Aragorn took my hand and we walked into the hall. "My Lady Lola." He said.
I smiled. "Aragorn, you can call me Lola." I said. "We are married now." I said. Aragorn blushed and smiled. "Lola, I really did mean what I said. I know that with time we might love each other. And I do swear to protect you. Especially now, with the baby on the way. It is no place for a pregnant woman on a journey, but I know you won't take no for an answer. Just promise me you will take it easy." He said.
I smiled. "Yes, I will." I said. Aragorn began to walk but then stopped. "Did Gandalf talk to you about…" he stopped.
I knew what he was referring to. "Yes, we have one month, and before you ask, no, I yes, I was a virgin, till this crazy monster made me pregnant." I said. Aragorn stiffened. He turned to me and spoke. "I promise that when that time comes, I will make it as comfortable as possible." He said.
I smiled. "Thank you." I said. Aragorn turned and took my hand in his once again and we walked out to the garden to see the hobbits sparing with a tall man with blond hair. There was a dwarf and an Elf sitting watching. I continued to walk with Aragorn. The elf man jumped down and walked to us. "I hear a congratulations are in order." He said.
Aragorn smiled. "Thank you Legolas." He said as they hugged. Legolas turned to me and kissed my hand. "My lady." He said. I smiled and nodded at him. The sparring stopped and I could see Sam and Frodo coming down the steps. The man walked up to us and spoke. "I am Boromir." He said. "I'm happy for you two. True Love is always happy." He said. Aragorn and I nodded our thanks. Sam and Frodo, as well as Merry and Pippin walked up to us.
"You got married? I thought You would marry me." Said Pippin. Aragorn chuckled. I looked at Pippin.
"You will meet a beautiful Hobbit one day." I said. Pippin smiled. "Congratulations to the two of you." Said Frodo. "Thank you Frodo." I said. The rest of the gang split up and Aragorn led me away. "I Would like to talk with you in private." He said.
I nodded and followed him. Pippin tried to follow but was stopped by the rest of the hobbits. "Let them be alone, they just got married." Said Sam. Pippin nodded and turned towards Boromir for more sparing. Aragorn and I walked further into the garden. "La…Lola." He said. I smiled and looked at him. "yes, Aragorn?" I asked. "I want you to know that I think we should keep your pregnancy a secret. It could ruin your reputation here on middle earth." He said.
I nodded. "I agree, but eventually it's going to show." I said. Aragorn nodded. "We will tell them when the time is right." He said. I nodded. Aragorn pulled me to him in a hug. "The hobbits are watching." He whispered into my ear. I smiled and hugged him back. "Come, lets get some sleep." He said.
I nodded. Wait, where was I going to sleep. Now that Aragorn and I were married we would have to share a room.
I knew that this is what came with marriage, but I was going to have to get used to it, fast. We walked together and Aragorn led me to his chambers. We walked In and closed the door. There was a warm fire going. I'm going to sit by the fire for a bit, your welcome to join me." He said.
I smiled. "I would love to join you." I said. Aragorn let me pick my seat first and then he sat in the chair across from mine. We were silent. Each of us not knowing what to say. Soon the sun set and it was time to sleep. I looked down. I could not sleep in these clothes. I looked around to see that a nightgown had been laid by the bed for me. I turned to Aragorn. I'm going to change. I said. Aragorn nodded and looked at the fire as I went to change.
I quickly changed to see the Aragorn had not snuck one peek. "I'm done." I said. Aragorn turned and stopped and looked at me from head to toe. "I'll sleep on the floor." He said. I stopped. That was not fair, this was his room. Plus if someone walked in and saw him sleeping on the floor on our wedding night. Questions would be asked. I sighed. "It won't be good, what if someone walks in. I'm used to sharing a bed with Byron. You can sleep in bed with me. You are my husband after all." I said.
Aragon's face was priceless. He walked up and took his boots and tunic off. He slipped into the bed and I soon followed him. We were quiet for a bit and then Aragorn spoke. "Just to make it clear, you are no longer to share a bed with Byron again. I am your husband and I will not share a bed with another woman again, besides you." He said. I nodded. "I promise." I said.
Aragorn nodded and turned to look at me. I rolled over and looked at him. He was so handsome and kind. I was lucky to find someone like him. He smiled at me and spoke. "I did not expect to have such an adventure even before the adventure was to begin." He said. I smiled. "I always wanted to be married and have children, but I didn't expect it to happen at such a young age." I said.
Aragorn looked at me. "How old are you?" he asked. I smiled. "I'm 17." I said. Aragorn stilled. "You are immortal at the age of 17?" he asked. I nodded. "I will never grow old and live for a very long time." I said. "At leas that's what Gandalf told me." I said. Aragorn nodded. "I see." He said. Soon, I could feel myself falling asleep. And with that, the darkness came over me of sleep.
