Dad's GF caused a lot of Drama (Well, her son did. I asked him to get off the xbox so my little sister, who I rarely ever see now, and I could watch a movie and he threw a bitch fit, complained about me for fucking ever because I asked him to get off the damn tv. Last I fucking checked, it's my dad's not his. Then he told his mom and she decided to be rude and snarky to me and my little sister. I informed my Dad and he said he'd take care of it – I'm still waiting. I'm about to tell her son where he can shove it).

I had Work! D:

Little sister is over. I rarely ever see her and I wanted to hang out with her! I'm sure you guys can relate to this one.

Chapter 12 – Old and New Memories

Green stared anxiously at the oven. Red planted himself against the kitchen's pale walls and grimaced. Maria sat at the table and smiled brightly. They all were focused on the oven – inside the oven was their prime mission. Today was thanksgiving – a day that Green had been awaiting with the most anxiety. Originally the plan was just him along with Maria and Red but then Green accidently let it slip when he was out the other day at the bakery.

"Yeah, I know, Red, only two bread rolls and some batter for cookies," Green spat out irritated. Red acted like Green was a child and couldn't even remember a simply grocery list. Green sighed as he hung up his cell-phone in mild irritation. Thanksgiving was in a few days and he wanted to get past the holiday as quickly as he possibly could.

Green ambled down the aisles trying his best to not stand out. Since it was close to the holiday, many people from town were in the Baker's shop browsing for goods and buy food for the holiday – and Green didn't want attention from the townspeople nor the Baker. Green swiftly picked his goods up and took the up to the register.

And he was greeted with a rather warm smile. A petite girl stood behind the counter. Her red pigtails bounced lightly each time she munched away on the piece of gum in her mouth. Her pale green eyes shone with innocence and life that stood out against her tan skin. She smiled brightly.

"Like, hello, sir! I hope you, like, found everything okay!" She chimed out so enthusiastically Green could have sworn she was trying to get Green to be peppy and cheery just like her. Green sighed as he placed his goods on the counter. He had never seen her work here before – but it was the Holiday season and he was sure the Baker wouldn't be able to handle the huge waves of people needing food.

The girl peered into his face and giggled.

"Wow, you're like, really cute! Do you have a girl friend?" She spat out, leaning towards Green. Green's face cringed – with anger and discomfort. He didn't have a girlfriend – he Had Red. Who was a guy. Green felt his face start to constrict.

He wasn't a homosexual. He just happened to love another guy.

Green leaned his forehead onto his hand and sighed loudly. He really wasn't in the mood for this girl's leering attitude – he just wanted to get home and cuddle with Red for a bit. He hadn't had enough alone time with him lately due to Maria being off from school – and Green was at his breaking point.

Last night, they were sitting on the couch and Green started to get excited. He started to suck and kiss Red's neck but was interrupted when Maria came bolting down the stairs claiming she saw a monster come from under nether her bed. Green literally almost died from embarrassment and shock and couldn't sleep a wink that night due to his lingering embarrassment.

Green sighed again. He just wanted to get home as soon as he could. He shot the girl a grueling glance and the girl seemed to understand finally. She quietly bagged his goods and rang him up. Just as he was about to leave Green felt someone link their arm with his. Green jumped as he heard a familiar laugh.

"Where are you off too, cutie?" the Baker asked, waggling an eyebrow. Green mentally cursed himself as he glared up at the ceiling. He literally had no patience for this. The Baker, however, didn't 'get' the memo and continued on.

"So, what'cha up to today?" The Baker asked, smiling. Green sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose to show his irritation.

"I'm getting groceries for Thanksgiving. Red and I –"

"What? You didn't invite me to your feast?!" The Baker spat out offended. Green raised an eyebrow in shock. He never saw the Baker get angry or offended like this. Green sighed feeling slightly bad for not inviting him – but the Baker probably already had plans anyways. Green thought for a second – he could just invite him anyways and get rejected – that'd work out perfectly.

Green could finally get home.

"Hey, Dylan, I'm sorry for not inviting you but if you'd like you can still come. That is, if you're not already-"

"Perfect! I'll come! I'll even bake some fantastic pies for all of us! I can't wait – it'll be a blast!" the Baker chimed out enthusiastically. Green felt his eye twitch – His plan completely back fired on him. Green mentally kicked himself as the Baker ranted and raved about how this Thanksgiving was going to be the best one ever.

