I do not own the rights to Animorphs whom belongs to K. A. Applegate, nor do I own Avengers whom belongs to Marvel! If I did then I would be freaking rich, so you lawyers stay the hell away from me!
It had been several years since they had won, but ended up perishing in the end with only himself living as the sole surviving member of the Animorphs. Jake McKnight sighed as he ran a hand through his hair, the shaggy blonde locks fell into his brown eyes that held the knowledge and hardships one would only expect to find in a solider of war and not the eighteen-year-old; the truth of the matter was, Jake had been a solider in a war one that involved alien beings and enslaved humans.
Moving his body, the teenager stared at his reflection in his bathroom mirror before moving towards the shower where he let the water begin to massage and relax his sore muscles. 'Yet another day.' he mused to himself, as he finished up and begun to dress himself in a black hooded sweater and pants with converse sneakers.
Jake headed towards his front door and grabbed his keys, exiting the building he made his way down the rode in the direction of the cafe that he worked at. "Hi Jake!" the woman, behind the counter, greeted with a smile.
"Hello Miss Roberts." he muttered, moving behind the counter towards the back and stripped off his sweater showing his skin-tight black shirt as he placed an apron on. 'If Marco could see me now. The once great leader of the Animorphs now taking orders at a cafe.' Jake thought amused, if a bit somber about his deceased friend.
DING!
Shaking himself from his thoughts, Jake looked up with a smile on his face. "Welcome to the Cafe of Wild, how can I help you?" he questioned, his eyes flittering across the person in front of him taking in the red hair and business suit.
Basically a story where Jake gets involved in the Avengers during the invasion of Chitauri
