Now, this chapter will be based on the 'Sandboy' episode. More Chloe growth. Also a sort of resolve with Ladybug and Queen Bee, I think?

Let me take this opportunity to address some reviews I got:

1. Valedonte: Thank you for bring my grammar mistake s to light, I will try and fix them soon. As for the way I portray Ladybug. Wouldn't you get angry, blinded by it, enough to do some rash decisions? Ladybug is no saint, she makes mistakes and here she was too quick to get back the Miraculous, that she forgot about diplomacy and the safety of the person's identity. She is not the bad guy, but I wanted to have a base for my fic.

2. UnknownMystery: I understand where you're coming from, but I can assure you that, yeah the powers are a lot, but they are still in limit and needed for her growth. The original power was good, but I wanted something different. Venomis always going to be a classic, but the 3 Bees are needed for this. Don't worry, I will still update, just need to let my creative mind take the lead.

3. guestl03: I think the boy is one of her fans, lol. Read and you will understand.

4. SonicPossible00: Thank you so much.

Thank you guys for still sticking around and reading my works. I know it has been weeks since I posted, I have just been in a slump for a while and today I decided to just sit my butt down and DO IT! So, I present you with this new fic. I hope you enjoy it and don't forget to comment and tell me what you thought of it.

Chapter 5: Pollen Dust

Tonight, the hero's Kwami's were each to seek out their owners' permission to attend a gathering with the other Kwamis, to hold a transmission that will allow them to communicate with Nooroo, who was Hawk Moth's Kwami. The plan was celebrate his thirty-five hundredth cycle today, and they won't get another opportunity for a long time, due to a Kwami's cycle lasts several hundreds of human years.

For Tikki, she told Marinette everything and seeing that Pollen may not be there; not knowing the state of their holder's agenda, they needed as many hands on deck. She allowed it. Plagg was a different story, for he just left without letting Adrien know.

In the Bourgeois residence, things were not going very well for Pollen. She tried explaining to Chloe about the whole gathering to perform the transmission to contact Nooroo…but that was left on deaf ears.

Ever since Chloe decided to do the whole 'good person' path, things were not going all that well. Since Sabrina left her, she has been swamped with school work and having the wrath of her parents breathing down her neck. Her mother being extra spiteful about her recent 'crime of fashion,' though as much as she tried, she still felt hurt about her mother's words.

She was in her room, trying to finish her assignments before it seemed her day would never end. Pollen hovered nearby, trying to get Chloe's attention.

"Pollen, can't you see I'm busy?" Chloe snapped, not even looking up from her homework.

"But Chloe, this gathering with the other Kwamis is important," Pollen insisted, gently fluttering closer. "We need to contact Nooroo and celebrate his cycle. It's a rare opportunity."

Chloe sighed, finally setting her pen down and turning to face Pollen. "I don't have time for celebrations, Pollen. I have too much on my plate right now."

"But Chloe, this is about Nooroo. He's been through so much," Pollen pleaded, hovering closer to Chloe in an attempt to capture her attention.

Chloe sighed, rolling her eyes. "I know, I know. But honestly, Pollen, I have my own problems to deal with. I can't drop everything just because you want to have a party."

Pollen's face drooped with disappointment, but she persisted, hoping to sway Chloe's stubborn resolve. "It's not just a party, Chloe. It's a transmission to contact Nooroo. He deserves our support, especially after everything he's been through."

Chloe's expression softened for a moment, a flicker of empathy crossing her features. But then, her self-centered nature took over once again, and she shook her head. "Sorry, Pollen. I just can't right now. Maybe next time."

Pollen sighed, understanding that she wouldn't be able to change Chloe's mind. "Okay, Chloe. I'll let the others know. I hope you'll reconsider in the future."

With that, Pollen flew off, leaving Chloe to her own devices, consumed by her own worries and responsibilities.

With a heavy heart, Pollen retreated, her mind made up. She would wait until Chloe was asleep and then sneak out to join the other Kwamis. It wasn't ideal, but it was the only option she had. It might be the only chance to find out about Hawk Moth and where he was hiding.

