Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Digimon. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Digimon is produced by Toei Animation and Bandai of Japan that began in 1999.
- Then –
"What do you mean the Digital versions of the Demon Lords are loose," exclaimed DATs and Hypnos together.
- Now –
'Ugh,' thought out Masaru, 'This meeting is going to be a pain.'
Since they had a semi-plan, it was now time to inform Hypnos and DATs on the threat of another Digimon crisis, and since Masaru and Takato were the Digidestined leaders of THEIR Digidestined group, it was their job to inform the two governmental agencies. They were quick to gather everyone due to Masaru's two teammates. The Tamers, Masaru, and Naru knew that the two would inform their bosses about what transpired the day before. Masaru, however, was quicker. Before Yamaki or Rentarō could question the group, Masaru blurted out about the Demon Lords being on the loose. "You heard me," said Masaru.
"Demo, how do you know it's the Demon Lords," questioned Yamaki.
"Because four Digimon came to us injured," said Jenrya.
"Yeah," said Suzie who hugged her Lopmon close, "It was scary."
"I… never saw Digimon so injured like they were," said Juri.
As each of them lied about how they knew about the Demon Lords, Naru was impressed that they could lie to the government easily. She, however, remembered that they were speaking half truths, which was actually pretty good. The Shiten'nō DID come to them and told them about the Demon Lords. They, however, weren't really injured when they came to them in the first place. Of course, it was also because they were cautious in spying, but it didn't help that they still have to give bad news after bad news. It was supposed to be a new life, but evil NEVER takes a break. Naru shook her head mentally as she tuned into the conversation at hand. "How about you also tell us about that Digidestined meeting you guys had," said Thomas.
"Is your ears not listening, Thomas," mocked Masaru, "We just told you what the meeting was about."
"Un," nodded Naru as she lied, "It's not our fault that you and Yoshino couldn't make it."
"That's a lie," said Yoshino with a glare.
"Whether it's a lie or not," said Yamaki, "We have new information and need to prepare."
"Yamaki is right," said Rentarō before turning to his DATs members, "Is that why you have went to an unauthorized trip to the Digital World to get your partners back?"
"Uh, hai," mumbled the DATs members, besides Naru.
"Not me," said Naru, "Cutemon has always been with me."
"Then," said Rentarō who ignored Naru, "You would have known about these Demon Lords, ne?"
Even if he didn't like it, Masaru looked at Yoshino and Thomas who also froze by that question. They sure didn't tell DATs that evil Digimon were popping up once more when this whole thing started. Naru was off the hook, so to speak, because she was never a part of DATs in the first place. Naru, on her part, slowly inched away from her Digidestined group and towards the Tamers who were slowly inching away from Yamaki who was glaring at them. The Tamers also knew that if the DATs Digidestined were to spill, they would also get in trouble. "H-Hai," questioned Yoshino hesitantly.
"You guys," groaned out Rentarō, "You need to tell us these things!"
"And I bet the Tamers knew as well," said Yamaki with a raised eyebrow.
"Well," said Motoki, "Can you blame us? After everything you did to destroy our Digimon partners?"
"Fair enough," sighed Yamaki with regret.
"Whew," whispered Takato and Jenrya together.
"Demo," said Rentarō, "It doesn't excuse MY DATs."
Masaru just crossed his arms with stubbornness while Yoshino looked at Rentarō sheepishly. Thomas sighed inwardly as he tried not to show that he was a bit scared of his DATs boss. Both Yoshino and Thomas, however, knew that there was more to just the Demon Lord Digimons appearing. They could still remember how they were kicked out of a Digidestined meeting due to them NOT swearing on their Digimon partner to keep something a secret. Wondering what Masaru and Naru were hiding from the two, they tuned back in to hear what their boss was saying. "Since there are seven deadly sins, there would be seven Demon Lords," said a contemplative Rentarō.
"We heard that they brought back Daemon from the injured Digimon," said Ruki.
"Yeah," piped up Kenta, "That news actually brought us good news though."
"Oh," questioned Yamaki.
