The man had turned down an alleyway and was in front of a big metal door. He knocked one the door 2 times, then paused, and knocked a 3rd time. He then walked into the building. Coby followed behind him, trying to make it through the doors. He did make it before they closed. He looked around to see where the man was, but he could not find him. It seemed the man had almost vanished into thin air.

Coby's pulse quickened as he saw the bizzare scene before him. This looked like a lab, like the one he saw in that one movie. But this lab was far more vast. An endless expanse of gleaming metal surfaces, strange machinery, and bubbling chemicals lay before his very eyes. The air smelled sterile, with a tinge of something burnt. The very walls of the place seemed to emanate with pure energy coming from countless devices, which poor Coby couldn't even begin to comprehend the intricacies of this tech.

He scanned the room again, narrowing his eyes. Still no man. All that seemed to be left of him was his coat, next to a robot suit hanging in a grizzly fashion. The shelves were lined with test tubes, some filled with glowing liquids. A green glowing one caught his eye. He examined it closer. Coby wasn't a stranger to science—he had once read a few books he found in the trash—but this didn't make sense. It almost acted like it was calling to him. Nearby, a flask lay on an alchahol burner, the liquid inside bubbling softly. A centrifuge nestled next to it hummedy quietly, spinning at a dizzying speed, it's contents unknown. As he venutred deeper into the lab, the machines started getting bigger, posters with incomprehensible characters lay about.

He eventually found a door like none of the other ones he had just seen. It was just a normal, wooden door. One of the lights behind him started flickering, shocking him for a moment, but focused back on the door."What could be inside?" he wondered. His curiosity gets the best of him, and he opens the door.