'Sorry my Queen.'

-Fu's massage shop-

Plagg and Tikki had just arrived at the shop. Wayzz welcomed them in and reminded them (mostly Plagg) that they shouldn't make much noise or risk waking up Master Fu. The said Fu, who was sprawled out on the floor, snoring with a book on his face.

"Psst, come on." The turtle Kwami said, as he waits in front of the phonography. "If you manage to contact Nooroo, wish him a happy thirty-five hundred cycles for me.

"We will, Wayzz." Tikki said, as if hoping they will be enough. Both the Kwami's fly through the horn of the phonograph, leaving Wayzz to stand watch.

'Well, I do hope they will manage without m-' His thoughts were interrupted by an unexpected from the door. What's strange was that it was the dead of night and Master Fu was not expecting any guests at the moment.

He cautiously flew over to the other side of the wall. He phased through just his head to see who it could be before he attempted to wake his holder up.

"No. It couldn't be?" The turtle Kwami proceeded to open the door. A mixture of shock and confusion filled the Kwami's mind.

The two Kwami's had made it through the Miracle Box and were now in the company of their fellow Kwami friends.

"Plagg! Tikki! You came!" The goat Kwami exclaimed in excitement. It was followed by many cheers from all.

"Of course! You didn't actually think we were going to miss this, did you?" He said, feeling proud.

"NO!" The Kwami's immediately all replied at the same time.

"Oh! What did you bring?! What did you bring?!" Daizzi excitedly asked.

Plagg did what he always did. Wing it. "Brothers and sisters living within the walls of the Miracle Box, on this special day, I brought you some delicious cheese." Many were excited at the mention of cheese. "Unfortunately, I had to sacrifice it on the way here, to feed a poor, starving kitten." Everyone was singing his praises, while Tikki casually glared at the Kwami's head. She shook off her preoccupied state and faced her friends.

"From my owner's home, I bring you this." With that, many of the Kwamis scramble towards the marker in interest. Some of the Kwamis brainstorm on what t could be, with Roaar being slightly close; deeming it to be a paintbrush. And so they all play with the item. Tikki and Plagg begin to chat with Sass and Diaizzi while others partied.

"It is a good thing you are here. Your owners were wise to give you permission to come." Sass said.

But Before either Tikki or Plagg could reply. "Especially since we have fewer numbers now." The Pig Kwami, named Daizzi, said solemnly. The party atmosphere suddenly became low. Everyone was suddenly bummed out at the revelation of not only do they have fewer numbers. But they also lost another friend out in the world.

"Where could Pollen be?" The dog miraculous, Barkk asked lowly.

Tikki, sensing the shift in the atmosphere, tried to pick up their spirits. "Hey guys! I know Pollen is not here at the moment, but let us not lose hope. She might show up in the end." She said, but trying to reassure herself as well.

Before she could explain anymore. "Greetings everyone. I hope that I am not too late for our comrades celebration?" There, popping in from the entry, was Pollen. She looked to be carrying two of her honey treats with her.

Everyone was stunned for a few seconds, before they all shouted "Pollen!", with cheer for the arrival of friend.

"Oh Pollen, you made it!"

"I am so happy you're safe!"

"Where did you go?"

"And we heard that you were stolen. Is that true?"

"How did you escape? Were you able to get the Miraculous off them?"

The questions were beginning to be overwhelming, even for a Kwami, calm and level headed as Pollen. Thankfully, Plagg came over to 'help' out his friend.

"Everyone please! Let's give our friend some space. She must have escaped her owner and just made it here. With some treats, might I add." Saying that, he tried to swipe the honey treats, only to be foiled by Pollen.

"I do ask that the noble Kwami of destruction, refrain from procuring these humble treats I bear to our friends here." Pollen said, a slight undertone of annoyance that was lost on many but on Tikki. Someone came over to take the treats with such glee.

Seeing that, bee Kwami addressed the miscommunication given. "Yes I am here, but I will go back to my chosen owner later."

"What!?" A surprise shout was given and no one body was more surprised than a certain spotted Kwami.

