A/N: I couldn't finish Foxfire in time. I'm sorry. I failed you alll...T_T

So here, an offering, if you will. That's three chapter for this story in less than a WEEK. Hope you enjoy; looking forward to your feedback!

Once more, Advent (my co-writer) wrote THE ENTIRETY OF THIS chapter. Full credit to that madlad; I'm still not in any shape to edit or add anything.

This chapter, like the last SEVEN, is written differently from my usual format, and I apologize for any confusion. Hope you enjoy it. I'm still not in a good way at the moment.

As for me, something is wrong with me. I don't feel like myself. Not sure if its my depression or what, but I feel...off. My mood is high, then low, then high again. Its affecting...well, everything, to say nothing of my energy levels. Sometimes its an effort to just get out of bed, get dressed, and drag my self to work. I can feel it eating away at me, sapping my motivation bit by bit. Thanks to Slifer and Advent, I'm fighting on, but its still exhausting.

Trying my best to endure, here, but if this doesn't stop soon, I may need to get myself seen by a professional, if only to figure out what's going on.

Once again, a heartfelt thanks to everyone out there for their heartfelt support in these trying times. As ever, we own no references, themes or memes and certainly no quotes. They're tributes made for the sake of entertainment, nothing more. So here we go. The fate of this story depends on you, the reader. Your feedback determines the fate of this tale, and many others. In other words...its up to YOU, the reader.

Do let me know~!

Do what is necessary, not because it is written!"

~A King's Wisdom~

Wrath of the Titans

~XxX-60 Years ago; Vacou Frontlines-XxX~

Nicholas Schnee, current Commander General of the 666th Hunter Unit, also called the Devil's Destroyer's, the motto roared into war anytime they were called was known all over Remnant looked over the fallen tree with a scowl. Raids like this were such a pain in the ass, and it was usually his group that was on distraction detail-fuck...

His regiment was crazy, hence their motto;

Competente y Loco

Translation-

Competent and Crazy

Created through the inspiration of the wild and crazy on the fly plans that were made up in the moment by a man known as El Diablo Loco-The Crazy Devil. What was more surprising was not just how often he came up with such insane idea's in the moment, but just how often the crazy plans he came up with actually worked in his favor and succeeded.

Nicholas Schnee was both a very tall and very muscular 34 year old man with short spiked platinum silver hair, a moustache and beard, big wild green eyes and thick, messy eyebrows that usually shows a serious look on his face. When the war had first broken out, young and eager 23 year old Captain Nicholas had been vibrant and full of life...but an entire decade devoted to fighting this war had stripped the boy away and revealed the hardened warrior that had become the man.

His outfit was unique and just as powerful as the standard armor, and very special compared to the standard combat armor's worn by other Defense Force members. It was designed to fit him only, so it was given a dignified jet-black look with a military atmosphere, without making the lower body too tight. It was a flexible material that resembles scaled Kevlar and is meant to look like a skin suit for the marine divers, but the composition was nearly a dozen times more powerful by allowing heavy offensive strikes when used in conjunction with his Gauntlet's; Jörmungandr Phantasma-to the world they had become the Meteor Gauntlet's... what a stupid name.

Regardless, they had found a Faunus stronghold that could very well tip the scale of the war into their favor, to end the madness of this struggle and let everyone go home after a decade of constant fighting. Gathering a select few, he immediately gave them the news.

Timon Valkyrie-the future grandfather of one eccentric Nora Valkyrie

Pumbaa Arc-the grandfather of one Juane Arc and his nine sisters.

Ozymandias Romulus-the previous incarnation of one Headmaster Ozpin

Romulus Nikos-the great grandfather of one Pyrrha Nikos

Marduk Ren-the future grandfather of one Lie Ren

Men with crazy personalities and plans that made them perfect for being in the 666th all for one reason or another. They were the greatest friends and soldiers Nicholas could ever ask to have under his command, and he'd never trade it for the world. With the infiltration group ready, they set out. They walked through the night, slept hidden in bushes during the day and walked more through the night for many a mile. When they finally found their target, they were less than thrilled by what they seen.

~Currently~

Nicholas, Marduk, Ozymandias, Romulus, Timon and Pumbaa looked down at the gathered Faunus soldiers as they lay about complaining about their jobs. Marduk groaned in annoyance, "Fucking hell, they're so close to the LZ...and we can't sneak past." he mumbled.

"So what's the plan for sneaking past those guys?" Timon asked quietly.

"Well there is one solution, but I don't think you're gonna like it." Nicholas said.

"And what would that be?" Marduk asked.

"Live bait." Nicholas responded as Ozymandias grinned.

"Good idea." Marduk nodded before his eyes popped wide and he turned to the man, "Hey~" he grouched.

"What in the name of Oum is the matter with you, we never agreed to that." Romulus whispered harshly.

"Come on boys, we need the diversion." Nicholas told them

"What do you want me to do, dress in drag and do the hula?" Timon demanded.

Marduk and Romulus smirk as Nicholas and Oz pounce on Pumbaa to make sure he didn't burst into laughter.