"Un," nodded the Tamers.
"Apparently, our very own Impmon is actually the Demon Lord of Gluttony," informed Naru.
"Impmon," exclaimed Yamaki in shock.
"Hai," said Takato, "D-Demo, he's reformed! He has a Tamer and everything!"
"Fine," said Rentarō, "So, we question Impmon on the Demon Lords."
"And speaking of him," said Yamaki, "Where IS Impmon?"
"Uh…"
- With The Others –
"Really," asked a deadpanned Hotaru, "You call out『Digiport! Open!』to get into your Digital World?"
"Yup," said Takeru, "Besides, you came through well enough, ne?"
Indeed, the Digidestined that were going with Impmon to a Digital World experienced what Hotaru and Takeru were talking about. They were just surprised to see that they would be going INTO a computer screen and into different clothes. The most surprising thing was that Hotaru and Usagi had their Senshi symbol on the back of the jacket the Digital World gave them. Takeru and Yamato pouted when they saw that because the jackets look kind of cool. Taichi just sighed at Hotaru's question before grabbing Usagi's hand and pulling her along towards Primary Village. That action made the others jump to follow the couple. "Too bad Taiki couldn't be here," said Usagi.
"Well," said Tentomon, "We had agreed that we didn't need to have all of us coming along."
"Indeed," said Izzy, "Especially when there may be attacks happening while we do this excursion."
"True," piped up Hikari, "If all of us went, we wouldn't have anyone defending the Real World."
"At least," said Mako, "We aren't the ones that have to deal with government officials."
Those that went into the Ōdaiba Digidestined's Digital World nodded in agreement. They heard from the Tamers and from Masaru and Naru about what went down in THEIR Digital Worlds and was glad they didn't know the remaining Digital Worlds. Impmon, on his part, was looking around the place as they traveled towards Primary Village. He still felt guilty about what went down between him and Leomon. He was really hoping that what they were going to do would bring Leomon back. "Uwa~!," said those that weren't familiar with this Digital World.
"Welcome to Primary Village," said an excited Takeru.
"Is this where you befriended Elecmon," questioned Usagi.
"Un," nodded Takeru, "I wonder if he's in the village or fishing for the babies again."
"Definitely different from our Village of Beginnings," said Takuya.
"Yeah," said Kōji, "We had a Swanmon as the watcher."
"Fascinating," said Izzy.
The others who knew Izzy the most just rolled their eyes. They knew that Izzy was going to be typing up the difference between the two Primary Villages at a later date. However, right now, they were here to try to get Leomon's data out of Impmon and remake him into a Digitama. Walking more into Primary Village, Usagi, Hotaru, Kōji, Takuya, Impmon, and his two partners Ai and Mako, were wide eye to see baby and in-training Digimon bouncing on some of the soft ground that were surrounded by children's blocks. Takeru looked around before smiling widely as he spotted a familiar red Digimon. "Elecmon," shouted Takeru.
"Huh," questioned Elecmon as he turned to see… "Oh! T.K.! Patamon!"
"How are you, Elecmon," questioned Patamon.
"Doing well," said Elecmon, "Was just about to go fish for the little ones. And you?"
"Well," said Takeru, "We brought some new Digidestined with us. We kind of have a situation."
"Oh," questioned Elecmon curiously.
"Yeah," said Patamon, "Demo, I don't think we should tell you. You might go into a frenzy again,"
"Fair enough," said Elecmon, "Just be careful of the babies."
After that conversation, Elecmon darted into the wild greenery of the Digital World, leaving the Digidestined from four different quadrants to stare at the retreating Digimon. It, however, wasn't long that some of the baby Digimon started to jump towards them to get them to play. Usagi was giggling as she hugged one of the Baby Digimon towards her cheek and rubbed it against said cheek, Ai, Hikari, and Hotaru doing the same thing. Yamato had to hit Taichi over the head to stop the dopey look Taichi was expressing towards his imōto, though. He was fine with Usagi having a relationship with his best friend and the other guy, but he didn't want to see the lovey-dovey stuff, especially when they were at Primary Village for a reason. "So," said Mako as they all found a secluded area within Primary Village, "How are we going to get Leomon back?"