Chloe finally managed to fall asleep, not realizing that a certain someone was not there anymore. She was having a peacefully dream about her mother accepting her, her fighting alongside Ladybug and Chat Noir to bring down Hawk Moth; Parisians applaud, journalists fight for the right to interview.

And suddenly someone rudely pulled Chloe out of the world of dreams: she was being shaken by the shoulder and called by name in a high, ear-piercing voice.

Opening her eyes, Chloe was about to scold the impudent man, but she saw her mother and could not utter a word.

"Get out of here!" Audrey ordered dismissively. "I don't need you anymore!"

"H-how can you not need me? I'm your daughter!" Chloe was stuttering, not fully realizing what was happening. She felt surprised by this.

"My daughter is different - talented and bright, worthy of me... I'm going to adopt Marinette, and you... you are trash. Get out!"

Chloe wanted to outright cry right at that moment, but her pride took over. "Well, that's fine! I can live alone! I don't need anyone!" Chloe shouted in a voice trembling with tears and, jumping out of bed, still in her nightgown, ran out the door into the living room and further into the corridor of hotel.

Chloe had never felt so terrible before. Her chest was bursting with pain as if a ball of barbed wire appeared inside. A transparent veil of tears covered her eyes. She felt desire not only to run away from home but to disappear from the world, to dissolve in the wind and sunlight. She always knew her mother never cared but…she didn't think this would happen.

Chloe would have ran until she collapsed from exhaustion but suddenly stopped in front of a opened door. The sight before her waved all momentary fears and heartache.

Jean Fidel was shaking, surrounded by projections of her and her family. They seemed to be berating the poor man.

"Ugh! You call this an excellent job, you fool?!" The fake Mayor said.

"Why am I surrounded by lousy help?!" Fake Audrey exclaimed.

The poor spoke up. "P-please…Sir, madam…I am doing my best." The man seemed to be out of his wits end. "I do not want to lose this job and-" He was however cut off by what seemed to be a fake Chloe.

"Hahaha! Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous! I can't believe that such a slave is working for us!" The fake Chloe commented. That comment made Chloe feel angry for some reason, but decided to help the servant. She sped over to the man and without any warning, grabbed him by the arm. Away from whatever that was. The butler was confused at the new situation, even more so that the miss in front of him was in a night wear and not the clothes she was in a few moments ago.

They finally stopped. "What... what's happening?" Wide-eyed and obviously sick of running.

The man, took a deep breath to control his tremble. "It would seem that we are experiencing our fears…that was mine, Miss."

Chloe could now understand that this was all but a nightmare. The fake mum, everything. But wait-

"That was your dream, Jean Luke?" Chloe asked, for which she received a nod as confirmation. She was feeling a little uneasy at that but pushed it aside. She needed to handle the situation at hand.

"Hide somewhere for now" Chloe told the butler. A note of superiority and hints of worry. "I'll handle it." The Butler just nodded once more before he ran off in the opposite direction.

She ran down the corridor, intending to find a secluded place where she could transform. She briefly noted that Pollen still hadn't come out but she didn't pay much attention to this thought. Chloe was too engrossed in finding shelter, walking down the hallway and pulling all the doors. Screams could be heard from some rooms, and once Chloe pressed herself against the wall in order not to collide with a guy running past, chased by a tiger. Neither of them paid any attention to Chloe, and she, having detached herself from the wall, continued her search.

Finally at the end of the corridor, she came across an unlocked close, hid inside and said the usual "Pollen! Buzz on!".

Nothing happened.

Remembering that she had refused to listen to Tikki about something very important during the day, Chloe assumed that Pollen wanted to have a revenge.

"Pollen! Buzz on!" Chloe called louder.

Silence. "Pollen! This isn't funny anymore! Come out now!" No response.

Then Chloe remembered that if Pollen had been around, she would have just been pulled into the comb whether she wanted to or not. And that meant...

Suddenly something hit the door. "I know you're still here!" Mother's voice rang out. "I told you to get out! Out! Get out!"

Chloe took several steps back, hands covering her ears. If the Akumatized one created doppelgangers, she couldn't deal with him without Pollen. Why wasn't she here? Was Pollen captured? Was she angry at her? Did she get tired of Chloe?