Three minutes later, the plan goes into action. The guards are annoyed, they don't wanna be here any more than the guys about to pull one of the strangest and craziest distractions in the history of warfare.

Suddenly the sounds of drumming drew the soldiers attention as Timon stood on a rock in a hula skirt with a coconut bra on his chest. Next to him was Pumba also in a hula skirt with a coconut bra on while he held up a large roasted pig. Where they got it from, that was a question that both of them would take to their graves.

Suddenly Timon turns around and begins to sing, "Lu'au! If your hungry for hunk of fat and juicy meat!" he began to sing, his arms waving back and forth as he made eccentric movements, the Faunus looking at the human as if he had grown an extra head.

"Come and eat this juicy pig here cuz it is a treat!" he spun around Pumbaa as he waved his hands at it. By now, the Faunus were grabbing their weapons, and drawing their swords as they slowly approached them.

"Come on down and dine! All you have to do is get in line!~" Timon sang loudly before he throws his head back, waving his arms into the air, "Aaaare you achin'"

'Yup, yup, yup' Pumbaa sings from behind happily as he spins the cooked food in its platter in front of the approaching Faunus guards.

"Foooor some bacon?" Timon waves at the roasted pig. By now, the guards were past the doorway, allowing for the other's to sneak past and into the encampment.

'Yup, yup, yup'

"Iiiit's a big pig~!" Timon grins nervously as he sees them approach, but the act must go on.

'Yup, yup'

"You could be a big pig too. OI~!" Timon finishes his song by putting his hands behind his head and thrusting his hips forward.

"GET 'EM!" a guard shouts as they charge at the unlucky duo.

"AAAAAAHHHHHH!~" the two cry out as they run off with the soldiers chasing after them, roast pig still in hand.

Sneaking through the halls, Nicholas had his men splinter off in teams of two.

Oz went with Nick and Marduk went with Romulus.

They came across a staircase and quickly ascended to the highest level. Reaching a door, Romulus silently checked the door and sighed, it was unlocked, good. Opening the door, he entered a small room that held almost nothing except a... was that, a secretary desk?

Why the hell was that in a place where a major battle was being fought for a decade

"What, who are you?" the man behind the desk asked as he looked up upon hearing their footsteps.

"Uh...Maintenance?" Marduk couldn't help it, he was just as lost as Romulus.

"That-that's not possible, you're human." the guard stated nervously.

"I mean, yea, well..." he couldn't come up with an excuse, this was just not his forte.

"How did you get past security, th-this fortress is impenetrable." the guy said.

"Door was unlocked." Marduk pointed behind him.

"Sonuvabitch!"

Meanwhile, Oz and Nicholas were having a bit of a different pace. Oz had knocked a bust off its pedestal and alerted the guards, and had been chased for the last fifteen minutes around the grounds. Said guards were picked off through various and crazy stunts-one of which involved a bathroom that ended up exploding with the Faunus giving a cry of 'Hold your fire, don't light a match' being called out before he was knocked unconscious.

The final guard was sneaking around the corners of a hallway when he heard a whistle causing him to turn, "Hey laser lips, yo mama was a snowblowa!" Oz taunted as he blew a raspberry at the Faunus.

And with that, Oz took off with the guard on his tail, Nick hiding in a corner as he did so.

Walking through the corridor, he picked a room's lock and entered, only to turn around and growl...not at what he saw mind you, but by the presence of who was there.

Yhwach Draco... his rival and only pain in the ass for the past decade.

The man was sitting on a seat that at first glance was made up of crimson metal's covered in blood, but Nicholas knew it was the sheer power the man could command that he could shape from his own Semblance into doing whatever he wanted. Said Faunus was a massive brute of a warrior.

Yhwach is a tall man of seemingly mid 30's to early 40's, with a long face, broad chin, pronounced cheekbones, and reddish-brown eyes topped by thin eyebrows. His long black hair reaches to his lower back and is paired with well-kept mutton chops plus a connected mustache, apart from which he remains clean-shaven. Yhwach's attire consists of a white, double-breasted trench coat that has a white five-point, star-like symbol sewn on the middle, with large buttoned cuffs and lapels, white trousers, and trench boots. Over this he wears a tattered, ankle-length, maroon-black cloak that has a red ribbon near the neck and is fastened to the left with a single large button.

"So, after all these years of battle, you finally located me, my enemy..." the massive Faunus said as he stood up, the throne he sat upon dissolving into nothingness.

"Wasn't trying to look for you, stumbled upon you would be a more accurate description." Nicholas stated.

"Ah yes, so I have heard." Yhwach snorted, "Your men have been causing quite the stirring these past couple hours, especially those ones who dressed as hula girls and ran off with a roast pig." he stated, "Those guards hadn't eaten in a couple days since we hunted that elephant down and distributed the meat to the small force we had." he smirked, seemingly having enjoyed the mess being caused.

"Yea, kinda hard to find a meal when you and I rip the world asunder with each clash." Nicholas sighed.

