jaune handily defeated Winchester the other day."

"Oh?" Caesar asked matching Janes frown. "What's the word?"

"Jaune Arc's partner, Pyrrha Nikos, is extremely interested in him. Fortunately he's quite dense, but he's also been pursuing Weiss Schnee." Jane explained.

"Heh."

Caesar had a smirk on her face, but the way her eyes burned told her team all that they needed to know. Their leader was not happy, and that meant they were about to be pulling a lot of training. As if to confirm their suspicions the room was once again filled with training bots, level six training bots.

"Get your asses in gear ladies!" Caesar yelled with a dangerous look in her eye.

With Jaune

Jaune felt a shiver run down his spine as he made his way towards the training rooms. Originally he had returned to his teams dorm to look over the papers Jane had given him when he got a message from Ruby. Surprisingly she had asked him to drop by the training room they had reserved. What for you may ask? Well he still didn't know himself. He soon found the room number that Ruby had sent him and walked in.

Seeing that the lights were out Jaune was confused for only a moment as he heard a voice yell.

"Checkmate!"

Jaune quickly performed a body flicker just as a glyph formed under his feet barely avoiding its effects. Not a second later Gambol Shrouds ribbon landed in the same spot.

The lights suddenly flicked on and Jaune realized that team RWBY had surrounded his former position.

"The hell!" Yang yelled out realizing that Jaune wasn't trapped.

Realization dawned on Jaune, as he saw the team momentarily stunned.

"Oh it is on Crater Face."

Running through several hand signs quickly Jaune held one up to his mouth before shooting out a powerful stream of water. "Water style: Wave Surge!"

Team RWBY had barely any time before the water suddenly hit them from behind knocking them all off their feet.

Drawing The Ace of Spades as fast as he could Jaune fired an ice dust round at Yang hitting her and causing the water around her to suddenly freeze trapping her in place.

"Dammit vomit boy! You got my hair wet!" She yelled in anger.

The rest of team RWBY found Jaune soon after and moved to attack. In true fashion Blake was the first to her feet and began firing at Jaune forcing him to run as he had to holster the Ace. In a shocking move Jaune ran towards team RWBY allowing his aura to tank some of Blake's shots.

Seeing this Ruby used her semblance to try and cut him off halfway only for Jaune to roll under the swing of her scythe. Drawing the Ace mid-roll Jaune turned and fired into Ruby's back sending her skidding forewords propelled by wind dust.

Turning just in time Jaune avoided a surge of wind that hit Ruby instead breaking her aura. Jaune had little time to react however as Blake was suddenly on him. Jaune fought to the best of his ability using The Ace to block her slashes, however Jaune was not prepared for this confrontation. Jaune's aura was still heavily depleted from his team sparing just a few short hours ago. Add that onto the fact he was still inexperienced when it came to fighting in close quarters with The Ace and he would obviously be at a disadvantage. This was evident, as soon Blake disarmed him and had one arm trapped in Gambol Shrouds ribbon.

"I'm impressed Jaune, you took out two of ours, but we still win." Blake stated with a small smirk.

Jaune returned it as he spoke. "Three actually."

Blake was confused until her hidden feline ears caught the sound of Weiss surprised scream. Looking behind her she saw another Jaune standing there with Weiss trapped in a bubble of water. It was only due to years of experience that Blake managed to avoid Jaune's 'surprise' leg sweep and jump over him. In seconds she had his other arm restrained as well.

"You were saying?" She asked from her position on top him with her knee in his back.

"Okay, I give." Jaune said aloud causing Blake to let him free and offer him a hand up which he took gratefully. "Thanks."

"No problem, I meant it by the way, you didn't do half bad taking down three out of four opponents by yourself." She stated.

"I got lucky, like really lucky." Jaune explained as he dispelled his clone. It fell into a puddle of water releasing Weiss from her prison. Although the suddenness caused her to be dropped into the water soaking her all over again. "Whoops sorry." Jaune called out only to hear someone clear their throat from his opposite side.

Looking over he saw Yang glaring between him and the ice she was trapped in. "Well?" She asked expectantly.

"Right hang on." Jaune stated as he retrieved The Ace. Opening the cylinder Jaune rotated it so that a fire dust cartridge was next to be fired. He took aim and fired hitting the base of the Yang sculpture. It wasn't enough to shatter it, but it did fracture the ice enough that Yang could break free on her own.

In a few minutes he was standing with the four girls each of whom were soaking wet and in Weiss and Yangs case cross with him.

"So what was that all about?" Jaune asked as he crossed his arms completely unrepentant for what he had done.

Blake was the one to answer him. "We've been working on team combinations this week and decided it was time to test in in a live scenario."

"And you decided to use me for it?" He asked incredulously. Hey, he had no problem helping out his friends, but he appreciated a heads up first.

"No." Weiss stated as she was trying to wring water from her hair. "We had originally planned to debut our combinations in combat class so that we may receive feedback from Professor Goodwitch."

"I was the one that wanted to show you." Ruby stated. "I wanted a second opinion." She explained.

"And the whole ambushing me thing?" He asked.

"Yangs idea." The three immediately stated throwing their teammate under the bus.

"Hey!"