Many thoughts were swirling through her mind. She could not help but feel the same sense of loneliness and abandonment that she had been feeling weeks ago.

'Where could she be?'

"What do you mean 'chosen owner'? Master had never assigned you to any owner. Your Miraculous was stolen. Ladybug told us." Ziggy said. A round of confusion was shared.

"Pollen, if you are being held captive, we can help you. You can just tell Master Fu about this and he will help you." Tikki said, trying to reassure her friend.

"But Tikki, I am not being held captive. My owner is not like that." Pollen said indignantly.

"Oh yeah? Then they willingly allowed you to come here?" Plagg pointedly asked.

Pollen could not speak, for she had not asked her holder for permission. Sensing that, the cat Kwami smirked smugly.

"Like you're one to talk Plagg. You left your owner alone and snuck off here." Tikki said pointedly. That got the cat Kwami to shut up, huff in content.

Before anything else could be said, "My friends, the time has come," Sass told, leading all Kwamis to go to their own spot. "Fellow kwamis, tonight, as you know, we have a special opportunity to create a connection with Nooroo. But we must put our voices together in order to achieve this. Kwamis, sing!" And sing they did. Though even with the Tikki, Plagg, and Pollen there. They two formers were concerned about not making it in time. They suggested to Sass about bringing Wayzz and though it was risky, he ultimately agreed. Plagg left and within moments, came back with a equally determined Wayzz on his tail.

Wayzz took his place in the circle and the singing started again. The circle they're floating on, which was pink before, starts to become blue, starting at the outside and moving inwards. As the blue reaches the centre, a blue shockwave-ring shoots out. All ball of energy forms in the centre and shortly after, a beam of energy shoots upwards.

The plan backfired. They initially wanted to contact Nooroo, but found out he was active. And rather than finding out the whereabouts of Hawk Moth, the Kwamis had to close the transmission for risk of being found.

"Hey, wait. The reason we can't speak to Nooroo is because he's powering Hawk Moth right now. Which means Hawk Moth's probably akumatized someone!" Wayzz said.

"And since Plagg and Tikki are here with us…" Ziggy said, forgetting Pollen.

"Ladybug and Cat Noir aren't able to transform." The trio gasped. "Go and find your owners right away!" Even before Pollen finished to hear what Kaalki said, she flew like a rocket. With the other three quickly on her tail.

The Kwamis flew out in time to observe a weird scene. Master Fu was being chased by sheet covered voices. Marinette was being cornered by a love deranged Adrien.

"Isn't that your owner Plagg?"

"Oh please. My owner may be sappy but even he doesn't care for Chloe that way." Plagg replied. Pollen was not liking his tone used, but could agree with the meaning in it. Plagg soon left to locate his owner. The other Kwamis came over to Master Fu and Marinette.

Tikki came up to her owner. "Marinette, it didn't work!"

"I'm sorry, Master, we should've warned you."

"We'll talk about it later, W-Pollen is that you?" He asked in disbelief. Soon Marinette followed suit.

"Yes Master Fu." She said.

"You came back? But where is your Miraculous?"

"My new owner has it." She said

He was confused at that. "New owner? I never gave you an owner. You mean the one who stole it?" Master Fu inquired for which she nodded.

Marinette took the time to speak. "Pollen, I am sorry I lost your Miraculous. But tell us who trapped you and I will come and save you."

She shook her head. "I am not trapped, Ladybug. My owner is not like Hawk Moth." She said plainly.

"What? But-but, they stole the Miraculous and haven't given it back. Please Pollen, I understand that you don't want to upset your holder but-"

"I can assure you that I am fine, Ladybug. My holder may have stolen the Miraculous, but I have no reason to believe that they are anything like Hawk Moth." Pollen said..

"But-" She was cut off by the Master. "Marinette, that's alright. I would like to talk to Pollen later. Please, go and stop the Akuma." Master Fu assigned. Marinette wanted to say more but left to face her duty.

