A/N These are based on Autumn's Thomasverse and when they play with their trainsonas, Sawyer's. As I didn't know about trainsonas at their age, only in nostalgia, I can only guess at how 10 and 11 year olds might do. They sometimes believe things I don't, because of plot convenience.

Autumn had her friend, Sawyer over to play. The girls played with their trainsonas as Autumn's adopted baby sister Aika crawled around.

Sawyer, playing her character, said, "I've got a special train today."

Autumn, in character, too, said, "I'm at the Steamworks, having a washdown for my passenger train."

Sawyer said, "I'm shunting my cars for my train."

Autumn said, "I just got polished, so I'm all shiny for my passengers."

Sawyer said, "Peep! Peep! I'm off down the rails.".

Autumn said, "My passengers are queuing up at the station."

Sawyer said, "I need more coal to get up Gordon's Hill.".

Autumn said, "Peep! Peep! I'm off down the line with my passengers."

Sawyer said, "I need water. I'm thirsty.".

Autumn said, "I'm stopping at the station to let some passengers off.".

Sawyer said, "I just whistled at my friend, who went past on the track beside me.".

Autumn said, "I need to take on water at this station.".

Sawyer said, "I'm at the end of the journey.".

Autumn said, "I'm at the end of mine. Just dropped off my last passengers at the station and there's James and Thomas at the station, too."

The girls finished their games and Sawyer went back home.

Autumn finished her day, then went to sleep after her bedtime routine, hugging her stuffed cuddle Thomas and dreamed she was her trainsona.

Engine Autumn was traveling to Sodor. First, her crew had to prep her for the journey, get her bunker full of coal and fill her water tank for said journey.

Autumn said good-bye to her friends, huge water droplets filling her eyes as she began to cry. Her driver comforted her and so did her fireman as she sniffled ,long and loud and asked her driver, "Can you wipe my eyes?".

Autumn's driver said, "There, there, Autumn. You're sad about losing your friends and that's fine. Just let it all out.", as he dried her tears with her flowered hanky, wiping them from her eyes and gently rubbing her cheeks. listening attentively and trying to understand how she felt..

Autumn cried more, fresh tears filling her eyes and she sniffled again, hard, coughed as she choked on her tears and hiccupped. She gasped and gulped, shaking as she wept non-stop. overwhelmed with emotion and let her driver comfort her.

He said, as he continued to wipe her tears away, "Go ahead and cry. I love to wipe your eyes, so don't hold back. I'm here for you and so's your fireman, as we go on this journey. We can find new adventures and new friends on Sodor.". He showed empathy and compassion, looking for anything in the environment that could provide relief or comfort, reassuring her, trying not to be overbearing, just patiently listening and supporting her, offering empathy and compassion as he held the hanky to her eyes, letting her cry into it and wiped all her tears away as best he could.

As her driver wiped Autumn's tears from her eyes, her fireman patted her buffers and after the driver spoke his word, added his own warm, supportive, encouraging words. ""Autumn, your driver is right. It's fine to feel sad, and we're here for you. Remember, every tear you shed shows how much you care about your friends. But think of all the new friends you'll make and the exciting adventures waiting for you on Sodor. We'll be by your side through it all, and together, we'll make wonderful memories. You're not alone in this journey."

Autumn finished her cry, so her driver wiped her runny nose and helped her blow, holding the hanky to it, then finishing with a final wipe and dried her last tears away, wiping her cheeks and eyes until they were dry. Her crew gave her a drink, washed her sodden hanky and hung it in her cab to dry.

Autumn traveled over the Mainland, then crossed the Vicarstown bridge before she woke up from her dream of being Engine Autumn.

A/N Unlike me, Autumn believes Sodor engines can get a runny nose, so I show her trainsona with one. Autumn's dreams of being her trainsona are her Thomasverse, so respect that. And respect I have my own ideas for Autumn, including that story that starts in summer and ends with her 11th birthday party.I couldn't breathe so I just sneezed ashes all over the station."