Yhwach walked to a cabinet, "Before we begin, I would ask you share a drink with me." he said as he pulled out a pitcher of wine, "Not as enemies or friends, but as rival's who understand what both want." he spoke as he poured each a glass to drink, "As a way to finally end this farce of a war." he offered the cup to Nicholas.

"It's not poisoned is it?" Nicholas smelt the wine.

"While it isn't Rum, no, it is not."

"Ugh, why is the rum always gone?" he asked.

"Truthfully? Cuz we Faunus adore it for its unique flavorings. This wine I am about to share was actually taken from one of your shipments of food and drink, I felt it appropriate to keep some of it for myself in case you ever located me, as to offer you one incentive." he said calmly as he destroyed the bottle of wine in its entirety.

"And that would be what?" Nickolas asked.

"Fight me." Yhwach stated simply, "Fight me one last time, and we conclude this war once and for all." Yhwach stated, "We've battled countless times across the decade of this war, and I am tired... I wish to return home, settle down, make a family to watch grow and blossom. I'm old, Nicholas, and I would like to see the future generation grow beyond our own before we perish to age." he stated as he stood before him.

Nicholas sighed, "Simple and effective terms. We will both withdraw our armies and send our men home, agreed?" he asked.

"That can be arranged." Yhwach shrugged, "I have been sending my men home these past couple months, the war is drawing to an end, why make them suffer as you and I have? Why make them endure pain and loneliness of having left everything they know and love. I had one of my men slay the King of our people and his council so we could end this war that much faster." he explained, "Your country, Atlas is the sole remaining King as a Ruler when the Academies that are being built are beginning to rise up as leader's, a Unified Council of sorts between the realms of Remnant."

"I would like nothing better than to end that prick sitting on the throne, but he is as paranoid as he is deranged. Aerys won't let anyone around him, and he has his guards with him all day every day at all hours to protect him." Nicholas stated, "It is a good thing I sent him a bottle of wine laced with nightshade." he smirked, "The more he drinks, the less likely he is to awaken." he stated.

"How coy of you, General Schnee." Yhwach said as he held his cup out, "To the end of the war, and one last fight between rivaling powers." he said.

"To surviving untold bloodshed." Nicholas said as he placed his own drink to his enemies, and then both of them drank deeply, before throwing their drinks over their shoulder as they snarled and clashed their fists together, the world shaking from the sheer force of power in the contact.

The dust and light finally settled down, the sight in front of all shocking each and every set of eyes. A massive crater, cracks of crimson energy glowing across the massive crater brought forth by the Schnee Heir. Separated by the hole, both combatants looked at one another. William was on a knee, hand on the ground, his breath heavy and ragged. Sweat dripped from his face, a puddle forming beneath him from how bad he was sweating.

Quetzalcoatl was laying down, but she slowly rose up with a creak of popping bones, her grunt of exertion showing that she had felt the power of the blow released from the Schnee heir's offensive power. If she had been anyone else, she would of certainly perished, but having been exposed to the power of her Grandfather and Papa allowed her to build up a good resistance for it. Even then, she was forced to use her magic-yes, her magic, which allowed her to control all elements at will-to ensure her survival.

The attack was incredible, and she was horny for the Schnee heir.

She knew for a fact that Grandfather would approve from the moment he had used such power-papa could care less about fighting tournaments-but he was going to be pleased she brought home a boyfriend that could give as much as he could take.

Hello future hubby~

"So, you have the same or similar powers as my family, how exciting." Quetz smiled, popping her neck, "To think you would have this kind of ace up your sleeve." she stated as she licked her lips, "If I hadn't focused solely on defense, I would have been hurt or worse." she told him.

"Well, not exactly." William held a hand out and pulled out an ancient stimulant.

Soldier pills.

Popping one into his mouth, he was filled with a small boost of energy that allowed him to slowly climb to his feet, and he cracked his neck, "Tell me, how did you manage to withstand such a blast?" he questioned.

Quetz wagged a finger at him, "No no, that is a secret, and ladies don't share such sensitive intel on themselves." she told him before she grinned, "But if you came home with me, I would be more than willing to give you a demonstration." she offered.

"I'm not sleeping with you." William said plainly.

He was not dumb, nor was he born yesterday. At night yes-for both occasions-but not last night.

Quetzalcoatl snorted, "I'm not asking or telling you to sleep with me." she rebutted, "I do hope that we can come to an understanding that if it comes to that, you would be open to the idea." she responded calmly, "However, you wasted much of your stamina, your power has been reduced to well over half, and I have yet to fight you with my own capabilities." she told him with a straight face, "Even with those gloves, do you truly think you can stand against me? I am the strongest member of the Draco family after papa himself. I don't know if you are being overly arrogant, but I truly wish for you to take me serious." she stated.

William cocked his head, "Tell me something, your Semblance, it isn't Atomic Disintegration, is it?" he questioned in response.