All Green could do was mentally assault himself as he left the bakery in a fit of anger.

"Hey, Green, do you even know how to cook a turkey?" Red warily asked, unsure if his question would anger Green or not. Green scoffed. Red was acting as if cooking a turkey was almost impossible for him. Green grinned at himself – he was going to show Red how one truly cooked for Thanksgiving.

"Don't worry, Red – I got this," Green beamed out with confidence. Maria and Red started to play a small game of hang man while Green kept his eyes on the oven. Green put the turkey in about an hour ago and knew he still had at least three to four more hours before the damn bird would be done. Green thought for a second about the Baker coming over for Thanksgiving.

And he mentally kicked himself again.

"I didn't tell him how to get to my house," Green mumbled out angrily. Green looked at the clock – it was seven in the morning. Green glanced over at Red with a pleading smile. Red raised an eyebrow.

"What do you need now, Green?"

"…Can you watch the turkey while I go fetch the Baker? I don't believe he knows how to get here," Green spat out embarrassed. Red shrugged his shoulders.

"Sure, but don't get mad if it burns – I'm not a 'master chef' like you, Green," Red chimed out jokingly. Green rustled Red's hair and smiled, causing Red to blush. Green leaned in close to Red's neck and breathed gently, causing Red to tense up. Green brushed his lips against Red's ear and whispered into his ear.

"I'll repay you later – and it'll be fun for the both of us," Green growled out as he placed his arm around Red's shoulders and hugged him. Red's face burned brightly as he sat there embarrassed. Green laughed whole heartily as he left the house to go fetch the Baker.

Green left the house and started his usual familiar way down to the Bakery he visited almost daily. After trekking for a while, he finally stumbled upon the Bakery. He waltzed in and was greeted by a delicious aroma of pies. Green glanced behind the counter and noticed the Baker propped up against the wall his eyes closed. He seemed to be sleeping.

Feeling mischievous, Green snuck behind the counter and ended up in front of the sleepy Baker. Green examined the Baker – he looked so peaceful sleeping. His blonde hair seemed to be extremely unruly today as it drifted in front of his closed eyes. His face seemed so relaxed. Green raised an eyebrow. There was something that Green couldn't shake off though about the Baker.

He seemed familiar. It wasn't because Green came here almost every day and saw him – the Baker seemed to remind him of someone he met before. Green thought hard for a second. What if he ran into the Baker on his travels or something? Green did explore the regions when he was younger – and he did stop at bakeries for food. It could have happened. But Green couldn't exactly place or pin point where he could have accidently bumped into the Baker in the past.

The Baker obviously had to of moved here at some point during the five years Green spent in jail – so maybe the Baker lived in a nearby town and Green happened to see him one day. Green shrugged his shoulders at the thought – That seemed likely.

Green sighed – that really didn't matter right now though. What mattered was getting this weird, clingy, love proclaiming Baker to his house for Thanksgiving. Green smirked and flicked the Baker right between the eyes and watched panic and shock exploded from the Baker. Green howled with laughter as the Baker calmed himself down.

"H-Hey! You never attack a sleeping man!"

"Oh really? So what do you wanna call what happened the other day when I was in here waiting for food?" Green spat out with a laugh. The Baker shot a playful grin at Green as he leaned against the wall again and raised his arms in defeat.

"Well, I guess we'll just call it even now, Green," The Baker sighed out dramatically. Green flashed a smile and leaned against the wall with the Baker. Green peered into the oven and saw three pies cooking in the oven.

"There's apple, pumpkin and cherry – though I think I could have just gotten away with a cherry pie and you and your lover boy would have been ecstatic," the Baker chimed out as he stared off in the distance. Green glowered at the Baker for a second then flashed a smile.

"Yeah, probably – but then Red would probably only eat that. That's not really healthy either…"

"Aw come on it's a holiday! Let your lover boy enjoy – I bet he'll repay you greatly in be-" was all the Baker could laugh out before Green whacked him on the back of his head. Green glared at the Baker with a pout and the Baker couldn't help but laugh. The two continued to ramble on until the pies were finally done.