"So I'm guessing the reason it didn't work was because you guys were already low on aura?" Jaune asked. Don't get him wrong, Jaune was absolutely stronger than he had ever been and had it been a one on one scenario he could probably have taken each member of team RWBY individually. The problem was that he didn't have the experience to match his skills while they all did, which of course left him at a distinct disadvantage facing multiple opponents.

Ruby shuffled her feet as she gave him an awkward laugh. "Yeah, I was down in the red and wasn't expecting to actually have to fight you. Yang was in the red too that's why she couldn't just use her semblance to break free."

Weiss scoffed as she eyes him critically. "We failed because we were not expecting you to simply disappear. Nor were we expecting you to use water based attacks."

Ruby suddenly stood straighter as she put her hands on her hips and pouted. "Yeah! How did you do that!"

"Semblance." Jaune stated simply.

"Dammit! Your semblance is so bullshit!" Yang cries in frustration causing Jaune to eye her.

"I agree your semblance does appear to be far more...vexing than most others." Weiss added.

Jaune shook his head. "I'm sorry snow angel doesn't your semblance let you do a whole lot of crazy stuff too? And really Yang yours let's you literally one shot just about anything if you take enough damage." He argued back.

The two had the decency to be embarrassed as they looked away. Jaune couldn't really blame them, everything chakra let him do was absolutely insane and he hadn't even unlocked his actual semblance yet.

"Well!" Ruby started. "I wanted to show you our other combinations, but since we're all almost out of aura that's not happening."

"Sorry crater face, how about another time." He offered with a smile that was returned by Ruby.

"You're on vomit boy and next time we'll wipe the floor with you." She stated confidently.

Jaune smirked a little. "Okay, but first you might want to mop up this floor before Professor Goodwitch sees it." Jaune stated before holding the ram sign. "Later!"

"Wai-" Ruby tried to stop him only for Jaune to disappear entirely leaving them with the clean up. The four stood there for a few moments as they processed that they had just been ditched. They then turned to look at the half flooded room and chunks of ice left floating around.

"Yang...next time I'm ignoring your ideas." Ruby stated causing her other teammates to nod.

"What I thought it would be fun?" Yang protested. "How was I supposed to know Jaune could just disappear or straight up summon water?"

"At this point it might be safe to assume nothing is off limits for Jaune." Blake stated as she crossed her arms.

"Agreed." Stated Weiss.

Team JNPR Dorm

After returning to his dorm Jaune was met with his team who all looked to have just returned from their trips. While Nora and Ren seemed perfectly fine it was his partner that worried him.

Pyrrha looked absolutely exhausted as she lay in her bed already wearing he pajamas. Now normally that wouldn't be cause for concern, but the fact it was only four o'clock on a Saturday and she was this exhausted worried him.

"Uh...are you okay Pyr?"

His partner only sighed as she struggled to sit up in bed.

"Fine...tired...need sleep."

With that Pyrrha unceremoniously fell back onto her pillow. Realizing that he wouldn't be getting anything useful from his partner Jaune turned to his other teammates.

"Can either of you explain?"

Ren nodded. "We had just finished eating and were on our way to a dust store Nora wanted to visit. On the way we were passing the mall only to find Pyrrha swarmed by a crowd of fans."

"Yep." Nora stated popping the 'p'. "We helped Pyr-Pyr get away and she told us that what was supposed to be just a meeting with her manager kinda blew up."

"What Nora means-" Ren interrupted hoping to cut off any misunderstanding "-is that apparently Pyrrha's manager set up an impromptu meet and greet and it got out of control."

Jaune looked to his partner who was now snoring and then looked back to Ren with an incredulous expression. "I think you're underselling it a little Ren. Didn't her manager at least warn her beforehand what was happening?"

Seeing the empty, unimpressed look Ren had made Jaune realize that Pyrrha's manager had sprung it on her at the last minute without any warning.

"Okay, well I was going to see if you guys wanted to go get some food, but we should probably let Pyrrha sleep. There's something I wanted to have a team meeting about, but I think it can wait." Jaune stated causing Nora and Ren to nod.

The three quietly left their dorm, turning the lights off as they did, so as to not wake up Pyrrha. Soon they were on the way to the cafeteria for an early dinner when they happened across Professor Goodwitch.

As the teacher noticed them her eyes landed on Nora. "Ms. Valkyrie I was just looking for you, would you follow me to my office there is something I wish to discuss."

Nora suddenly grew panicked at being singled out. "I didn't do it I swear!"

Professor Goodwitch smiled slightly as she spoke. "Rest assured you are not in any trouble. There is simply a matter of importance that I wish to discuss with you in private."

Nora gulped nervously as she followed behind the professor towards her office. Ren was about to follow when Jaune placed his hand on his friends shoulder.

Shaking his head as Ren looked to him Jaune spoke. "This is something she needs to be alone for, trust me."

"Do you know what the professor wanted to talk about?" Ren asked with a raised eyebrow.

Jaune nodded "Yeah, but it's better we wait for Nora to talk about it." He stated before resuming his walk to the cafeteria. "Come on, we better go save her some food, I think they'll be a while."

Ren looked in the direction his partner had gone before deciding to follow his leader to the cafeteria. He would trust Jaune's judgement, besides it was unlikely Nora could get into much trouble with the professor with her.