She shook her head, "No, it isn't. Only a male member of my family may possess the ability." she admitted, "The women are resistant to it in various forms and levels, but they always possess different and unique capabilities all their own. My four brother's possess it, my six sisters and I do not have it, and each of our Semblances are different than another's." she stated honestly before holding a hand out to him, "You possess a single Semblance, your Gate that allows you to weaponize anything the world has to offer. I know you do not possess Telekinesis or Atomic Disintegration, but something more primal that allows you access to abilities with a unique similarity to those you wish to fight against or overwhelm in battle."

William perked a brow, "Oh, and how did you come to such a fanatical conclusion? Perhaps I do possess those abilities and was just showing off." he responded.

She then grinned.

"Because, I would have been killed by the sheer force of your own blast when you attacked me." she told him causing him to hum, "I have been hit with attacks from both Papa and my Grandfather when they used their Semblance abilities, sure not to such an extent of power, but I have become accustomed to such power, that would never have hurt me personally. Others yes, but that was nothing like their own power of destruction. Even Tezcatlipoca is able to destroy entire area's with his power, and it isn't as strong as their prowess." she stated.

Huh, so she understood the basics of how his chakra worked, guess he couldn't keep that aspect a secret, but that was fine.

"I see." he muttered before sighing, "Oh well, I was hoping to have at least bruised you or such using that high of a level in power, but I guess the only way to defeat you is to have you submit vocally when I overwhelm you in battle." William stated.

Quetzalcoatl smirked, "Let us make a deal, the one to land a clean and perfect blow to the other from here on, shall win the fight between us?"

William shook his head, "I cannot do that." he informed her, "Our fighting styles are to determine which of us takes the victory." he told her.

"But your style is one that has no set form, mine is one that requires me to fight up close and in your space." she stated looking almost confused.

"Indeed this may be true, but I would rather not injure or kill you using my Semblance. As King is it not my duty to lead and protect my subjects from harm befalling them?"

Quetzalcoatl smirked, "Beat me and I'll treat you like the King you think you are." she responded.

Ok, this girl needed to see a therapist... and then the therapist would need to see a therapist. Like, seriously, there was something wrong in her head.

William raised a arm and curled his middle, ring and pinky fingers in and said, "Be careful what you wish for." he snorted before glowing orbs of energy blasted off his fingertip as if they were a pistol, explosive bangs filled the air as he let out a flurry of blasts.

Quetzalcoatl blinked as she looked at him in confusion, "I'm sorry, what the hell was that?" she asked him in stunned confusion, "The Meteor Gauntlet's were never said to have that-" she was unable to finish as William suddenly appeared right next to her, his hand firmly grasping her side, and clenched before he spun and threw here away from him, causing her to roll across the ground.

"That is because people only know what was spoken of about these gloves. They are capable of many things, some of which were never recorded before." he told her seriously, "What you just experienced was me using a similar technique to that of my Gate, taken from stories my grandfather told my elder sister before he died from old wounds given to him in battle against your own grandfather." he stated, "Only those who are inhuman are capable of donning these weapons in a fight." he stated with a dark look.

It was a look of one who knew what they were trying to get others to comprehend... that sometimes, people never fully explained just what they could do.

Secrecy was a Shinobi's bread and butter, and Nicholas Schnee had perfected his own level of hiding the truth from the world for nearly a century.

Weiss swallowed harshly at the sound of her brothers words. He wasn't speaking a single falsehood. Many had been trained by Grandfather to try and succeed him if he were to fall in battle to use the gloves he so cherished, but none had been able to so much as summon more than ten percent of their power to use effectively. Add onto the fact that the gauntlets sapped varying amounts of their life energy, and it jeopardized dozens of men who wanted to impress him and inherit his gloves.

"William..." the name came from her mouth silent as a prayer, the young heiress now concerned for the both of the fighters within the arena.

Quetzalcoatl smirked eagerly, she was so getting him to come home with her~

Before she could make a retaliating move, something shocking happened, a massive golden hand in the shape of claws burst forth as William swiped a hand. The young beauty balked before it slammed down and filled the air with dust and debris, a moment later Quetzalcoatl flew out, coughing blood. That had hurt her, she knew it had. Cracked ribs and several injuries that would have hospitalized others. She was still in one piece thankfully, but that was not something she wanted to experience again. As she gained control over her cognitivity, she looked down and gulped with wide eyes, "Oh shit..." and then, William threw a straight punch.

BA-THOOM-CRASH~

Quetzalcoatl suddenly being struck by a concussive blast of golden light that quite literally smashed her into one of the walls of the arena, burying her in a crater roughly three meters wide.

"Oh no!" Pyrrha gasped in shock as she watched the young woman be smashed into a wall.

"Quetz!" a young woman cried out, her rabbit ears perked up in worry for the younger blond female.

"Is she alright?" another girl wearing aviator glasses exclaimed as she grasped a rail.

Their answers were given when she fell to the ground and landed on a knee, breathing heavily.

Yhwach hummed in thought, "It is almost like watching Nicholas when he fought with them. Quetzi still needs to work on her timing, though she did manage to deflect a majority of the damage she would have normally taken if hit full force." he said rubbing his chin.