"Hey, Green, why are you here anyways?" the Baker finally asked.

"I don't believe you know where I live – and I forgot to tell you so I thought it'd be easier just to come and get you instead of calling you and giving you fail directions," Green said as he helped stack the pies into a sturdy bag. The Baker smiled gently at Green.

"Well aren't you just the sweetest!" the Baker chimed out dramatically as he clung onto Green. Green yelled and pushed the Baker off but the Baker wouldn't budge. The Baker laughed and let go, winking at Green.

"Don't worry, I would never feel you up, Green. I'm sure your lover boy would get pretty jealous," the Baker laughed out. Green rolled his eyes and gently punched the Baker in the arm.

"Whatever, let's just go! I'm getting hungry!"

(POV Change: Dylan, the Baker)

The Baker opened his eyes and sighed. He kept having that same dream again – but it only made sense because today, four years ago, he was betrayed. And a betrayal like that would last a life time. The Baker sighed again and rolled himself out of bed – no moping around day. He had a thanksgiving feast to attend.

He quietly changed into his nicest everyday outfit and made his way downstairs to his bakery. He stretched and sighed, trying his best to shake this tiredness. After a few more stretches the Baker opened up his pantry and retrieved the ingredients for three different pies – an apple, a cherry and a pumpkin pie. The Baker grinned – he sure did love baking. Hell, if it wasn't for Green, the Baker knew he wouldn't be here right now.

He's probably be stuck where he was four years ago. The Baker smiled as he started making the crusts for each pie. If it wasn't for Green, he would still be stuck in the relationship with her. The Baker sighed. That whole relationship was a joke – how could he have been that stupid not to realize that the love of his life was cheating on him. The Baker put down his rolling pin and thought for a moment.

He truly did love Jane – the way she looked to the way she acted. Everything about Jane was just perfect. He had loved Jane for so many years that the day she confessed her love for him he started to cry from joy. He never thought that his true love would feel the same for him. She was the first woman ever who saw Dylan as a shining knight in armor – but his princess soon grew tired of him.

They had been dating for almost a year when Dylan noticed something. She started to distance herself and making it obvious that something was up. Dylan at first just shook it off – she was an interior designer and around the holidays people wanted their houses looking tip top shape from inside and out. And Dylan wasn't looking to distract her or even ruin her work. So he stayed away. He didn't bother her much.

Then the unfateful day hit - Thanksgiving. Dylan left the house earlier then he had planned – but it was because he wanted to impress his girlfriend with the best meal ever. He was at the grocery store when he noticed Jane walk past outside. He quickly left the store after here – where was she going this early? He knew she didn't have work – but maybe something came up? Dylan shook his head – he knew she would have alerted him to it. Dylan marched after her but kept his distance – he wanted to know what she was up too.

He trailed after her for a good ten minutes before she finally reached her destination – and Dylan could only watch in horror as his girlfriend knocked on a door and was greeted, and kissed, by a rather attractive looking man. Dylan listened to her giggle and laugh, saying how she loved him so much. The next thing he knew, he was storming up to the house. But he didn't yell. He didn't even cause a scene.

He grabbed her hand and yanked her away from the man – as if he was a small child trying to take his toy back. Her eyes were wide with shock and instant guilt – and Dylan couldn't help but laugh pathetically at himself. Here he thought that he'd achieve total happiness with Jane – but it looked like she had other plans. He looked into her eyes. And then he bolted. He ran past the grocery, the bank – he wanted to get away from this stupid town as soon as he could.

But where was he to go?

Dylan had a stable job here and even had his own house – but the he remembered that Jane lived with him. He didn't want to go back there. He wanted out of this town – he wanted away from everything. He didn't care if he'd lose his well-paying job. Being a prison cook wasn't a glamour job – he wanted to open his own bakery. He wanted to live his dream life – causing people happiness through his delicious baked goods.

He got to his house and looked inside – everything in here had a memory that pertained to Jane – and he couldn't stand it. He started to throw things and destroy everything that had a memory of Jane locked onto it. He smashed a vase off the wall, causing glass to shatter and ended up cutting himself by accident. Dylan felt a wave of sudden calmness hit him. He walked out into the kitchen and bandaged himself up real quick. Then the phone rang.

