CH. 3 'Nothings really changed' it' OR 'What's there to understand?'
"Ryomen Sukuna."
Rinami immediately tried to bolt from the bed, but he was way too fast for her and easily took hold of her arm and pinned her down in place.
"Don't run."
Rinami knew she should be scared- terrified really- but her overwhelming response right now was still confusion. Her mind was in total disarray. What was going on here? Had Sukuna done something to Aizen, or worse had he actually been Aizen the whole time? She wanted to ask, but she felt like in her heart she already knew the answer.
She choked back a sob and a tear rolled down her face.
"What the hell!? Why? What do you want with me?"
Sukuna' s face looked troubled for a moment.
"Right now? Just you."
Rinami looked at him dumbfounded. She was struggling to breathe and to keep from hyperventilating, and to make matters worse she didn't know for certain if it was because of this situation or simply due to the now overwhelming amount of sheer power that was emanating from him. Either way, the unhidden presence of his cursed energy was overpowering and she couldn't deny that it was at least responsible for most of the tremors traveling through her body.
He gave a small chuckle. "I know what it looks like, but like I said it was just a simple mask, nothing's really changed."
Rinami shook her head hard. "Are you crazy? Everything's changed! Where is Aizen? WHO is Aizen? I'm not stupid, that was somebody's real body." She paused and tears fell again. "Oh my gosh, you killed him…" She was hyperventilating.
Sukuna looked at her with mild amusement.
"Yes and no. Yeah, I did have to use someone else's body, but honestly, the guy kind of gave it to me. And truth be told he wasn't a good guy to begin with. His real name was Shiu Kong and he was in the business of hiring mercenaries and hit men. Trust me I did the world a favor…"
Rinami felt like she was going to be sick. She tried again to move from under his grasp, but he was holding her steady. Effortlessly. Her mind was spinning with everything that had happened over the past few months. Had all of this been some elaborate trick? And what was the end goal? Getting into Jujutsu High? If so, why tell her right now at this moment, especially when he was so close?
She was broken from her thoughts as she felt Sukuna's mouth kissing at the side of her neck. Howling, she began to thrash and buck her body, trying to throw him off of her. He pulled back and again looked at her, his tattooed face entertained as he took in her panic.
"What's wrong Ami, I thought you said you wanted to?" He smiled.
Rinami threw him a spiteful look, "yeah with the guy that I thought was my fiancé, not with the homicidal psychopath hell bent on mass murder, chaos, and destruction." Rinami knew if she pissed him off he could easily kill her in an instant, but she could care less at this moment. In fact, death might even be easier than having to deal with the aftermath of all this.
Sukuna however appeared unfazed. Instead he leaned over her, staring into her eyes. Rinami couldn't help but notice that the eyes were now red but they felt exactly the same as the Aizen's that she had been looking into just before. Her heart skipped a beat and she angrily tried to calm it.
As if he could hear it, Sukuna grinned. "Same guy. So same thing, right?" The hand that wasn't holding her down, slipped down the side of her body and thigh and before she could react to it, his mouth had latched onto her neck, softly kissing and licking. Rinami let out a moan and her body reacted and arched into his before she could stop herself.
Sukuna chuckled and lightly bit her earlobe "See?" He whispered, his voice gravelly in her ear. "Nothing's changed."
"I don't understand." Rinami gasped. Getting frustrated with herself and trying to regain control of her body.
Sukuna leaned over her once again. "What's there to understand? I'm the same man." He leered mischievously. "The body and face may be a bit different, but ultimately… the same guy."
Rinami shook her head defiantly. "Stop treating me like I'm stupid. That's not the case at all. I know exactly who Ryomen Sukuna is. You're not at all the same." She pulled away. "What I don't understand, is how this happened…How I could have been fooled and….and why I'm still feeling this way.." She seemed to be talking more to herself than him now. She put her hand to her head as if trying to physically touch the emotions inside.
Sukuna chuckled and pushed her back down. "You still feel this way because ultimately I'm the same guy you love." He kissed her neck. "The only difference is that now I'm completely free to be me and the real me has a LOT more personality than that stiff did" he slowly licked her neck, enjoying it as he felt Rinami's body press back against his.