"Like I said before, these gloves were never seen in action aside from your grandfather. The sheer destructive power they can unleash alone is enough to smash all things in this universe. A single strike of my hand is enough to render asunder this very world." William stated seriously, and then he vanished, causing the young Serpent to gasp as she turned upon seeing her opposition appear right next to her, his arm drawn back to strike.

BOOM~!

The arena shook as a massive blast filled the air, Quetzalcoatl sliding across the ground, her body crouched down as she stopped herself from sliding further away, only for William to simply turn, and blur towards her as golden electrical energy sparked around him as he raced towards her at unprecedented speeds. Quetz, raced away, trying to formulate a plan. Taken to now running along the walls of the arena itself, William hot on her trail as he raced after the young beauty.

"I have to think of something, those gloves are pure destruction." she thought to herself, "I remember that Grandfather once told me there were times when the gauntlets of his enemy overheated in various stages of battle and required a cool down in order to be used at their full strength, maybe I can do the same here." she couldn't really formulate much as suddenly she felt her instincts-thanks in no part to Papa and Grandfather's vigorous training sessions-flare up and telling her to get the fuck outta the way.

BOOM~THOOM~CRASH~CRASH~

Various blasts filled the air as William struck blow after blow to try and dislodge her, finally succeeding when he threw a fifth fist at her where she leapt off the wall, only to gawk in utter shock when she saw who had appeared beneath her-WHERE IN THE HELL DID HE COME FROM!?

And yet another blast tore through the air, smashing into her and blasting her into the wall she had jumped from. Dust and debris filled the air again as the stadium was rocked from the force of the blow. She jumped back down once again, William appearing just in front of her, the crowd watching in a mix and flurry of emotions.

Shock.

Awe.

Excitement.

Horror.

Amazement.

Rising up, William threw yet another swift straight blow to her, striking her fully in the chest where she coughed up spit-he had held back on the hit as he was so close,"Guah-hauck~"Quetzalcoatl gagged on her breath-it hurt more than she was going to admit.

While she was still in the air, he slipped under her and thrust his arms upwards in a powerful uppercut that she barely managed to get out of the way from, a seemingly deep guttural growl filling the air as a dome of golden light blasted off William's body as he struck out at her. Summersaulting, she landed on her feet in a crouch behind William, only for his foot to swipe around and turn him into her path... or rather have her fall into his own once again.

Damn this guy was good!

Immediately Quetz felt herself jumping out of the way, barely dodging a strike to her gut, only for William to plant a foot into the ground and smash it as he planted his foot had-where William struck at her again, Quetz moving away by the breadth of a hair, but not so much when he smashed his fist into her gut on the third strike, and launched her into the air yet again.

The ground was torn apart, an explosion of light and static enveloped Quetzalcoatl as she grunted in silent agony. It hurt, it hurt so much!

'Gr-yea-ha-grah~"

CRASH~

The explosion blasted her into the wall once more as she was blasted away.

Quetz groaned from the crater her body made, her head throbbing painfully let her know she was still alive-but damn was that a hard hit! She shook her head and jumped out of the way as William jumped at her once again, slamming his fist into the wall that caused yet another explosion of dust and debris.

She narrowed her eyes as she landed, forcing herself to calm down as the bruised blond looked at her opposition. There was something off... not in how he fought or anything like that.. it was almost as if she were fighting multiple enemies, and she couldn't place her finger on it. She watched warily as he landed on the ground nearby, his face unwavering and filled with conviction.

Then the she felt herself shudder.

Not from fear or horror.

Not from arousal or excitement.

But from understanding.

The gauntlets... they weren't simple gauntlets after all!

In her mind-and her mind alone-a massive draconic head reared itself back, taking the time to turn its gaze upon her, a roar screeching through her being as she gazed upon William with a look of astonishment.

He was capable of wielding such a powerful weapon, and he was suffering no setbacks?

Yhwach threaded his fingers as he leaned forward to gaze upon the fight, narrowing his eyes, "So... she finally saw the beast, not as a piece of imagination or misconception...but as reality itself." he muttered, "She's learning." he said to himself.

The first time he had seen that thing was in the city of Oshana, once a place of thousands, reduced to rubble in minutes when he and Nicholas had their first battle. it was like a nightmare and horror story rolled up into one momentous revelation in which he couldn't return back to the darkness.

And now, his beloved Granddaughter was seeing for herself, just what kind of enemy she was facing.

His only hope was that she didn't lose control over her Magic...and kept her wits about her.

What nobody in the world realized-aside from Yhwach and his now comprehensible grandchild themselves-was that the suit itself was also a conduction suit. It was capable of taking those very powers of the Grimm in which was harvested by Nicholas as a young man, turned into mortal technology, enhanced, and made feasible by sheer luck of understanding the beasts power. Nicholas hardly ever used his Glyph's in battle with him, so it was a rare and exquisite treat to behold them when he did...but this weaponized suit, was Nicholas' pride and joy, and it gave the man the strength to stand against his foes with unwavering pride-knowing that nothing could kill him.

Except for potentially Yhwach himself.