He was half tempted to not answer the call – but then he noticed it was from work. He picked up and heard his boss start to panic.

"Mr. Frantz, what's wrong?" Dylan asked.

"Well, it seems like the food I ordered for today for the inmates can't come – and it's thanksgiving. I'm calling all the cooks and seeing if anyone can come in real quick to help whip up a meal for the inmates. I'm sorry to pull you away from your girlfriend J-"

"Don't worry about that. I'll be there in fifteen minutes – see you then."

Dylan pulled up to work and saw three other co-workers of his rushing to get inside. Dylan rushed into the jail and made it to the kitchen. He saw four chefs and two guards cooking up multiple turkeys and many side dishes. Dylan looked around and noticed no desserts – and that when he got the show rolling.

"Hey, I'm going to start on desserts for the inmates!" Dylan roared out over the loud noise of the kitchen. The head chef shot a thumbs up and sent one of the cooking aides over. Dylan glanced over the Jail's recipe and tossed it to the side. The aide raised an eyebrow and Dylan only laughed.

"Trust me, baking is my specialty."

They quickly got a head count – and it wasn't a surprise that they'd need a lot of something for dessert – but what? Dylan quickly checked the stock and realized they had a surprisingly large abundance of flour and cherries – enough just for thanksgiving. Dylan and his aide start to transfer the goods to the kitchen and started on making cherry-glazed rolls. Dylan worked on the glaze and the filling while his aid quickly rolled and cut out enough portions for the inmates. After an hour, Dylan started to fill the rolls and bake them, having the aid watch the ovens and make sure none of them burned.

Attention started to draw over to Dylan due to the smell of cherries. They watched as Dylan quickly and efficiently made the rolls. After three hours of continues baking, Dylan sighed and leaned against the wall – all there was left to do was to serve them. Dylan looked up at the clock and noticed he had fifteen minutes before serving time. Dylan went to the break room and laid down. He was exhausted. He just completed a large order for the inmates – he was going to spend his fifteen minute break napping. Or so he thought. As soon as he hit the couch the head chef came in.

"Nice work, Dylan! I swear, you really looked like a real baker there Dylan!" the head chef chimed out enthusiastically. Dylan felt flattered and smiled.

"Thanks –" was all he got out before his cell-phone rang. He looked at the number – and he felt his heart twist. It was Jane. He pressed ignore and looked back at the head chef – and he couldn't help but frown.

"I don't know what's wrong but, uh, thanks for the hard work today. You can head home ear-"

"Nope, that's not happening! I want to see what everyone thinks of my food – this is the first time I've prepared these for other people," Dylan spat out, his voice thick with determination. The head chef chuckled and patted Dylan on the back.

"Alrighty! Serving starts soon so get ready – I'll put you down on to serve on desserts. See ya then!" the head chef shouted out as he left. Dylan sighed. He should have been spending the day with Jane – but now he was at the jail and he was going to spend his day with the inmates – Dylan laughed dryly. How things can change so fast.

Dylan re-entered the kitchen just in time for serving. He made his way down to the end of the serving line. The head chef was standing on the small stage in the kitchen with a microphone watching the inmates storm into the cafeteria and sit down at their tables. After a while, the head chef started talking.

"Hello, mates! Today is, of course, Thanksgiving – and we're happy to be here to share this joyous day with you. I'd also like to announcance that desserts today were handled and created by our one fantastic chef, Dylan Baker! He spent such a long time today on them for you guys – give him a hand!" the head chef roared out. The inmates started to clap and Dylan went red in the face – this was embarrassing. The inmates were finally allowed to line up for food – the time for Dylan to shine was now. Dylan served his food and watched the facial reactions of each inmate – some were amazed and impressed. Others just wanted to get this 'painful' event over with and head back to their jail cell.

Dylan was almost done when he was told to go take a break. He wanted to keep serving but the head chef forced him to go take another break. Dylan complied but this time he went out to the yard. Before he left to the yard, he noticed he had a few left over rolls in the kitchen and he took one and bagged it up. He'd eat it on his break.

