As soon as they were back at their hideout, a small shack on the outskirts of Dillydale, Tyler kicked open the door, breaking the lock on it, but he barely noticed. He stormed inside and threw a chair out of his way. It flew across the room and hit the window, breaking the glass. But he wasn't done. He kicked and threw more things until the whole shack was wrecked around him, broken glass and smashed up chairs littering the floor. He even managed to break the table in half. And he did all this without his magic.

He took a calming breath and forced himself to relax. Turning, he saw Micheal standing in the doorway, lingering half in and half out of the shack.

Snorting, Tyler snapped," Don't just stand there. Clean this mess."

Micheal widened his eyes in shock. "But I didn't–"

He shut his mouth when Tyler glared at him. Sighing, the shorter boy started picking up the broken glass, careful not to cut himself. As he cleaned up, Tyler walked across the shack to the door to the bedroom and opened it. He poked his head in, satisfied to see the characters still in there. They looked up when he appeared.

He might have lost three of them, but he still had three more, and he knew they would fight alongside him. As long as Mike or anyone else doesn't get in my way, he growled silently.

Shutting the door, he went back to the main part of the shack. Micheal was still cleaning up. It was taking forever! Groaning, Tyler waved his hand and the mess started cleaning itself up. The glass flew back to the window, and Micheal barely moved out of its way. The short boy watched with wide eyes as the glass gathered together and made the window whole again. Then the chairs fixed itself and the table mended together. The lock on the door was unbroken now.

Tyler grinned, satisfied that his magic fixed everything. If only my magic could help me with our plans as well it helps me clean up, he grumbled to himself. He sat down in a chair and put his feet on the table, boiling with anger that so far two of his plans failed. He thought surely by now he could return home and finish their plans.

I have Scarlet, he reminded himself. But I refuse to leave until their town is no more than a pile of rubble. It was personal now. He wanted Dillydale to be wiped out and all the characters who live here gone forever.

He was knocked out of his thoughts when he realized Micheal was hesitating beside him, testing a chair as if he didn't believe it would hold his weight after Tyler broke it and then fixed it again. After another moment of him tentatively putting his weight on it, Tyler snapped," Sit down!"

His friend jumped and then sat down, still looking worried. Tyler sighed and went back to thinking of how he could end things and move on. And hopefully destroy Mike while I'm at it, he thought, smiling at the thought of getting rid of Mike once and for all and never having to deal with him ever again.

Suddenly his phone started ringing, and he pulled it out of his pocket. He gasped," It's the boss!"

What was he going to tell the boss? He wouldn't understand why Tyler was still here. He had Scarlet. He had the necklace. He should return and they can go to their next plans. He's yelled at Tyler countless times about letting his anger control his actions. If he knew that Tyler was only lingering here to get revenge on Mike and everyone in Dillydale, he'd be furious!

Maybe I can make it up to him by giving him the new recruits I managed to get, he thought.

"Aren't you going to answer it?" Micheal asked, looking petrified.

Tyler sighed and pushed the answer button. As soon as he brought it to his ear, he heard the voice of his boss shouting," Tyler! What are you doing? I expect you back by now!"

Gulping, Tyler said," Things are taking longer than I thought it would. I should be finished soon."

"Do you have the girl?" he demanded.

Tyler hesitated before saying," Kind of."

"What do you mean, kind of?" the boss demanded.

"We have her consciousness trapped in the necklace. We kind of lost her body."

"Get her body! Our plans won't work without her body!"

"O-Okay," Tyler said.

"You've already wasted enough time," he growled. "No more delaying. I expect you to complete your job in two days. If you're not back here by the end of two days, I will send another group to take care of things."

"I'm taking care of everything!" Tyler said. "I'll succeed, don't worry."

"You better. Don't fail me." There was a click and the phone call ended.

Angry, Tyler slammed his phone down, breaking it on the table.

Micheal eyed him wary. "What did he say?" he asked.

"We have two days to get Scarlet's body and return home," Tyler growled, getting up and storming to the window. The sun was starting to set, so that means they needed to finish things by the day after tomorrow. His mind was whirling with ideas of how to get Scarlet's body. He was angry that he had her body, but it was snatched from him by Mr. Nosy when he threw the stuffed lemur at him.

He kicked the wall, breaking a hole in it and ignoring the pain in his foot. He started pacing. "We need to get close to Scarlet's body, but how?" he muttered to himself.

"Why not use one of the characters?" Micheal suggested, pointing to the bedroom door. "You used Miss. Magic to shy on Mr. Nosy and Mr. Small before you approached them as Mr. Scatterbrain."

Tyler was deep in thought, considering what his friend said. "Maybe I can cause a distraction, and while Mike and everyone else is going to check it out, I send one of the characters I have to grab Scarlet. But if it's Ronn that's out, he'll put up a fight. Ace probably will, too. Jerry will be too scared, but he'll scream. I need to get them away from everyone."

"Why can't you jump in her body like you did before?" Micheal asked.

Tyler shook his head, impatient. "I only did that to capture Scarlet's consciousness. I don't need any of the others, and I tell you what, it was horrible having them in my head even if they weren't aware it was me."

Tyler was still pacing, mind racing. "I need someone to lure her away, and I'm afraid Mike will realize one of the characters I send is on my side." Suddenly an idea came to him and he grinned wickedly. "That's it."

"What's it?" Micheal asked as Tyler hurried to the table and waved his hand to fix his phone. Once fixed, he looked through his contact until he found who he was looking for. He pressed the number and it started ringing.

"Hello?" someone on the other end answered.

"Hey, Kevin, it's time," Tyler said.

"Are you sure?" Kevin asked. "What does the boss think?"

"I just need to borrow him so he can do something for me," Tyler replied. "The boss doesn't need to know. It can be our secret."

"But he said he didn't want him released until it's time to confront her," Kevin pointed out.

"He's not confronting her, but he's going to grab her body for me, so I can return home sooner and get the plan going. Without her, he can't confront her, so right now we kind of need him."

There was a pause and then Kevin sighed. "Fine, Tyler, but if the boss finds out, it's all on you. I'm not going to back you up."

"Understood. Send him as soon as you can. We're kind of on a deadline."

"When's the deadline?"

"Two days."

"Two days?" Kevin gasped. "Oh Tyler, you owe me big time."

"I know. Thank you. I'll send you our coordinates."

He hung up and sent the coordinates. Then he sat down.

Micheal walked up. "What's going on?" he asked.

"We wait," Tyler said.

"Wait for what?"

Tyler hesitated. Then he said," We wait for Scarlet's brother to get here."