Quetzalcoatl was scared, fearful even, of her discovery, "So this was the secret to the Meteor Gauntlets...An Alpha Grimm!" she thought to herself.

William threw a left strike, watching as she barely evaded, and followed up with his right, and grunted as she dodged once again, and then struck her in the gut, her mind reeling as she was ripped up into the air, her entire being now screaming at her to run from William. And with that, she went to get away, only to feel something grab her foot and hurl her away. Quetzalcoatl barely landed on her back when she watched as William appeared over her, his fist draw back.

And with a single strike-everything had change.

Yhwach stood up as the air filled with fire, light, and above all else-hell itself, "Quetzalcoatl, control yourself child!" he commanded as he did his best to hobble down the steps towards the ring side, "Do not give into the power! Do you hear me girl?" he demanded, but never got an answer as it was to late.

The cloud of dust settled, and revealed the goddess she was named for within.

"So... this is your Semblance?" William questioned as he gazed upon her.

Her eyes were no longer the amazing emerald green he had saw when they had first begun as they were now a blazing gold-orange like fire itself. Her hair was alight with flames as golden as the sun. Her green scales in her hair blazed blue-a form of pinnacle flame-as they swayed back and forth in the air. Her wrists were surrounded by blue fire, and her attire was glowing in the aura of her power.

She-for all intents and purpose-had become the embodiment of her Semblance.

Combo Star

The name of the Semblance that Quetzalcoatl had been born with.

As long as she continues attacking her opponent without interruption, each consecutive blow receives an additional 500 pounds of force compared to the previous one. If the chain of attacks is interrupted then it resets and she has to restart her count once more.

In the daytime, her powers were absolute and were far more lethal to her over anyone else. hen it became dark, her Semblance was just a forceful impact increasement.

However...

The acquisition of her Magic from her dying Nanna in her childhood years had, she would say altered, but it wasn't the exact wording she could use...enhance, change? The truth was, she honestly didn't know, and sadly she was still learning how to fight while using the very level of power she had unleashed in sheer desperation against William Schnee in their respectful fight with one another-regardless of what had occurred between the two of them.

There are only three people who have survived more than 50 consecutive attacks from her-Papa, Grandfather, and Nanna-(But only because Nanna hit way harder than both of them combined)

With a roar, Quetzalcoatl allowed herself to succumb to her own power, swiping a punch at her enemy, causing him to dodge out of the way, "She's faster now, but her movements are like that of a animal with no sound or reasoning capabilities. On top of that, she is not thinking of the openings she is leaving." he thought to himself as he watched the girl spin on the ball of her foot, her arm igniting in fire as she threw a punch that William was forced to block using his forearms, a small cloud of dust blowing back as he continued to look at her, "The chakra has overwhelmed her, leaving nothing but a uncontrollable host in its wake like a Jinchuuriki. If I fight her using normal common sense, this could end badly for both of us.

Yhwach reached the ringside, grabbing a rail, "Quetzalcoatl Draco, you need to stop this instant child!" he called out.

He couldn't fight her, he was too old now-having lived to 113 years of age-and he couldn't subdue her like he was able to if he were younger.

Not only that, but there was also a Barrier that prevented anyone or anything from interfering in the battle and to protect the crowds from stray Semblance attacks even from those with abilities similar to his own.

She of course ignored her grandfather and launched a strike that drove William into the ground-beginning her count. And then, the barrage followed with dozens of blows raining down on the defenseless boy, the crowd gasping as they watched him being pulverized.

This was no longer a match... it was a fight to survive.

If they were to lower the barrier, her rampage would most likely be dragged out into the city.

If they were to leave the barrier, then she may very well kill the Schnee heir in battle...

In the end, the decision was made by William when he kicked out at her and flipped away, "Not bad, the force of your power was continuously increasing with you blows." he said as he wipes a bit of blood away from his nose, "If I had been any other person that may have well killed me." he congratulated her. Cracking his neck, he drew an arm back, "Activate: First Strike" he commanded as a golden blast shot out and impacted the girl and slammed her into the wall behind her.

The attack he landed was honestly nothing more than a compressed sonic wave of energy that was meant to disable its targets. Nicholas often used it at lower level outputs when he wasn't engaging Yhwach in open combat... but this time it was different.

He narrowed his eyes when he felt a shift in the air, but blinked when he saw the dust settle only to reveal a crater in the wall, "What, she's gone?" he questioned before a wave of heat grew behind him, causing him to grunt as he turned around, "So, she faked the hit, allowing my focus to remain solely on the wall where it was intended to embed her into the stone, but in truth she snuck around my flank in the dust to ambush me from behind." he muttered.

A growl filled the air, and both of them struck as one.

BA-BOOM~

The arena shook and crumbled apart where the clashed, the ground cracking beneath their feet as they were eclipsed by the energy of their attacks as they clashed with one another in a blinding display of power.

Weiss gawked as she was nearly thrown from her seat. This was impossible, those barrier's were the some of the strongest in all of Remnant, how could they do such a thing even when imprisoned inside of it!?