"Well, Ken and I thought that it would be best for the Spirit Warriors to scan Impmon's data to find Leomon's and separate the two," said Izzy.
"Is it going to hurt," questioned Ai.
"It shouldn't," said a contemplating AncientWisemon, "Though, this will also be the first time we are extracting a data without also making the Digimon in question become a Digitama as well."
"Please don't make me into a baby again," said Impmon, "I rather not grow up again."
"Okay," said Hotaru, "Then, we should…?"
"Scan Impmon," suggested Takuya, "I mean, we may find Leomon's data that way?"
"Can our digivices do that though," questioned Kōji.
"Eh," said Takuya with a shrug, "If we don't know much about our digivices, we'll just blame it on our bosses."
Those that weren't Spirit Warriors and Usagi blinked in unison. Sure, most of them never learned how to use their particular digivices, besides what they knew, but they learned enough with one of their smarter Digidestined member. This, however, sounded like the Spirit Warriors were just going on instinct most of the time. Yamato and Taichi shared an exasperated look, but they didn't say anything. Often times, they had to use their digivices on instinct as well, especially when they figured out to use them on the control spires their first time in their Digital World. The duo, along with Usagi, Izzy (with his computer out and recording, of course), and Impmon's partners, watched as Hotaru, Kōji, and Takuya took their unique digivices out and started to press one of the buttons. There was a beep from Kōji's digivice before a swirl of data surrounded Impmon. "Impmon," exclaimed Ai and Mako worriedly.
"Don't worry," said Wolfmon who came out of Kōji's digivice, "I believe that the scan connected to Impmon's data, thus the data surrounding Impmon."
"And look," said Agnimon who came out of Takuya's, "There's a lion statue on one of the data strips."
"That's probably Leomon's data," exclaimed Mako.
"So, who is going to extract that data," questioned Kōji.
"Hotaru," questioned Takuya.
"Hai, hai," said Hotaru, "Demo, hime?"
"Hai," questioned Usagi.
"Watch closely so you can understand how we do things Spirit Warrior style," said Hotaru.
Usagi nodded her head just as Hotaru raised her digivice closer to the data strip that had a lion statue. The pointed part that always gathered the data once they purified the evil Digimon in the Spirit Warriors' Digital World connected with the lion statue's data strip. Hotaru slowly and gently coaxed the data strip to come into her own digivice and separate from Impmon's. It was a sight to behold as Izzy was recording the phenomenon for future data on how each digivices the five different Digidestined teams worked. It didn't take that long to extract Leomon's particular data strip before Hotaru pushed another button. That button actually produced a small flash before the data strip was coming back OUT of Hotaru's digivice and forming a familiar red and white Digitama. "Is that," questioned Ai.
"It is," said Impmon as his data went back into him, "T-That's Leomon's Digitama!"
"We did it," exclaimed a happy Mako.
"And I recorded the phenomenon for us to review later on," said Izzy.
"Then, let's go," said Taichi, "We should get this little egg to Juri."
"Yeah," said everyone.
- With The Evil –
"So, who will go out first to confront the goody-two-shoes," questioned Lucemon.
"Leave that to me," said Barbamon.
"Alright, brother," said Daemon, "However, Lucemon? Do you have someone to go with Barbamon just in case?"
"Indeed I do," said Lucemon with a wicked smile on her face, "Indeed I do."
AN: Yay for Juri for getting Leomon back! o(^◇^)o I hope that I did that reincarnation of Leomon's Digitama alright. I was kind of iffy on how to get Leomon back, but I think I did alright. (´•ω•`๑) Also! The Tamers and the Savers are in for it for keeping something from Yamaki and Rentarō. I hope that those two won't hurt our protagonists. (^v^)Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter. See ya whenever I get something for my writer's block! φ(..) Or after my vacation… I'm going to the Digimon café! \(^▽^)/ じゃあね!┃(・ω┃