When she left, Fu addressed the bee Kwami. "If your owner is everything you say they are, then he or she would not mind meeting me for a chat?"

Pollen was surprised at that, even Wayzz could not believe it, but she nodded in agreement. "Certainly, Master." He nodded back and off Pollen went.

"Is that wise, Master?" Wayzz asked, unsure.

"Only time will tell Wayzz." He said thoughtfully.

The closet door flew out of its hinges and fell, almost crushing Chloe under it.

"Here you are brat!" Fake Audrey burst into the room, holding out her hands with crooked fingers to Chloe. "Don't you dare bother my eyes! You've probably been replaced at the hospital at birth! I couldn't have such a pathetic daughter!"

Even though Chloe understood that it was her mother's fake copy saying hurtful words, listening to her voice full of hatred was unbearable.

Ducking under the arms of Audrey, Chloe ran out into the corridor. Hesitating, she rushed to the fire escape, hoping that copy would choose the front one. But she turned out to be smarter and continued to pursue Chloe, literally stepping on her heels.

"But where is Pollen?! Did Hawk Moth catch her?" The blood rushing to her head.

But deep down there was a certainty that villain had nothing to do with it, Pollen seemed have left. Left Chloe. What a sneaky bug! Although she tried to tell her something today. Probably something important.

Chloe flew out onto the stairs, slammed the door behind her and leaned her back against it. She caught her breath, glad that wheezing sounds from her chest prevented her from listening to the voice of "Audrey".

Exhausted, Chloe at first took the yellow spot in front of her eyes as a sign that she will faint soon. But the blob spoke.

"I'm sorry, Chloe, I tried to tell you, but..."

"Pollen, your back!" Overjoyed to the point of sweeping the Kwami in to a spontaneous hug. Chloe almost forgot to get angry. Almost. She pulled back, looking straight at her Kwami with angry, questioning eyes. "Where have you been?! I thought something bad happened! How could you not tell me where-"

"I am deeply sorry my Queen, but can we talk about this after we have defeated the Akuma?" She suggested.

Chloe knew that she was right. But she also knew that this conversation was far from over. "Fine. But we are NOT done here." She said pointedly, for which Pollen nodded in acknowledgement.

"Pollen, Buzz on!"

After transforming, she was no longer a frightened Chloe but a confident Queen Bee, who left to handle the vile Akuma.

Ladybug and Chat Noir soon arrived on the scene. They facing off against the pestering Akumatized villain.

"He's moving around too much!" Ladybug said. Her and Chat split up to avoid Sandboy's sand blasts. And seeing that she had an opening, she resorted to using her, "Lucky Charm!" Sadly the situation was more complicated when Sandboy struck Ladybug with a sand blast that not only hit her but disturb her summoning. "Oh, no!" She said, finding out her powers were not working.

"Ladybug!" Chat cried out.

"Who's about to get a pretty magic jewel?" Sandboy mused. "Good job, Sandboy." Hawk Moth voice came through his head. "Without her powers, she won't be able to stop you from taking her Miraculous. Ladybug, your nightmare is my dream come true!"

Sandboy tried to grab Ladybug's earrings but was saved in time by Queen Bee, and jumps to the ground, avoiding the villain, much to the villain's shock.

"Queen Bee, you're here?" Chat Noir's voice carried a hint of surprise and gratitude.

"Of course I am, Kitty," Queen Bee replied, her tone curt. "That little runt has been causing me a great deal of trouble."

Chat Noir's expression softened with appreciation as he watched Queen Bee prepare her trompo for combat. "Well, with your help, we will—"

Before Chat could finish his sentence, Ladybug interjected, her tone pointed as she addressed Queen Bee. "I see Pollen made it back to you, safely."

"Yeah she did. Why, were you the one who manage to take her in the first place?" Chloe said, her tone of an accusing one.

"I did no such-" "Look out!" Chat Noir exclaimed, as Sand boy shot blasts of sand at the.

The trio, with Chat Noir carrying a powerless Ladybug, ran for cover away from the blasts. "I think we should discuss this at a later, don't you ladies?" Chat Noir said, more of urging than a suggestion. To which the females reluctantly agreed.

