Andy sighed and settled back into her old desk. Emily, across from her, hung up the phone. They both glanced through the glass double doors, where Miranda was standing in front of a hastily nodding Jocelyn. Staffers ran left and right.

"It was chaos," Andy shook her head, kicking a bag of Miranda's drycleaning that had yet to be picked up further under her desk, "But we got it filmed, and I think Roo-Paul will like it. He managed to get an earlier flight."

Emily rolled her eyes. "Let me guess. He reshot everything?"

"How did you know?"

Emily sighed, long-suffering. "It's her . Besides, James told me. You had already flown back to feed Madelaine. Apparently, they shot the episode as planned and put Miranda as a guest judge."

Andy stared. "That couldn't have gone well."

Emily with pursed lips, raised her eyebrows as she picked up the ringing phone, and Andy, seeing Miranda incoming, hurried to hold open the door.

"No, it did not, Andrea."