Dylan knew he wasn't allowed in the yard – it was a place where a lot of fights broke out. But right now all the inmates were in the cafeteria eating. He leaned against the one wall and took a deep breath. He never planned for his day to go like this. Finding out his girlfriend was cheating on him to coming into work today and cooking up so many baked goods – it wasn't what he had planned.

But when did anything ever go to plan?

Dylan laughed to himself and sat against the wall. All he really wanted to do right now was sleep. He looked over at his small bag. He wasn't even hungry. Dylan sighed and closed his eyes. He just wanted to lay here for a bit.

"Long day, Mr. Chef?"

Dylan felt his eye's flutter awake and saw a brunet boy in front of him. Dylan felt his heart twist. The boy in front of him definitely was an inmate – the striped clothing said so. He quickly stood up and smiled.

"Y-yeah! Long day," Dylan spat out. The brunet laughed.

"I saw you wandering out here and decided to follow on after you, if you don't mind. I know some of the hard asses of the jail slipped out from the cafeteria and are actually in the yard right now – and I don't want to see you get injured."

Dylan raised an eyebrow – why would an inmate care about his safety? Dylan stared the boy down until the brunet boy clicked his tongue of the roof of his mouth and sighed in defeat.

"Fine, I was actually hoping for seconds – those desserts you made were fantastic! You have any more?" the brunet boy whined out. Dylan laughed and handed the boy the bag without hesitation – he was overjoyed that someone loved his food this much.

"Thanks! I'm actually curious if you're a baker or something – me and the other guys can't get why you work here. Why would you work here if you could own your own bakery. Hell, I'd visit it every day!"

Dylan felt himself smile brightly – no one had ever told him that. No one ever told him that he could own his own bakery. He always wanted too but people always had told him it was a bad idea and that he wouldn't make it that far. For some reason though, this inmate was making his day. Dylan flicked the brunet boy in between the eyes.

"That's flattering but I don't have the money nor the tim-"

"What? You're making excuses. Look at me for a second. I made a huge mistake – one that'll haunt me for my life. Don't make a mistake and let it haunt you for the rest of your life. You should do what you want to do before it's too late. Don't be stupid, you're a great baker and you'll make something of yourself. Do it for yourself and share the joy you bring to others when you bake!" the brunet boy chimed out. Dylan felt the boy's words sink in and he couldn't stop thinking that he was right.

Today had happened for a reason – he was going to start anew and become the baker he always wanted to be. Dylan hugged the brunet boy suddenly.

"Thanks for the kind words – they're what I really needed to hear!" Dylan chimed out as he let go of the brunet boy. The boy stood there embarrassed and Dylan could only laugh.

"Mr. Green, I thought I'd find you out here," called a guard. The brunet boy flinched and glanced over at the guard. Dylan raised an eyebrow as the brunet boy sighed loudly. The guard walked over and grabbed his arm roughly.

"Sneaking out of Thanksgiving Dinner isn't something you should do – you'll get it a shit tone of trouble there!" the guard yelled. Dylan walked over to the guard and grabbed his shoulder gently. The guard raised an eyebrow.

"I'm sorry, sir, I asked him to tell me how he thought my food was while he was on his way to the bathroom. He said he'd tell me but I had to follow him to the bathroom – Don't blame him, it's all me," Dylan lied straight through his teeth. The guard sighed and loosened his grip on the brunet boy.

"Alright, I'll go easy on you this time, Mr. Green – next time though I won't be so easy," The guard spat out. As the guard started to escort the brunet boy away the boy looked back.

"You better open your own bakery or I'll kick your ass!"

"Hey, Dylan! We're at my house, stop day dreaming!" Green shouted. The Baker flashed a smile as he was taken out of his thoughts and memories. It had been a long time since he thought back to that day five years ago – and he still can't believe how that day, that started out terrible, ended up being the day he decided to let go of everything and become a baker.

And it was all thanks to a certain brunet boy.

(POV Change: Green)

Green opened the door to his house and started to shout when he saw three familiar faces sitting on the couch. They all directed their eyes to Green – and Green couldn't help but stare in awe. Red's mom, Prof. Oak and his sister, Daisy, were all on the couch. Green felt his mouth go dry. He went to speak but Red broke through.