However, they should be counting themselves lucky. It was only the second layer of the barrier that had failed-the repair protocol's were already active and rushing to ensure the barrier didn't fully collapse around the fighters.

However, it was expected to have taken some minor damage.

After all-there were two titan's battling across time in the form of the worlds strongest men's blood descendants.

Then, a flurry of blows was exchanged, golden yellow clashing against the blue white coming from Quetzalcoatl as she landed hit upon hit-just as her enemy struck her in the same manner. It was incredible. He was fighting the rampant girl all his own with no help and no use of his own full Semblance. He wanted to ensure she wasn't hurt as she wasn't a true enemy, but a child lost within her own power. To kill her now would be to spark a war between all Faunus and mankind!

However, this changed when Quetzalcoatl had begun landing various blows upon William, and thus the tide of battle was no longer balanced between them.

Catching her fist, he threw another only for that to be caught in the girls hand where they pushed against one another.

With William's hands clasped within Quetzalcoatl's own, the ground cracked apart as they shoved against one another with immense force. However, even for all his physical strength, the blond was no match for the girl was exerting against him and he was forced to pull away. Leaping onto a wall he proceeded to leap over the Serpent female, the wall of the arena crushed in a massive crater from the girls fist slamming into the stone wall. William-still in the air, threw a barrage of punches at the creature, golden blasts striking and burying the golden blond in a cloud of destruction that filled the air and obscured his vision.

Naruto landed and waited with calm eye, but narrowed his eyes in her direction. Quetzalcoatl could take a hit, she should have came after him-he got his answer when something flashed by him, ripping a chunk out of his flank-unintentionally though from Quetzalcoatl-causing him to gag on his blood. His family and fellow spectators gasped in horror along with the audience as they witnessed the sight, "No!" Weiss cried out as her hands flew to cover her mouth. She watched as her twin placed his hand on his wound with a grunt before he grit his teeth and forced his body to move, turning around to face the girl who had wounded him.

Yhwach hummed. If the wound the boy sustained was life threatening, the match would have been called, but he also knew that the tide of battle was about to change. In favor of which child he knew not, but it was sure to be a fight worth witnessing.

"Her prowess is beginning to surpass William's own expectations now." Winter said with worry. The blond female's body was glowing crimson chakra and steam was being exhaled with each breath she took. Now more Faunus than before, she truly was something to fear. Her height was now roughly 8 or so feet tall, thus giving her a greater range of combative power to use against William in the fight.

"What do we do?" Pyrrha asked in worry.

"There is nothing we can do." Willow grit her teeth and clenched her hands.

"But... what about William?" Weiss asked in worry.

"We pray he can overcome her power...it's all we can do..." Winter answered as she began clenching her fists in frustration. Her brother was fighting a monster in a energy dome that no Semblance ability or level of raw force or Level of Aura power could hope to destroy...and that alone made William-in her mind-more worthy than any hero when he decided to step forth and make it his mission to fight her regardless of his own peril.

William was breathing a bit heavily, but he was more determined than ever, "I will stop you... child of flame..." he thought to himself as his eyes narrowed with conviction. William then leapt aside when a massive fist slammed into the ground where he stood, the arena shook as many cried out. However, Naruto charged into war, unwavering, unrelenting. Blood ran down his jaw and his brow, but his courage did not waver, a fist drawing back as his gauntlets were filled with his power, golden electricity sparked as he pulled his arms back,

"Activate; Serpentine Wrath" he cried out and thrust them forward at Quetzalcoatl, a massive explosion of light drowning out the destruction and carnage, Quetzalcoatl cried out as she was struck, only for many to gasp when his opponent roared in response, throwing as swipe towards the Schnee.

However, William merely placed his forearms next to one another, "Activate Shield Protocol" he called out as a golden barrier of energy formed before him as the swipe connected.

BA-THOOM

"He blocked it!?" Pyrrha exclaimed in shock. Minutes before, such a strike had torn half the arena part, and William had stopped it with sheer force!? However, her own jaw dropped when she watched as Naruto was flung across the stadium where she crashed on the ground and rolled to a stop before climbing back to his feet, determined to fight on even if he knew he was no match for the small creature turned monster.

A crackle of electricity filled the air, and then the crowd watched as he smashed his knuckles into one another as he gazed ahead at his enemy... his competition.

"GROARG~!" and suddenly a roar shook the heaven's and rattled the earth as a phantasmal image appeared above the boy, two golden red eyes filled with fury and rage, quelled by the calm fury of its master.

Yhwach sighed, feeling his eyes close as he slipped into memories of the past-his mind turning to all the times he had seen that creature in the heat of battle, snarling... roaring... demanding all he could offer in the fight and more...

Oh Nicholas, their descendants were just like them in their youths... they needed to heed their tempers and hone their willpower before such a confrontation between themselves.

Willow and the rest of the crowd balked at the sight of the creature, having never seen it before when William was fighting against Quetzalcoatl throughout the confrontation. Pyrrha's father felt his jaw drop in a mix of terror and awe, "What the hell is that!?" he cried out as he pointed towards the creature Naruto had conjured.