As they sought refuge from Sandboy's onslaught, Queen Bee was hit by one of the blasts.

"Oh great, not this again." She groaned, not liking where this was going.

"Queen Bee! Your powers are still working?" Ladybug asked, surprised.

"Losing mine is not what I'm afraid of." She said without glancing at her. Before anything could be said, her nightmare appeared.

"You are not worthy to receive the miraculous!" They saw an angry looking Ladybug standing on the rooftop above them.

Everyone but Chat Noir were not enthralled by the appearance of the Ladybug. "Two Ladybugs? This is more like a dream." He said happily.

"Great." Queen Bee said sarcastically.

"Is that how you see me?" Ladybug asked, to which Queen Bee only shrugged.

"You will give me your Miraculous! Or I will take it with my, Lucky Charm!" With that, a sword appeared and the nightmare Ladybug launched to strike, narrowly missing the three as Chat quickly pulled Ladybug out of the way.

"Still think it's a dream, Kitty?" Ladybug asked sarcastically. Chat Noir just sheepishly grinned.

Queen Bee was busy holding off nightmare bug, with Sandboy battling the duo.

"M'lady, if you have any ideas to defeat these guys, I would love to hear it." He said from behind his spinning baton, as he desperately tried block off the dust blasts. She nodded, taking a moment to search for ideas.

She looked around, her Ladybug vision picking up: the sword, Queen Bee's trompo, Chat Noir.

"Yes! That's it!" She exclaimed. She looked to Chat and after a quick run down, "Chat, I have an idea." They managed to dodge the sand attack and ran over to the battle, Queen Bee was in.

"We both know that you don't deserve the Miraculous! Surrender and admit you are nothing, even your Kwami knows that!" Those words, unlike the others, somehow struck a hit to Chloe's self. Thinking back to how she ignored Pollen and her wishes. She was distracted for a minute, enough of an opening for nightmare bug to pounce. Fortunately, Chat stepped in. "Mind if I cut in, your majesty?" Chat said with joking tone, pushing back the fake bug.

Queen Bee was stunned for a second. "Queen Bee! I have a plan, but I need your help." Ladybug told, for which she nodded.

"Hold them back Chat, we won't be long!" She said before leaving with Queen Bee. Sandboy tried to fly after them, but an extended baton blocked him from getting any further. "Nice try. But I'm your playmate now." He said, getting a fighting stance.

Ladybug quickly gave the rundown of the plan, for which Queen Bee promptly agreed too.

"Alright Ladybug. Leave it to me." She called upon her 'Bee Hive', summoning her 'Harmony Bee' to action.

Her costume was a balanced tone of black and yellow. Her fuzz was now on her ankles, one being black, the other yellow, and neck; as if like a choker. Her hair was now placed in to a single loose braid with a black dyed tip at the end. Her trompo became handheld; the string was gone, replaced with finger holes to hold on to. When she was done, a shimmer of pollen dust was given off.

"Now let's go."

When they reached back, they saw that Chat was a little overwhelmed by the two villains. Wasting no time at all, they went in to action.

"Queen Bee, now!" Ladybug exclaimed.

"Right." She took off. Running over to the imbalanced battle, she wasted no time to unleash her pollen mist, straight at the Nightmare Ladybug; causing her to let down her guard and lose all fight.

"What?!" Sandboy exclaimed , but it was too late.

Ladybug acted fast and took the sword; flinging it up in the air. Chat Noir, with his staff, elevated towards Sandboy.

"Give me your Mirac-" He managed to throw the weapon at an angle to cut the underside of the pillow and sand fell out. "Whoa! Whoa! Aaah!" Sandboy fell from the sky, only to be skilfully caught by Queen Bee. "Gotcha." The villain changed back in to a confused little boy.