"Green! Welcome back! Here, let me help you," Red said as he grabbed Green's hand gently. He pulled him into the kitchen. Green raised an eyebrow.

"Why are they here?!" Green spat out. He wasn't ready to show his face in front of his family – he still felt ashamed and guilty for putting his family through so much. Red flicked Green between the eyes.

"Shut up! They're here and are happy to be here. Daisy came with Prof. Oak and told me she missed seeing her younger brother – and Prof. Oak said he missed his grandson. Also, I told you multiple times that my mom was coming for Thanksgiving – but I think you were too busy ravishing me whenever I told you that," Red chimed out with a laugh. Green punched Red in the arm and glared at him.

"What was that for?"

"Obviously that last part of your statement there! You don't talk about stuff like that in the open!" Green shouted. Heads and faces peeked into the kitchen. Green rolled his eyes and started to unload the pies that the baker had cooked. Dylan waltzed in and snatched the bag from Green.

"Don't worry about these. You two go out there and talk to your guest – I'll amaze you all with a fantastic meal!" Dylan roared out. Green and Red were basically pushed out of the kitchen and greeted by their family members. Daisy walked up and hugged Green tightly.

"Green, it's been forever! I've missed you!" Daisy spat out with tears coming down her face. Green looked at her face and wiped her tears away. He hated making his older sister cry.

"Don't worry about me, Daisy! I'm fine. Anyways, have you met Maria? She's my daughter I ado-"

"I'm an aunt?!" Daisy howled. She backed away and started to panic. Green couldn't help but laugh while Red went upstairs to Maria's room. Seconds later, Red returned down stairs with Maria. Daisy looked her over and bent down to Maria's eye level.

"Hiya there, Maria! I'm Daisy! I'm your aunt! You see your dad-"

"Which dad of mine? Mr. Green or Mr. Red?"

Silence. The whole room was enveloped in a thick silence. Green watched in horror as Daisy ever so slowly turned her head towards Green, wearing a fake smile that said, 'what the hell does she mean which dad?' Green laughed warily hoping to break the silence but that only made it worse.

"…Mr. Green," Daisy barely said, still in shock. Maria smiled.

"Oh, okay! Mr. Green is basically my mom-"

"What?!" Daisy shouted out as she stood up, eyeing up Green and the Red. She stared in awe and shock trying to voice out what she was thinking. Green and Red watched as she shook her head and kept staring at the two.

"B-But Green's taller and beefier then Red!? How the hell does Red top G-"

"Daisy!" Everyone shouted out but Maria. Daisy shook her head and sat down on the couch. She glanced over at Red.

"Welcome to the family I guess…"

"Daisy! It isn't what you think," Green mumbled out running his hand over his face in irritation. Red laughed and ran into the kitchen to tell the Baker what had happened. Seconds later the Baker's laughter was heard from the kitchen.

Green peeked in and saw Red and the Baker laughing hard. Green leaned against the door and sighed loudly.

"When are we going to eat?! I'm starved!"

(POV Change: Daisy)

Daisy couldn't believe it – her own brother was in a relationship with his arch-rival from his childhood. Daisy shook her head. She always knew that Red had a thing for her brother – hell it was so obvious she seriously couldn't believe how her own brother didn't notice. Daisy focused her eyes to the TV and watched the news.

Then she glanced over at Maria. Maria was currently talking to Prof. Oak, telling him about how Green cleans and takes care of the house. Daisy cringed. She looked into the kitchen and looked Green and Red up and down again. There was no way in hell Green could be the 'mom' of their relationship.

Daisy shook her head again – why was she even thinking about that about her own brother?

Daisy looked back at the TV and watched the news again. She'd ponder her brother's sexuality later.

(POV Change: Green)

"Finally! Green shouted out as the food started making its way to the table. Dylan placed out all the food in a neat organized manner and they finally all sat down. Prof. Oak cleared his throat quickly and everyone looked over at him.

"Since today is Thanksgiving, I think it's only necessary before we eat we talk about what we're all thankful for," Prof. Oak said as he took a deep breath," and I'll go first. I'm thankful for my family and for Pokémon. Without Pokémon I'd –" Professor Oak started ranting about Pokémon and how he was thankful for them. Then Green took a second to think.