Still, the roar persisted and grew as William drew his arms to his sides as he charged his energy.

"Roar for me," he stated calmly, his voice filling the stadium as he made his declaration,"Jörmungandr~"he called out, the world shook, the massive serpent's roar filling the air as it drew its head back, snarl rocked all of the stadium as the beast opened its maw, a golden energy gathering in between its jaws-only to unleash a blast of golden light as William thrust his hands out in front of him in attack, the air filling with static and light as the explosion enveloped his opponent.

Lightning and static flashed through the air, enough to cause hair on people's arms and necks to stand up. Then, in a shocking move, Quetzalcoatl inhaled deeply and bellowed in response, flinging the Schnee heir across the arena.

Weiss stood up and cried out, "DON'T DO IT! PLEASE STOP IT!"

William was smashed into the arena wall and buried into the rocks.

"WILLIAM~!"Weiss and Winter cried out in horror, Willow felt her heart drop, her voice stuck in her throat.

Seconds later Quetzalcoatl grabbed him by a leg and began to slam him around on the ground, dust and debris filling the air with each pounding.

William grunted with each smash but didn't get a chance to retaliate as she smashed him against the wall causing him to cough up blood.

That was gonna leave a mark.

Winter stood up in horror, "Don't let this bitch get one over you! YOU HEAR ME! WILLIAM~!" she cried out in desperation.

However...

Undeterred, he decided to respond to her attack on his person.

Clenching his fists, William silently began to gather his energy, using chakra to further augment his strength.

To the shock and amazement of nearly everyone in the stands, cracks started to appear on the wall around him and continued to spread, until suddenly William broke free and massive explosion erupted where he stood. A fifteen meter long section of the arena wall came tumbling down, conjuring a massive plume of dust. Smoke and soot bloomed into the air, concealing all from view.

All the arena, perhaps the very world, fell into shocked silence, stricken by such a sudden sight.

Weiss noticed something stirring in the smoke, a mere flicker of movement.

And then they heard it from the haze; the arrogant laughter of a King.

A series of teeming golden portals opened by the dozens, hundreds...

...no, Weiss realized a moment later, more. Thousands of them.

And William, her beloved brother, kept...right on laughing.

"Well done! Truly! I haven't been this excited in AGES!"

She had time for a single realization. "Oh shi-

All hell broke loose.

"Ah, we could have saved time by beating him into cooperation." Nora huffed as she crossed her arms.

Ruby balked, "No we couldn't! Why would we do that?" she asked.

Nora scoffed as she turned to the little Assassin, "Yes we could." she rebutted, "You think he lifts anything heavier than stacks of hardcopy?"

Ruby chuckled nervously, "I mean... yea kinda..."

Nora crossed her arms, "Hmph, you got me dressed up like this and someone else got to do the shooting. Nora not happy."

"IT'S GONNA EAT ME~!"

Ren peeks over the tree and gawks, "Whoa!" he cried out with wide eyes as he jumps over and begins to try to lift the tree to no avail, "Oh jeez, why do I always have to save your-AAHHHHH~!"

"I'm gonna ask you this one time; where is Nora?" Ren demanded.

William snorted, "Yeah, I'll do you one better: WHO'S Nora?"

Ruby cried out, "I'll do YOU one better: WHY is Nora?"

"Tell me where the girl is, or I swear to you, I'm gonna french-fry this little freak!" Ren stated as he cocked his pistols and pointed it at Ruby.

William pulled his gauntlet covered arm back and called upon its power over lightning causing thunder to sound and aimed it at Juane, "Let's do it! You shoot her, and I'll blast him! Let's go!" he challenged.

Juane looked at the lightning being aimed at him, "Do it, Ren! I can take it." he told him.

"No you can't!" Pyrrha said with wide eyes.

Yang sighed, "She's right, you can't."

Ren rolled his eyes, "Oh yeah? You don't wanna tell me where she is? That's fine, I'll take out all three of you and I'll beat it out of miss speed force right here myself!" he told them as he turned the safety's on the two pistol's.

Weiss had to do a double take, "Are you yawning? In the middle of this, while I'm breaking it down? Huh? Did you hear what I said?" she demanded.

Yang shrugged, "I stopped listening after you said we need a plan." she stated honestly.

William looked to Ren with a confused look, "What is it exactly that they do?" he asked the embarrassed boy.

Nora opted to speak up, "Kick names, take ass." she said happily.

"Yea, that." Yang shrugged.

Weiss felt her head drop, "We're all gonna die..."

The old monkey pokes his nose, "Wrong!" he states with a cheeky grin, "I'm not the one who's confused." he tells the boy as he pokes him on the forehead, "You don't even know who you are!" he declares.

William snort as she crosses his arms, "Oh really, and I suppose you know?" he questions him. Shaking his head he turns around to walk away.

The old man grins happily, "Sure do." he answers him, "You're Naruto Uzumaki boy!"

Immediately coming to a stop, William feels his jaw drop before he turns around to look at the old geezer, shocked.

"Bye!"