'Let's see if this works.' Ladybug took hold of the sword and doing her thing. "Miraculous Ladybug!" She tossed the sword in to the air, causing the Miraculous ladybugs to spread out. This in turn made all the nightmares to disappear, as well as Ladybug's, as she took a chance, "Oh, it works again." Saying that as she opened her yo-yo, to show a white light, her powers back. "No more evil-doing for you little Akuma." She spun her you-yo. "Time to de-evilize!" Catches the Akuma. "Gotcha!" Releases the now-purified Akuma. "Bye bye, little butterfly." She approached the boy, who was clinging on to Queen Bee for comfort. All she could do was calm him down.

"I think you had enough horror stories for one night, kid." Chloe said in mock annoyance, but secretly enjoying the sentiment.

"Looks like Hawk Moth is not opposed to using kids nightmare for his plans, huh my lady." He said as he gave his partner the rundown of what happened. "That is just horrible."

Queen Bee stood up, with the boy happily holding on to her. "I will take him back to his home. If there are no objections or any claims to take my Miraculous." Queen said, a voice surprisingly calm, but had a challenging tone to it. "No, no, I don't want Queen Bee leave me!" The boy frantically covered her, as if to protect her. The beeper on Chat's ring, went off.

The duo was stumped, Queen Bee eyed Ladybug, as if waiting for her decision. She only sighed, "I have no problems with that…thank you, Queen Bee." She raised her fist in front of the bee hero.

She was surprised but accepted the three fist pump. "Pound it." Queen Bee released her bee and with a spin of her top, glided off , leaving the duo alone.

"M'lady?" Chat asked in concern.

"It's okay Chat. Today was a lot for everyone." She said. She knew that the master would take care of this on his own now.

He nodded, "Very well Ladybug. Well I'll-" "Wait Chat."

He did as he was told. "Do you think…I was acting just like that fake Ladybug?" She asked, a tinge of embarrassment and guilt in her voice.

Chat understood what she meant. "M'Lady, you may have been a bit harsh with her, but I understand that you were just trying to do what's right. You are nothing like that bug, but the Lady of my dreams." She said with a playful smirk and love filled eyes. That got Ladybug to lighten up and laugh a bit. "Thanks Chat." With that, they parted ways.

Back in Chloe's room, she was sprawled on to her bed, de-transformed and exhausted from the night's work.

"That was excellent my Queen." She said, taking a quick bite of her remaining honey treat

"Geez! If it wasn't bad enough that I had to deal with the ridiculous workload. I also had to deal with that pesky Akuma. And getting a scared kid home" She groaned, placing a pillow over her face. She thought back to certain conversations she was supposed to have prior. "Pollen, we still need to talk." Sitting up with a serious face.

Pollen nodded, head hang low.

Chloe took a deep breath. "Look, I am a pissed that you flew off and left me alone, even when I thought we agreed for you not to go."

"Yes my Queen. But I was trying to tell you that it was important. The transmission could have helped us locate Hawk Moth." She said in her defence.

Chloe raised an eyebrow in curiosity. "Well…did you guys manage to find something?"

She shook her head. "No my Queen, he was already transformed when first contacted." Her tone filled with disappointment

She rolled her eyes. "Figures." She sighed. "Look Pollen. I am sorry for what I did earlier. I was stressed, but that was no reason for me to be selfish. I guess I just didn't want you to be taken from me so soon. I just thought that you would go back and I would be…I don't know, alone."

"My Queen…" She trailed off at the unexpected apology.

She continued. "And another thing. I would prefer if you would call me Chloe instead. I don't want this to be a servant and master sort of thing." Remembering what she saw with Jean Fidel. "I am your holder and you are my Kwami, and for that, I will have to learn to listen and communicate better with you. Deal?" Saying that, she raised her hand to the bee Kwami.

Pollen was silent. She just flew straight towards her holders face and gave her a hug. "Em, excuse me? What are you doing?!" She asked incredulously.

"Sorry my Qu-I mean Chloe. I am just celebrating that I was right in my choice." She said with a warm grin. That made the girl confused but just shrugged it off, tomorrow being a new day. "Whatever Pollen. Just never leave my sight again…without us having a proper discussion, that is. Agreed?" She said pointedly.

Pollen happily nodded. "Agreed." That was all for now as Chloe readily went back to sleep.

Pollen would tell her holder about the meeting soon, but for now, t it can wait another day.