"A lot more passion too." He grinned wickedly into her frightened face. "But, even still, I do care for you the same. That hasn't changed either." He ran his tongue across her lips and attempted to kiss her.
"No." She shook her head adamantly. "No, stop saying that. You're not the same! It's completely different! I can't. I can't do this!"
She frantically twisted her body, trying to get him off of her and trying to get away from him. Her traitor body was responding to him too much, and her idiotic heart didn't seem to be able to tell the difference between the insanely dangerous man in front of her and the fiancé she loved who had been there just moments ago.
"Ami." He said, grasping her chin firmly and fixing his deep red eyes onto hers. "Stop fighting. I AM the same. Look. Words and shit like 'love', 'emotions', or 'feelings' aren't my thing, but even still – everything I said before IS the same. And I know your feelings for me haven't changed... you can thank your 'touch' technique for giving that away." The wicked glint returned to his eyes. "I know what you're feeling you know. The only reason that I showed myself to you now, is that I don't like the thought of taking 'that' from you in that useless other form. Even someone like me has some morals you know…If it's going to happen, it's going to be in my body. Not my cursed body either. But my original human form. And I don't want to deceive you either. Not with this…"
She looked in his eyes and she believed he was probably being honest- but still… This was Sukuna. He wasn't just an enemy, but one of humanity's biggest threats, and he had already lied and tricked her in one of the worst ways possible. A little honesty from him at this juncture would mean absolutely nothing.
As she continued to struggle, he grabbed her hands and held them down. "Stop struggling. We've already come this far. I know your own technique better than you do, and I can read your perception- it tells me what you're really feeling." With this, he kissed her again, sliding his tongue deep into her mouth, using her moans of protest as a means to further explore and probe and invade her mouth.
His hands held her firmly as his knees forced her legs further apart. She could feel him still between her legs, and even after everything that had just transpired, she had been so turned on that her body still remained slick and ready from her earlier arousal. As she turned her head away from him, his mouth eagerly turned back to her neck, sucking and biting down the side of it. One of his hands dropped from hers to grab a thigh and pull it around him, giving him easier access directly to her. As his lips grazed her ear she could hear his raspy voice "You can give in. I won't hurt you,"
Rinami tried to fight back her feelings at the sensations surging through her body. As he stroked himself and then slowly aligned himself against her, Sukuna could feel her tense up.
"No! Stop- Wait, please! I can't- I don't want this!" She cried, her eyes filling with tears, refusing to meet his. Still he pushed gently forward, moving slowly so that he didn't go too far and didn't cause her pain. He watched as she squeezed her eyes shut and the tears spilled out from their corners. With a light chuckle, Sukuna suddenly stopped moving "Alright, we've reached that point. If I go forward from here that's it and there's no going back" As Rinamii's eyes blinked back open, he tugged her face towards him and looked her in the eyes. "I know your mouth keeps saying no, but so far I've been listening to your body and the actual truth in the signals that your very own power is sending out to me." The grin fell from his face and he suddenly became deadly serious, "But to move forward from here, Ami, ALL of you has to say 'yes'"
He took his tongue and lightly slid it over a spilled tear from her cheek, kissing the area softly and feeling her tighten around the tip of him. "Like I said, even a being like me has morals. I won't force you. Your technique is still screaming out to me, yes, but I'll need to actually hear it from your mouth as well. If you want this, you'll have to say it…" Rinami laid there, her breath hitching, staring at him. There was fire in his eyes. But behind them, she could see something else. Her mind was clouded. Aizen… Sukuna…and those eyes…More tears rolled down her face. It was all so confusing. She couldn't take it. Desire. Fear. . Lust. . They all swirled around inside of her, creating a great big mass of confusion that she could just barely sort out. Her throat felt blocked. She tried to choke out words. Sukuna' s lips curled. "I can't hear you."
Rinami closed her eyes and swallowed hard. What was she doing?
"…Yes."
The passion-filled word escaped from her lips and she made no effort to pull it back. Sukuna sneered. "Yeah? If so, then I'd hear you say my name so there's no mistaking the truth in your words."
Rinami stared deeply into his red eyes-different but still so familiar - her own eyes filled with yearning, love, confusion, and tears.
"Sukuna" She whispered, closing her eyes.
