The feast had passed and everyone welcomed our children into the world.
Aragorn came into the room one night and spoke. "We are headed for Gondor." He said.
They call for aide. I sighed. "I will go with you." I said. Aragorn smiled. "I knew you would say that." He said. "I also know there is no changing your mind." He said. I nodded. "me and the children will come. We will stay safe in the castle." I said. Aragorn sighed. The steward of the king has lost his mind. He was Boromir's father." He said. I nodded. It was sad every time I thought of Boromir. We packed up and headed to Gondor. We were shown a room and I set the children up. I was lucky because there were maidens who agreed to help me take care of the children. I smiled. Aragorn smiled and spoke. "I need to make plans. You stay here and rest with our children." He said. I pulled him into a kiss and spoke. "Be careful." I said.
He nodded and walked out of the room. Over the next couple of days Gondor had fought a touch battle. The orcs had attacked Gondor and the battle had been won. Aragorn had made me promise to stay in the castle and I kept that promise. Eowin had snuck into battle and had helped defeat Saron for the time being. She was defiantly a woman like me. We were sitting in the great hall and Aragorn spoke. "We must make a diversion so that Frodo can pass into Mordor and destroy the ring once and for all. He turned to me.
"Our children need to be safe." He said. I nodded. Legolas and Gimley smiled and Gandalf smiled as well. The next day they road out to mordor's gate. I didn't know what would happen, but I kept myself safe in the castle. I could see the fire coming from the great mountain. It had been hours and hours of waiting. Suddenly, the whole castle shook and I looked to the window to see that the mountain had ruptured and was falling apart. Frodo had done it! He had destroyed the ring. But then I saw how the mountain was exploding.
There was no way that Frodo and Sam would have gotten out in time. I was saddened. I went into the room and waited for Aragorn to return. It was days, but then he returned. I ran to him and jumped into his arms. "Oh, I'm so happy you're ok." I said. Aragorn smiled. "All I could think about was you and the children." He said. "We were able to save Frodo and Sam, and Byron was with them." He said. I gasped.
"You found Byron?" I asked. He nodded. "Where are they?" I asked. Aragorn spoke. "They were brought here to Gondor and are all being healed and resting." He said. I smiled. As much as I wanted to see Byron, Frodo, and Sam, they needed their rest. A couple days passed and everyone was together again. Byron was happy to see me and so was the hobbits. We had found them all and everyone was united. The day of Aragorn's crowning was coming and he was getting nervous. "I just don't think I'm the right fit." He said. I smiled. "You always think too little of yourself." I said. Aragorn nodded. "Aye, that I do." He said.
I smiled. The day of the crowning came, Aragorn was crowned and the hobbits were honored. We had a feast after and everyone was celebrating. I walked up to Aragorn, now the king of Godnor. "My king, don't you look so handsome." I said. Aragorn chuckled and smiled. "Only for you my love." He said.
I smiled. "I have a secret to tell you." I said. Aragorn twitched an eyebrow. "What kind of secret?" He asked. I smiled. "Well, The twins have officially graduated to older brother and older sister." I said. Aragorn looked confused and then it hit him. "You're with child?" he asked. I nodded. I had found out a week ago. "Yes." I said. Aragorn pulled me to him and kissed me passionately. "OH, I love you." He said.
I sighed. "I love you too." I said in return. He smiled and brought us to the front of the room. "The Queen is with Child. I Shall have an army of my own." He said. The crowd cheered and everyone congratulated us. I knew that the journey was not over, but for now the battle had been won.
I had a handsome husband who loved me, a friend who was safe and happy. A friend with an elf and a Dwarf, and a woman who was in love with an elf. I could not complain that life was finally getting better. I was finally home.
