An: Greetings! Heres the first proper chapter of our duo's cannibalistic culinary journey where the duo catch and cook their first Manomo.
Also Happy Late Madness Day!
Chapter 1: Nevada Fried Chicken
Location: Forest
It was another peacefully day at the forest, the birds were singing, the flora was blossoming and the vibe was chill. Suddenly heavy footsteps interrupt the atmosphere as two distinct figures roamed the greenery.
"Auughh, so hungry" The MAG muttered as he held a hand to his aching stomach while still carrying the sack with his other.
"Ah! I almost forgot about that, you must be starving after being all alone for weeks" The chef said with pity.
"Tell ya what, let's set up camp over there so I can cook something for ya" He told the big boy as he pointed to a clear flowing water creek.
"YEY!" He cheered happily as he stomped towards the small creek where he placed the supplies on the ground with a thud. The chef followed after him as he helped to unload the items before glancing at the flowing water of the small stream.
"Clean water, it's been ages" He mumbled as he cupped his hands and bent down to scoop up some water which he hastily drank up.
"Ahh... that's refreshing" He spoke before getting up and rummaging through the sack to look for a weapon to defend himself. After looking he found a rusty metal pipe which he promptly sheathed before turning to his companion.
"Hungryboy, you stay here and watch over our stuff, I'll go find some fire wood and hopefully find some grub"
The MAG nodded in confirmation before replying to his order
"Yes Sir"
Satisfied he headed to walk deep into the forest hoping to find some wood and something to eat.
Deep in the dense forest it was calm save for the local creatures simply living their lives. Up above in the trees not too far from the ground was a harpy, she was bored and grumpy, it had been ages since she had seen a human and almost every time she tried to get one husband it ended in failure. She pouted bored out of her mind before she heard the sound of rustling on the ground.
She looked down below from the tree tops to find a man walking in the undergrowth. She silently cheered in happiness before having to have a double take on the human's attire. He looked like begger or maybe a scavenger? but he wore a weird glowing green goggle on his face. No matter for her she found the perfect husband!
She cheekily giggled as she shook the tree branches to tease him. The man suddenly jerked in alarm scanning the underbrush for the cause of the noise.
"Oi who's there?" He spoke in a funny accent as he took out what seemed to be a weird looking metal pipe.
The harpy giggled much louder before promptly hopping a small distance away from the man which caused him to freeze in place as he stared at her.
"Hi hi~, How are you doing handsome?~" She flirty responded. The man still stood still probably awe struck by her beauty.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU!?" He spoke with surprise and unease in a quite vulgar language.
"What never seen a manomo before?~" The harpy smugly replied before her instincts kicked in. "No matter, please be my husband!"
The man backed slowly before making a mad dash from where he walked in from. Seeing this the harpy flapped her wings and gave chase.
"You can't escape me!~" She teased as he continued to run out into a more open area. Taking a chance she dive bombed him tackling him into the ground where she can see him more clearly. Her eyes wide in shock as he took a good look at him, he had greyish skin which was unusual for human. She shrugged it off as she gave him a feral grin as she pinned him to the floor.
"Fu fu~" She playfully giggle, she was gonna have so much fun with him. She was about to take his clothes off before a loud stomping caught her ear. She looked to her side to see a massive fist heading to face.
"Huh-"
"YEEEAAARGGHH!!!"
The punch connected and a massive amount of force was hit to her face causing her skull to crack with a sickening crunch. She flew backwards for a good few inches before landing on the ground. As she laid down from her injuties, the last thing she saw was a giant of a man with a mask looking at her with a fist covered with blood.
The MAG looked at the thing that tried to hurt his family, his fists curled ready to smash her before calming down and heading towards his fellow bandit.
"Ugh, that hurts..." he groaned in pain as he got up while dusting himself before he faced and gave the big fella a thumbs up.
"Thanks for the save Hungryboy!" The MAG grunted in response before looking at the thing that attacked him which he followed as well.
It was weird, the thing looked like a female, which was quite a rare sight in Nevada while also looking like a human crossed with a bird.
"Goddamn, I think these must be the so called touchy monsters that voice told me about" The MAG shrugged in response just as a loud growling ca be heard, courtesy of his stomach.
"Urrgghh, Starving..." He moaned in pain. Which caused the Chef to glance to him back to the monster, then to the sack of cooking supplies.
"I just got an idea..."
A few minutes later...
We see the Chef next to big cauldron of oil frying up some food with the MAG Bandit beside him eagerly waiting for the meal.
"Almost done... There!" He held up the drainer from the cauldron shaking off some excess oil before dumping the contents into a large bucket.
"Ta da! Fried Bird Person!" The MAG tilted his head in confusion. "Name's still a work in progress"
The duo soon sat down on some logs the MAG brought in front of a campfire as it was slightly dark.
"Welp, dig in" He took a leg from the bucket and bit into it. The chef silently cheered in satisfaction as the food he cooked was cooked perfectly to be crunchy and was deliciously juicy.
"Mmm! a success! What do you think Hungryboy?" He asked his partner.
The Hungryboy was busy gorging himself on the cooked harpy before stopping and looking at the chef then nodding happily before going back to stuffing himself with the food.
"Ah ah, remember to spit out the bones" He reminded him.
The MAG innocently looked at him before facing away from the fire and spitting out the cracked skull of the harpy which bounced on the ground and hit a nearby tree denting it.
"Ha ha! You never change Hungryboy, never change" They both laughed into the night as they both shared a hearty meal.
An: What a wholesome ending, well for the two of them, any ways I'm surprised some of you fellas are interested in this little story so thanks!
Any who if any of you help inform me with important plot events that occur in the main canon stoy? I want these lil rapscallions to interrupt these events and flip the plot upside its head.