What was he thankful for?

Green looked around the room. He was obviously thankful for his family and friends – but when it came down to it, he was especially thankful for Red. Red had been there for him thick and thin and was the reason he was where he was today. Without Red, Green would still be a stuck up douchebag. Red changed him for the better.

Red was his better half.

Green noticed Professor Oak had just finished talking and now it was Daisy's turn. Daisy cleared her throat and looked at everyone with a bright smile.

"I'm thankful for my brother to be back home with us and for being able to meet my first niece!" Daisy chimed out, flashing a smile to Maria. Maria smiled and cleared her throat as well, getting everyone's attention. She stood up on her chair and received a few confused looks.

"I'm super thankful for Mr. Green and Mr. Red! I'm also super thankful for everything they've done for me!" Maria shouted loudly. She took a few pictures of everyone quickly without warning them. She plopped down in her seat and smiled brightly. Everyone laughed with Maria as they passed the camera around for everyone to see.

Dylan clinked his wine glass and everyone looked at him

"I'm thankful for my Bakery and my lovely patrons who've invited me to their dinner," Dylan spat out with a smile. Red's mom looked up at everyone and smiled.

"I'm thankful for my son – he's my little boy no matter what or where he goes. I'm also thankful for his happiness," Red's mom chimed out as she smiled at her Son. Red blushed a bit and Green couldn't help but find him adorable. Red was next to talk.

"I'm thankful for everyone here in this room – without you all, I don't think I'd be the person I am today."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever. We all know you're thankful for Green and nothing else!" Dylan roared out with a mischievous grin. Daisy spit her water out while Red's mom face went red. Professor Oak smacked Dylan upside his head and Maria laughed. Red's face went bright red and he glanced over at Green. It was Green's turn.

Green cleared his throat and looked over at Red and smiled.

"To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what I'm truly thankful for – but I do know this. If Red didn't re-enter my life when he did, I'm pretty sure I'd be going nowhere in my life. Without Red, I'd be lost. And I just wanted to take the time and thank you now, Red."

Everyone glanced over at Red and noticed his face had softened – Red was teary-eyed and even had a gently soft smile placed on his lips. Green reached for his hand under the table and squeezed his hand gently. Red squeezed Green's hand in return. They gazed at each other for a few seconds.

"You do realize there's a child in the room here." Dylan spat out sarcastically. Red turned and glared at Dylan while Green pulled his hand away and laughed it off.

"This isn't the first time she's seen us act lovely-dovey," Green absently said. Daisy spit her water out again and glared right at Green, her nose flaring the whole time to match her pissed off look.

"She's seen you two?! Doing that?!" Daisy cried out. Green sighed and quickly reassured her that she had never seen them doing the dirty. Maria watched the madness unfold and couldn't help but laugh. Red's mom looked around and smiled.

"I haven't seen everyone this lively in forever!" She called out excitedly. Everyone smiled and shared a laugh. They all started to eat and pick food they wanted to eat. After a while Green looked over at Red who was all done eating. Red stood up and walked out into the kitchen. Green got up and followed him.

Green noticed the screen door opened and looked out. Red was sitting on the bench out in the garden. Green went outside and shut the door behind him. Red looked back and saw Green and smiled. Green felt embarrassed for some reason and scratched the back of his head while he smiled at Red. He walked over and plopped down next to Red. Green smiled at Red whole shyly smiled back. Green leaned in and kissed Red deeply, biting Red's lip gently. Red kissed back and slung his arms over Green's shoulders. Green pulled away and started to kiss Red's neck gently. Red moaned a bit as leaned his head back. Green bit Red's neck and then pulled away smirking. Red glared at Green as he held his neck.

"That's just to show everyone that I'm not the 'mom' of the relationship!"

Green laughed. Red rolled his eyes and pinched Green's cheek really hard. Green clapsed both of his hands over Red's face and stared deeply into Red's eyes. He leaned in just a few inches from Red's lips.

"I love you, Red," Green whispered out. He waited for no reply as he leaned in and gently kissed Red again. Red kissed back and when they pulled away Red replied.

"I love you too, Green."
